Generally just going to ramble around. Politics doesn't interest me, as getting seriously involved in that would introduce responsibilities that I'm not looking for.
This is a really good cyoa. It's well written and I like the freedom it gives you.
Criticisms:
First, the 'goals' and 'ventures' sections seem to be pure fluff and don't seem to affect your character at all. Some of them mention that it may be easier to pursue them or they'll come to you passively if you choose them. Is this permanent or can they be changed? If they can be changed it might be better to just make narrative manipulation or some such thing a free ability.
Second, I think it's obvious that the Powers are the core of this cyoa. As it is they are very well written, but there simply is not very much variety. I imagine that most builds are going to look similar with the only major differences being what people write about it. There is a custom option, but that tells you that you can't do anything encompassed by other powers with it, which, if you're being honest, rules out a good majority of custom powers that can be made. You're willing to let players be omnipotent, why not open up the customization? Also, it would help if there was a cheaper option to buy weaker powers. I realize that the free limitless growth option has the potential to make this broken but it's kind of frustrating needing to choose between being a God at something and just being peak human at it.
Third, some of these options seem to contradict the facts of the setting. If the Verse encompasses everything, as described on the first page, it should be literally infinite in breadth. It would be impossible, for example, to control 25% of infinity.
