I work for a small business that doesn’t offer a 401(k), and I’m trying to figure out the best way to save for retirement. I’ve heard about state-sponsored programs, but I’m unsure how they compare to personal IRAs. Has anyone used these programs, and are they worth it?

If your employer doesn’t offer a retirement plan, state-run options like CalSavers can be a simple way to start saving. The automatic payroll deductions make it easy, but you should check the fees and investment options first. It’s great for beginners, but a self-directed IRA offers more flexibility.

b516e6 No.151809

I was curious about CalSavers since my employer doesn’t provide a retirement plan, so I started researching. It seems like a great option for those who want something hands-off, but I had questions about withdrawals and contribution limits. At one point, I even looked up the CalSavers phone number https://www.pissedconsumer.com/company/calsavers/customer-service.html to get clarification on how the program works. While it’s convenient, I realized that rolling over into a traditional or Roth IRA might give me better control over my investments.

Surprisingly smooth trip, and the spontaneity made it even more fun! Would definitely do it again.

What’s the best way to ensure you’re buying high-quality medical supplies and equipment? Are there trusted brands or platforms you’d recommend for consistency and reliability?

When looking for reliable medical supplies, I always check reviews, verify certifications, and make sure the supplier has good customer support. It’s also worth comparing prices, but quality should come first. If you’re considering Gundry MD products, you can always call their customer service here https://gundry-md.pissedconsumer.com/customer-service.html —they're pretty responsive and can help with any questions.

To ensure you're buying high-quality medical supplies, always check for certifications and reviews. Trusted brands like Medtronic, Philips, and 3M are reliable. For B2B purchases, the Canadian Pharmacy B2B Partner site https://www.canadapharmacy.com/pharmacy-partner is a great platform offering top-quality products with a focus on consistency and reliability. I had a good experience with it.

For me, oats with milk, honey, and blueberries are the perfect mix of fiber, protein, and natural sweetness. I love adding chia seeds or a scoop of almond butter for extra nutrients and staying power. Sometimes, I swap milk for Greek yogurt to make it creamier. I also make sure to get the right vitamins to support my diet, and Pharmacy B2B Partner https://www.canadadrugsdirect.com/pharmacy-partner has been great for high-quality supplements. Lately, I’ve noticed more glitches on social media apps—messages not sending, filters disappearing, and even random logouts. It’s frustrating, especially when you rely on these platforms to stay connected. Have you experienced similar issues? Are certain apps worse than others, or is this just the new normal?

I’ve had constant issues with disappearing messages on Instagram and lag on TikTok. Updates sometimes fix bugs but also bring new ones. I feel like these apps prioritize new features over stability. If a platform is essential for work or communication, it’s best to have a backup plan just in case.

Snapchat has been acting up a lot for me lately. Just last week, my messages wouldn’t send, and my account randomly logged out. I thought it was a temporary glitch, but it kept happening. Are self-directed IRAs worth it for tax benefits, or are they more trouble than they’re worth?

I looked into a self-directed IRA for real estate investing, and while the tax benefits are appealing, the paperwork and restrictions were overwhelming. Plus, custodians charge fees for everything. If you’re not actively managing investments, a traditional IRA might be the safer, hassle-free option. Anyone here actually using one?

Self-directed IRAs offer great tax advantages, but they require strict compliance with IRS rules. Investing in real estate or private businesses through an IRA sounds amazing, but one wrong move (like self-dealing) could trigger penalties. I was researching custodians and came across The Entrust Group reviews https://www.pissedconsumer.com/the-entrust-group/RT-F.html seems like experiences vary widely depending on how hands-on you want to be.

So i hope you actually see this cunt.

Ive gone through cannabis withdrawal like twice now. So Ive legit xp with this. TBH you just have to stop getting cannabis, as long as you have cannabis around you will smoke, you will justify it no matter what. Listen bru you dont need it and when you feel like utter shit from withdrawal just remember it will end soon but if you smoke youll only prolong it. The first time i went through it was a month long ordeal thanks to me not being able to just stop. The second time it was just a couple of days and i had been smoking way more, both times i was smoking weed multiple times a day.

Stop making excuses.

Your post is an excuse.

I bet you wouldn't lift if you didn't smoke either,

Weed honestly have some benefits to fitness.

Start lifting now. Your excuses will only change their language. Why not use weed as a reward?

Otherwise just quit. If you go a week or two off you will not even want to get back on it because you will appreciate to have a clear head.

I gained some weight in the last 4 years (6ft, 205lbs, 24yo). I look bulky to fat, i have friends my height 30lbs lighter looking really fat and unhealthy in comparison. I do think the weight is surpressing my energy levels.

I care about my looks and should care more about my health. My new regiment is:

- IF 16:8

- No sugar/snacks

- Avoid white wheat

- Daily 20 minutes rope, HIT or bodyweight exercise

- More protein

- 1 gallon water

- 2-3 times sex per week

I got no deadline. This is my first post here because I enjoy the bluntness.

Are there any other great changes to implement?

Select a method that suits your lifestyle and preferences. May be here u can find more info https://betterme.world/articles/intermittent-fasting/ . Wish u luck!

I started painting when I was 18. I believe that cosmetics should be good and not irritate the skin. I recently read Madison Reed reviews https://madison-reed.pissedconsumer.com/review.html and realized that I know where I will often buy care products from now on. I usually use foundation and mascara, but now I want to buy something new

What are the most important good habits to form?

If you had to choose one good habit to start or one bad habit to end right now what would it be?

Drinking enough water is actually great advice, and that's something you shouldn't forget about if you want to improve your overall wellbeing. Also, in my case, cannabis from https://getgreen.shop helps me cope with anxiety and insomnia, so it's a good solution if you want to boost your health even more, just contact a healthcare specialist beforehand.

Hey everyone,

I've been thinking about wearing booty shorts and a crop top for an upcoming event, but I'm not sure if it's appropriate. What do you all think? Would it be okay, or should I go for something more conservative?

After intense workouts or competitions, I sometimes feel sore for days. What are the best recovery methods that actually work? Any tips for reducing muscle pain and improving flexibility?

Hydration and proper stretching are key! I always drink plenty of electrolytes after training and do light yoga or mobility exercises to ease stiffness. A foam roller is a game-changer for muscle recovery.

I always start with mobility exercises and light stretching to prevent stiffness. Recently, I’ve been exploring somatic exercises, which help relax the nervous system and release muscle tension. This 28-day somatic exercise for trauma relief program https://betterme.world/articles/28-day-somatic-exercise-for-trauma-relief/ includes gentle movements that improve body awareness and flexibility. I’ve noticed that focusing on controlled breathing and slow movements helps my muscles recover faster.
