Harvard University Professor Charged with Tax Offenses

Dr. Charles Lieber was previously indicted on charges of making false statements to federal authorities regarding his participation in China’s Thousand Talents Program

The former Chair of Harvard University’s Chemistry and Chemical Biology Department was charged today in a superseding indictment with tax offenses for failing to report income he received from Wuhan University of Technology (WUT) in Wuhan, China.

Dr. Charles Lieber, 61, was indicted by a federal grand jury in Boston on two counts of making and subscribing a false income tax return and two counts of failing to file reports of foreign bank and financial accounts (FBAR) with the Internal Revenue Service (IRS). In June 2020, Lieber was indicted on two counts of making false statements to federal authorities. Lieber was arrested on Jan. 28, 2020.

The superseding indictment alleges that Lieber served as the Principal Investigator of the Lieber Research Group at Harvard University, which received more than $15 million in federal research grants between 2008 and 2019. Unbeknownst to his employer, Harvard University, Lieber allegedly became a “Strategic Scientist” at WUT and, later, a contractual participant in China’s Thousand Talents Plan from at least 2012 through 2015. NEWS RELEASE SUMMARY – November 23, 2020

SAN DIEGO – Adult film performer and producer Ruben Andre Garcia was sentenced in federal court today to 20 years in prison for conspiring with the owners of the adult websites GirlsDoPorn (GDP) and GirlsDoToys (GDT) to recruit young women to appear in sex videos for adult websites using force, fraud, and coercion.

From approximately 2013 to 2017, Garcia worked as a recruiter, producer, and actor for the GDP and GDT websites, which grossed millions of dollars during this time. Garcia pleaded guilty in December 2020, admitting that as part of a premeditated scheme, Garcia recruited victims to appear in sex videos for the websites by promising them that these videos would never be posted online, that the videos would never be released in the United States, and that no one who knew the women would ever find out about the videos. Throughout the scheme, Garcia knew these representations were false. Garcia knew the videos were being posted on the fee-based websites, GDP and GDT, and excerpts were posted on free pornographic sites such as Pornhub.com, one of the most frequently viewed websites in the world receiving millions of views, to drive paying viewers to GDP and GDT.

Garcia admitted that he and co-defendant Michael Pratt were the lead recruiters for GDP and GDT. Their target market was 18 to 20-year-old women. Garcia and Pratt created Craigslist advertisements, along with fake websites and email addresses consistent with the websites to cause their victims to believPost too long. A non-fungible token of a digital artwork called a "CryptoPunk" was sold for $11.8 million on Thursday, according to a tweet by auction house Sotheby's. The NFT was sold as part of the Sotheby's online auction "Natively Digital: A Curated NFT Sale," which runs from June 3-10 and features work by 27 digital artists. CryptoPunks are a series of 10,000 unique pixel-art characters made by Larva Labs in 2017. The individual one sold by Sotheby's "CryptoPunk #7523" is of the sought-after Alien variety with blue-green skin, and wearing a medical mask. Two other Alien CryptoPunk NFTs have sold for more than $7 million each in previous sales.

According to Reuters, it was bought by Israeli entrepreneur Shalom Meckenzie, who is the largest shareholder of digital sports company DraftKings.

Hackers Steal Wealth of Data from Game Giant EA (Electronic Arts)

The data includes source code for FIFA 21 and the Frostbite engine.

Hackers have broken into gaming giant Electronic Arts, the publisher of Battlefield, FIFA, and The Sims, and stole a wealth of game source code and related internal tools, Motherboard has learned.

"You have full capability of exploiting on all EA services," the hackers claimed in various posts on underground hacking forums viewed by Motherboard. A source with access to the forums, some of which are locked from public view, provided Motherboard with screenshots of the messages.

