How about easing up on the volume just a bit and eating more and sleeping plenty? Do you get enough magnesium in your diet? Magnesium tends to speed up the metabolism (which includes recovery) because it's involved in pretty much everything.

I made a wrist roller. It's only a 2" thick dowel with a hole and some rope attached to a weight. Pretty simple.

You can buy weights really cheap on craigslist, especially if you don't mind some rust. Concrete is heavy, but if you don't put it down exactly the right way, you will split it. To do it right with some rebar for strength, you could have went to craigslist.

Breakfast? Hopefully not cereal…

This is oatmeal. I breifly toast my oats on a skillet with butter until they get darker and smell like popcorn.

You boil up half water half milk and dump them in there, allowing 15-20 mins to steam off the water content, stirring occasionally.

Next up, increase the heat and stir constantly for 5-10 mins. Add salt halfway.

I added a handful of dried cherries to get some extra vitamins like iron. It seems like a lot of wprk for the morning, but it gives you an initial boost of confidence that you need to complete other tasks as the day goes on.

Have a good one!

>but is less expensive

Make your own, a gallon at a time. Helps if you have an instant-pot. Don't use organic milk, it's ultra-high heat pasteurized, it destroys the proteins, you can't make yogurt with it.

Reserve a small amount of milk to be used later.

Heat rest of the milk to 180-190F, stirring so the bottom doesn't scorch. Use a stem thermometer to check.

Choose your thickener and mix it with the reserved milk. Corn starch, pectin or gelatin should work. Slowly whisk it with the hot milk so you don't get lumps.

Take the pot out and put it in an ice bath. Stir and reduce the temperature of the milk to around 110F.

Seed the milk with a yogurt you bought at the store. Plain or vanilla works well. Mix it up.

Put back in the instant pot on yogurt mode.

Remove 10 hours later and refrigerate until cold.

Enjoy your gallon of yogurt.

Probably. Have also tried a lot of different generic brand regular yogurts, all of which were fine. Those companies piss me off, making such a good food unhealthy by adding sugar. Acne has a lot to do with estrogen, which is excreted from the body in feces. Eat carrot salad daily. Carrot acts like a sponge and prevents estrogen from getting resorbed into the body through intestinal walls, and also kills off bacteria.

Get some 10% benzoyl peroxide. Also get some azelaic acid. BP will bleach sheets and clothing, I only use it at night. Azelaic acid does not bleach, but is more expensive and slightly less effective. If you do BP 3-4x a week, it should get nearly anything under control. It takes a while for the skin to heal, don't overtreat or you will dry your skin too bad and cause other issues.

Also stop touching your face. If you wear glasses, you need to wipe them off at least daily.

Washing your face with hot water and soap everyday could easily be a cause of bacterial acne. Your skin secretes oil, its purpose is to make the surface of the skin inhospitable to bacteria. Removing it compulsively exposes you to infections. If you're blasting your face with hot shower water and scrubbing whatever soap you have into it, you should lower the temperature and avoid soap. Washing your face more often with cooler water or just a damp cloth is what humans have evolved to do for far longer than hot running water has been available.

I doubt you know it's bacterial, it's likely not, that's retarded to assume, so if someone kisses your cheek they will get some bacteria as well and break out? No. If anything a daily soap wash is the very thing drying out your oils forcing increased production. A simple water wash will suffice when you get your diet dialed in. Decrease sugars and refined carbs first, it could be a growing insulin issue even. Eat whole foods, good animal products and see if it's not pasteurized dairy, raw should do wonders, try for increased omega 3 fat ratio, most people get relatively too much O-6. Likely linked to gut issues, look through different trace minerals and vitamins see which might be missing. try different key words here on youtube and see what might relate to you. Veganism is a meme solution, it's only marginally better than SAD so the improvements will still come at a price, almost always weakened immunity, bones, mental capacity, and a declining gut health.Fair warning. The normals will tell you that it was something simple as new towels and pillow cases, they didn't have acne beyond their pubescent years because they had a better gut health than you from the start. This starts with vaginal birth, then extended breast feeding from healthy nourished milk supply, and then not being fed a SAD trough their development, not taking anti-biotics and gut destroying pills like ibuprofen. I'm beginning to suspect vaccines, especially the complete barrage newborns are given now days. There's much more detail than these brief ideas, make time to learn why this is happening so you can explain it to people and help them as well.

