First Active Duty Service Member Charged in Capitol Breach
The first active duty service member has been charged in connection to the January 6 Capitol breach on Thursday, out of the more than one thousand people estimated to have entered the Capitol building that day.
The service member is Marine Corps Maj. Christopher Warnagiris, 40, according to the Justice Department.
According to the DOJ, his charges stem from Warnagiris allegedly “violently” entering the Capitol, “pushing through a line of police officers guarding the East Rotunda doors,” and once inside, preventing an officer from shutting the doors and helping others get inside.
He is charged with: 1) Assaulting, Resisting, or Impeding Certain Officers or Employee; Obstruction of Law Enforcement During Civil Disorder; Obstruction of Justice/Congress; Knowingly Entering or Remaining in any Restricted Building or Grounds Without Lawful Authority; and Violent Entry and Disorderly Conduct on Capitol Grounds.
DOJ said approximately 440 individuals have been arrested on charges related to the breach, including over 125 individuals charged with assaulting or impeding law enforcement.
D.C. Metropolitan Police Department Chief Robert Contee said at a May 12 hearing on the Capitol building breach that “certainly over 1,000 people” got into the building on January 6.
Officials believe Warnagiris is the only active duty service member facing charges. Four reservists are facing charges in addition to 41 veterans.
“According to the Department of Justice, this is the first active duty service member, plus four Reservists, and 41 veterans charged in conjunction with Jan 6 attack on the Capitol,” said Pentagon spokesman Lt. Col. Martin Meiners.
Despite there being only five out of about 450 charged in relation to the breach so far, the Biden Pentagon has embarked on a massive effort to “root out” extremists from the military.
Defense Secretary Lloyd Austin ordered a 60-day stand down for commanders to discuss extremism with troops and established the Countering Extremism Working Group to continue the effort.
As Breitbart News has previously reported, the Pentagon considers those who participated in the Capitol breach to be “extremists.”
When Breitbart News asked on March 2 about the reasons behind Austin’s extremism push, Pentagon press secretary John Kirby responded, “Clearly, the events of January 6th and the presence of some veterans in that crowd has certainly got everybody’s attention here.”
Some Democrats have sought to characterize those participating in the Capitol breach as white supremacists. Sen. Dick Durbin (D-IL), the second-highest ranking Democrat in the Senate, said at a hearing:
The insurrectionists who stormed the Capitol on January 6th did not wear white robes and hoods; they might as well have. They are the latest incarnation of violent white supremacist movements that has terrorized fellow Americans on the basis of their race, religion, and national origin for more than 150 years.

Just Whose Coast Is The Coast Guard Guarding?
Most Americans likely assume that the mission of the U.S. Coast Guard is to protect the coasts of the United State from maritime threats. Increasingly, though, that is no longer true, as Coast Guard vessels and personnel now routinely operate thousands of miles from the US homeland. Moreover, they frequently are not engaged in "defensive" missions, but are instead part and parcel of Washington’s arrogant force projection around the world.
The traditional missions were not always sensible or achievable ones, to be sure. During the 1920s and early 1930s, Coast Guard cutters were tasked with trying to intercept shipments of liquor trying to reach thirsty consumers in the United States. Not surprisingly, that mission proved to be utterly futile and frustrating. More recently, the Coast Guard (along with other agencies, such as the Drug Enforcement Administration) has pursued a similar quixotic effort to intercept vessels carrying cargoes of marijuana, cocaine, heroin, and other currently illegal drugs. Indeed, the Coast Guard itself boasts that it is "the nation’s first line of defense" against drug smugglers.
During both prohibition crusades, such efforts have proven more symbolic than substantive. Authorities confiscate only about 10 percent of the targeted contraband, and bootleggers and drug traffickers simply write-off such losses as part of the normal cost of doing business. Attempts to hype successful intercepts do not change that economic reality.
The Coast Guard’s level of success on another mission is scarcely better. Although most illegal migrants try to enter the United States over land (primarily through the US border with Mexico), a significant number attempt to enter by landing in boats of their own or as the human cargo of professional smugglers. An unlucky minority are intercepted, but most people fleeing poverty and violence in their home countries for a better life in the United States reach their destination, despite the Coast Guard’s best efforts.
As misguided as some of those traditional missions might be, they at least involve operations in waters close to the United States. However, more and more of the Coast Guard’s time, budget, and personnel are devoted to operations far from America’s shores. Late last month, a Coast Guard cutter, the USCGC Hamilton entered the Black Sea as part of the US Navy’s show of strength against Russia. According to a Navy press release, that part of the voyage took place "after Hamilton conducted logistics visits to Naples, Italy and Rota, Spain. The US Coast Guard is conducting a routine deployment in US Sixth Fleet, working alongside Allies, building maritime domain awareness, and sharing best practices with partner nation navies and coast guards." That doesn’t sound like a mission that had any relevance to the defense of America’s coasts.

