Fat fuck here, a little background on me

I was always chubby as a kid but didn't get to obese level fat, fast forward to 10th grade after which I attented a military-esuqe short summer camp where I lost around 10 kgs and got really lean this was in 2014 in 2 years I gained some weight and got to about 100 kgs (my height is 6'2/1.88) but after 2015 I went into a deep depression due to some problems at home and in academics which led me to eat like a pig from 2016-2017 and gained 30 kgs I went up to 130 and then lost 15 kgs since then but have been eating junk recently again

So my question is: I think I might've fucked up my pancreas and heart from all this, I'm gonna get a check up and see if I'm pre diabetic or not and if I have high cholesterol

Can someone who's prediabetic and has high cholesterol/Arthroslecrsis gain strength through training as much as someone who is perfectly healthy?

Are there any resources for people in such a predicament, also any anons here who went from being obese to muscular and strong, mind you I have never seriously trained

You know that typical Zoo smell? It smells intensely like piss. Besides Hay Animals in the Zoo kinda smell like piss.

So what I noticed in the last few days is that sometimes my piss smells very intense, exactly like the Zoo.

I don't think it's just dehydration, because I was dehydrated a few times, when I was still fapping.

What do you think? Did you ever experience that?

Similar but much worse things have happened to me, not sure if it's genetic or high t, or increased sensitivity, or whatever but I do know that shit actually happens to some men, myself included, you stop masturbating but your gonads still produce sperm like a motherfucker, next thing you know you accidentally brush up against a girl or god forbid, a guy in a hallway or train and suddenly your dick pops out and sprays a weeks worth of cum on your crush, best friend, chad, and everyone else unfortunate enough to be there with your reputation ruined, seriously I have no clue how you people can pull off no fap, I can't go a few days without jacking off before everything get's fucked.

I have a Weiider machine from baaaaack in the day that I used to use. But then I nearly killed a nigger and went to prison instead of university. Long story but it was a must. In prison there were no weights or anything really so I just did pushups and this and that using my own body weight (forgot the name for that) pretty much so I wouldn't become sick.

Can I make gains with this thing? I'm seeking good health not any great appearance. Or do I need free weights? If so, what should I buy? I was thinking I'd like a chin up bar.

Alright, thank you.

After asking some questions like a month ago about workout equipment that can be easily hidden in the office. I think a general thread like this would be nice for people like me who don't have much time during the weekdays to workout.

mainly for stuff like

working out in the car

working out in the train

working out while on the computer

working out while giving a PowerPoint presentation

this thread will be about trying to find all those ways to get big in common situations.

I'd like to second all the suggestions for fasting and/or keto.

>>147330

>keto diet + plant fat

>plant fat

With very few exceptions, plant fats are garbage. The only good plant fats are coconut oil, palm oil, palm kernel oil, cocoa butter, and shea butter. Cocoa butter isn't generally used for cooking because of the flavor. I've never used shea butter, but supposedly niggers in Africa cook with it all the time.

Anyway, my point is that you want long chain saturated fats in your diet. These create a higher FADH/NADH ratio and cause reverse electron transport through complex 1 in the mitochondria. Plants are generally a shit source of these, and are high in polyunsaturated fats, which are garbage. Coconut and palm kernel oil tend to have shorter length fats than are ideal, but they're much better than any highly unsaturated vegetable oil. I use quite a bit of coconut oil myself. The best sources of long chain fatty acids, like stearic acid, is animal fat. Now, these animals have to be fed a decent diet. If you feed them corn and soy you get high PUFA fat in the animal, but fat from grass fed beef is pretty much the best fat you can eat. Meat from other grass fed ruminants like lamb is also excellent. Poultry and pork are particularly susceptible to making high PUFA body fat from high PUFA feed. It's a shame because they are so cheap.

Is it actually possible? I've been paying more attention to my teeth recently and i've noticed that they've stayed yellow no matter how much I floss or brush.

Have I done irreparable damage? Or is this just one of those things that just takes time to achieve?

Use coconut or olive oil, put some 25ml in your mouth and swish it around for one hour. It might taste disgusting but it will melt after some minutes, don’t spit into your sink it will clog your drain.

Do it every second day and you should see results after the second time.

i used to smoke hella cigarettes, pack a day for almost 2 decades. nasty white trash high tar ones too, pall mall reds at my worst. On top of this, I drank hella coke and only brushed once a day in the morning. never flossed. realizing how ugly I'd become and how nasty my teeth were was what drove me to become fit. I stopped smoking (vaping but down to 3mg nicotine) 2 years ago, stopped drinking all soda like half a year ago, brush 2x a day and floss most days, also swishing coconut oil once every week (oil pulling). i had so much plaque but no insurance, so I just took a sewing needle and went to town. i still have a bunch of plaque behind my bottom row but you can't see it. anyways, my teeth look pretty decent now. still yellow, but above average for a guy in his 30's. i do need to go to a dentist to have that hard to get plaque removed though. it's gonna be embarrassing when I do because it's been building up since forever. i'm 36 last time i went to dentist was when I got my wisdom teeth pulled at 19

It's another "I wake up feeling empty after having a dream that I had a gf" episode

just fuck my shit up boys, seems like the ride never ends.

Anyway this past week I finally started going to the gym regularly again, before this I was going once a week and felt like crap. I normally make excuses to myself to take rest days but this last week I just went on consecutive days and I never felt better. Sees like if I just went literally every single day I'd feel even better. But if I don't go for just two days then I start feeling like a piece of shit again, anyone else get the same thing?