In those forum posts the hackers said they have taken the source code for FIFA 21, as well as code for its matchmaking server. The hackers also said they have obtained source code and tools for the Frostbite engine, which powers a number of EA games including Battlefield. Other stolen information includes proprietary EA frameworks and software development kits (SDKs), bundles of code that can make game development more streamlined. In all, the hackers say they have 780gb of data, and are advertising it for sale in various underground hacking forum posts viewed by Motherboard.

EA confirmed to Motherboard that it had suffered a data breach and that the information listed by the hackers was the data that was stolen.

"We are investigating a recent incident of intrusion into our network where a limited amount of game source code and related tools were stolen," an EA spokesperson told Motherboard in a statemePost too long. Click here to view the full text.

Covid-19 didn’t work that way. It appeared in humans already adapted into an extremely contagious version. No serious viral “improvement” took place until a minor variation occurred many months later in England.

Such early optimization is unprecedented, and it suggests a long period of adaptation that predated its public spread. German Cardinal Reinhard Marx offers resignation to Pope Francis over sexual abuse 'catastrophe'

The archdiocese of Munich and Freising, where Mr Marx serves as archbishop, published his resignation letter to the Pope online, in multiple languages, and the cardinal said Pope Francis had given him permission to make it public.

"It is important to me to share the responsibility for the catastrophe of the sexual abuse by church officials over the past decades," the 67-year-old Mr Marx wrote in the letter.

But he also issued a challenge of sorts for his fellow bishops to use the opportunity of the scandal to save the church and reform it.

There was no immediate comment from the Vatican, where Mr Marx sits on powerful financial and political bodies.

A Vatican spokesman said that information about resignations is announced in a daily bulletin, and Friday's edition did not mention Mr Marx.

The German cardinal noted that Pope Francis had told him to "keep performing my service as bishop until his decision is made".

Mr Marx, who led the German Bishops' Conference from 2014 until 2020, wrote that investigations during the past decade showed there had been "a lot of personal failures and administrative mistakes but also institutional or 'systemic' failure".

VATICAN: According to sources in the Vatican’s Apostolic Palace, the first meeting between Pope Francis and US President Joe Biden might take place on June 15.

President Biden might travel to Rome for a meeting with Pope Francis before immediately flying to Geneva for his scheduled summit with Russian President Vladimir Putin on June 16, according to the source. Although the meeting has not been confirmed, another source from the Vatican Secretary of State said that the meeting “is likely to occur.”

President Biden is currently scheduled to be in Europe for the NATO summit, which will take place in Brussels on June 14. According to a June 3 White House statement, he is scheduled to participate in the US-EU summit on June 15, and will meet with leaders of Belgium.

Several days after Biden’s election to the presidency, Biden and Pope Francis had a phone conversation. The circumstances of the call were unique, as popes generally do not communicate directly with the president-elect but rather send official greetings once new presidents are installed.

If confirmed, the meeting – technically speaking, a papal audience – will occur while Biden has yet to appoint a new ambassador to the Holy See.

President Biden is scheduled to travel to Europe in June to participate in several international summits in the United Kingdom, Belgium, and Switzerland.

Time has published 75 online articles from China Daily as part of the lucrative ad deal, which began late last year. The Time webpage discloses that the company is paid to publish the China Daily articles, though not that they are state-sponsored propaganda.

The Justice Department requires China Daily to disclose its media activities under the Foreign Agents Registration Act due to its affiliation with the People’s Republic of China. The news agency paid millions of dollars for advertising and printing over the past six months to American newspapers and magazines, including Time, the Los Angeles Times, Chicago Tribune, and Foreign Policy magazine.

The partnerships provide a window into the tactics the Chinese Communist Party uses to influence international audiences, and the revelation is likely to fuel concerns about an arrangement in which American news outlets peddle Chinese propaganda. The Jamestown Foundation, a pro-democracy think tank, has questioned whether American news outlets will tone down negative coverage of China because of the advertising partnerships.

