Emails Show Ron Wyden’s Office Lied About IRS Whistleblower ‘Backing Out’ Of Senate Meeting

A spokesman for Sen. Ron Wyden, D-Ore., falsely claimed the Hunter Biden IRS whistleblower had “backed out” of an agreement to meet with the Senate Finance Committee next week, the whistleblower’s attorneys told The Federalist.

“It’s disappointing Senator Wyden’s staff is playing partisan games by releasing inaccurate information,” said the legal team representing the whistleblower, who was identified as Gary Shapley during a CBS interview Wednesday. “As emails show, our client didn’t ‘back out’ of anything because there was never anything to back out of.”

On Wednesday, CNN reported the Senate Finance Committee’s claims, quoting Wyden’s spokesman, Ryan Carey, saying, “Committee staff on both sides agreed with counsel to meet directly with the whistleblower next week, however the whistleblower has since backed out of that agreement and declined an attempt to reschedule.” Carey added that “Chairman Wyden’s staff stand ready to arrange a meeting on terms that comply with laws protecting taxpayer data and ensure a fair and rigorous investigation.”

CNN later updated the article to include a detailed denial of the staffer’s claim by Shapley’s legal team.

Emails obtained by The Federalist between Shapley’s lawyers and Wyden’s staff confirm the whistleblower’s version of events.

On Friday, May 19, 2023, Mark Lytle, Shapley’s Nixon Peabody lawyer, arranged for a conference call between the whistleblower’s legal team and Wyden’s office to discuss logistics for their client to sit for a transcribed deposition. One of these paintings (titled Fuck Abstraction!) is so vile that it caused outrage in France. Six major associations – led by the Association de Juristes Pour L’Enfance (Lawyers for Childhood) – sought the removal of this painting on the grounds that French law forbids the exhibition of pornographic representations of minors. The courts ruled against the associations.

Then, an elderly man threw some paint at this painting to protest against it. Following this event, Emmanuel Macron himself took to Twitter to defend this painting.

Macron’s tweet says “Attacking a work of art is attacking our values”.

Here’s the painting that Macron absolutely had to defend.

Fuck Abstraction! depicts a child with bound hands forced to give fellatio to an adult man.

As you can see, this sickening painting graphically depicts a child being raped. This is the painting that the President of France – and many other officials – vehemently defended.

It’s bizarre: The only time these people say “free speech” is to defend pedophilic movies such as Cuties, school library books containing pornographic material, or “art” that literally depicts a pedophile raping a child. In other words, while these people are for the censoring of anything that goes against their agendas, they turn into champions of free speech when people push back against their insane obsession with normalizing pedophilia.

Proof That Google Is Covering Up Evidence of the Conspiracy Between the Government and Hospitals During the COVID-19 Scamdemic to Kill People by Putting Them on Ventilators

When people were hospitalized for alleged COVID-19 disease, they were killed from secondary infections brought on by the use of mechanical ventilators.

I watched an Instagram video in which the narrator referred to an article explaining that “nearly all COVID-19 patients who died in hospital during the early phase of the pandemic were killed as a direct result of being put on a ventilator.”

I wanted to read that article. I did a Google search using the beginning quoted subtitle “nearly all covid-19 patients who died in hospitals” as the search term. But the Google search turned up zero (0) results. I then did a search using the same search term on Yandex, and the search result showed the article in question as the first result. That is clear proof that Google is concealing the killing of COVID-19 patients by hospitals using ventilators.

The article appearing in The People’s Voice, cited a study in The Journal of Clinical Investigation. The Peoples Voice article revealed:

So while COVID-19 may have put these patients in the hospital, it was actually a secondary infection brought on by the use of a mechanical ventilator that caused their deaths.

The SEC placed Microvast on a watchlist in April 2022 over financial auditing issues related to its foreign ties, an action that could result in the company being delisted.

Yang Wu, Microvast's CEO, chairman and founder, attended Southwest Petroleum University in Chengdu, China.

The bipartisan infrastructure legislation, through which Microvast received the grant, implores the DOE not to issue grants to companies that "use battery material supplied by or originating from a foreign entity of concern" or companies "subject to the jurisdiction or direction" of China.

Still, the DOE had defended the grant for months, saying the company was, in fact, American and that the grant would ultimately allow Microvast to build manufacturing capabilities on American soil.