Fauci claims Covid-19 pandemic showed ‘undeniable effects of racism’ in US
White House health advisor Dr. Anthony Fauci is claiming Covid-19 has revealed the “undeniable racism” in the US, as minorities were allegedly affected by the virus at greater rates because of “social determinants.”
The now world-famous US infectious disease expert made his comments during a virtual commencement address for graduates of Emory University.
“Covid-19 has shone a bright light on our own society’s failings,” Fauci said, noting the health disparities that have affected minorities during the pandemic, especially African Americans, Hispanics, and Native Americans.
Many people belonging to these minority groups work frontline jobs that exposed them, even during shutdowns, he argued, and they can be more likely to be infected because of health conditions such as hypertension, chronic lung disease, diabetes, and obesity, conditions Fauci claims can mostly be attributed to social factors like “access to healthcare” and “availability of an adequate diet.”
“Now, very few of these comorbidities have racial determinants,” he said. “Almost all relate to the social determinants of health dating back to disadvantageous conditions that some people of color find themselves in from birth regarding the availability of an adequate diet, access to healthcare and the undeniable effects of racism in our society.”
The battle to end these “social determinants” will take a “decades-long commitment.”
“Let us promise ourselves our memory of this tragic reality - that an infectious disease disparately kills people of color - does not fade,” he said. “Righting this wrong will take a decades-long commitment. I urge you to be part of that commitment.”
Black and Hispanic Americans have been dying at higher rates than other races from Covid-19 in the US, according to analysis released by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) last fall.
Fauci received the Emory University president’s medal on Sunday, a prize previously awarded to people like former US President Jimmy Carter and the late John Lewis.
While Fauci remains a leader in the White House and to news outlets on the pandemic, he has earned his fair share of critics, especially among conservatives, who have accused him of flip-flopping his position on things such as mask mandates, as well as being too supportive of long-term lockdown measures.
Rep. Warren Davidson (R-Ohio) even introduced legislation, which was cosponsored by Reps. Andy Biggs (R-Arizona), Chip Roy (R-Texas), and Ralph Norman (R-South Carolina), this week proposing the firing of Fauci as the director of the National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases.
The Fauci Incompetence Requires Early Dismissal (FIRED) Act would create a 12 year term limit for the position Fauci has held since 1984.
“Americans have had decades of Dr. Fauci’s leadership, and he publicly failed to respond appropriately to the COVID-19 pandemic. It is time for him to step aside so that new leadership can ‘follow the science’ and start reopening America,” Davidson said in a statement about the proposal.

