Hello friend. How are you? Tell us a little about yourself. I’m planning to buy a 2023 GMC HUMMER EV but am still deciding on the trim and color. I have a well-paying job, which is why I’m considering financing. I’ve already found how to contact south atlantic bank customer service https://www.pissedconsumer.com/company/south-atlantic-bank/customer-service.html . I’d really love to get the car as soon as possible---maybe within a month—but I’m not sure if that will work out.

I scored a vintage leather jacket for half the price on an online auction site. It’s like treasure hunting. What’s your best find?

I found a designer bag for a steal on a resale app! It’s amazing how people resell things in perfect condition. Anyone else love browsing for pre-loved deals?

I’ve had so much fun shopping on resale platforms lately. One of my best finds was a gorgeous dress for a fraction of the retail price. Recently, I started using Vinted to declutter my closet and find gently used pieces that fit my style. The platform is super user-friendly, and it’s easy to browse by size or category. I had a minor issue with a payment, and Vinted customer service https://vinted-uk.pissedconsumer.com/customer-service.html was quick to resolve it, making the whole process stress-free.

I recently started diversifying my portfolio with precious metals, and it’s been an interesting journey. Gold and silver are great for long-term stability, especially during market uncertainty. While researching, I came across Money Metals Exchange https://money-metals-exchange.pissedconsumer.com/review.html , which offers a variety of options for purchasing and storing metals. Their resources helped me understand the benefits of adding physical assets to my investments.

I recently upgraded my home security system. I opted for a smart system with sensors, cameras, and remote monitoring to cover all bases. While researching options, I came across Brinks Home Security https://brinks-home-security.pissedconsumer.com/review.html and liked their approach to integrating smart tech with traditional security. Although I ultimately went with a different provider that suited my specific needs, Brinks stood out for its customizable features.

What would your dream house look like and where would it be located?

My dream house is a flat.

A really nice flat. Maybe a penthouse?

I’m very minimalistic, so those huge houses, with 30 bedrooms and 3 swimming pools… why? It would be so overwhelming for me. I get anxious just thinking of having to clean that up.

Also, the idea of a front lawn terrifies me. Who would take care of that? Certainly not me, I’d kill myself trying to use a lawnmower. And hiring someone else seems a bit ridiculous, and time consuming.

I’d love having a medium sized, cozy apartment, with a big bedroom and a library room. It need to have a lot of sunlight, as I kind of feed of it, like a reverse vampire. I really do need it though, it improves my mood instantly.

My dream house would be a cozy modern farmhouse with big windows, lots of natural light, and a wrap-around porch for morning coffee. I’d love it to be nestled in the mountains, maybe Colorado, surrounded by trees and near a peaceful stream. Lately, I’ve been browsing Meritage Homes reviews https://meritage-homes.pissedconsumer.com/review.html because they’re known for energy-efficient designs, which would be perfect for my dream home. Plus, I’d want something sustainable and low-maintenance for those snowy winters. Add a little garden, a wood-burning fireplace, and a reading nook with a view, absolute perfection.

I didn’t do that, although I thought about it too. But those were just thoughts, as I still don’t have my own bike and use my dad’s. However, I got a good job over the summer and am now planning to take out a loan. I’ve already contacted Liberty Savings Bank customer service https://www.pissedconsumer.com/company/liberty-savings-bank/customer-service.html , and I think I’ll soon be the proud owner of my own bike. For quick weight loss, focusing on high-protein, low-carb meals can be effective---think lean meats, lots of veggies, and healthy fats like avocado and olive oil. Cutting back on sugars and processed foods helps too. It’s also a good idea to stay hydrated and get enough sleep to keep your energy up. And if you're considering supplements to support your diet, Canadian Pharmacy https://www.canadapharmacy.com/ has a range of options that might help, but it’s always best to talk to a healthcare provider before starting anything new.

Is rest a necessary requirement for gains/growth?

Or is it okay to not take 3 days off? I ask "3" because I usually hear people say 4 on 3 off. I like to do 5 of 7 in a week with the two off days just randomly interspersed when I can't get off my lazy ass.

Also. I'm a newfag to /fit/ in general;

How long should it take to see big gains in bench press?

I'm a weakfag and only did 6 sets of 95 yesterday. Could likely do a set of 110-115? if I started with just that and was done.

set = 12 reps

How quickly could I reasonably expect to hit 150 pounds from 95lbs?

Rest is really important.

I really love training, like I fuckin love going to the gym and seeing my buddies and pumping iron. I have to make myself take days off, though, because training every day will definitely set you back… you get sore, but more importantly, you get weak.

I have found that only training legs twice a week (one day for bar squats, another day for everything else - various machine presses, etc) actually gives me more gains than an every-other-day approach. Same with upper body. Really the only thing I do every gym session is abs, and that's to keep my back healthy more than anything.

Everybody is different, but for me personally, two days of legs and two days of upper body (big compound movements that hit multiple big muscles) and really giving it your all is much more effective than a half-ass daily workouts.

Rest days can include walks and biking - I usually do my cardio on "rest" days. Just no weights.

tl;dr: rest is just as important (if not more) than training.

Contrary to popular belief you do not gain muscle at all when you are working out. You only gain muscle during the recovery period. I advise that you stretch after your workout and take the Wim Hofs course if you want to accelerate your muscle gain.

When I did sports every day, I did not see a good result. And when I started visiting the gym 2-3 times a week and spending time actively on other days, regularly taking vitamins from https://www.canadapharmacy.com/ and eating right, I noticed very good changes. I didn't limit myself in food, I just tried to eat healthier. In short, I wish you luck
