For this to happen requires bakers–which is why they have been called "the core of this board."
Bakers perform several key functions:

KEK I have two clunky computers. Need to fire up the old one, there's a treasure trove of memes in there! Also have a prob with downloading videos. So many mp4's so little time. This one, gonna have to replace soon. Actually tho, I created a virtual computer on this one and dedicated 2 gigs of ram to it. Was using it for Linux to learn to code. Don't wanna give it up just yet, but may have to since I never have time to use it.

chunky clunky is fairly new and fast but the keyboard is push and less touch and I like it better, it's also bigger and heavier than most, not sleek in any way, getting used to touch keys now but still prefer the more typwriter like feel

My old compute is a dinosaur of rejected pieces and parts I snagged here and there. My "new one" is from goodwill kek, I got it for $130. Works pretty guuuud. New mouse and keyboard can kiss my ass. Getting a better keyboard and mouse will make baking mo better. Being cheap not going to cut it. Gonna hafta get something guuud. Sometimes baking with this crap is a real challenge.

I wear my hands out everyday and they were getting bad, cuz when I'm not abusing them at work I am glued to my mouse. I put tea tree oil, peppermint oil, cocunut oil. Ben gay for immediate relief. I eat diatomaceous earth here and there, all this shit makes my hands like magic. I don't understand it and am in awe of it everyday. My hands were getting bad. My mouse thumb was freezing up. I'd wake up inthe morning and couldn't bend it for a few hours. Started putting them in gloves sometimes at night with the oil treatments. Can't believe the results. Amazing! Believe it. kek

Comms is where questions should be asked, that's why Rusty made it; no regular here will want to scare anyone off.
You'll get mixed results in the big stream though, from different bakers.
This is my own opinion only, other bakers here may or may not take the same stance, but:
answering questions here != baking.
Q research isn't about feelings. Baking is not about feelings. you can not have any, just like the meme, when you bake. If you do, you tend not to last long. Because the shills have had as much practice at attacking bakers as some of the oldest bakers on /qr/.
And I'm not the oldest one, by a long shot.
I don't want to see any baker turned away, especially if they swore an oath to the Constitution. But it is what it is, homey.. We're at the boss level. WE can help as much as we can and be mindful of the noobs… But at the end of the day there's fucking sharks in the big stream.

Yea, don't be shy to ask. I just ignore shills or give 'em a little spank real quick. They don't bother me too much. Bakers are always helpful and will assist in the way they do. Some are nice, cool, or might give you a lil whoopin' now and then, but they all wanna help this mission. I like all y'alls style. All very unique. I leave for 7 to 15 hours almost every day, come back and am amazed at what you've created. Even days that are wonky or someone makes mistakes, shills go into overdrive. Attacks, lag and ebakes. Tendonitis and eyestrain can be intense for bakers.
i bake in compression gloves and sleeves, both sides. Often plus braces and sometimes electrical tape for base of hand (where joins the wrist). one reason why it takes time for me to 'fire up the kitchen' but helps a lot. 32" monitor enormously helpful for eyestrain. still getting it but at least 50% better.
Ben Gay type med relief good too.
Also athletic tape and sometimes shoulder support in some form.
Last - wrapping fingers in the type of tape they used for taping broken toes together, provides excellent support espec along with compression gloves. Or use first aid tape just on TOP of fingers.
When having severe problems with mouse (index) finger, switched the right hand mouse to left handed and used middle finger instead of index finger for about 3 weeks to let mouse finger rest. Very helpful.

Good observations. My 2cents:
Make a distinction between practice bakers and live bakers.
Practice bakers deserve - and generally get - all the help, support & encouragement bakers can give them. Like babies taking first steps. Continues into live baking too. But there's a difference.
Once new bakers go live, the emphasis necessarily switches: it's no longer about the baker but about the board (keeping it clean/tidy, ready for Q, ready for anons to post). Feedback during live bakes is highly impersonal (or ought to be); it's really not about the baker but the board.
If new bakers go live prematurely (and have gaps in basic skills) it's inevitable that they're gonna get called out by someone - anons, bakers, or shills. As you say.
Bakers who jump in real fast may think that, once they are baker, they are "in charge." Technically yes. But at the start, there's lots they just don't know, need to learn to ask q's and to listen while they're gaining experience.
Sooner or later, all bakers seem to wind up having some kind of really tough experience. The "make it or break it" kind. Those who started baking coz they're talented and it's exciting (which it is) don't always make it thru. Those who so can make it thru just about anything.

This is true. This baker thinks you are describing burnout. The shills work to try to cause premature burnout in all of the bakers. Think full-court press with the MK Ultra tactics.
Probably why some bakers can and do go from nice-as-pie… to I'm-going-run-you-the-fuck-over-now in an eyeblink.

Exactly. When shills really lay it on, that's when baker finds out whether he really has "baking temperament." In the long run, bakers gotta be both grounded and fierce to last.

I'm thinking there's two things this can describe. First is baker surgically but dispassionately targeting attacker, second is baker emotionally reacting to attacker (or imagined attackers).
First is ok bc although the blows hurt, baker's still in control - not flailing. Sees attack as impersonal (in that bakers always get attacked, it's the kitchen they are attacking, not you personally). Responds with his own attack - ruthlessly. Second is a problem because attacker hurts in a way that really knocks socks completely off, baker either really knocked down (loses confidence) or continues to bake but with a huge chip-on-shoulder (coz now everyone on the board = potential enemy).
Those in first gp usually already had an experience like that and survived. But everyone has to have a first time - and for some, it will happen here.

This. Being reasonable works. But. in the absence of reason, memes work. Being zero-tolerance works. Suffocation works. :)
And the anons are 5:5 with that. As long as you listen to the anons, they will protect you.

My security keeps saying that the Hardware virtualization is turned off and too turn it on.
This has been happening for over 4 weeks.
Tried F10 at the beginning but it behaves strangely/couldn't get to the BIOS,
which I am very familiar with, to turn it on in the system security section.
The pages are still loading strangely and my phone keeps turning off the internet security also.
Any ideas, please help.
