Qresearch is a 24/7 beehive of activity where anons post their diggs, memes and prayers.
For this to happen requires bakers–which is why they have been called "the core of this board."
Bakers perform several key functions:
* Set the tone for each bread via their choice of bread title and /comms/ with posters.
* Post notables for each bread.
* Bake breads (transition the board from one thread to the next).
* Knead the dough (keeping the resource pages clean, tidy, and up-to-date).
When all goes well, baking is a fun & exciting opportunity to serve. When things get wonky and shills attack–bakers carry on anyway.

Multi-prong attack. Discredit the QR boards in general. Allow enough bigoted trash in to give MSM ammo to attack. Demonize the bakers that have dedicated a great deal of time serving anons and drive them out. You can tell an OSS by its nasty Global announcements and its constant division, mostly directed at "comms bakers" but will attack anons calling it out on the bullshit. Moniker, OSS, Office of Strategic Services, the fore-runner of today's CIA.

Pastebin saves the formatting for the posts. That's pretty much it's sole board function. It has no other uses, functionally.
The idea of using a pastebin account was instituted to give bakers a chain of authorship, at the very beginning of the OSS attacks.

A tripcode is a hashed password used on anonymous imageboards for a person to show identity. A simple tripcode can be broken fairly easily and so secure tripcodes can be used by faggots who think it matters.

STEPS 1 and 2: Find dough post & copy to a browser
Dough = first four posts of the bred (Intro/Q drops, Notables, War Room, QPosts Archives)
Dough post is directly after the dough unless updated.
Once you hit Enter, you are in Pastebin.com (the app that lets you share plain text files with others).
Now many bakers use Qanonbin.com instead.
Developed by an 8kun baker, it has fewer problems than Pastebin.com
Same procedure to get there (copy to browser).
Layout is just a little different.

Text editor to keep notables in for the newfag who doesnt use (PB/LB).. you clicking on their link and loose your notes because of it..

The board is dynamic; when new posts (Q & notables) come in, old ones must go out.
To consolidate notables:
a. Go to list of oldest notables.
b. Delete everything EXCEPT the link at the bottom.
c. Move that link to the top line in "Previously Collected Notables"
NOTE: "Previously Collected Notables" section shouldn't be longer than 3-5 lines
(shorten by deleting the bottom row.)
To consolidate Q drops
Same process, except you need to post the Q drops in current bread to generate a link.
This isn't really the last step in baking, but rather, something bakers can do anytime there's time during the bake.

STEPS 1 and 2: Find dough post & copy to a browser
Dough = first four posts of the bred (Intro/Q drops, Notables, War Room, QPosts Archives)
Dough post is directly after the dough unless updated.
Once you hit Enter, you are in Pastebin.com (the app that lets you share plain text files with others).
STEP 3: Paste dough into a text editor
a. Select RAW from the menu (to format properly).
b. Mark the entire text (Ctrl-A) and copypasta into text editor.
c. Look at the file. It contains FOUR posts separated by page breaks: ///////BREAK\\\\\\\\
Now you are ready to prepare the thread.
PART II: THE THREAD
STEP 4 : Create a New Thread
Go to the Catalog; select the Create a New Thread link.

Instead, you get the "posting 100%" message.
Solution: Wait 20-30 seconds, then open Catalog; your thread should now be there.
STEP 6b: Enter the rest of the dough
(posting pages 2, 3, 4 of the dough)
CAUTION: make sure you copypasta rather than cutting what you paste.
If you get the "body too long" message, you have to shorten the page.
* Quick solution: Split the page into two posts.
* Long-term solution: Make sure pages are not too long before baking. HOW? By consolidating, see below.
PART III: DOUGH POST & FRESH BREAD

a. Go back to text editor and mark entire dough text.
