Bone trove in Denmark tells story of 'Barbarian' battle - May they rest well in Valhalla

Thousands of bones from germanic boys and men likely killed in a ferocious battle 2,000 years ago have been unearthed from a bog in Denmark, researchers said Monday.

Without local written records to explain, or a battlefield to scour for evidence, experts are nevertheless piecing together a story of the Germanic people, often described by the Romans as "barbarians" for their violent nature.

Four pelvic bones strung on a stick were among the remains of at least 82 people found during archaeological excavations at Alken Enge, on Denmark's Jutland peninsula, indicating an organized and ritual clearing of a battlefield, said the report in the Proceedings of the National Academy of Sciences.

The site, which has been studied since 2009, has yielded the earliest discovery of "a large contingent of fighters from a defeated army from the early first century AD," said the PNAS report.

The bones are extremely well preserved," co-author Mette Løvschal, of the Department of Archaeology and Heritage Studies at Aarhus University, told AFP.

It is interesting to me, a little messy and raw, and not perfect but the man has written a lot and I find some of what he says corresponds with my own experiences and knowledge. It's not good enough for me to recommend to anyone actually wanting to learn stuff but for the experienced and discerning occultist who can pick out the misinformation and get past the odd use of language you may find it intriguing.

I have been primarily interested in what he has had to say about telepathy. I plan on doing my own write up on the matter, I guarantee though I will be much clearer and easy to understand than this guy.

Personally, I feel it would be too odd for the gods to punish people for failing their personal battle. Some people just can't get through with life.

Then again, a corpse is worth less than a person, even if a slave.

Well, let's think about the phrase "your personal battle". Obviously someone with depression is in a pretty fucked up place, but instead of giving life their all, trying to recover and then saying "fuck, I tried but I can't do it. I need help to fix this" they say "fuck, I tried but I can't do it. Guess I'll kill myself."

Let's choose a less modern and controversial example. Suppose a guy had made some enemies way back when, like a lot of them. And they roll up on his home, screaming for blood and revenge. They're not going to be talked down, they want this guy dead. So what does he do? He kills himself instead of facing them down or trying to find another way to solve the problem. In this scenario, suicide seems like the coward's way out.

That's probably how it would be interpreted. And a thing to note: the vast majority of jump survivors (like the ones that jump off the Golden Gate Bridge) say that as soon as they started to fall, they regretted everything and wanted to keep living. It's fucked that people get so spun out that they want to kill themselves, but even then, once they cross the point of no return, they realize "fuck, I could have fixed it. I could have pulled through." But imagine you end up dying and have to face a group of hard motherfuckers and tell them, "I killed myself, and the worst part about it is I realized that I could have done better and pulled through somehow. But I didn't."

Something tells me they wouldn't take too kindly to that.

Age - Her age must be at least two years lower than yours, preferably much more.

Respect - This depends more on you than on her, if you have high standards for women then you should be ready to meet their standards too, get fit, get rich, get alpha, work on improving yourself so that you can become the type of guy that attracts your type of girl, if she doesn't respect you though then whether it's your fault or hers, it's time to look for someone else.

And of course you want the opposite of this:

Watched some of a playthrough of it. Kratos seems like a good dad, definitely too closed off from his son but he holds "BOI!" to a high standard and teaches him manly shit.

Germany: Treasure trove of Harald Bluetooth unearthed

A 13-year-old boy and an amateur archaeologist have unearthed a "significant" treasure trove in Germany which may have belonged to the legendary Danish king Harald Bluetooth who brought Christianity to Denmark.

Rene Schoen and his student Luca Malaschnitschenko were looking for treasure using metal detectors in January on northern Ruegen island when they chanced upon what they initially thought was a worthless piece of aluminium.

But upon closer inspection, they realised that it was a shimmering piece of silver, German media reported.

A dig covering 400 square metres (4,300 square feet) that finally started over the weekend by the regional archaeology service has since uncovered a trove believed linked to the Danish king who reigned from around 958 to 986.

Braided necklaces, pearls, brooches, a Thor's hammer, rings and up to 600 chipped coins were found, including more than 100 that date back to Bluetooth's era.

This trove is the biggest single discovery of Bluetooth coins in the southern Baltic sea region and is therefore of great significance," lead archaeologist Michael Schirren told national news agency DPA.

The oldest coin found in the trove is a Damascus dirham dating to 714 while the most recent is a penny dating to 983.

The find suggests that the treasure may have been buried in the late 980s – also the period when Bluetooth was known to have fled to Pomerania where he died in 987.

Each one has its pros and cons, not sure which would be the most reliable if the "collapse" ever happens. I wouldn't mind living like Varg, in the long run, basically off charity and donations for something I create that doesn't take much time.

How old are you anon?

There's nothing harder or more worthwhile than being a farmer. I would recommend against trying to so music for a living, but it's a good hobby. Get a wife and kids and try to build and fix white communities. Don't run away and hide like varg.

Again how old are you? Get a couple jobs, travel around, learn how the world works. Take a job as a trucker, a cook, in the oilfields, tree planting, etc. You'll learn what you care about and who you want to be. College isn't the place to figure that out, so don't go to college until you know who you are and what you want to do.