>end up focusing on daydreaming rather than real life.

Step 1: stop doing this. People underestimate how bad this is for your well-being. The symptoms that are commonly associated with depression like numbness, brain-fog, and apathy are all exacerbated by "living in your head". Your mind, just like your body, needs exercise. From now on, focus on being present throughout your day. Take a look around you and observe things; catalogue what you observe in your mind. Feel the air on your skin and the way it flows through your body. When you are doing something, anything, narrate it like you're a character in a book. To be present is to escape from the anxiety of the past and future, and it is a healthy form of meditation that doesn't require sitting alone in solitude. It can be done anytime, anywhere. If you diligently practice it, I think you'll find you feel a lot better.

Percentage wise I'm sure. And milk has 3% protein by WEIGHT you moron. It's mostly water. As a percentage of calories, it's much higher. You would have a similar result if you did a percentage of a protein shake, with water, by weight. Water is fucking heavy.

I know I shouldn't have one daily but at the same time I need one, help wash out the meat left in my teeth etc. I only need it for the taste so what's a good snack. Preferably just make it taste good but also be pretty much empty since I already have enough food.

-Sugar free

-Low or carb free

-Low cal

I'm thinking fruit but hell if I can stomach it, give me alternatives.

And I'm that guy who's been eating kraft cheese with meals for added flavor. I don't feel like removing cheese right now, I'm thinking of replacing it with Parmesan Cheese instead. Should I?

According to the book the fever and diarrhea is suppose to be good and a sign that the detoxification process. I am becoming a little doubtful of this raw food/meat diet and was wondering if anyone here has had success with this kind of diet.

Why would you want to eat raw meat in the first place? Cooking meat makes meat more bioavailable because it denatures the proteins.

you should read the whole book.

I went from cooked carnivore to raw beef carnivore, only negative side effects I've ever had on this diet were eating rendered fat when I first switched.

now that I've read the book I'm revisiting butter, next is milk, then eggs, and fruit.

it makes sense that a hunter would eat fruit from a tree he found in his travels, the difference is that now we have bred them into pure sugar and the amount of fructose in 1 fruit is closer to what an entire tree used to yield.

which he also recommends limiting fruit intake to about one a day.

but my diet was pretty clean before, fruits roots and meats. vegetables (leaves and stems) are trash and we would have never eaten those except out of necessity or for medicinal purposes.

There is no traditional culture that all their meat cooked, but there are also none that ate all their meat raw. You don't need to eat everything raw. A little raw liver or a few raw eggs yolks now and then are good for you, sure, but you don't need to do it 24/7. Zero/carb carnivore is great way to eat, but doing it 100% raw is pointless. The eggs especially. Raw egg whites are high in an antinutrient called avidin that binds to biotin. The main point of going carnivore is to avoid antinutrients, which are non-existent in meat, but ubiquitous in plants.

As for Vonderplanitz, he stumbled upon something good, but he doesn't really understand the science behind it. He thinks salt crystallizes in your blood and that honey isn't sugar.

>>143408

Raw beef liver is one of the most healthy foods on the planet. It is loaded with vitamins and minerals. It is more nutrient dense than any plants, and has bioactive forms of vitamins that no plant based food has, like preformed vitamin A and D.

>>143413

You're far more likely to get a food borne illness from a salad than raw beef or eggs. I trust that pre-ground beef in a tube more than I trust a piece of lettuce grown in filthy mexican ditchwater.

>>143416

The funny thing is, that's pretty much what vegans actually believe. The only way to get b12 other than eating meat is eating feces and dirt.

B:

3x5 squat

3x8 lat pull downs

3x6-7 pull ups, last set is to failure

3x6 heavy shrugs

4 sets of holding really heavy bar for forearm workout

I trained for ABxABxx. Ive done this for 4 years

Now I want to change it to →

Pull ups - 3xF

Dips - 3x15-20

B:

That looks stupid and complicated. U arent an olympic powerlifter so u dont need a complex structure like that

If uve been lifting for 5 years and dont know a good routine, youre doing it wrong

Honestly blood is the only good thing to drink. Highly nutritional and satiating with zero sugar.

Might be a little rich in iron but some milk every now and again could off-put it.

Just sucks you can't get it in most places and that it's so undervalued or demonized.

I either have to choose between milk, juice, water, tea, or coffee. Coffee and tea are toxic. I can barely drink soda before getting sick of it.

Milk has some sugar and blocks iron in the body and juice has sugar and low nutritional value. Cannot believe idiots buy lower fat milk.

Also, I am sick of waterfags. Water takes nutrients from your body and flushes your system. Water is naturally gross and overrated as fuck. It's just nice to escape from sugar but that's it.

Start lifting first, worry about bulking later. Do a routine for a few weeks, get the hang of things, then think about adding calories.

Living alone doesn't net you anything nowadays if you're going to live on minimum wage. Why do the unnecessary if you can study? 18 isn't old enough, you're just out of high school.

A regular calorie deficit is better than Keto because you have access to the whole shebang of foods, just watch what you eat and set limits really

pushups, squats, and sit ups are a nice start. You could try adding jogging or swimming if you have pool access. Good luck fatass, show the world you can do it.

Depends. Counting calories didn't work particularly well for me. Assuming it's due to metabolic damage I've done to myself over the years.

I'd recommend starting with counting calories unless OP hates the idea or shows other signs of insulin resistance.
