Facebook Gets DoJ Lawsuit for Discriminating Against Americans

The Department of Justice has quietly given the green light to a lawsuit charging Facebook with a policy of discriminating against thousands of job-seekers because they are American.

“Employers take note: Dept of Justice ALJ allows complaint that Facebook discriminated against US workers …. Case now goes to trial,” said a June 8 tweet by immigration lawyer William Stock.

“As the Court has previously held, allegations of manipulating the hiring practice to disqualify individuals based on citizenship, meet the legal standard in this forum for stating a claim upon which relief can be granted,” said the June 2 decision by the department’s little-known Office of the Chief Administrative Hearing Officer (OCAHO).

The decision denied Facebook’s plea to dismiss the December 2020 discrimination complaint by officials working for President Donald Trump.

“It’s great that OCAHO is doing this, ” responded Bob Heath, a Florida-based tech entrepreneur who has filed several lawsuits against Fortune 500 subcontractors for discriminating against Americans. “The EEOC [Equal Employment Opportunity Commission] needs to jump on board, and the Department of Labor needs to jump on board,” Heath told Breitbart News.

Heath has already worked through OCAHO to force two companies to settle discrimination cases. He has another five discrimination cases at OCAHO, and is preparing to file several more.

Trump’s complaint said Facebook hid job advertisements from eager American graduates so U.S.-based managers could pretend that the only qualified candidates for the jobs were the company’s growing population of temporary foreign workers who want to get green cards. The lawsuit said the company discriminated against the many thousands of Americans who applied for roughly 2,600 jobs at Facebook:

From January 1, 2018 to April 28, 2019, Facebook’s online job postings for … [normal job] positions that it ultimately filled received on average 104 total applicants per position.

In contrast, in the 1,128 recruitment reports that Facebook prepared in connection with its [green card] applications filed [in the 10 months] between July 1, 2018 and April 28, 2019 … Facebook reported that it received zero U.S. worker applicants in 81.5% of these reports (919 reports), that it received one U.S. 10 worker applicant in 18.3% of these reports (206 reports), and that it received 2-4 U.S. worker applicants in the remaining 0.3% of these reports (3 reports).

The scheme allegedly allowed the company to request the huge prize of permanent green cards for its corps of temporary workers who were imported via the H-1B, L-1, H4EAD, J-1, O-1, TN, CPT, and OPT programs.  Most of the foreign workers are mid-skilled and are mostly put to work as interchangeable gig-workers doing routine work delegated by Fortune 500 to its pyramid of subcontractors.

There is growing evidence executives at many Fortune 500 companies — and their tiers of subordinate contractors — prefer mid-skilled visa workers to independent and cooperative American professionals.

EVERY STATE Should Be Audited – Now a Concerned Citizen in Massachusetts Uncovers Election Discrepancies

The 2020 Election results in every state should be forensically audited using the same method that is taking place in Arizona now.

We’ve reported on concerns with the results of elections in Massachusetts previously. This is how we discovered MIT Ph.D. Dr. Shiva who had uncovered an anomaly in the election results in the Senate primary in Massachusetts. He identified a pattern in the results in his 2020 primary and he saw the same anomaly in the 2020 Presidential results in Michigan:

We already knew that the results of the 2020 Senate primary were suspect so when a concerned citizen in Massachusetts reached out to us with his story, we listened.

Our reader shared that at the beginning of December 2020, and initially with a request made verbally and in person, he asked the Marshfield Town Clerk, for elections reports for the 2020 local election and the November 3rd national election. He mentioned that he wanted the reports because he was intending to run for local office in 2021.

At first, he was given copies of files that were loaded onto memory sticks or thumb drives in what appears to be an Excel-like format. But, these files were incomplete. For example, the local election had 1,400+ voters but the report had only about 1,100 voters listed.

Similarly, the November election had 16,000+ voters but he received a report indicating less than 13,000 voters participated.

