For me, non-alcoholic beer cleared my ears.

For at least a year, I was having weird ear issues where I would get flaky skin building up and coming out of it. it was obnoxious as shit. At first I thought it was ear dryness, so I was using mineral oil, stopped soap in my hair hope that would help. It got worse. started using soap again, it got better but sine-waved between bad and not so bad. Then I started eating filmjolk, but kept slipping in trying to eat it daily. So after some time, I figured "Go for non-alcoholic beer- you can drink more than one a day and not have to worry about social guilt,". My ears are clear now, so it must be the yeast or some missing nutrient in the beer that helped clear out my ear problems.

what little shit did you do that fixed a surprisingly stubborn problem?

In my mid-20s I developed a really obnoxious neck rash. Cystic, underneath-your-skin painful achy shit. I went to the doctor and they wanted to give me a diuretic to see if it would help acne, which was weird because my face was completely clear… this wasn't normal teenage acne and I certainly didn't want to be on a diuretic for the rest of my life. I knew then that doctors wouldn't help me.

I start systematically cutting foods and lifestyle choices from my diet to see if I was allergic to anything I was eating, drinking, or around all the time. In the end, it ended up being dairy. I used to drink a lot of milk, eat a lot of yogurt and cottage cheese, etc. Within days of stopping dairy, the itching and swelling stopped, and within a week or two, the rash was gone. Now I get a bump every now and then if I've been too cavalier with the cheese, but otherwise my skin is pretty perfect with minimal effort. Just don't drink milk, eat a bunch of ice cream, etc.

Dairy never gave me any kind of intestinal troubles… just a weird neck rash

Even whey protein powder does that for me. I just stick to chicken and beans

It's true. I started having back problems from the fact that I sit a lot during work. I found https://betterme.world/articles/walking-2-miles-a-day and it helped me a lot to fix the situation. I started walking a lot regularly and it affected my posture and overall well-being

I hear you on the back pain struggle. It can be really frustrating when nothing seems to bring relief. Have you considered exploring different treatment options or therapies? Also, if you're looking for pain relief medications or other health products, the Canadian Pharmacy site here https://www.canpharm.com/ might have some solutions that could help ease your discomfort.

I started walking about 15 thousand steps a day. Somehow I found factory direct brantford ( https://factory-direct-canada.pissedconsumer.com/customer-service.html ) and thanks to that I bought a fitness watch. It is he who reminds me that it is time for me to rest, move and take more steps. Now my back doesn't hurt from sitting and my knees are fine too
