I recently ordered tires and accessories online, and the delivery didn’t go as planned. The tires didn’t match the specs listed, and I’m wondering if others have had similar issues with online tire stores. How do you handle order mix-ups like this?

Yeah, I had a similar issue with lug nuts that didn’t fit the rims they were meant for. I ended up reselling them online because the return policy was a hassle. I’ve become a lot more cautious now and double-check specs before clicking “buy.”

I’ve had mixed experiences with online tire orders. Once, I bought tires for my old Subaru and they arrived with the wrong load rating. I didn’t realize until my mechanic pointed it out during installation. It wasn’t a safety risk, but still annoying. That made me dig around for reviews before buying again. I came across sites like https://tire-agent.pissedconsumer.com/review.html , where people shared similar stories about specs not matching or receiving older stock. It’s worth checking those before purchasing, just to set realistic expectations.
