The likelihood of recusal just increased.

The explosive allegations that could possibly sink Fulton County’s RICO case against Donald Trump, et al. – that she is having an ongoing affair with Nathan Wade, the Special Prosecutor she appointed to persecute Trump – have now been corroborated.

On January 8, attorneys for defendant Michael Roman (who faces various charges for challenging the 2020 election) filed this motion, alleging (in part) that Willis and Wade must be disqualified from the case due to ethical violations and prosecutorial abuses due to their affair. Specifically, the attorneys for Roman alleged that DA Willis and Wade:

“have traveled personally together to such places as Napa Valley, Florida, and the Caribbean and the special prosecutor has purchased tickets for both of them to travel on both the Norwegian and Royal Caribbean cruise lines.”

Those were serious allegations. And they were very specific as to the locations they traveled and Wade’s purchase of the tickets. It’s one thing to hear gossip from the Fulton County DA’s office… but how could Roman’s attorneys know all the particulars?

Because there are receipts.

They all come from Wade’s Cobb County divorce proceedings with his soon to be ex-wife, Joycelyn Wade. Joycelyn has sought to depose Willis as part of the divorce case, alleging that Willis has an ongoing affair with her husband and that Willis would have insight into Nathan Wade’s actions and the marriage itself – knowledge that would help the divorce court divide the marital assets and calculate spousal support. Willis sought a protective order to prevent her deposition and gave implied threats that Joycelyn was obstructing the DA’s investigation of Trump. Yet Willis never denied the affair.

And so attorneys for Joycelyn Wade dropped today’s bomb, which included her husband’s credit card statements where trips were purchased for Willis. You can read it here.

Special Prosecutor Nathan Wade has, according to his credit card statements, taken trips to San Francisco and Napa Valley, Florida, gone on a Caribbean cruise, Australia, Panama, and Belize. These trips all took place after he filed for divorce. And Willis – the boss of Nathan Wade, the woman who enriched him by appointing him as Special Prosecutor – joined Wade some of (if not all) of these trips.

Unfortunately, Poles weren’t laughing at the time. We may not be, either, in a bit of time — that is, if our pseudo-elites get their way.

This conclusion is suggested by a new poll showing that, shockingly, 77 percent of higher-income Americans overall and almost 90 percent of those from “top universities” believe in a strict rationing of gas, meat, and electricity in order to combat “climate change.” In fact, nearly 60 percent of such people believe there’s too much liberty in America even though, objectively speaking, we’re less free than ever.

Moreover, in another example of the pseudo-elite vs. street divide, 63 percent of Americans in general oppose the above rationing policy.

Reporting on the story, The College Fix writes that the “Committee to Unleash Prosperity [CUP], in a survey that sought to measure the beliefs of ‘elites,’ stated the findings reveal climate change ‘is clearly an obsession of the very rich and highly educated.’” The site also informs:

The poll, released this month and titled “Them vs. U.S.: The two Americas and how the nation’s elite is out of touch with average Americans,” was billed by the committee as a “first-of-its-kind look at the views of the American Elite.”

They are defined as “people having at least one post-graduate degree, earning at least $150,000 annually, and living in high-population density areas (more than 10,000 people per square mile in their zip code).”

… The report is based on two surveys of 1,000 elites conducted last fall.

“The study also examined a sub-sample of elites, adults who attended Ivy League schools or other elite private schools, including Northwestern, Duke, Stanford, and the University of Chicago. Roughly half of those we classify as ‘elites’ attended one of these schools. For the purpose of this study, we label those who attended one of these schools as ‘Ivy League Graduates,’” according to the group.

The two Hill GOP leaders are about to find out if they can bridge their yawning generation gap — with a border and Ukraine deal on the line.

Mitch McConnell and Mike Johnson, two wildly different congressional GOP leaders, are about to find out whether they can extract immigration concessions from President Joe Biden — or whether Donald Trump and his allies will pull them apart.