Then, after more requests – and no response – our reader made a call to the Secretary’s Elections Division and described the situation. Within hours of that call, I received an email with several pdf files attached that are lists of names of persons that voted (although in some instances it is not clear if these are persons that actually voted). These pdf files appeared to be grouped into six (6) precincts – but his town has seven (7) precincts. One precinct, Precinct 5, was not included.

Our reader received the following letter from the state to the local town representative encouraging the town to obtain all the information and provided it to the requestor. (This has not yet been done.)

The requestor believes that he will no receive a clean report from the Town clerk. However, if this is the case, then this against the Public Records law.

The Commonwealth of Massachusetts reached out to the clerk and encouraged her to provide adequate records to our reader. But it appears no one is interested in maintaining the law in this situation.

What the reader did find out in other research is that the firm that ‘manages’ the local town’s election records and machines is LHS and their representative is Lynn Haas.

In a unanimous decision, the Supreme Court of Canada has ruled in favour of unsealing the estate files of Barry and Honey Sherman.

The trustees and beneficiaries of the slain billionaire Toronto couple fought to keep the documents private.

In an unusual move, they argued their lives could be in danger because the Sherman's 2017 killing remains unsolved.

I honestly don't know what to make of this. A B52 from Barksdale AFB, LA flew up to the DC area and at low altitude made several orbits over Dunkirk, then without climbing out, made a run directly over the middle of DC proper and is now heading back to BAFB.

There have been in an increase in the number of squawking B52 sorties of late, but it's been the usual expected stuff of going to a restricted area and dropping practice bombs, or doing formation work with the tankers, etc. Other than a few 'hard diplomacy' runs overseas, this is the first time I've something like this stateside. I wonder if there's an airshow or something.

What We Can Learn About Collaboration by Studying the NSA

The Laboratory for Analytic Sciences is an eight-year-old partnership between the National Security Agency and North Carolina State University that says it aims to bring together people from business, academia, and government to help the intelligence community solve its “most pressing challenges related to national security and technology.” A collaboration in 2016, for example, used information from buses and trains to alert officials at the Olympic Games in Rio de Janeiro to potential safety issues for athletes and spectators during protests.

A team of outside researchers studied the lab and has published a book about the multidisciplinary collaboration. “Our interest was, ‘How well does this actually work in the wild?’” says co-author Kathleen Vogel, deputy director of the School for the Future of Innovation in Society at Arizona State University.

One of the biggest obstacles to collaboration, they found, is culture clashes among members of different professions. “At meetings, we would find the government people sitting around the edge of the room,” Vogel says. “The academics at the table didn’t understand what was happening—they were, like, ‘Do they not want to be involved?’ But the government people were used to working-level people sitting around the room, with only senior government officials sitting at the table.”

How do you make sure new collaborators mesh? Here are some of the researchers’ biggest takeaways:

Spell out the small stuff. People in different fields can have divergent understandings of the simplest tasks, from setting up a meeting to sending an email. “You have to be in constant communication about how things are or aren’t working, and be explicit about problems as they arise,” says Vogel. “We had to come up with protocols for how you would work with others.”

Don’t forget about long-term goals. Initiatives for pressing NSA missions often took priority over long-term projects. “This is not necessarily a bad thing,” the researchers wrote, but there’s a danger in becoming “increasingly drawn to produce tangible widgets that can be implemented quickly.” The risk is that short-term projects usurp the “longer-term research and innovation that can have significant future payoffs.”

Make it “mission critical.” “Mission criticality” is common in government projects such as bridge-building or first-responder training. It means that the work is essential: If it fails, damage or injury to others will occur. It’s motivating, especially in remote contexts in which social bonds among team members might be thin. “Criticality is really important when it’s virtual,” says Beverly Tyler, Vogel’s co-author and a professor at North Carolina State University’s Poole College of Management.

