There is this bullshit that has been bugging me for a while around this whole virus thing. For years I have seen the eastern method of spraying stuff with disinfectant at random, now I see attempts of the same in the west.

How the fuck is spraying the asphalt street a meaningful reaction to a virus outbreak ? I get spraying an airplane maybe, or a place where people gather, but the street ?

Looks to me like most of this group spraying is the chinks pretending they have an idea of what they are doing.

Maybe if we assume the virus can get into dirt and the wind blows it in your face, but so far all reports talk about the virus surviving long only on non-porous material such as metal and plastic.

I have friends praising the chinks for spraying the streets like street cleaners and I can't help but feel surrounded by retards.

What is your take on this ?

My previous program looked like this

A:

3x5 Flat bench

3x6-9 DB Incline bench press

3x5 military press

3x6-9 DB press

3x10 tricep push downs

B:

3x5 squat

3x8 lat pull downs

3x6-7 pull ups, last set is to failure

3x6 heavy shrugs

4 sets of holding really heavy bar for forearm workout

I trained for ABxABxx. Ive done this for 4 years

Now I want to change it to →

A:

Benchpress - 75%RMx5, 85%RMx5, 90%RMx3, 80%RMx5, 70%RMx5+

Military press - 75%RMx5, 85%RMx4-5, 95%RMx2, 80%RMx5+

Pull ups - 3xF

Dips - 3x15-20

B:

Squats - same as with Bench press format

Deadlift - same as with bench press format(I alernate squate and DLs, basically i only do either once a week)

DB rows - 3x10(go heavy)

heavy shrugs 4x6-9

pull ups and dips

Anyone use PCP as pre-workout? I've been doing it the last month and have felt incredible gains, the only issue is there are some days where I feel as if my body is broken, even more so then a usual soreness. It completely numbs any sort of soreness and it becomes incredibly light, the problem is sometimes the next day I hurt all over, I believe I go beyond my natural limitations using the substance. I've also tried meth and modafinil as pre-workout, the meth is too strenuous on the heart but is great. Modafinil at lower doses (50-75mg) is perfect and I've been alternating between PCP and modafinil to not build up tolerance to PCP the last week. What sort of pre-workout supplements do you take anons?

I was eating fossilized spiny microorganisms. Technically it was closer to clay than to dirt. The purpose was that it allegedly cleared out my guts and to act as a guinea pig for /fit/ since they were curious about it. I've found the best way to test a theory is to just do it for a month or two and post results. The swill is absolutely awful by itself, it tastes like painters water/clay water, but it's bearable if you mix it with some zipfizz or lemonade mix.

At one point I shat out a dead worm of some kind so I figured the stuff works, though it makes you feel god-awful after taking it for about two weeks straight. More importantly I found while taking it that I was unable to eat fatty/unhealthy foods like fried food while doing it because I'd shit my guts out approximately 8-12 hours later. I had a similar experience when I worked an oil rig last year, which suggests to me that it has to do with eating mud in general rather than a property specific to diatomaceous earth. Since I bought like a 20lb bag of the stuff at the time due to it being cheaper than the 5lb bag (it still said food grade), I also discovered that it's great for cleaning up oil spills. The only thing I will say is that anons should avoid using it too often and avoid putting their face near a glass of it until it's completely mixed with the water, because that shit will give you silicosis over time with the way it blows out into the air in a fine powder. My shits were silky but no bigger than normal despite consuming roughly four tablespoons of it every day for a month.

I've been pissing like an 80 year old man with prostate cancer for over a decade and no doctor has ever been able to figure out why. It's impossible to empty my bladder completely and I have to pee like 20 times a day or more.

I know for a fact that there's no blockage because a doctor stuck a scope down my dick and into my bladder and said everything was normal. After that he threw every drug under the sun at me, including Cialis, and none of them worked. Then he said the next thing we could "try" was implanting some crazy electronic device inside of my body that was so large you might be able to see it through my skin.

At that point I stopped seeing doctors because they are clearly just guessing. This leaves me with no hope beyond random anons on the internet, so here I am hoping one of you might have experienced a similar problem and found a solution.

You're probably pre-diabetic. That or you don't get enough salt in your diet so your body has to expel the water since it can't store it. Try chugging like a two liters of green tea over the course of 8 hours on a day off and post results, anon. Also consider that the bladder can only hold about 16-24 ounces of urine and you get the urge to piss around 4-6 ounces. It could be you have a naturally small bladder in the first place. You can "fix" this by drinking copious amounts of fluids and holding in your piss as long as you can manage because the bladder, like the stomach, is an elastic organ and you can change its size with practice, but keep in mind that you can also get water poisoning or mineral deficiencies by doing so if you aren't careful.

t. Has to piss generally about every 30 minutes for every 8oz of fluid drank.

I went 45 hours without food and water a couple weeks ago. It was fine. I wasn't getting cold like I usually do, cold air wasn't a problem. Did a 1 arm push up each side and 1 leg squats at 40 hours, didn't lose strength. Felt naseous tho. Probably the growth hormone and chemical processes in general that I'm not used to without water. Wasn't too much of a problem really, just laid down for a while.

Dry fast will result in more efficient physiological and mental processes; body and brain begins to rely on messy haphazard shit when you eat and drink shit every day. I felt genuinely younger afterward and less cluttered, less weighed down by things. The effect was somewhat subtle, somewhat obvious (after breaking dry fast). I will do it again actually.

I lab rat my shit bro, I've taken a lot of a bunch of worthless supplements knowingly, just for the fuck of it. New pills to cram in my mouth keep me excited, because who knows, maybe they'll do something. But, the consistent ones I take are: flaxseed oil (better shelf life and balance than fish), D3, ZMA, reservatrol, and turmeric. Currently, I'm fucking with Carnitine (garbage) and arachidonic Acid. The Arachidonic acid is a new development, and I'm doing what the study recommended. Maybe this will do something? Will post results later.

Same. Probably half the supps I'm taking right now are bullshit but I'm going to see them through until they're gone. I found that turmeric does wonders for your joints/immune system (but gives you weird shits). I'm trying out Pinoleic acid right now (pine tree oil) because it's supposed to be a hunger suppressant. Can confirm it works and it's relatively cheap if used with a healthy serving of eggs. The combination of maca root, caffeine, pine oil, and green coffee seems to make it so as long as I eat about 250 kcals in the morning, it doesn't matter if it's oats, eggs, or watered-down soup, it sits on my stomach for about 5 hours. I'm going to be "testing effectiveness" as they run out. I only have a week or two's worth of green coffee bean extract left, about a month's worth of maca root, and about 60 days worth of pine oil. I think the "worst" side effects I ever had was taking pumpkin seed oil. It had absolutely no effect on me hormonally from what I could tell, but it ramped up my libido like nothing else to the point where I was jizzing thee times a day instead of three times a week (and consistent loads, no partials). Popping boners every other hour like I was 13 again wasn't fun.
