after we have problems with WR grabbing the bred

let me post something…..

* In July, the kitchen seemed to be running pretty smoothly.

* The earlier problems with WR 'grabbing the bred' were solved by a new 'bin' system bakers had developed

where bakers would identify themselves when asking for handoff

Advantages:

1. bakers could handoff to bakers they knew and trusted

2. anons could see who was baking (good for transparency)

3. there was better coverage for the board than in the past due to better comms

Disadvantages:

1. bakers who rarely baked had no (recent) bin or "you's"

2. system depended upon the willingness of bakers to present a bin and show their 'track record'

3. 'guest' bakers in pastebin had no track record to show (bc not recorded) - only in qanonbin

Another problem cited:

brand new bakers were not "allowed" to bake

But this was not true - they could bake after /comms/ practice or with oversight from a baker

Comms comes in and uses that to sew discord and split breads.

This is a coordinated two part attack.

This causes chaos and uncertainty with a lot of Anons, and breaks aggregator sites which the normies use.

preambule: anon, i'm not even exagerating saying i fucking LOVE you, and your work. i'm one of those who have more than once fought for them, and their room in the dough.

but it pains me to say, but i'm not sure having the full post by post list back is realistic. We can have them in there without giving flank to the very predictable (and overdone already) attack that it's too long. Let's not help them tear them apart again.

I'd be way more than down to have more than a line, if not a reminder of Q himself to point out WHY THEY ARE THERE, but the full list… sheesh, i dunno.

* when daily bakers explained the situation, most 'visiting' bakers were then ok (if not totally happy) about bin idea

* brand new baker who wanted busy shift, no practice (said "baking looks easy") - overruled by experienced bakers

* then shills piped up: "But anyone can bake!" "Bakers union!" "Bakers just want control!"

ENTER OP BAKER.

* competant w/baking & notables; able to " bake long shifts with a single bound"

* but arrogant, driven, highly manipulative; and used a strange name & avator: OSS.

* fixated on 'saving' /qresearch/ from the current bakers and from the /comms/ board - villified both w/increasing fervor

* supported by allies: shills, bots, BO, naive bakers, animefags, etc.

* claimed that Q endorsed his takeover.

WHAT HE DOES: Uses theBIG LIE Technique to mow down opponents and intimate bystanders:

1. Broadcasts the LIE: " /comms/ bakers are comp'd shills trying to take over the board"

2. Berzerker attack from all directions: "muh graphics",RED TEXT "driving" technique, personal attacks - to create TOTAL CHAOS

3. Uses innocent remarks or mistakes to 'prove' enemy bakers are comp'd (not just fallible)

RINSE AND REPEAT.

RESULT:

First, confusion among anons ('are bakers really comp'd?') and counterattacks by bakers (tried to counter OSS attacks/arguments)

Second, OSS consolidation of gains (BO approval, pinned thread, anti-baker thread, "Q posted in muh breads", etc)

Third, anons realize OSS agenda after he took out GMT graphics (but he already had the high ground)

NOW: anons digging & bakers trying to figure a new strategy. But incessant battering of the board and personal attacks tend to induce a kind of paralysis that is hard to fight ("learned helplessness" problem).

This is not a great situation.

Looks good to me, with a cursory glance. I have no prob w/internationals as it prob does bring attention to the fact their are country specific boards. Q graphics importance, lead me to want them to remain in the dough, but I realize space is an issue so have to keep that in mind. I like a 2 page notables w/as many previous notables links as possible. Every day, I used to ck those first thing, sometimes would get lost for hours, with so much info to digest. When they aren't right there handy, I tend to skip on to the stream. Honestly, so much shit posting and time wasting goes on there tho, if anons were researching and digesting notables, making their time more useful, they'd have far less time to complain and get caught up in pointless drama. I've also heard a lot of complaints about 'hiding notables'. The dough should be tidy tho, not so long it makes you dizzy.

As it's been, ALL QR bakers have been unable to bake for the past few weeks.

Some QR bakers bake once a month, once a week, once a day, daily, but they ALL comm through comms. There's a group of around 20.

There are differences and fistfights daily, however the work unites and differences are overcome.

Fastjack, our captain, has supported the recent bakery takeover. He has pinned the other kitchen meta without discussion, knowing we already have one, has coninuously locked threads not made by the new crew, and has historically expressed his disdain and hate for those who choose to serve by baking at QR.

All of the accusations against the bakers are completely unfounded and without evidence, as seen on all graphics presented.

Why Fastjack chose to 'pin' one of them is incomprehesible.

If the bakers are the 'staff' of the ship, and the captain chooses to continuously kick them, at some point things are going to change.

Fuck no we are not a part of some 2 part coordinated attack. We are absolutely under attack! I will NOT split a bread, I can assure you of that! But oss/animefag, maybe others, have been splitting breads and blaming us, even when taking a legit handoff. Also ebakes happen, if an anon suspects the bread is for some reason not being baked, also duplicate bakes can happen due to freezes and lags, especially with newbakers. Not every mistake is a shill or shillop and you also can't just believe everything someone says. At some point, you either have to follow and trace the history to figure out what actually happened and you have get good at being able to discern when being shilled. This is not always easy, sometimes causes friendly fire, but anons get better with experience and time spent on the boards.

I have a pretty good idea why. There are a group of bakers, who had the board farely well covered, except for a few gaps here and there. Then oss came along and told everyone we were blocking anon bakers. Bakers weren't allowed to bake unless they wanted the bread split. Then, come to find out, anons really don't wanna bake, so it's oss/animefag and when regular bakers try to bake, they split the bread. Even if you don't use any identifiers they do it.
