I bet you wouldn't lift if you didn't smoke either,
Weed honestly have some benefits to fitness.
Start lifting now. Your excuses will only change their language. Why not use weed as a reward?
Otherwise just quit. If you go a week or two off you will not even want to get back on it because you will appreciate to have a clear head.
It's all just habits. Take a cold shower, and stop bitching.