"This is a win for taxpayers and American businesses," House Science, Space and Technology Committee Chairman Frank Lucas, R-Okla., said Monday evening. "On no account should our tax dollars be funding a company with ‘substantial’ ties to the Chinese Communist Party. These funds are intended to strengthen America’s battery production and supply chain, not to tighten China’s stranglehold on these supplies."

"I’m pleased with DOE’s decision, but incredibly frustrated that it took the Department six months and multiple letters from our Committee to come to such an obvious conclusion," Lucas continued. "We’ll continue to hold the Administration accountable for its funding decisions and ensure that American taxpayer dollars are protected from exploitation by the CCP."

"Both the press and the FBI abandoned any semblance of professionalism and took up the cause with a vengeance," Barr added.

Former Attorney General Bill Barr excoriated the FBI in the aftermath of Special Counsel John Durham's report, which revealed that the bureau began its investigation of the 2016 Trump campaign without predicating evidence.

"I think the real story here—from the FBI’s perspective—is what an abomination this was, this so-called investigation. If it wasn’t a witch hunt, it’s a damn good imitation of one," Barr said on Fox News this week. The investigation, he said, was "one of the greatest injustices done to a presidential candidate and a president."

The report largely addressed the origins of the FBI's "Crossfire Hurricane" investigation, during which agents sought potential links between Trump, his campaign officials, and the Russian government.

"Neither U.S. law enforcement nor the Intelligence Community appears to have possessed any actual evidence of collusion in their holdings at the commencement of the Crossfire Hurricane investigation," Durham wrote. Moreover, he further highlighted that key intelligence officials such as FBI Director James Comey and CIA Director John Brennan were aware of the Clinton campaign's plan to fabricate a story about Trump-Russia collusion as early as August of 2016.

Syrian President Bashar al-Assad has in a historic visit arrived in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia on Thursday in his presidential plane.

The Syrian head of state, long under severe US sanctions, triumphantly exited the plane in what many supporters are calling a 'victorious' moment - with one regional commentator remarking "the Lion has landed".

This year's summit in Jeddah, set to begin Friday, will witness Syria's formal readmittance to the 22-member Arab League after a 12-year suspension

In November 2011 the Arab League kicked Syria out of the organization, citing the crackdown by Damascus on opposition protests, but which immediately turned into an armed insurrection. Syria had maintained the move was "illegal and a violation of the organization’s charter."

The Biden administration has meanwhile been urging regional allies to not pursue normalization with Assad. Despite this, UAE was the first to do so - and as of March Saudi Arabia and Syria agreed to reopen their respective embassies after more than a decade.

Railcar carrying 30 tons of explosive chemical pellets arrives at destination empty — officials say railcar 'leak' may be to blame

A railway carrying 30 tons of explosive chemicals arrived at its final destination empty, according to KQED.

The train car was loaded in Cheyenne, Wyoming, on April 12 with 60,000 pounds of ammonium nitrate, which is often used to make explosives, matches, and fertilizers. In this instance, the chemicals on the train car belonged to Dyno Nobel, a commercial explosives firm.

After a two-week-long trip to California that made several stops, the railcar previously loaded with the chemicals was found empty.

While the shipment went missing in April, the explosives company filed a short incident report to the federal National Response Center on May 10. Dyno Nobel stated that it suspects the chemicals fell from the train car when moving from the main track to a rail siding. It added that the shipment was transported in pellet form in a covered hopper railcar, similar to cars used to haul coal.

A spokesperson for the company told KQED, “The railcar was sealed when it left the Cheyenne facility, and the seals were still intact when it arrived in Saltdale. The initial assessment is that a leak through the bottom gate on the railcar may have developed in transit.” Dyno Nobel noted that it had “limited control” over its shipment while it was transported by Union Pacific.

A spokesperson for the Federal Railroad Administration believes that one of the gates on the hopper car may not have been closed properly.

President Biden said Monday he will nominate prominent cancer researcher Dr. Monica Bertagnolli to lead the National Institutes of Health, the world’s largest biomedical research agency.

She impressed Mr. Biden as the director of the National Cancer Institute and is a patient herself, having announced last year that she was diagnosed with breast cancer.