Yes, in my case I was always fearful of being caught but it was just something in the very back of my mind. Caffeine enhanced it to a level I was going crazy. One can't just expect problems that never mattered before excess caffeine to be solved just like that

>>146367

Keep in mind that you'll have some pretty bad headaches which lasted 2 days for me. Since the blood circulation on the brain is decreased, the fact that your blood vessels will expand once again will hurt. Also, you'll probably experience some other withdrawal symptoms if what you say is true. Adrenaline is addictive, highly addictive. Caffeine enhances its production, and since you're quitting cold turkey, that might be bad. But quitting coffee or caffeine pills is, in my opinion, easier than quitting a drug like cocaine or to stop fapping. I'd say stop drinking coffee, if that's your main source of it, and drink 1-2 cups of green tea a day (gotta love them antioxidants) and some dark chocolate if you want that powerful euphoria, that boost that makes you want to ravish your woman like never before, like the man that hides beneath the skin of a caffeine addict. You should drink black tea if you want more caffeine than in green tea.

Caffeine is so good for you that it's almost like a vitamin.

>>146373

If you have caffeine in a fasted or low blood sugar state, that's when the adrenaline surge happens. Caffeine is a metabolic stimulant, so it causes fuel to be burned up more quickly. Coffee can actually help you fall asleep if you drink it with a decent meal, because it assists with the utilization and production of energy, and the energetic state is the one in which restful, restorative sleep can occur.

1820ee  No.146379

It isn't that caffeine is a metabolic stimulant, it's that it's an adenosine depressant. I can understand what you mean, and it is kind of logical, but it doesn't make sense to me how blocking adenosine leads to sleeping well. Maybe after a heavy meal it would make sense, since caffeine would stimulate epinephrine and norepinephrine production in the cardiovascular system, but in these lines it would help with the digestion and not lead to restful sleep, it would lead to rather tiring and active sleeping with a lot of neural stimuli. But I don't understand a lot about sleep states, so I can't really say.

3eaf67  No.146382

>>146379

>it doesn't make sense to me how blocking adenosine leads to sleeping well.

It doesn't need to make sense, because the perspective of

>caffeine is an adenosine receptor antagonist.

>adenosine helps sleep

>therefore caffeine only promotes wakefulness

is reductionist and doesn't describe everything that happens as a result of caffeine even if it seems to be the case or the popular narrative is that the primary mode of action with caffeine is by interacting with lock and key receptors that have simplistic, direct, open door responses tied to singular actions. Few if any substances warrant uncritical acceptance as behaving in this way. It should be unsurprising if it is found that many actions of biologically active substances are found to be context dependent, especially depending on the energetic state of the cells they interact with.

While I say coffee can promote sleep, this isn't consistent generally, or it's only consistent in a specific context. In my context, it is not unusual at all to feel prepared for a restful sleep—different from hibernation or hibernation-like states—after coffee with a meal. I wouldn't say it happens at unusual times for sleeping, such as breakfast, but I am so bold as to have coffee with the final meal before bed.

Hm… I understand that you're talking about your own experience, but some self reported studies claim that caffeine increases alertness in the morning when taken at night, but it also decreases quality of sleep. So you might be experiencing the alertness and attributing it to the caffeine intake. If you also experience some kind of pleasure, it's because of caffeine ability to allow serotonin and dopamine production. Having that in mind, there's even more reason to not consume excess caffeine, since those aren't test friendly. Caffeine for an increase in testosterone has to be taken in a very controlled manner, also because of the possible cortisol levels increase.

The suffix "morph" means shape, and comes from Greek.

realistically, if you're 20 and want to grow one 1/4 inch, it might be possible. you'll want to eat tons of calcium and nutritious food in general, and maximize your HGH by lifting and other things. HGH is the key, that's what you need to focus on. calcium too but mostly HGH

considering you're 20, it might be too late, and if it's not, it's your last chance
