Ive gone through cannabis withdrawal like twice now. So Ive legit xp with this. TBH you just have to stop getting cannabis, as long as you have cannabis around you will smoke, you will justify it no matter what. Listen bru you dont need it and when you feel like utter shit from withdrawal just remember it will end soon but if you smoke youll only prolong it. The first time i went through it was a month long ordeal thanks to me not being able to just stop. The second time it was just a couple of days and i had been smoking way more, both times i was smoking weed multiple times a day.

I bet you wouldn't lift if you didn't smoke either,

Weed honestly have some benefits to fitness.

Start lifting now. Your excuses will only change their language. Why not use weed as a reward?

Otherwise just quit. If you go a week or two off you will not even want to get back on it because you will appreciate to have a clear head.

You will never be able to quit without failing once or twice. The main thing to learn is to grow stronger with each failure, instead of using it as an excuse to devolve further in to self-pity. Having loser friends who use this substance will also bring you down, ditch them and make friends at the gym you fucking twink.
