Hello, I wanted to come on here to see if anyone relates to my situation or has thoughts about it. I currently live a lifestyle that many people will call me crazy for and think I should be dead by now. Its a lifestyle that involves living in the realm of the terrain theory, which conflicts with the germ theory that almost all societies in the world operate under. Quick summary germ theory is based on the idea that bacteria/microbes cause disease, and terrain theory is idea that microbes are not the cause of disease rather the toxins consumed and inside the body and environmentally around the body are what cause disease. This means with living in harmony with the terrain theory, I do things that welcome bacteria/microbes into my body, such as almost 95% of diet eating raw meat, raw diary, raw eggs, and so on. This is the best ive ever felt in my life, and is a testimony story of self experimentation, allowing me to prove that bacteria is not the direct cause of disease because I would be dead by now, like all the so called "medical expert" claim. Also we are made of bacteria, so therefore are made to consume and be in harmony with it so we can digest well and have optimal bodily functions, assisted by the bacteria. I feel like im rediscovering our true primal nature and its a invigorating feeling. I wish for all humans to experience this again, as its the only thing that makes me feel "alive" these days, along with getting sun and grounding, etc. Please let me know how you all feel about this, as am tired of trying to explain this to people who dont want to listen and be open minded, and it isolates me because I want to find community in this regard. I think you'd be surprised at what just having separate accounts with your bank can do. We have a general checking and credit account, but also automatically set aside money for entertainment and house/improvement stuff once a week in separate accounts. Then we just use the corresponding cards as needed. Way easier to keep track of things too.

lucky you, i'm doing this, this summer again! nothing but watermelons for weeks.

currently i am on ~70% fruit (banana, grape, raspberry and strawberry) rest is mix of cooked and raw vegetables. 1-2 cups of rice or lentils or something on most days while it is cold out. fruit cools down the body so how much i do it is somewhat related to temperatures. gonna be warm here soon, which means more fruit for me.

Take out: booze, pizza, bread, mid-meal snacks etc.

Add in: a salad before dinner, a heathy breakfast

Also, I find weight loss comes easier when I am simply healthier, and one of the best ways is to attempt to improve my overall life style. One of the easiest ways to do that is adding an extra hour to my sleep. When the body is rested, it loses fat better. When it is stressed, it wants to keep fat on.
