talk about minimal

For me even with the most minimal programs I wanna hit every muscle/movement more directly

I always found the best results with simple daily programs. And I mean simple, not easy. I'll admit I am pretty lazy, but I have found success with these programs, and they stop me from obsessing/program jumping.

Also, the thing is, I can do more if I want. This is more like a Program Minimum. I can do more, but I cant do less. So, if I want to hit some bis and tris, no problem. Go for a hike, absolutely. Fuck around with some kettlebells, no big deal.

Got myself a new exciting program, 7 days a week, just 2 exercises per session. Hits every single fucking movement pattern, trains every muscle at least twice a week.

Just do 5 hard sets to failure for 2 exercises every day and call it a day.

Loving it so far.

I'm literally working out right now. Shitty 20 year old Weider adjustable bench that I think is going to collapse on me one of these days mid-bench press. It's weird now because I started working out a year ago when my wife left me. In the last couple months after working on my interior life I've lost a lot of that anger I had, which was also a huge motivation while lifting. So I've lost the anger and now I'm just lifting out of habit. And because I look good and feel good, too, but I dont even put on any music anymore. Still lift hard but just not with that fury anymore. I dont know its weird. So heres a thread bump.

I've been eating a tablespoon of this a day to kill my candida, which I heard contributes to anxiety.

I asked deepseek which kind of coconut oil is best and it said virgin is best.

But it doesn't go down easy for me.

>Another example is Michael, a 42-year-old teacher who had been dealing with panic attacks and chronic fatigue. After addressing Candida overgrowth through a combination of dietary changes, probiotics, and antifungal treatments, he experienced a dramatic reduction in anxiety symptoms and a notable increase in energy levels.

At the beginning of 2024, I also got really deep into this topic, and I can say a lot depends on how exactly you approach it. In January, I weighed 91 kg at 176 cm height, and after three months of training plus strict protein control (kept it at 2g per kg of body weight), I managed to drop to 77 kg without rebounds. No crazy cutting phases or breakdowns --- just adjusted my sleep schedule and added strength training four times a week. For me, the biggest game changer was cutting out all snacks between meals — my appetite leveled out in just a week. Now, in April 2025, I’m maintaining 75 kg and for the first time in years, I don't feel that constant hunger. It’s tough, but when you see real progress in numbers, it’s totally worth it. So, as soon as I got rid of extra weight, I managed to find a good girl on https://www.tenderbang.com/fuck-tonight.html and we started hanging out. Good result, I think.

How about you? Share your thoughts so we could learn. And another thing, is the (((Krav Maga))) also good to learn? Or is it just another Jew meme?

I do Hapkido (even though my master is a hippie, we still learn the basics). I mostly do that for general fitness, though.

For defence, I always carry a concealed knife in my jacket, and I can draw and stab in <1s.

Thank you for the pdf, I didn't really practice any knife techniques yet.

hey, Tdk instructor here, if you really want to learn the basics of Tdk just know that first and foremost its supposed to be a "military" martial art, meaning that mastering a few techniques and body conditioning is more important than flashy moves or breaking boards (modern day tdk is not such thing), if you are not interested in the sport or becoming a "full" time practitioner just remember that in traditional martial arts conditioning an technique are more important than some other aspects, if you are interested in learning self defense and want to truly cover your bases, start with boxing and some grappling art (wrestling or judo, then bjj), do that for a few years or at the least 6 months, then change style

REMEMBER THE ONLY THING YOU NEED IS TO KEEP PRACTICING, NEVER STOP

i wish you luck in your training

If you want my opinion don't start another martial art for a month no point you are still no boxer my friend you need to spar. Also don't worry about taking a punch everyone fears to be hit at first. After some time you don't care at all like at all. Also never punch your head or ram it to objects wtf is that you cannot train jaw brother.

I find, every now and then, that I need to do a reset and look at the different facets and make sure

1. I'm improving on them

2. but in a way that is no obsessive

So, that means making a small improvement on each facet, instead of focusing all my effort on just one

So an example of a thing I may do for each facet is

Exercise: just stick to a simple 20-30 minute daily routine

Diet: Add something healthy, take out something unhealthy

Lifestyle: Add an extra hour of sleep

Social life: Call parents, being good humoured and cheerful with the people I meet

Creativity: Make sure I do something creative. It can simply be some writing, drawing, planning, reorganizing my apartment etc.

Morals: If I have been procrastinating, make sure I get my to-do list complete before recreation

Stretching is largely pointless.

LIFTING is a stretch in itself (the muscle lengthens under tension, tension greater than just you holding a body part in place), and a greater ROM will be a better stretch.

Why do you feel the need to stretch?

I still keep cable for my parents. They like the familiarity and flipping through channels. I use streaming for myself, but it’s wild how fast tech changes habits. Just five years ago, cable felt essential---now it’s mostly background noise unless you’re into live news or regional sports.

I was on the fence about canceling cable until my promo pricing ended. Once the bill spiked, I started comparing options. I checked reviews, looked at channel packages, and even reached out to spectrum customer service https://spectrum.pissedconsumer.com/customer-service.html to see what could be adjusted. Turns out, even after trimming down my plan, I was still paying more than I would with two streaming services combined. So I made the switch. I miss live local channels a bit, but the flexibility of streaming, no contracts, and cheaper monthly costs make up for it. Cable’s great for some, but streaming fits my lifestyle better.

I recently looked into YourParkingSpace reviews https://yourparkingspace.pissedconsumer.com/review.html before a weekend trip and was surprised at how convenient the whole process turned out to be. The reviews helped me choose a spot that was well-lit and close to my hotel, which made late-night returns feel a lot safer. If you're struggling with weight loss and finding it hard to sift through all the advice, consider professional medical options too. I recently started using Wegovy, a prescription medication that helps with weight loss, and it's made a significant difference for me. If you're interested, you can buy wegovy online https://www.canadapharmacy.com/products/wegovy and see if it's a good fit for your journey. It's pretty easy "to get fit" unless you're beyond a certain threshold and need a more sophisticated approach which is harder to understand and needs real life experience.

I guess most fitness trainers just have good genetics for low body fat & some muscle and just put together fantasy programs for fools. Remember - the more bullshit you teach people the more they will believe you.

I spend too much time in the gym to finish my routine. Help me cut it a little smaller (also any advice is welcome):

>Front raises 2x5-8

B (back, triceps, legs)

>Lat pull down behind neck wide grip 5x5

>Lat pull down to chest close grip 5x5

>Calf extension in press 5x10

>Press 5x6

>Quad extensions on machine 5x6

Ocasionally do abs and lower back

It seems like a lot, but I switch from exercise between rests. It takes me about 1.30 - 1.50 hs each day.

I would like to spend less time in the gym, but I think all exercises I do are important, and if I drop one of them I think I'm not pushing myself hard enough.

For me, its 20 min daily workouts

Alternate strength and cardio days

Strength day:

3 exercises

2x5

3-5 minute rest

Cardio

Running, cycling, stairs, it doent matter

Just go 20 minutes staying around 70% MHR

Do this 6 days a week, rest sunday

>Decline bench

Useless

>5 sets of chest flys

Why?

>Incline bench after flat bench

Cut up into two different programs of chest, do either one of either day

>Push ups

Cut out entirely and focus on normal benching. Can however substitute for better stretch if you use 20 kg plates lift your upper body.

Do maximum two different curl exercises, wtf are you doing four different for.

>Front raise

Useless
