I always look for discounted tickets online or bundle deals that include food vouchers. Planning trips during the off-season helps too, shorter lines and better prices make a huge difference!

Gift cards are a lifesaver! I collect them throughout the year and use them for tickets, meals, and souvenirs. They’re also great as presents for theme park lovers.

The best hack for saving on theme park trips is using gift cards. I recently stocked up on Disney gift cards for a family vacation, they’re so versatile! You can use them for everything from park tickets to snacks and merchandise. I bought a few online and had a quick question about redeeming them, so I contacted Disney gift card customer service https://www.pissedconsumer.com/company/disney-gift-card/customer-service.html , and they were super helpful.

I can’t resist splurging on super-soft blankets! My favorite is a huge faux fur throw I found online---it’s perfect for movie nights. What’s your ultimate cozy must-have?

For me, it’s candles and a plush robe. Nothing beats curling up with a good book and soft lighting. I’ve been eyeing those fancy weighted blankets everyone’s raving about.

I love indulging in soft, luxurious blankets. I recently picked up a blanket from Minky Couture, and it’s honestly the best splurge I’ve ever made! The fabric is ridiculously soft and keeps me warm without overheating. It’s now my go-to for movie nights and lazy Sundays. I even ended up buying one as a gift for my mom, who’s obsessed with it too. While ordering, I had a quick question about delivery, and Minky Couture customer service https://www.pissedconsumer.com/company/minky-couture/customer-service.html was super helpful and friendly.

I’ve recently been diving into professional development books and teaching resources. I ordered a few titles from Heinemann, and they’ve been so inspiring for improving both my mindset and skills. For more dedicated tracking, try apps like Warranty Keeper. It lets you log purchase dates, warranty periods, and even upload photos of receipts to keep everything organized in one place.

I’ve been using Warranty Keeper, and it’s helped me stay on top of expiration dates and repair claims. It’s particularly useful for big purchases like appliances and electronics. When I was researching warranty services, I came across New Leaf Service Contracts reviews https://new-leaf-service-contracts.pissedconsumer.com/review.html , which gave me some insights into how extended warranties work and what to look for in terms of coverage.

What would your dream house look like and where would it be located?

f28b65 No.151606

My dream house is a flat.

A really nice flat. Maybe a penthouse?

I’m very minimalistic, so those huge houses, with 30 bedrooms and 3 swimming pools… why? It would be so overwhelming for me. I get anxious just thinking of having to clean that up.

Also, the idea of a front lawn terrifies me. Who would take care of that? Certainly not me, I’d kill myself trying to use a lawnmower. And hiring someone else seems a bit ridiculous, and time consuming.

I’d love having a medium sized, cozy apartment, with a big bedroom and a library room. It need to have a lot of sunlight, as I kind of feed of it, like a reverse vampire. I really do need it though, it improves my mood instantly.

My dream house would be a cozy modern farmhouse with big windows, lots of natural light, and a wrap-around porch for morning coffee. I’d love it to be nestled in the mountains, maybe Colorado, surrounded by trees and near a peaceful stream. Lately, I’ve been browsing Meritage Homes reviews https://meritage-homes.pissedconsumer.com/review.html because they’re known for energy-efficient designs, which would be perfect for my dream home. Plus, I’d want something sustainable and low-maintenance for those snowy winters. Add a little garden, a wood-burning fireplace, and a reading nook with a view, absolute perfection.

I didn’t do that, although I thought about it too. But those were just thoughts, as I still don’t have my own bike and use my dad’s. However, I got a good job over the summer and am now planning to take out a loan. I’ve already contacted Liberty Savings Bank customer service https://www.pissedconsumer.com/company/liberty-savings-bank/customer-service.html , and I think I’ll soon be the proud owner of my own bike. I just need to settle on the exact model and hope for the best!

