Because nofap has no actual benefits aside from mental stability for anyone who was previously diagnosed with masturbation addiction and came 5+ times daily. Jacking off literally does not affect your body that much, your largest source of testosterone is exercise and diet, no fap at best raises t by 10% which still isn't much.
