Fat fuck here, a little background on me

I was always chubby as a kid but didn't get to obese level fat, fast forward to 10th grade after which I attented a military-esuqe short summer camp where I lost around 10 kgs and got really lean this was in 2014 in 2 years I gained some weight and got to about 100 kgs (my height is 6'2/1.88) but after 2015 I went into a deep depression due to some problems at home and in academics which led me to eat like a pig from 2016-2017 and gained 30 kgs I went up to 130 and then lost 15 kgs since then but have been eating junk recently again

So my question is: I think I might've fucked up my pancreas and heart from all this, I'm gonna get a check up and see if I'm pre diabetic or not and if I have high cholesterol

Can someone who's prediabetic and has high cholesterol/Arthroslecrsis gain strength through training as much as someone who is perfectly healthy?

Are there any resources for people in such a predicament,also any anons here who went from being obese to muscular and strong,mind you I have never seriously trained

You know that typical Zoo smell? It smells intensely like piss. Besides Hay Animals in the Zoo kinda smell like piss.

So what I noticed in the last few days is that sometimes my piss smells very intense, exactly like the Zoo.

I don't think it's just dehydration, because I was dehydrated a few times, when I was still fapping.

What do you think? Did you ever experience that?

I have a Weiider machine from baaaaack in the day that I used to use. But then I nearly killed a nigger and went to prison instead of university. Long story but it was a must. In prison there were no weights or anything really so I just did pushups and this and that using my own body weight (forgot the name for that) pretty much so I wouldn't become sick.

Can I make gains with this thing? I'm seeking good health not any great appearance. Or do I need free weights? If so, what should I buy? I was thinking I'd like a chin up bar.

I'd like to second all the suggestions for fasting and/or keto.

With very few exceptions, plant fats are garbage. The only good plant fats are coconut oil, palm oil, palm kernel oil, cocoa butter, and shea butter. Cocoa butter isn't generally used for cooking because of the flavor. I've never used shea butter, but supposedly niggers in Africa cook with it all the time.

Anyway, my point is that you want long chain saturated fats in your diet. These create a higher FADH/NADH ratio and cause reverse electron transport through complex 1 in the mitochondria. Plants are generally a shit source of these, and are high in polyunsaturated fats, which are garbage. Coconut and palm kernel oil tend to have shorter length fats than are ideal, but they're much better than any highly unsaturated vegetable oil. I use quite a bit of coconut oil myself. The best sources of long chain fatty acids, like stearic acid, is animal fat. Now, these animals have to be fed a decent diet. If you feed them corn and soy you get high PUFA fat in the animal, but fat from grass fed beef is pretty much the best fat you can eat. Meat from other grass fed ruminants like lamb is also excellent. Poultry and pork are particularly susceptible to making high PUFA body fat from high PUFA feed. It's a shame because they are so cheap.

*I believe* type 2 can be reversed by shrinking your fatty pancreas. But it would require like 500calories a day diet which is near starvation. I'm neither a doctor of diabetic though.
