I want this car! I was thinking of buying an Audi A4, but now I see I need to look for something else. I've already contacted freedom credit union customer service ( https://www.pissedconsumer.com/company/freedom-credit-union/customer-service.html ), and I think by mid-October, I'll be a happy owner of an Audi. After that, I'll start saving for a car like this — a skeleton car.

Absolutely! It's crucial to understand that not all fats are harmful. Healthy fats are essential for overall well-being as they support various bodily functions, such as maintaining cell membranes, promoting vitamin absorption, and protecting organs. There are three types of fats: unsaturated fats (good and necessary for a healthy life), saturated fats (considered bad and can lead to heart problems), and trans fats (the worst kind, associated with heart disease, inflammation, diabetes, strokes, and rapid weight gain). If you're concerned about your fat intake, check out the video to spot the warning signs. For more information, visit https://www.canadapharmacy.com/. Stay informed and prioritize your health! Fats are a requirement and should not be avoided. Saturated fat is required in a certain quantity, Polyunsaturated and monounsaturated are supposed to be balanced to a certain quantity. Trans fats are poisons advertised as food. Think cigarettes in the 1950’s “nine out of ten doctors recommend” stuff like original crisco and partially hydrogenated vegetable shortening added to the human diet to cut costs. We replaced them with fully-hydrogenated vegetable shortening which is supposed to be safer but considering all things is likely just less poisonous. There is conflicting evidence that saturated fat is bad at all. Some evidence to the contrary suggests you should only eat saturated fat for the most part.

Regardless an ideal diet is high in fats with zero trans fats. Deep frier grease is fully-hydrogenated usually and I believe heating it up turns it into trans fats.

27f269 No.151415

Fats are essential and shouldn't be cut out of the diet. Some saturated fat is necessary, and it's recommended that your diet also contain an equal amount of polyunsaturated and monounsaturated fats. Foods containing trans fats are actually toxins. Like cigarettes in the 1950s, when "nine out of ten doctors recommend" them, cheap ways to add flavor and texture to the human diet included things like original crisco and partially hydrogenated vegetable shortening. We switched to vegetable shortening that is fully hydrogenated because it is purported to be safer, but in reality is https://redactleunlimited.com probably merely less toxic. Evidence suggesting that saturated fat is harmful is mixed. Contrary information suggests sticking to saturated fats exclusively for the most part.

I started seeing results after I read an article https://betterme.world/articles/skinny-waist-big-butt/ and decided to adopt a healthy lifestyle, not just focus on losing weight. Every week, I see more improvement, and it's so exciting. I wish you good luck too!

1-3 is ugly to unattractive.

A 1/10 is the ugliest person you see out of at least 200. They are either morbidly obese, or obese with some sort of major facial deformity. 2s are both obese with a minor facial deformity or severely obese. 3s are either obese or they have some sort of very noticeable facial deformity.

4-7 is attractive to fairly attractive.

None of these people stick out, and they are all pleasant to look at. 4s and 5s might not look too healthy and may be a bit skinny or even underweight, but at least they aren't obese and/or have any noticeable facial deformities, but they don't tend to put in any decent effort into looking attractive, with all 4s being what you would naturally consider below-average-looking, but not yet unattractive. 6s and 7s all look healthy and look like they put some effort into keeping up with their looks to actively attract others, with 7s being on the cusp of being highly attractive, but not yet possessing any special qualities regarding their looks.

8-10 are highly attractive to shockingly stunning.

There is something special about their looks. They put in a lot of effort into fitness, and their faces are flawless. They are a rare type of attractive. A 10/10 is going to be the most stunning person out of at least 200 people if not much more. They look so close to perfect, that they tend to draw attention to themselves in a similar way to a Ferrari. There is some shockingly sexy quality about their looks that is extremely rare among people.

Obviously, how good someone looks is a bit difficult to quantify, but this should serve as a decent general guide. This guide should be good for people up to the age of 45, beyond that, most people won’t find you sexually attractive unless they have a specific fetish, or unless they’re after your money.

I'm the same and that's why I love shopping! I usually shop online and always wait for deliveries. I've finally started losing some seriously garbage weight I've had on my body for a long time through daily cardio, but my former musclemass in my arms and shoulders is gone and also my libido fell off a fucking cliff and when I do get erect I can tell it isn't as long or as hard as usual, I can't get off to anything even things that normally arouse me. Shouldn't it be the other way around? Has too much cardio made me healthier but lowered my T? How do I get my big biceps and shoulders back?

Gyms have been closed for me for over half a year and I picked up running so that I have some physical exercise to do + it's good for the heart. I can relate to not having raging rock hard erections and im happy that im not the only one seeing this awkward pattern. Extended periods of running and decreased T is in fact scientifically related but it absolutely shouldnt be so significant to the point where you consider putting off this form of exercise. From the reaserch ive done I can conclude that my decreased T is a result of both running and mainly my diet. Social interaction isnt something to be considered because talking to a woman isnt the same as sex altough sometimes it might seem like it. In conclusion I would recommend looking in to your diet and implementing foods and vitamins that may stabilize your T levels because purely running isnt plumetting your T or sex drive.

I read something about endurance running lowering T level and increasing some stress hormone level. Unfortunately that's all I remember and I can't provide a source but it's out there to be found…

I have problems like you described, when I don't get enough protein/good food. Less when having extra portion oats in the morning.

I stopped doing more than one long run per week some time ago, mainly because I fell in love with cycling but also because I found sprints, uphill or stairs, to be more effective in building strength. I also feel more "pushed"/"aggressive" afterwards in comparison to the more tranquilizing runners high.

For the upper body - handstand, push-ups, dips, pull-ups.

Maybe of help:

I want to look more like this person. At the moment I am much larger and need to get skinny. I already diet and I keep myself to a strict maximum of 1500 calories a day. The problem I need to get over now is that I don't move very much. I already lived a very sedentary lifestyle but now because of Covid I have even less reason to ever get out and walk around. I've been trying to get into running as a way to make myself more active but I hate it with a burning passion. I'm wondering if anyone has any suggestions for how to enjoy running instead of hating every moment.

Hey, I totally get it. Exercise can feel like a drag sometimes. Start slow and experiment with different activities until you find something you genuinely enjoy. Maybe try group classes, outdoor workouts, or even just walking in nature. If calisthenics pique your interest, check out this 30-day plan: https://betterme.world/articles/30-day-calisthenics-workout-plan/ . No pressure, just find what works for you!

To be honest, I don't know for sure. I just often went for a run and only with time I came to love it. Now I can't run because of an injury. But thanks to https://betterme.world/articles/walking-2-miles-a-day/ , I started to walk a lot regularly. It helps my back to not hurt and also to keep in shape a bit

I used to struggle with weight issues and finding joy in exercise. Starting slow with running and gradually increasing my pace made a big difference. Setting small goals and working out with a friend kept me motivated and accountable. Mixing up my routine and listening to music or podcasts made exercising more enjoyable. Additionally, I found that Wegovy really helped with my weight management. I bought wegovy online from here https://www.canadapharmacy.com/products/wegovy , and it was a game-changer for me. With consistency, I began to enjoy exercise and saw real progress.