As a bipartisan group of senators labor to deliver a deal that would tie stricter border policies to Ukraine aid, with text expected as early as this week, McConnell and Johnson are facing a unity test that will define their party during the 2024 election cycle.

If McConnell can get a majority of his 49 members on board, while keeping Johnson’s conservatives from strangling the deal, the GOP can crow that it forced Democrats to swallow an immigration deal that would amount to remarkably right-leaning concessions from Biden. If the border-Ukraine agreement implodes, Trump will have cemented his return to control over the entire party.

Johnson and McConnell talk one-on-one regularly, including several times before Johnson first met with Senate Republicans last fall. During that first meeting, Johnson told GOP senators that he needed border security in order to deliver new Ukraine money. Right now, though, some of McConnell’s Republicans warn that he’s failing to read a House GOP that has no interest in policy achievements with Biden in office.

“If you’re going to take a tough vote, you take one but you want to accomplish something. The worst of all possible worlds is you take a vote, you put a lot of political pressure on the House and you don’t get any policy accomplished,” said Sen. J.D. Vance (R-Ohio), a Ukraine aid skeptic. “We’re going to take a vote that only harms us politically,” Vance added. “It also puts our House colleagues in a bad position.”

The Senate minority leader and the speaker are almost exactly 30 years apart in age, but they can bond over one thing: the shared challenge of taming an unruly, Trump-aligned right flank that often seeks to undermine them. As Congress inches toward a decision on a border-Ukraine deal, conservatives in both chambers are growing bolder in their public criticism and private pushback against party leaders.

The former president, now Republicans’ likely 2024 nominee, is propelling that rebellion. As the Biden administration warns Ukraine is effectively out of money, Trump is influencing Johnson’s resistance to bipartisan Senate negotiations and mucking up McConnell’s plans.

Already McConnell acknowledged to his colleagues that Trump’s ascendance is threatening the nascent agreement. Shortly afterward, Johnson blasted the ongoing Senate negotiations for good measure, signaling they aren’t hardline enough for him to accept.

“We don’t know if the House would take up and pass anything we pass in the Senate,” said Sen. John Cornyn (R-Texas), a McConnell ally. “People wonder: ‘Why should we do this if it’s not going anywhere?’ Especially if it’s a hard vote for some people.”

Chinese Property Giant Evergrande Ordered To Liquidate After Failing To Reach Deal With Creditors

In a historic development for the bankruptcy-shy China, on Monday, a Hong Kong court ordered China Evergrande - once the country's largest real estate company - to be liquidated, opening a new and unpredictable phase in the collapse of the world’s most indebted property developer. The liquidation order comes more than two years after the company’s official default, which triggered a cash crunch for Chinese developers that has crippled what was once the world's largest asset class, and is still hobbling the world’s second-largest economy.

Hong Kong High Court Judge Linda Chan issued the order on Monday after the developer failed to come up with a last minute restructuring plan to satisfy international creditors despite lengthy negotiations.

“It would be a situation where the court says enough is enough,” Chan said. “I consider that it is appropriate for the court to make a winding-up order against the company, and I so order.

A previous deal between Evergrande and international investors fell apart in September after Chinese authorities failed to grant some regulatory approvals. Evergrande’s chair Hui Ka Yan was placed under “mandatory measures” days later on suspicion of “illegal crimes”, authorities said at the time. The winding-up lawsuit was filed in 2022 by offshore creditor Top Shine Global, which said Evergrande had failed to honor HK$863mn (US$110mn) worth of claims.

Today's historic decision to liquidate a Chinese property giant will test the reach of Hong Kong courts in the Chinese mainland, where foreign claims are widely seen to hold little sway and the property slowdown has become one of Beijing’s biggest political challenges.While Evergrande is listed in Hong Kong, almost all of its assets and the vast majority of its more than $300bn in liabilities are in China. Authorities have so far prioritised the completion of unfinished projects by developers.