While most of the China Daily content is not political in nature, some of the articles appear to be thinly veiled attempts to portray the Chinese government and companies in a positive light.

Pennsylvania is one of a handful of states where the election outcome has been questioned due to extremely sketchy results from very specific voting places. Philadelphia and Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania had voting results -based on mail-in ballots- that did not align with other areas throughout the state.

Clark County, Nevada; Fulton County, Georgia; Wayne County, Michigan; Maricopa County, Arizona; and Madison, Wisconsin all followed a very odd pattern of excessive mail-in ballots that did not match the electoral roles. Fulton County, Georgia (legal battle) and Maricopa County, Arizona are currently in an audit process.

The compound is meant to be a place of refuge for members of the Sanctuary Church – which is also called Rod of Iron Ministries – ahead of a "war" and "genocide" that will supposedly be brought against them by the "deep state”.

Vice News reported that the church is led by Pastor Hyung Jin "Sean" Moon, who is often referred to as "King" by his followers.

The Sanctuary Church has an unusual pedigree; while it incorporates American resentment politics and syncretic-Christian ideology, the group is also a direct descendant of the Unification Church, who were also known as the "Moonies”.

Rev. Sun Myung Moon, the self-proclaimed messiah and leader of the Moonie cult, is the father of "Sean" Moon, who founded the Sanctuary Church in 2017.

Sean Moon claims his inclusion of AR-15s into his church's worship ceremonies is Biblically based, citing a passage in the Book of Revelation that speaks of Jesus using a "rod of iron" to assert his authority during the End Times. Traditional readings of the verses interpret the "rod of iron" to be a shepherd's staff, which was a symbol of authority, particularly when in reference to Jesus.

The HMS Queen Elizabeth, the latest Royal Navy ship to honor the Tudor-era monarch who vanquished the Spanish Armada in 1588, will be leading a 28-week deployment to Asia that Prime Minister Boris Johnson has insisted is not confrontational toward China.

The 3 billion-pound ($4.2 billion) ship, which has eight RAF F35B stealth fighter jets on board, is scheduled to depart from Portsmouth Naval Base in southern England, accompanied by six Royal Navy ships, a submarine, 14 naval helicopters and a company of Royal Marines.

Arriving by helicopter, the 95-year-old monarch was greeted by the ship’s commanding officer, Captain Angus Essenhigh, and Commodore Stephen Moorhouse, commander of the U.K. Carrier Strike Group.

The Israeli-Hamas conflict escalated on 10 May, with thousands of rockets launched from the territory of Gaza, and with Israel reciprocating with aerial strikes against Hamas targets. The sides announced on Thursday that they had accepted an Egyptian initiative for an unconditional ceasefire, which came into force on 21 May.

An Israel Defense Forces (IDF) spokesman, Jonathan Conricus, claimed that Iran has played a crucial role in recent hostilities between Israel and Hamas, saying that they would not have been possible "without Iranian knowledge, funding, expertise and hands on involvement on the ground."

"It’s very clear, Iranian fingerprints are all over the situation in terms of money, knowledge, personnel and energy spent," he told the Fox News host Pete Hegseth during the 'Fox and Friends Weekend' television show on Sunday.

Conricus alleged that "Iranians are the number one exporters of instability and terror and death and destruction” in the region, calling for what he said is “accountability.”

"Iranian specialists, engineers and people who deal in rocketry and explosives have been educating and telling Hamas engineers how to produce rockets, how to manufacture their own weapons. Had it not been for that very specific and detailed Iranian intervention, we wouldn’t have been in the situation now,” he asserted.

The Israeli army spokesman noted that the IDF is determined to counteract the activity “both in terms of the locations where they produce the weapons, the rockets and also in terms of the key personnel, the terrorists, the engineers that are behind all of these rockets that have been fired throughout Israel."

Research saw aborted fetal skin grow human hair after being attached to rodents.

