Qresearch is a 24/7 beehive of activity where anons post their diggs, memes and prayers.
For this to happen requires bakers–which is why they have been called "the core of this board."
Bakers perform several key functions:
* Set the tone for each bread via their choice of bread title and /comms/ with posters.
* Post notables for each bread.
* Bake breads (transition the board from one thread to the next).
* Knead the dough (keeping the resource pages clean, tidy, and up-to-date).
When all goes well, baking is a fun & exciting opportunity to serve. When things get wonky and shills attack–bakers carry on anyway.

Baking, just like everything else in life, isn't what you think it is.
Like digging a hole, to house a pit in. There is excess dirt which cant be put back in the whole.
Baking seems to create more space.

Realize that not all bakers have wanted “fame” or celebrity status that some bakers like to throw around which has been cap’d and noted in breads they are not baking in.
That said there is a need for knowing a baker coming in isnt Freddy or the like. Also noting that there are some of us who go back to 8chan and new bakers have disrespected which isnt cool.. but that we never kept logs of bakes due to not needing to be celeb.
Hey going to be getting some high speed connect, been putting this off due to Google fuckery. I feel it is good time to get service because they should be controlled buy this point, and if not i do have my usual backup. Whole reason I have not taken plunge last so many years.
