I originally felt I needed to get absolute condition just for the shapeshifting, but I figure that I can just say that my form is amorphous and I can change the shape, but not substance, freely.

My only suggestion is that it would add a lot of flavour to specify exactly how the powers are affected by your mode of transcendence in how they manifest. Like how would absolute knowledge of magic manifesting negatively differ from absolPost too long. Click here to view the full text.

To add, I don't plan to ever fight a war with Imperial Arxia, instead, a series of royal marriages should raise ties, and eventually a personal union would merge the two Empires.

I also plan to include the Northern Land Union, into the axis. I will only fight the Union of States if (most likely when) they declare war.

Order of targets for conquest:

1) Ginq Empire (before they modernise)

2) The territories between Iraq and India

3) Saudi Arabia

4) Brasilian Empire

5) Xalthian Empire

6) Spain

Somewhere along the way I expect the FSUS to go to war against Imperial Arxia one way or another. I would advise Imperial Arxia to focus their efforts solely on the Azerian Empire and FSUS until they are completely conquered or other powers intervene. Who jumps into the war is a good question. As for the alliance with Imperial Arxia, initially, I would prefer a non-agression pact. I see no need to challenge powers that could potentially threaten the Empire, far better to first eat the secondary powers and blank territories. When a great power declares war on me, that is when WW2 begins.

However all these are only plans, and I only have so much influence. If I can only make myself Empress of the Ginq Empire I will be happy.

Also, having no requirement for air (extropy) combined with the ability to pass through solid matter (sublime self) will let me live in completely sealed underground bunkers with no entrances or exits.

This looks like an interesting cyoa, but there are some problems.

1: The entire thing is designed as a build up to a war game, which does not exist. There is no map, no interactions. Because of this the cyoa feels like it is only half there.

2: Too many choices. This can result in decision fatigue before the readers are even halfway through. There are so many choices, linked to each other, and unlike the previous version you receive 500 token instead of only 150.

3: Confusing bonuses. The way the HMSAT bonuses are first presented, they look like a direct bonus(S +1, to S 3 becomes S 4), but later it is explained that these are % bonuses (S +1, to S 3 becomes S 3.3).

4: Confusing abilities. There are many abilities and modifiers in the cyoa that are confusing. If you have 2 modifiers to double the damage do they stack? and if so how? Are there limits to the SAT stats. They all say out of 10, so is that a cap or unrelated because it is easy to exceed it.

5: Restricted choices. The XO you choose effectively determines your race, since they will only do anything if you are of the right race. You do get the choice to not take an XO, but it doesn't make a lot of sense.

6: Balance. The XO that you choose is extremely powerful. Beasts double you number of units, Humans deal double damage, etc. There are some other units that face similar problems. Units are simply over/under powered in strange ways.

Overall I have enjoyed reading it, but any attempt to make a build has fallen victim to the above problems.

Note: I looked around a bit to see if anyone else had made a build for this cyoa but I could only find the previous version. This version did not appear anywhere else. Maybe it was posted elsewhere but I have to ask:

Spend a week spawning hundreds of thousands of goblins that immediately set to work excavating outward to establish bases every few miles, then concentrate on creating heroic dragons that will be placed in charge of them. The sheer numbers would be able to take over a major metropolitan area with little trouble or resistance, most human beings wouldn't be a match for even a "tiny, weak" monster armed with a spear.

Then I'd occasionally fuck a dragon, because if my children can be titanic godlike beings that can fire lasers from their mouth and fly in space, I'm really just obligated to make that happen.

Actually, Kalsur in Urgonda is a (relatively) normal human male character, looking somewhat like Conan in white face paint. He's the only male non-monster/animal NPC, though.

I can see that you're trying to style it like a CYOA book where you flip to different pages, but it's not working here. This badly needs a v1.1.

The large empty spaces make this atrociously long for no reason. There's seven pages where almost half the page is empty. Repeating images for the header of each section that's longer than one page isn't doing you any favors either.

The text could use an opaque bubble behind it. The transparent layer between the text and the background makes it hard to view the text and the background, making the text barely legible and the background pointless.

There's probably other gripes, but I'm not reading this mess as is. It would probably be worth checking out once fixed.

The benefit of the large repeating images is that they are visible in icon form. You can tell which pages go to which "classes" by matching the image next to the class with the image at the top of the page, the latter of which is big enough in icon form to do so with. I think that as long as the CYOA is going to remain at a large number of pages, the header image is helpful enough to keep in.

There are lots of things besides that that need improvement though graphically. Cutting out the wasted space and reducing the size of the option images, lettering, and line spacing would all improve readability in addition to reducing overall size. Additionally, even beyond pure size the graphic design work is pretty bad, especially in that many of the images are improperly stretched or squished. Always, ALWAYS keep images in their original ratio. Shrinking is fine (avoid enlarging though), but if it's 4:3 originally it has to stay 4:3. To change the dimensions, you can only crop or letterbox.

Anyway, graphics aside I'm not that thrilled with the content either. It's just a huge kitchen sink fantasy where everything is ridiculous and nothing really fits together, which doesn't really leave much room for an actual life. The setup implies that people like you are a common occurrence here, and the worst thing to deal with in an especially overpowered CYOA is other CYOA players, real pvp or implied makes no difference.

First I looked at the number of pages and thought: "Holy crap, this is huge!"

Then I realized most of it is spaces between text that was professionally spanned to take as much space with as little information as possible. I wonder if the author's main source of income is writing term works for less-than-diligent students?…

Reading this on an imageboard (at least) allows for only two browsing modes: "way too tiny", with only barely being able to tell which icon is the one you're looking for (provided you remember the exact look and where to look for it), and "in your face", with being able to fit three options on screen at most. And there's what, fourty pages of this?…

This… Seems more like a tabletop boardgame/rulebook than a CYOA. Text-to-image ratio is somewhere in that category as well.

It also seems to be based around Chinese fantasy rules/metacanon, but Goguryeo (and other lands mentioned here IIRC) are basically ancient Korea.
