I subscribed to Up Faith and Family a few months ago because I wanted more family-friendly options that weren’t just cartoons. I wasn’t sure what to expect, but I’ve found a few series that genuinely surprised me with good storytelling. It's pretty easy "to get fit" unless you're beyond a certain threshold and need a more sophisticated approach which is harder to understand and needs real life experience.

I just bought a 50# kb this evening from wallys.

I wanted a 16kg(35lb) to match my other 16kg. But they had none I saw.

No time to visit other stores soo.

They had a 30lb and a 40 and a 50.

I did a one hand swing and into a shoulder rest and then a press with 50.

It felt so good. Very controlled and I felt the muscle chain firing.

I trained with my 16kg for over a year.

I also have a 85lb kb I got a couple years ago but only used w two hands a few tines.

When I try to speak to people or even just sitting around I make these hoarse, weak breathing sounds. My teeth have begun breaking in half by the root and my skin has begun to fall off, I can feel it, it's not attached to anything beneath and it'll never go back if i pull it too hard. I'm getting tinnitus all the time now and I can barely see, like black spots and bright lights flashing. Doesn't really matter as there's nothing I want to see anyway. I'm just so fucking tired all the time I feel like I could sleep and never wake up, I want that and I'm too tired to hide it anymore. This ugly skin just keeps moving around, I'm afraid it could pull on the nerves and break them, that could never be fixed if it did happen, just another thing permanently broken. My skull's getting soft too, rub it too hard and it'll crack. Fall and it'll definitely break. Taking the blackpill has been the worst choice I ever made, I'm embarrassed and I'm ashamed.

same but I gotta jog as well tbh - huge part of cardio gains is long low intensity training which is the farthest from lifting

You know what I did this winter and it was really effective? I was doing stairs for my liss but i added that 80s heavyhands dumbbell swinging. Got the cardio system well-stimulated, but the whole body effect was still low intensity.

Ive been doing incline treadmill for low intensity stuff, but play hockey twice a week for HIT. Seems to work ok.

I have been getting a bit faster. Started rooning again this year. Went from about 201 to 194 lbs. Also doing some weight training because I don't want to look like a twink. Body composition is improving. Today I ran 1.5 miles at 7.2 mph the entire way. Thinking about doing an endurance run tomorrow… perhaps a 5k at a slower pace like 6.7.
