I'm pretty sure those who experienced "feeling great" from these diets are a result of placebo. From going into keto myself I always felt like shit and I always dryfasted for 3 days straight instead to lose weight. In addition, those diets are catching on a similar craze like vegetarianism in a cancerous way, a bunch of idiots jumping on a bandwagon without doing any research. I also have a strong feeling the carnivore diet isn't healthy either, as it's the other end of the fucking dumbass extremism to vegans.

So your somewhat skinnier biceps and triceps will still have a lot of muscle overall. You'll have advantages in reach, grip, and overall work you can do.

Another way to look at it is that while someone under 6' may be able to fill out more quickly, they'll reach a point where they're just a bulky ball of muscle. For you that point might be 40 pounds heavier.

My manlet friends are always nervous and compensate with aggressiveness to the point of being obnoxious or difficult to socialize with.

Truly the path of the manlet is not easy. As far as I am concerned either the experienced ones or the ones who keep to themselves are ok. Those hyper-agressive or backstabbing manlets are just a pain to work/do group activities with.

Ive gone through cannabis withdrawal like twice now. So Ive legit xp with this. TBH you just have to stop getting cannabis, as long as you have cannabis around you will smoke, you will justify it no matter what. Listen bru you dont need it and when you feel like utter shit from withdrawal just remember it will end soon but if you smoke youll only prolong it. The first time i went through it was a month long ordeal thanks to me not being able to just stop.