Focus on output. People with set schedules that conform to traditional working hours didn’t always appreciate peers whose schedules were less nine-to-five. As one lab worker put it to the researchers: “We had to kind of learn that professors can come and do what they want. It was kind of surprising to us.” This can create tension, so make it clear that what’s important is the outcome, not who was in the office when.

Be supportive. As obvious as it sounds, workers who are collaborating need to feel supported by their managers; if you’re managing remotely, you need to work extra-hard to make that support clear. Workers are “gonna lose interest,” says Tyler, if they’re not praised and promoted for their work.

It’s in the ballots. Now the printers of the ballots are in the hot seat. They better lawyer up. It appears that ballots in Republican areas were printed differently than in Democrat areas which caused more Republican ballots to go to adjudication and potentially be recorded as Biden votes.

We reported in December that inventor and data expert, Jovan Hutton Pulitzer identified a pattern in Georgia where Republican district ballots were printed differently than Democrat district ballots. The Republican areas’ ballots were set up where a large percentage would go to adjudication. This allowed unknown individuals to record all the ballots for Biden.

Yesterday this same situation was discussed on Steve Bannon’s WarRoom Pandemic. In Antrim County, Michigan attorney Matt DePerno provided a double-bombshell update to his case relating to that county’s November 3, 2020 election and its voting machines and ballots from Dominion Voting Systems. On December 4, 2020, DePerno, on behalf of his client, William Bailey, successfully received a court’s permission to forensically audit the county’s Dominion machines used in the November 3, 2020, Antrim County elections.

DePerno had to fight off legal attempts to stop the public disclosure of this data, from both the radicalized Michigan Attorney General, Dana Nessel (D), and the Soros-backed dishonest and equally radical Michigan Secretary of State Jocelyn Benson (D).

Nessel filed a lawsuit, which Benson signed onto, to stop the release of this information!

On December 13, the night before DePerno’s emergency hearing to get permission to release his forensic auditors’ report, AG Nessel tweeted a warning shot directed specifically at “Lawyers who practice in Michigan,” letting them know that their oath prevents them from filing “unjust and/or frivolous actions” or from misleading the court.

DePerno was granted permission by the court at an emergency hearing on December 14 to release the findings of that report.

DePerno’s audit team, the Allied Security Operations Group (ASOG), uncovered and exposed, among other things, that the Dominion voting machines used in that 2020 election were set at a 68.05% error rate, when the allowable election error rate is .0008%! These “error’ed ballots” were forced out of the counting system and into the adjudication – manual review – by an individual who decides which candidates the ballots report as voting for. The Dominion system does NOT record who made the decision and when and does NOT mandate that at least two individuals sign off on the decision, one from each major party.

On May 18, as reported by UncoverDC, Bailey and DePerno’s case was dismissed by the court:

Judge Elsenheimer dismissed [DePerno’s] client’s case yesterday with a ruling based on what DePerno says is a ‘narrow decision’ that had nothing to do with any of the evidence he and his client, Bill Bailey, have presented.

If these ballots are out of sync and we find they are out of sync in Republican precincts only, then we have another example where the printing of the ballots is in error and therefore in question.

What are the odds that this all happened randomly? We all know the answer to that.

The son of former Libyan leader Muammar Gaddafi is reportedly eyeing his country’s highest office a decade after his father was overthrown and murdered by NATO-backed rebels, triggering years of civil unrest.

Saif al-Islam Gaddafi has begun to reach out to Western and other diplomats as he seeks to re-enter public life, the Times reported. Once viewed as his father’s successor, he is preparing to stand in Libya’s December 24 presidential contest. Speaking to the paper via telephone, he said he was in good health, and confirmed his relationship with a team of advisers acting on his behalf. Gaddafi is expected to publicly announce his political ambitions in the near future. However, it is still unclear whether he will be allowed to run, as a new election law currently being drafted could potentially exclude him from participating.

The 48-year-old was captured and imprisoned by militants in 2011. He was freed by his captors six years later under an amnesty agreement. Since then, he has remained in hiding. He still faces an arrest warrant in Libya, and, according to the Times, is also wanted by the International Criminal Court (ICC). Several of his siblings remain in prison either in Libya and abroad.

