Skating is fun and that's about it. Maybe you'll burn a few calories, but you'll burn more calories faster by sprinting. Also those boots are hard on your cute little feet. Yes even the "ergonomic" ones. Footwear design these days is such shit and I'm mad about it.

I grew up playing rollerhockey. Skating is a lot fun(if you have a good surface for it easily available to you) and doing cardio you enjoy makes a big difference because it's easier to stick to it. It does do a number on your feet if you're not used to it though.

I'm on the full rollar work out and it's doing wonders.
Basically you attach Rollars to each limb and try to make your way around at least 4 city blocks, for me it's fairly decent but I often have to do push flexes (Where you move more like a dog than a horse in your four legged rollar moves)
You got this but do not make the same mistake I did when trying to lift and Rollar. TAKE THEM OFF YOUR HANDS FIRST. I only made this mistake once but will never forget.

Sprinting is good for BDNF and heart health, but everyone here knows the only way to lose weight is fasting.

Rollerblading for cardio is a fantastic way to stay fit and have fun. It provides a low-impact workout that targets key muscles while improving balance and coordination. Plus, it's a refreshing change from traditional exercises like walking. Check out https://betterme.world/articles/walking-2-miles-a-day/ for more fitness tips!
