I'm underweight by 20 pounds, and I tend to be a picky-eater. Any advice?

Don't be picky, it's simple. Is your goal more important than the few minutes you're tasting something bad?

It's not that it taste bad; It's more like I get sick or tired from eating. I'm a very slow eater too. Drinks are a different story, I drink fast, but not eat fast.

shove some fucking grub down your gullet
I recommend muesli as a bulking staple, for breakfast and pre-workout.
>raw steel cut oats (fibrous, low glycemic index carb; gives great jaw workout)
>cacao nibs (tons of antioxidants and lovely chocolate aroma)
>raisins (important as sweetener to make it taste good)
>your choice of nuts (I used almonds, cashews, walnuts, and pecans)
>your choice of berries (I used blueberries)
>one banana, sliced (likewise, important as sweetener to make it taste good)
>optional cinnamon/nutmeg on top (doesn't make much a difference, but it's a nice garnish, if you're into that)
also a big plate of ground beef slop with some onions, red bell peppers, and tomato sauce over pasta all the time. I gained 27lbs in 3 months with these as staple meals, almost entirely muscle although almost entirely in my thighs/ass 'cause fucking /fit/ brainwashed me into Rippetardism

don't keep junkfood in the house at all. when you do get something unhealthy, only buy a single serving, never in bulk. cheating should take far more effort than your day-to-day healthy diet.
i had to change my diet pretty radically due to non-fatty health issues, but this is some of the stuff that's helped a lot & might work for you too
>take 1 night a week to cook the next 7 days worth of macros & prep healthy snacks, you can even do a month's worth if you have a deep freezer
>keep a cooler in your car/office w/ snacks to avoid the temptation of drive thrus & shitty gas station food
>set milestones where you're allowed to cheat as a reward for meeting a goal
the goal is to make being healthy the lazy option & preserve your motivation for working out

Beans are pretty low calorie. They are also gassy which can cause bloating, when OP needs to eat more, bloating doesn't sound like a winning strategy.
Oats have a decent amount of calories, throw some nuts and dried fruit in and you have some serious dense calories.

I am overweight too and I monitor my diet. food plays a big role in my life. I prefer a healthy food and do not understand people who eat fatty foods. I am sure that healthy food can be tasty and healthy. to do this, grill it. my favorite dinner is grilled beef. I read a large number of reviews about different models of grills http://lilgrill.com/best-charcoal-grill/ and chose the best one for myself. I cook amazing meals and share them with my friends. I believe that healthy food is the key to good health

Generally, you just need to eat more. All the foods that you like are pretty dense calorie-wise. It really should be pretty easy for you to gain weight if you don't care whether that weight is fat or muscle.
If you eat that type of food and lots of it and still aren't gaining weight, it's possible you might have some type of nutritional deficiency since it looks like you're not eating many vegetables.
Eating several small meals a day is only necessary if you can't stomach a lot of food at once for some reason. It's personal preference, really. Some people prefer to graze while others prefer to feast.
Also you should include strength training to build muscles. Read this article https://betterme.world/articles/how-to-get-thicker-thighs/ . Hope it helps

>>If it's legal buy cannabis, use cash so it doesn't show up in your card history to fuck up with your ability to travel to other countries (not sure if that's entirely true though tbh). Go for the kind that makes you feel the best (not too anxious, not too paranoid, potentially not hyper focused in a bad way, just right). Cannabis makes you gain weight by encouraging you to eat more. My favorite is the drops under the tongue and the edibles. The smoking kind is good for wanting to try a strain (wikileaf dot com) since you buy a small quantity and smoke varying sizes and write down your experience.

I am the exact same, I feel bad that it takes me forever to eat a meal (up to an hour or more per large 10" plate) with exception being soups, salads, and fruits/greens. Eat more fruits and berries to gain weight in a healthy way, eat sugary cereals or flavored grains (Quakers instant flavored oatmeal as example) in a pinch to gain weight, take meals with you in a lunchbox/bag if you commute to eat on the go. Sugar will make you gain weight. If you have a taste for junk food eat what you'd like to eat instead of adhering to a planned diet - swap water with pop or flavored drinks, incorporate chips, fried foods, as an example.