Sources who spoke with the Times said the ICC warrant could be withdrawn, but that Gaddafi would likely run for office even if it were not. The paper speculated that US Secretary of State Antony Blinken, who was a vocal proponent of the NATO campaign in Libya, would likely oppose the idea of Gaddafi’s son running for office.

Saif al-Islam Gaddafi made headlines in 2018, after Bloomberg reported that Russian diplomats had spoken to him via a video link shortly after he was released from prison. A family spokesperson said around that time that Gaddafi wanted to run for president.

Moscow responded to the Bloomberg report by stating that no one should be excluded from Libya’s political process, adding that it kept in touch with various groups in the country in an effort to help facilitate peace negotiations. Libya has seen years of civil war and political turbulence following the NATO-backed intervention. It is inching towards a settlement between the Tripoli-based Government of National Accord and a separate governing body supported by military commander Khalifa Haftar, which controls the country’s east.

Both the GNA and the Haftar-backed administration have agreed to back a central government. In March, Libya’s parliament appointed Prime Minister Abdul Hamid Dbeibeh to lead an interim government until December’s election.

Decided to pull up the flight history on this and it looks like he made a pass directly over the center of DC at 0955 at 2,100'. Wisconsin Senate Passes Bill Banning Zuckerberg-Style Election Interference.

The Wisconsin State Senate has passed a bill prohibiting the outside, private financing of elections – a move that follows the Facebook CEO Mark Zuckerberg’s large-scale 2020 election interference.

As originally reported by The National Pulse ahead of the 2020 election, Zuckerberg ploughed cash into heavily Democrat districts in order to privately march more left-wing voters to the ballot box.

Prior to last year’s election, Senator Josh Hawley highlighted that employees from the six largest tech firms of Silicon Valley, including Facebook, donated almost $5 million to the Biden-Harris presidential campaign. Only $239,000 had been donated by the tech firms’ employees to the Trump campaign.

Now, Wisconsin Senate bill SB 207 attempts to ban the practice of private funding of elections, though it is expected to be vetoed by Democratic Governor Tony Evers.

According to local news sites, the bills approved include:

SB 207 – prohibiting local governments from applying for and accepting private money to cover the costs of administering an election;

SB 208 – requiring the Elections Commission to post draft minutes of its meetings within 48 hours of a meeting or hearing;

SB 213 – allowing district attorneys to investigate some election law violations in counties contiguous to theirs.

Research director Will Flanders of the Wisconsin Institute for Law and Liberty said, following the release of a new report into election integrity: “This analysis provides convincing evidence that the CTCL grants played a role in increasing turnout for Joe Biden in 2020. Wisconsin lawmakers should act to ensure local election administration isn’t captured by private money seeking partisan advantage.”

Up to $400 billion in COVID unemployment relief was stolen - and more than half that cash was funneled to criminals in Russia, China and Nigeria, it was claimed.

The United States lost as much as 50% of all unemployment relief, as much as $400 billion, through fraudulent claims, Blake Hall told Axios. Hall is the CEO of ID.me CEO, a company that provides fraud prevention services.

Some experts are considering the theft a matter of national security with cash ending up in the hands of criminal groups based in Russia, China and Nigeria.

More than 70% of the $400 billion feared to have been stolen was pilfered by state-backed foreign criminal groups, Haywood Talcove told Axios.

'These groups are definitely backed by the state,' said Talcove, the CEO of LexisNexis Risk Solutions.

U.S. street gangs reportedly stole much of the rest of the money.

White House economist Gene Sperling noted to Axios that much of the fraud happened during the administration of former President Donald Trump.

'Widespread fraud at the state level in pandemic unemployment insurance during the previous Administration is one of the most serious challenges we inherited,' Sperling told Axios.