“Dr. Bertagnolli has spent her career pioneering scientific discovery and pushing the boundaries of what is possible to improve cancer prevention and treatment for patients, and ensuring that patients in every community have access to quality care,” Mr. Biden said.

Dr. Bertagnolli will require Senate approval as permanent director of NIH, which is composed of 27 centers that each have a specific research agenda.

She would be filling big shoes: Dr. Francis Collins served as NIH director for 12 years under three presidents before stepping aside in December.

Right now, the NIH is being led by Dr. Lawrence Tabak, whose title is “the senior official performing the duties of NIH director.”

The NIH took on a prominent role during the COVID-19 pandemic. Dr. Anthony Fauci of its infectious diseases branch served as a prominent face of the U.S. response. The NIH’s decision to fund grant partners who worked on coronaviruses at a Wuhan lab sparked intense scrutiny.

Five Migrants on Terror Watch List Arrested near AZ Border Post-Title 42

Border Patrol agents in a single border sector arrested five migrants later discovered to be on the FBI’s Terrorist Screening Database (TSDB) watch list. The apprehensions occurred on Friday in the Tucson Sector of the United States Border Patrol shortly after the end of Title 42. According to a source within Customs and Border Protection, not authorized to speak to the media, the migrants were referred to the FBI’s Joint Terrorism Task for further investigation and identity confirmation.

The source says the arrests of the foreign nationals who illegally crossed the border and attempted to avoid detection and apprehension occurred in separate incidents throughout the day and evening on Friday. Information regarding the demographics and nationalities of the arrested migrants was not available.

According to a U.S. Customs and Border Protection report, a total of 80 migrants who are listed in the Terrorist Screening Database have been apprehended after entering the United States along the southwest border between ports of entry this fiscal year. Two more were apprehended after crossing the northern border with Canada.

The data includes migrants apprehended between October 2022 and March 2023. The migrants whose names are listed in the TSDB differ from migrants who are scrutinized as being from special interest countries.

According to the FBI, Terrorist Screening Database contains information related to specific individuals reasonably suspected to be involved in terrorism (or related activities). A person’s name being listed in the TSDB triggers a reporting process that alerts the FBI to an encounter by the Border Patrol. U.S. finalizes asylum restriction to ramp up border deportations once Title 42 lapses

El Paso, Texas — The Biden administration has finalized a sweeping restriction on asylum that it plans to use to ramp up swift deportations of migrants who cross the U.S.-Mexico border after the Title 42 pandemic-era emergency policy sunsets on Thursday, according to internal documents obtained by CBS News.

Hundreds of U.S. asylum officers were trained on how to enforce the restriction on Tuesday and the regulation was published on Wednesday, less than 48 hours before Title 42 is set to expire. CBS News first reported the regulation's finalization on Tuesday, as well as the guidance issued to asylum officers charged with implementing it.

The regulation, which is expected to be challenged in federal court, will be a dramatic shift in asylum policy, disqualifying migrants from U.S. protection if they fail to request refugee status in another country, such as Mexico, on their journey to the southern border.

I've been mostly awake for years, and fully awake since Q came along. I was deeply damaged as a child and initially chose many wrong paths to cope. For whatever reason, God saved me from various addictions, from prison, and even death, and I now have a full, amazing life full of abundance and integrity for the most part. I've evolved a great deal spiritually, however….. I've still struggled with one last issue.. porn. I still use it once a week or so to help cope with not getting what I need in my marriage. I know the internet is forever, and the universe records everything. I've done my best to fight the good fight as an anon, truth teller, and God has protected me and continues to enable me to do well in life in spite of my last remaining vice. Anyway, to Q or to God, or to the Universe, or all the above…. I'm letting that go today. I want to serve a greater cause and want to be free of all darkness and low vibration stuff. I'm not sure I can do it perfectly, but I want to be free of anything that would hinder my freedom and spiritual growth. I hope that by putting this out there, I can be of more use in this fight and would like to be brought into a deeper level of service in this fight of good vs evil. I am working on total integrity and this will be the last step for me to get there. I want to be more on the inside of things, to do something that really matters and I feel that this weakness is what has held me back. As of today, I'm done. I will be whole no matter how hard it is to do. I'm sorry for it taking this long to acknowledge it and to rid myself of this last thread tying me to the dark side. WWG1WGA