Scoop: Lincoln Project offshoot aims to boost civics education
An offshoot of the Lincoln Project is launching Tuesday, aiming to unify people opposed to partisan dysfunction and authoritarianism through civics education and grassroots organizing, Axios has learned.
Why it matters: The Franklin Project, while a nonprofit and legally distinct from its predecessor, will target "the exact same problem … but from different angles and with different methods," says co-executive director Greg Jenkins, a George W. Bush administration alumnus.
Lincoln will keep airing its brash, anti-Trump ads while Franklin will focus on nonpartisan education and collaboration tailored to build consensus.
"We're not the megaphone; we're the convener," Jenkins said.
The Lincoln Project was a breakout star of the 2020 campaign, a group launched by Republicans opposed to Donald Trump. Its signature was quick-turnaround ads attacking him and his policies.
It faltered earlier this year when John Weaver, one of its co-founders, was accused of soliciting sex from men who had sought to work with the Lincoln Project and his other political ventures.
The group severed ties with Weaver and several of its other founders also resigned in the aftermath of the news.
The Lincoln Project is a super PAC, or a political group that can raise and spend unlimited sums on explicitly political activity. The Franklin Project will be a 501(c)(4) nonprofit. Such so-called dark money advocacy organizations do not have to disclose their donors.
Franklin organizers believe civics discussions have devolved from an exchange of ideas to "an unhealthy game of winners and losers," as their prospectus states. That's triggered extreme partisanship, fueling the rise of authoritarian figures.
The Franklin Project plans to develop and provide a K-12 civics education program it will offer free to local school districts.
It also will establish the "Democracy Corps," a hyper-local movement spread across the nation "that will advocate for and amplify the values upon which America was founded," the prospectus says.
The project does not plan to align with or endorse candidates, offering a true big tent to anyone feeling misrepresented by either major party, or left out of the current political system, said Jenkins, who is leading the group with co-executive director Erin Dobson, a veteran communications strategist.
What they're saying: "There are plenty of frustrated people out there who don't know what to do, don't know where to go, they don't feel like either of the parties are representing them adequately, and they're right. So, what we will do is tell these folks, 'Listen, you're not alone,'" Jenkins told Axios.
"We're going to provide you content that reminds you about your roles — as a citizen, what it means to be a citizen, what you can do."
"If progressives and conservatives don't feel at home with us, then they have a problem," said Jenkins. "Self-identified Republicans and Democrats ought to feel perfectly at home."

Millions must get COVID jab before borders can open, NSW Premier says
NSW Premier(((Gladys Berejiklian)))has said about five million people in the state need to be fully vaccinated before borders open.
"Certainly in NSW we need to do around 10 million jabs to get the majority of our population to be vaccinated," Ms Berejiklian said at a press conference today.
"We're edging towards a million jabs. We're working as hard as we can."
People aged 50 and over can now receive the AstraZeneca jab through their GP, while about 110,000 people aged 40-49 have registered their interest in receiving the Pfizer shot.
Ms Berejiklian said she was keen to see the borders reopen as quickly as possible, but only when safe to do so.
She said NSW was "bearing the brunt" of the virus, losing $1.5 billion a month due to the lack of international travel.
"I do think we need to be ambitious and New South Wales has prided itself in getting the right balance, keeping the community safe, but also pushing the boundaries on when we can start doing things in a COVID-safe way," she said.
In the meantime, she called on other states to follow NSW's lead in repatriating Australians from overseas.

Calgary police arrest pastor for organizing services violating public health orders
A Calgary pastor was arrested Sunday afternoon for organizing a church service violating public health orders.
Police said in a news release that Pastor Tim Stephens organized a church service held at Fairview Baptist Church that did not comply with public health orders requiring masking, physical distancing, and attendance limits.
The gathering also went against a Court of Queen’s Bench order granting Alberta Health Services (AHS) an injunction against public gathering that do not comply with public health orders, police say.
“The pastor acknowledged the injunction, but chose to move forward with today’s service, ignoring requirements for social distancing, mask wearing and reduced capacity limits for attendees,” CPS said in a news release.
Calgary police say AHS has attempted to work collaboratively with Fairview Baptist Church “for several weeks” to address compliance with public health orders.
“It is only when significant risk is identified or continued non-compliance is noted that AHS resorts to enforcement action,” CPS said.
Police say they did not enter the church during the service on Sunday.
“CPS acknowledges it is important to understand that law enforcement recognizes people's desire to participate in faith-based gatherings as well as the right to protest. However, as we are still in a global pandemic, we all must comply with public health orders in order to ensure everyone's safety and wellbeing.”
Stephens wrote on a question and answer page on Fairview’s website dated March 5 that the church will continue to hold gatherings to “stay faithful to our commitment to God.”
The church has been found to be in violation of the public health act on numerous occasions this year, including tickets and fines being issued.
Stephens is the fourth religious leader in Alberta to be arrested for organizing religious gatherings breaking public health restrictions.
Artur Pawlowski and his brother Dawid Pawlowski were arrested by CPS last week, and James Coates of GraceLife Church outside Edmonton was arrested in February.