For quick weight loss, focusing on high-protein, low-carb meals can be effective---think lean meats, lots of veggies, and healthy fats like avocado and olive oil. Cutting back on sugars and processed foods helps too. It’s also a good idea to stay hydrated and get enough sleep to keep your energy up. And if you're considering supplements to support your diet, Canadian Pharmacy https://www.canadapharmacy.com/ has a range of options that might help, but it’s always best to talk to a healthcare provider before starting anything new.

Is rest a necessary requirement for gains/growth?

Or is it okay to not take 3 days off? I ask "3" because I usually hear people say 4 on 3 off. I like to do 5 of 7 in a week with the two off days just randomly interspersed when I can't get off my lazy ass.

Also. I'm a newfag to /fit/ in general;

How long should it take to see big gains in bench press?

I'm a weakfag and only did 6 sets of 95 yesterday. Could likely do a set of 110-115? if I started with just that and was done.

set = 12 reps

How quickly could I reasonably expect to hit 150 pounds from 95lbs?

Rest is really important.

I really love training, like I fuckin love going to the gym and seeing my buddies and pumping iron. I have to make myself take days off, though, because training every day will definitely set you back… you get sore, but more importantly, you get weak.

I have found that only training legs twice a week (one day for bar squats, another day for everything else - various machine presses, etc) actually gives me more gains than an every-other-day approach. Same with upper body. Really the only thing I do every gym session is abs, and that's to keep my back healthy more than anything.

Everybody is different, but for me personally, two days of legs and two days of upper body (big compound movements that hit multiple big muscles) and really giving it your all is much more effective than a half-ass daily workouts.

Rest days can include walks and biking - I usually do my cardio on "rest" days. Just no weights.

tl;dr: rest is just as important (if not more) than training.

Contrary to popular belief you do not gain muscle at all when you are working out. You only gain muscle during the recovery period. I advise that you stretch after your workout and take the Wim Hofs course if you want to accelerate your muscle gain.

When I did sports every day, I did not see a good result. And when I started visiting the gym 2-3 times a week and spending time actively on other days, regularly taking vitamins from https://www.canadapharmacy.com/ and eating right, I noticed very good changes. I didn't limit myself in food, I just tried to eat healthier. In short, I wish you luck

I have a child car seat from Cybex. I bought this before the baby was born. There is only one problem, we had to sell the old car in advance and we still haven't bought a new one. We have already contacted washington trust customer service https://www.pissedconsumer.com/company/washington-trust/customer-service.html and I think we will be able to buy the car soon. I started seeing results after I read an article https://betterme.world/articles/skinny-waist-big-butt/ and decided to adopt a healthy lifestyle, not just focus on losing weight. 1-3 is ugly to unattractive.

A 1/10 is the ugliest person you see out of at least 200. They are either morbidly obese, or obese with some sort of major facial deformity. 2s are both obese with a minor facial deformity or severely obese. 3s are either obese or they have some sort of very noticeable facial deformity.

4-7 is attractive to fairly attractive.

None of these people stick out, and they are all pleasant to look at. 4s and 5s might not look too healthy and may be a bit skinny or even underweight, but at least they aren't obese and/or have any noticeable facial deformities, but they don't tend to put in any decent effort into looking attractive, with all 4s being what you would naturally consider below-average-looking, but not yet unattractive. 6s and 7s all look healthy and look like they put some effort into keeping up with their looks to actively attract others, with 7s being on the cusp of being highly attractive, but not yet possessing any special qualities regarding their looks.

8-10 are highly attractive to shockingly stunning.

There is something special about their looks. They put in a lot of effort into fitness, and their faces are flawless. They are a rare type of attractive. A 10/10 is going to be the most stunning person out of at least 200 people if not much more. They look so close to perfect, that they tend to draw attention to themselves in a similar way to a Ferrari. There is some shockingly sexy quality about their looks that is extremely rare among people.

Obviously, how good someone looks is a bit difficult to quantify, but this should serve as a decent general guide. This guide should be good for people up to the age of 45, beyond that, most people won’t find you sexually attractive unless they have a specific fetish, or unless they’re after your money.
