I think you're being a bit hard on this, the setting is intriguing and the basic idea is fine. It's just set up less as a game and more as… I don't know, an imagination aid? You can do whatever you like and there's no fail state unless you decide that you'd die in any given situation. I can't say I'm put out by a bunch of scenarios where you're encouraged to have rampant lesbian sex.
Just needs some expansion and polish.

Actually, Kalsur in Urgonda is a (relatively) normal human male character, looking somewhat like Conan in white face paint. He's the only male non-monster/animal NPC, though.