DePerno has received multiple threats over his fight to expose voter fraud in Antrim County, Michigan where over 5,000 votes were flipped from Trump to Biden in the November election in a solidly RED county.
On Friday evening, Matt DePerno’s law office was broken into.
According to DePerno, the break-in took place in the late evening. Police were called to investigate the break-in and it was determined that nothing was stolen. The real question is, who broke into DePerno’s office and what were they looking for?
On Monday, DePerno scheduled a press conference in Traverse City, MI at the VFW hall, where he planned to drop a bombshell discovery in the Antrim County voter fraud case.
Today, DePerno got a call from a VFW representative telling him that they could no longer allow him to use the VFW hall for his press conference after they allegedly received threats from someone or some group for allowing DePerno to use their facility for his press conference.

The Antrim County attorney told us that he was disappointed by the decision of the Traverse City VFW hall to cancel his press conference. “You can’t even have a press conference about a case about defending your First Amendment Rights without being threatened by someone to silence you?” DePerno asked. DePerno, who is sick of watching the free speech rights of Americans shut down by those who don’t agree with them, or who don’t want the truth to be exposed, slammed the leftist group for threatening the veteran’s group. “We get canceled just because someone threatens you?” DePerno asked, adding, “Not only can you not express yourself by voting, but you can’t even talk about it anymore!”
DePerno shared his disgust in having to find another location at the last minute, explaining that it’s hard enough to get the media to report on one of the biggest election stories in our nation, but now, he can’t even find a place to speak freely about his case. Clearly disheartened by this latest development, DePerno, a brave patriot, and fighter to the end pledged to find a new location for his press conference tomorrow. “No mainstream media will report about this, so when we hold a press conference to attract the local media, and someone or some group threatens to shut it down?” DePerno asked.
Matt DePerno must be over the target, otherwise, why would the left be trying so hard to shut him down? First, it was our dishonest Secretary of State and several anonymous people threatening him, hoping to get DePerno to shut down his case. Now, his office is being broken into and someone or some group is allegedly threatening to shut down his press conference.

While on the set of “Chappie,” South African director Niell Blomkamp told News24 Ninja had sent explicit photos “in the act of having fellatio performed on himself” to a team member. Sparkes shares photos of these emails, indicating the photos were of her.

On March 20, 2019, Die Antwoord posted a YouTube video titled “LOVE ALL TRUST NO ONE.” The video has been removed for violating YouTube’s policy on harassment and bullying.
Sparkes and Visser in 2013
The next day, Yo-Landi Visser posted a video to the Die Antwoord Facebook page to address the allegations. This video has now been deleted. In her video, Visser speaks to the South African media, saying they were “excited and very hype” about this conflict. Visser says that Sparkes is a Satanist and an “online prostitute.”
“That is the kind of person that is making up this little crazy story, because she’s also decided to launch a rap career,” Visser says, “and if you don’t believe me, then you should look at the links below.”
Linked were folders of explicit photos and videos of Sparkes and receipts of monetary transactions between her and an anonymous customer that purchased the content. zefrat9000.com, a domain purchased on March 20, 2019, outlines the experience of this anonymous customer.

On March 23, 2019, Ninja posted a video to the Die Antwoord Facebook page. This video has now been deleted. This time, it’s his turn to address the allegations.

Ninja says he and Yo-landi were broken up at the time he was seeing other people. He met Sparkes and flew her out after an extended online relationship.

A TRAIN in Iowa derailed and exploded on Sunday afternoon after a bridge collapsed, causing evacuations in the area after some 30 train cars piled up.

Planet Lockdown is a 90-minute documentary on the situation the world finds itself in. We spoke to some of the brightest and bravest minds in the world including epidemiologists, scientists, doctors, lawyers, protesters a statesman and a prince. These brave souls had the courage to speak truth against all odds and inspire us to do the same. We must have the courage to overcome our fears. Once we do, it gets easier every time.
All the full interviews are being released to make the information available for free. Each interview is mirrored several times, can be downloaded in full resolution and via the BitTorrent protocol to make the content censor resistant. By watching all the interviews, you will have the equivalent of a masters degree on current events.