The federal government funneled nearly $2 million in taxpayer dollars to controversial research that sewed aborted fetal scalps onto the skin of mice and rats in order to conduct experiments in human skin infection.

That research, conducted at the University of Pittsburgh, has generated considerable controversy due to its procurement of fully intact skin from aborted fetuses, as well as the graphic results of those experiments in which the fetal skin, having been attached to the rodents, subsequently grew human hair.

Records show that the National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases funded that research to the tune of over $400,000. A full accounting of the project's funding stream, however, shows taxpayer contributions totaling almost five times that amount.

A spokeswoman for the NIAID told Just the News this week that grants from both that agency and the National Institutes of Health's Fogarty International Center add up to over $1.9 million.

"Total funding for the NIAID grant is $430,270," the spokeswoman said. "The FIC grant was awarded to the University of Pittsburgh … in FY15, and the last year of the project is FY19. Total funding for the FIC grant is 1,498,642."

The agency said that the NIH "is committed to ensuring that research involving human fetal tissue is conducted responsibly and meets the highest ethical standards."

In general, Ghaly announced that there will be no more capacity limits on businesses. But, for large events, as alluded to by Governor Gavin Newsom last week,there will be “Vaccine verification or negative test verification” required.

Today a judge in Georgia ruled that the audit in Fulton County, Georgia, must go on. This leads back to The Gateway Pundit reporting in early December where we identified ballots being counted two and three times.

The Gateway Pundit first reported back on December 4th.

Georgia is headed for another audit of its presidential election results after a judge agreed to unseal more than 145,000 Fulton County absentee ballots Friday.

The details and timing of the audit must still be determined. But the plaintiffs in a lawsuit against the county want to scan and examine the ballots to determine whether they are legitimate.

At a hearing Friday, Henry County Superior Court Judge Brian Amero made clear the ballots must remain in the custody of Fulton election officials. That could prevent the kind of allegations of mishandling ballots and improper procedures that have dogged an audit of ballots in Arizona in recent weeks.

The latest Georgia audit cannot change the election results, which were certified months ago and have already been confirmed by multiple recounts. But the plaintiffs say an examination of ballots would get to the bottom of what they see as suspicious activity at State Farm Arena on election night and pave the way for more accurate elections in the future.

Former Sen. Kelly Loeffler welcomed the audit in a statement issued Friday.

Turkish Hackers Accused of Cyber Attack on Cyprus Parliament

Cyprus has said that Turkish hackers attacked its parliament’s website last month.

The Cypriot Digital Security Authority investigated the cyber attack, which took place on April 5th, and found that the source came from internet protocol (IP) addresses linked to a Turkish hacker group.

A government statement went on to add that “thanks to the timely response to the incident there has been no negative result, and that additional security measures have subsequently been taken as a precaution”, Greek newspaper Proto Thema reports.

The cyberattack comes as attempts by the Turkish government, led by Islamist president Recep Tayyip Erdogan, has largely failed in pushing for a two-state solution to the separation of Turkish-occupied northern Cyprus and the Greek-speaking Republic of Cyprus, which holds sway in the island’s south.

While the Greek-speaking south has rejected the idea of a two-state solution, Turkish Cypriot leader Ersin Tatar has continued to back the proposal. Currently, only the Turkish government recognises Northern Cyprus, which was established after a Turkish invasion in 1974.

Last week, during informal United Nations talks on the Cyprus issue attended by the leaders of both halves of Cyprus, Northern Cyprus foreign minister Tahsin Ertugruloglu labelled the talks a breakthrough for Turkish Cypriots.

“It is our sovereignty that we defend, it is the equal status of our state. ‘The Cyprus issue is a status issue,’ we have repeatedly stressed,” he said.

Former Acting Customs and Border Protection Commissioner Mark Morgan and two former top DHS officials are calling for Homeland Security Secretary Alejandro Mayorkas’ job. The joint statement was issued by Morgan, former Acting ICE Director Tom Homan, and Ken Cuccinelli, former Acting Deputy Secretary of the Department of Homeland Security.

