That's not even true. Tell her to point out to you exactly where the causal link is made in the Bible. There is condemnation for homosexual acts, but the punishment always came from humans (under Gods orders), not God himself. Aside from Sodom, Gomorrha and the Flood, that is, but those only happened because EVERYONE was messed up, not just because of gays.

If you take away the Bible as a source for her bigotry, she'll be left with the emotional argument. And in that case, just tell her that she can't assume truth from faith or even conviction alone. It's an easy point to make and an easy point to understand. She likely won't listen because of that, but if you want to stay reasonable and not keep quiet it's the way I'd suggest.

I know how you feel. My grandmother believes she could have been electricuted when her costa rican shower malfunctioned and lit on fire, and that it's a miracle she lived, therefore God had a purpose for her (providence). She gets insulted and won't listen when you say, "either that or you just got lucky, like I do every day that I walk down a busy street with cars that could kill me."

Just tell her that God is not going to destroy the U.S. Other human beings will eventually do that. But anyway, just tell her that God's kingdom is not of this world, and this world will always be a degenerate cesspool. Any decent christian should know that.

That's a matter of definition. In Christian theology, there are no good men because 'good' is defined by God and us humans are inherently incapable of living up to it. If you want to say somebody is 'good for society' then perhaps an atheist child is more likely to be good than a Christian child, and it is probably a direct result of their beliefs and upbringing. That being said, averages cannot be applied to individuals because averages are collections, and there is no individual that perfectly meets every single average statistic about him/her right in the middle.
