If you're not happy with discord, no problem. It's the best book club I know of, is all. I tried getting /liberty/ to read more, but with moderate success. Although granted, we got some smart members there already.

I found this philosophy discord a while back called the union. It's fairly active, and if you throw something substantial out there will always be a decent response. But most of all I like the voice calls, people just having thoughtful conversations, it's nice.

What makes this server better than others, and there are so many others, is that the admins aren't bureaucratic marxists who need to control the tone and topic all the time, they just don't tolerate shitposting. Anyways, figured I'd just tell you guys that there actually is a non-shit chat out there.
