Is there a list of stretches for completionist nerds? Like I don't want some random long list of good stretches or whatever I want the maximum the list or every possible stretch for every muscle.

Stretching is largely pointless.
LIFTING is a stretch in itself (the muscle lengthens under tension, tension greater than just you holding a body part in place), and a greater ROM will be a better stretch.
Why do you feel the need to stretch?
