Despite some problems, this is a really cool CYOA. One of the most interesting I've seen.

The Labyrinthine Apartment with its time stretching is close to experiencing Blame! firsthand. The Landlord is cute, too, but something about her rubs me the wrong way. If she is the owner, shouldn't she know the apartment's secret? Does she know them and not tell you? Maybe her agenda from the start is to make you stay. An important omission is whether she'd fuck you during the exponential hours the two of you would spend together over the course of the year.

I think Bursting Sickness pretty much can't be done. You cannot completely avoid thinking about extreme nightly suffering during the day. The human mind doesn't work like that. Maybe if you drugged yourself into dreamless sleep for 24 hours you could manage it.

If you want to be a dick to an arrogant woman, you can pick Leviathan and a seemingly easy nightmare with no water like Bowels of the Earth. Win and take her down a notch. Will she still want go to Earth with you?

We are currently streaming the group phase of the current year's 8chanCup (or as it's more properly known as the Infinity Cup) but due to the exodus and 8ch hiccups we've lost a few teams whose boards never really recovered.

Because of that, we thought it could be great if you guys could join us with a team of your own and participate in the next iteration of the cup, if you feel like it.

All you need to do is create a wiki entry of your own team over at http://infinitycup.shoutwiki.com/wiki/Main_Page (use the layout of other teams as a preset), coming up with members/players that represent your board's culture and in-jokes, create a proper emblem and jersey combo and optionally choose strategies, skills and exportable 3d models using the rules set up at http://infinitycup.shoutwiki.com/wiki/Rules and we'll make sure to consider your application for the future pot.

To destroy the Godhand and its Apostles, then destroy the Abyss or empty it of souls and seal it, and serve as custodian for the astral messes that may occur.

Human size; 8 ft tall, 9 heads tall

I do not know the form I may take, but I suspect something like a Warhammer 40k Primarch or just me but TESTOSTERONE and I guess some practical mutations if any (same thing).

APOSTOLIC ABILITIES: Infused Weapon, Apotropaic Weapon, Embodiment of Wrath, Degenerative Emission, Crystalline Plating, Fertility.

Fertility because I will need my offspring to help me wage war against the Godhand and Apostles, especially if I wind up dying.

ABYSSAL ABILITIES: Causal Sight

APOSTLE SPAWN: Fragmented Self, Offspring (Infused Weapon, Apotropaic Weapon, Causal Sight)

SHORTCOMINGS: Outside Interference, Incomplete Severence

So I guess I'll live my damned existence attempting to destroy the Godhand and all Apostles to rid the world of its greatest rot and regain my humanity. I'll start out weak and do battle with any weaker apostle I find, and it should be easy to sniff them out. I plan to go to the Abyss full-rage and full Death Emission if it comes to it; if I can kill enough and develop my soul strength, maybe I can return to Earth and possess a fresh corpse. A century long struggle in the Abyss may be required though. Before all that I should seek out a high sorcerer and become a magi while learning about all these esoteric forces. I guess I have no reason to NOT physically train to ball-crushing proportions.

I hope to one day be like my hero: berserking man.