The judge appointed Edward Middleton and Tiffany Wong, from the restructuring firm Alvarez & Marsal, as Evergrande’s liquidators. Speaking outside the court, Wong said they would begin by meeting management to understand the affairs of the company and discuss next steps.

It wasn't immediately clear if Evergrande's forced liquidations will lead to a fresh crisis in China's property market as true price clearing levels are discovered, often at a huge loss.

Evergrande was once deemed too big to fail, racking up hundreds of billions in debt to expand during a property boom that made the real estate sector a key driver of China’s economic growth. But as the economy slowed, property sales plummeted, and Chinese regulators began clamping down on excessive leverage and speculation. Evergrande struggled to refinance its debts, which had ballooned to more than $300 billion, and repeatedly sought more time to work out a deal with creditors.

In her judgment, Chan said she had decided to order the winding up because Evergrande had “no restructuring proposal, let alone a viable proposal which has the support of the requisite majorities of the creditors”. According to the FT, her decision could trigger further lawsuits stemming from the billions of dollars of losses related to the company’s collapse.

Is Encryption Secure?

Sure it’s secure…if you are trying to keep out the local high school hacker and maybe low level criminal gangs. Use logic. If encryption was so secure that “they” could not get into it, would “they” let you have it? No. Encryption needs to be strong enough to keep certain threats out but let certain security agencies have full transparency of everything. Otherwise it could be used like a weapon (against people like WEF Prof. Schwab and his friends). Here is how they think:

How are bank systems like the SWIFT Network secured? I ran into someone who had worked for SWIFT, traveling the world installing network and security software at banks who were joining their network. She told me that she had two handlers; one from NSA, the other from the CIA. Each spy watched over her and the other spy to be sure no one was putting anything malicious into the system. After all, spies and bankers trust no one, especially not spies nor bankers. They were using special bank grade cryptography, with greater security than the public can use. This also shows the level of cooperation between banking and spying, something discovered early on by the Rothschilds.

Commercial services must exist in the “Bank” level or below. Operate a “weapon” level service and you will be out of business. “Military Grade” means the military and others can get in — the data is fully transparent to certain groups but not to anyone else. A man was taken into custody by police after airport officials say he opened an Aeromexico plane's emergency exit door and walked out onto the wing on a Central America bound flight late last week. Passengers claim it because they were delayed for hours and needed help.

The Mexico City International Airport acknowledged in a statement the wild display took place Thursday morning while the plane was on the ground awaiting takeoff to Guatemala.

According to the airport's statement posted on social media, the man "posed on a wing and re-entered the cabin, without any harm to anyone ... or the aircraft."

Due to international security regulations, the airport reported the man was "put at the disposal of the authorities."USA TODAY has reached out to Aeromexico.

'Without ventilation and without water'

According to a post circulating on social media, passengers on board claimed they were kept on the tarmac for hours without proper ventilation or water during a flight delay.

“The delay and lack of air created conditions that endangered the health of the passengers. He saved our lives,” passengers wrote in a letter translated from Spanish.

"The emergency exit was opened out of desperation after leaving us locked in for almost 4 hours without ventilation and without water," one person, who claimed to be on board, wrote in a caption on X with a handwritten photo of a letter signed by passengers.

The same passenger wrote the plane's doors were closed, passengers were "without information" and there were "elderly ladies on the verge of fainting."

According to an incident report filed with airport officials, the Associated Press reported,passengers "were unhappy and one of them opened the emergency door and stepped out on the wing. This event required the plane to be changed.” At least 77 passengers onboard flight AM672, the AP reported, signed the statement circulating online.

Prince Harry-linked charity faces crime claims

African Parks has been accused of operating militants involved in human-rights abuses in the local communities of the Republic of the Congo

Wildlife charity African Parks said it had launched aninvestigation into allegations of rape and torture committed by its guards in the Republic of the Congoamid growing calls for the Duke of Sussex, Prince Harry, to resign as a board member.