Morgan further told Breitbart Texas, “The final straw for me was the Secretary’s testimony in front of Congress last week … Rather than be honest with the American people and take ownership of the crisis they created at our southern border, he continued the spin, misdirection, and blatant lies being pushed by the Biden Administration.”

The statement and request for Mayorkas to be dismissed comes as DHS struggles to deal with the highest influx of migrants in more than 20 years. According to Customs and Border Protection, more than 178,000 apprehensions occurred in April alone. There are more than 20,000 unaccompanied migrant children in custody of the federal government according to the Department of Health and Human Services.

Morgan told Breitbart Texas, “He sounded more like a politician than the Secretary responsible for protecting our homeland security.”

I was digging through some old newspaper articles and found something interesting.

Paul Penzone used to run the Maricopa County silent witness program. He stepped down in 2008. In 2007 he expanded the program to Apache County to get tips on the murder of William "Stoney" Stone, AKA William McCarragher who was a boy scout rapist. He did time and when he got out he went back to the boy scouts and raped more boys. Then he moved to Arizona.

It seems to me if you wanted to run interference for child molesters than heading up the silent witness program would be a great job to have.

Glock wins (and Biden loses) in major liability suit

God didn’t deliver for President Joe Biden, who recently begged “the Lord” to help him erase the congressionally approved immunity that gun-makers have from lawsuits.

In a little-noticed decision with a major impact on the firearms industry, a federal judge in Arizona has ruled in favor of pistol manufacturer Glock and dismissed a suit brought by the Brady Campaign to Prevent Gun Violence on behalf of a man who was accidentally shot and paralyzed.

U.S. District Court Judge Susan Brnovich upheld liability immunity granted in the Protection of Lawful Commerce in Arms Act passed in 2005 to block gun-makers from a potential wave of industry-killing lawsuits.

Brnovich, nominated by former President Donald Trump and the wife of Arizona Attorney General Mark Brnovich, dismissed multiple claims in the suit that the act’s protections were illegal, writing, “The statute is constitutional.”

While she made her decision in mid-March, it is just now winning attention as Biden and top congressional Democrats begin a campaign to impose new gun control restrictions and end liability immunity for gun-makers.

“The dismissal of this case is welcome news and demonstrates the importance of the Protection of Lawful Commerce in Arms Act,” said Mark Oliva, the spokesman for the industry trade group National Shooting Sports Foundation.

“These attempts to hold manufacturers responsible for the criminal and negligent misuse of firearms are misguided and are attempts at legislation through litigation. The local corporate media in Draper, Utah, is reporting that a 17-year-old student from Corner Canyon High School ended up in the ICU with blood clots in his brain just after receiving an experimental COVID injection.

The day after his COVID-19 vaccine shot, 17-year-old Everest Romney felt his neck swelling. In the coming days, he suffered from severe headaches.

His mother, who tells ABC4 the pediatrician initially dismissed the symptoms as a pulled neck muscle, says she was convinced it was something else.

“He could not move his neck without the assistance of his hands,” says mother Cherie Romney.

That was just a few days after the shot. Plus, now her son suffered from fevers and incessant headaches.

Romney says she knew she needed to keep advocating to doctors that something wasn’t right.

Finally, after more than a week of the symptoms, the Corner Canyon High School basketball player and his family had answers: two blood clots inside his brain, and one on the outside.

“The hardest thing was I let him get that shot. And he was healthy and well before,” says Romney.

“But you question it, you can’t help but question it when it all goes wrong,” she added

However, as with ALL stories of COVID “vaccine” injuries or deaths that make it into the corporate media, they continue to state that there is no link between the injuries and the injections.

In fact, the reporter in the video of this story tells us that they are not even going to name which “vaccine” he received, showing just how much control Big Pharma has on the media.