'President Biden has been clear that this type of activity from criminal syndicates is despicable and unacceptable. It is why we passed $2 billion for UI modernizations in the American Rescue Plan, instituted a Department of Justice Anti-Fraud Task Force and an all-of-government Identity Theft and Public Benefits Initiative.'

Experts and politicians had assumed that some money would be stolen through fraud as unemployment systems in states across the country were not prepared to handle the demands of the pandemic.

However, the estimates provided by Hall and Talcove show the incredible extent of possible unemployment insurance fraud over the last year.

Axios explained that some thieves were likely able to defraud the government by stealing people's personal information to impersonate them and claim the money while others may have tricked real claimants into giving them their information.

Once the information was stolen, lower-level criminals, called 'mules,' would withdraw the money from ATMs and convert it to Bitcoin - which can be sent in a way that is impossible to trace - to transfer it abroad.

The U.S. Department of Labor notes on its website that most victims of unemployment identity theft 'are unaware that claims have been filed' and collected using their identities.

'Many people only find out unemployment identity theft occurred when they receive something in the mail, such as a payment or state issued 1099-G tax form that’s incorrect or for benefits not received,' the website reads.

The Labor Department maintains a database of contact information for individual states for those who believe they have been a victim of unemployment identity theft.

“No human being should die getting arrested,” wrote Skye, who has appeared in over 300 skin flicks since she started her career in 2013. She was nominated for Best New Starlet in 2015 at the AVN Awards, a k a the “Oscars of porn.” She remained semi-active as a performer until last year, according to the Internet Adult Film Database, spanning virtually every major production company.

However, sources told the adult industry news outlet XBIX that she had also been suffering from “personal struggles,” which reportedly included an addiction to alcohol and fentanyl, as well as an abusive family environment.

The Complaint alleges that the Emergency Use Authorizations (EUAs) under which various “unapproved, inadequately tested, experimental, and dangerous” COVID-19 vaccines have been sold and administered are unlawful on multiple grounds and must be terminated immediately. The multiple grounds supporting termination of the EUAs, and by extension, administration of all COVID-19 vaccines, follows.

First, the Complaint alleges that the Emergency Declaration upon which the EUAs are all based was unjustified. Second, that the DHHS Secretary has failed to satisfy the “criteria for issuance” of the EUAs set forth in Section 546 of the Food, Drugs and Cosmetics Act 21 U.S.C. § 360bbb-3(c). Third, that the DHHS Secretary has failed to satisfy the “conditions of authorization” mandated by § 360bbb-3(e)(1)(A). If the District Court finds any of these grounds to be legally sustainable, the EUAs must as a matter of law be terminated.

Plaintiffs Seek Multiple Rulings and Damages From Individual Defendants

The Plaintiffs are asking the District Court to review whether there was a true “public health emergency” and to find that, since there was no such actual emergency, that DHHS did not have the authority to declare such an emergency, which would likewise nullify the EUAs.

The Plaintiffs are also asking the District Court to determine that the EUAs and extensions thereof are unlawful based on the grounds set forth above, that the Defendants have violated customary international law by engaging in non-consensual human medical experimentation, and that they have unlawfully failed to implement protections for human subjects in medical experimentation.

They are further asking the District Court to enjoin the enforcement of the overall “public health emergency” declaration and renewals, enforcement of the EUAs, and extension of the EUAs to children under the age of 16.

Finally, the Defendants are seeking civil money damages from Secretary Becarra, Dr. Fauci, and Dr. Woodcock personally.

The case is Civil Action No. 2:21-cv-00702-CLM. A copy of the complaint follows.

A QAnon promoter in the US is setting up a WikiLeaks website all about aliens, called AlienLeaks.

Ron Watkins was reportedly a major force in pushing the QAnon conspiracy and is credited with actively facilitating the rise of it in the US. He was also accused of being the elusive Q character in a documentary series that aired earlier this year. He also used to be the administrator of the controversial forum 8chan which has known right-wing links.