In a statement issued on Saturday, the organization said it learned of the “serious” charges of human rights violations by its eco-guards against localsliving near Odzala-Kokoua National Park in the Central African nation. It reportedly received a tip by email from the human rights group Survival International last year.Odzala-Kokoua National Park is one of over 20 parks managed by the non-profit, headquartered in the South African city of Johannesburg, spread over 12 African states.

“We immediately launched an investigation through an external law firm based on the information we had available while also urging Survival International to provide any and all facts they had,” it said. The charity, however, accused Survival International – the London-based NGO campaigning for the rights of indigenous people – of refusing to cooperate with the probe “despite repeated requests.”

“This is an active, ongoing investigation that is our highest priority as an organization, and we encourage anyone with knowledge of any abuses to report them to us or to the Congolese law enforcement authorities,” African Parks added. The conservation charity, founded in 2000 to protectAfrica’s national parks and advance wildlife conservation, (not humans or the indigenous, he is his fake father’s son), presently manages over 20 million hectares of protected areas. Prince Harry was the organization’s president for six years before joining the board of directors last year.

Survival International has criticized African Parks for causing “destruction” instead of “conservation” with its activities. In response to the charge of refusing to comply with investigations, Fiore Longo, the head of Survival International’s conservation campaign, told the PA news agency that African Parks “had the money to conduct their own investigation.”

“It’s not up to us to give them details. It’s their responsibility when we raise a problem to go there and investigate,” Longo said.

The human rights group has launched a petition calling on Prince Harry to step down as director of the African Parks and funders to terminate relations with the charity.This comes over claims of atrocities by its armed rangers against indigenous tribes across Africa, particularly the Baka people in the Congo.

According to the NGO, theBaka and other hunter-gathererswho have lived in the Congo rainforest, now the Odzala-Kokoua National Park under the management of African Parks since 2010,have seen much of their land stolen and been banned from entering the area.

“We want donors, such as the EU, to withdraw support until theBaka are allowed to return to the park with land ownership rights recognized,” Longo said in another statement published by the Daily Mail on Sunday.

A spokesperson for Prince Harry’s foundation, Archewell, claimed that the Duke had referred the “serious allegations” to the African Parks leadership for further action.

Hunter Biden's gun case judge ordered four search warrants to be unsealed, granting a Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) request that was not objected to by either Biden's lawyers or prosecutors.

Delaware U.S. District Judge Maryellen Norieka issued the ruling Friday, according to the New York Post, as the son of President Joe Biden faces prosecution by special counsel David Weiss.

The warrants might contain details on the legal basis for the seizure of Hunter Biden's electronic devices and the evidence used to build the two criminal cases on unlawful firearm possession and tax fraud.

The FOIA request was reportedly made by an independent journalist after they were mentioned in court documents by Weiss' office in arguing against Hunter Biden's lawyer's bid to have charges dismissed.

There is no official word on when the documents will be released, according to the Post.

The Biden Justice Department declined to comment to the Post, and Hunter Biden's lawyers did not immediately respond. Newsmax reached out to lawyer Abbe Lowell for comment.

Among the search warrants potentially to be released:

Aug. 29, 2019 by IRS agents seeking to examine his Apple iCloud account.

Dec. 13, 2019 to examine Hunter Biden's laptop.

July 10, 2020 by IRS agents seeking to examine his Apple iCloud account.

Dec. 4, 2023 to examine electronic evidence related to the gun charge.

Hunter Biden faces felony charges related to allegedly lying about his drug use when buying a gun five years ago.

He is also facing tax evasion charges for allegedly owning $1.4 million in federal taxes between 2016-2019, according to the Post.

Weiss' special counsel's office argued in a Jan. 16 filing that the evidence and case was strong against Hunter Biden for lying on his gun background check form.

"Investigators literally found drugs on the pouch where the defendant had kept his gun," according to the prosecutors' filing.
