Canadian doctor suspended from hospital duty for speaking out about vaccine damage to Amer-Indians

Dr. Charles Hoffe said he was suspended ‘for the crime of causing ‘vaccine hesitancy,’ for speaking out about my vaccine injured patients.’

LYTTON, British Columbia, May 26, 2021 (LifeSiteNews) — A Canadian family doctor says he has been punished by his local health authority because he raised concerns about side effects he observed in some of those who had received the Moderna COVID-19 jab within his community.

“I am no longer allowed to work in the ER,” British Columbia Dr. Charles Hoffe said, according to a True North News report.

Hoffe added that his suspension from the ER came at the end of April, after his local health authority “suspended” his clinical privileges “for the crime of causing ‘vaccine hesitancy,’ for speaking out about my vaccine injured patients.”

In an April 5 letter, Hoffe had written to British Columbia Provincial Health Officer Bonnie Henry that he was “quite alarmed at the high rate of serious side effects from this novel treatment,” in reference to Moderna COVID-19 injections given to 900 mostly Indigenous people in Lytton, British Columbia.

Hoffe said he had observed one patient death, “numerous” allergic reactions, along with three individuals who had “disabling” neurological deficits completed with chronic pain, which persisted “for more than 10 weeks after their first vaccine.”

CHRISSY Teigen has been “CUT” from marketing for her new Safely cleaning brand with Kris Jenner after “sales tanked” amid her bullying scandal, The Sun can reveal.

The latest career blow comes as her Cravings cookware line has been dropped from big retailers including Target, Macy’s and Bloomingdale's for controversial comments she made towards Courtney Stodden.

Chrissy Teigen has been 'CUT' from marketing for her new Safely brand

The model launched the company with Kris Jenner just before her bullying scandal surfaced

Just days before Courtney, 26, revealed they had suffered “years of bullying” at the hands of the TV personality, Chrissy, 35, launched a brand new cleaning brand.

Safely debuted in early May with Chrissy and Kris, 65, as both founders and spokespeople for the brand.

'Both of the stars were heavily featured in promo for the line since it was announced in March however, since Chrissy was slammed for “bullying” women, Safely has not publicly showed her once.

A source told The Sun: “Kris Jenner has been in crisis mode for weeks with Chrissy’s scandal.

“She likes Chrissy but she’s a numbers girl first and their sales tanked after all of Chrissy’s tweets came out.

Chrissy and Kris founded the company together and became the face of the brand.

Both stars have been heavily featured in the advertising

Before she was slammed for 'bullying,' Chrissy partook in a number of Safely photoshoots

“It's the worst case scenario for them, they just launched their cleaning brand days before the scandal.”

The insider said that the “company has had to completely change it’s marketing strategy” because their “whole plan was to focus on the homes and families of Kris and Chrissy.”

“They know they can’t show Chrissy anymore but her with her kids was originally the whole appeal of the brand.

“It's been a very pricey mistake,” the informant added.

Despite the ongoing backlash, the wife of John Legend has not been completely dropped from the brand yet as “it’s tricky since she was “part of creating the company, she's not just a spokesperson,”

the source concluded.

She has not been used in a public advertisement since May 9 - just before the Courtney’s comments came out.

Courtney - who is nonbinary and prefers "they" pronouns - alleged in a new interview that Chrissy would send horrific tweets and DMs, including comments that appeared to encourage suicide.

The blonde beauty rose to fame when they married then 51-year-old actor Doug Hutchison in 2011 when they were just 16 years old.

The bullying tweets from Chrissy are from 2011 and 2012 - when Courtney was still a teen.

She claimed that Chrissy told her to 'kill herself' while she was still a teen

After the tweets were brought back into the spotlight last week, Chrissy issued a public apology, but the damage appears to have already been done.

Last month, The Sun exclusively revealed that Chrissy's kitchen items have been removed from Target's website as well as Macy’s and Bloomingdales.

The Federal Reserve is the engine that drives one of the biggest, most powerful governments in the history of the world.

Without the Fed, it would be difficult, if not impossible, for the government to fund its foreign wars, its massive, unsustainable social programs, the ever-growing police state, and the tangled web of corporate welfare programs. It’s almost certain none of this would exist as we know it today – not even close. The federal government would truly be limited.

Although the Federal Reserve is relatively new within the scope of American history, its roots go back to the early days of the republic and the First Bank of the United States, chartered by Congress on Feb. 25, 1791.

A national bank was the brainchild of Alexander Hamilton. His rationale wasn’t much different from those who later came up with the Federal Reserve. Hamilton thought a central bank was necessary to stabilize and improve the fledgling nation’s credit and to better manage the financial business of the United States government.

The notion of a national bank but wasn’t without its detractors. One of the most vocal opponents of the bank was Thomas Jefferson who argued that it was unconstitutional.

The debate was really about more than chartering a bank. At its core, it was an argument about the extent of federal power. Jefferson held to the promise of the ratification debates – that federal authority would remain carefully circumscribed by the enumerated delegated powers. Given that the Constitution doesn’t authorize Congress to charter corporations, much less a national bank, Jefferson argued that it was an unconstitutional act.

On the other hand, Hamilton pivoted from the position he took during the ratification debates and justified his project by invoking the doctrine of “implied powers.” His arguments foreshadowed how federal policies of every imaginable stripe would be justified moving forward. Arguably, Hamilton’s arguments for the First Bank of the United States set the foundation for much of the federal overreach we have today.

Reality Winner, a former National Security Agency contractor who pleaded guilty to leaking classified information, has been released from federal prison.

Hi all. It has been a VERY humbling few weeks.

I know I’ve been quiet, and lord knows you don’t want to hear about me, but I want you to know I’ve been sitting in a hole of deserved global punishment, the ultimate “sit here and think about what you’ve done”. Not a day, not a single moment has passed where I haven’t felt the crushing weight of regret for the things I’ve said in the past.

As you know, a bunch of my old awful (awful, awful) tweets resurfaced. I’m truly ashamed of them. As I look at them and understand the hurt they caused, I have to stop and wonder: How could I have done that?

I’ve apologized publicly to one person, but there are others — and more than just a few — who I need to say I’m sorry to. I’m in the process of privately reaching out to the people I insulted. It’s like my own version of that show My Name is Earl! I understand that they may not want to speak to me. I don’t think I’d like to speak to me. (The real truth in all of this is how much I actually cannot take confrontation.) But if they do, I am here and I will listen to what they have to say, while apologizing through sobs.

There is simply no excuse for my past horrible tweets. My targets didn’t deserve them. No one does. Many of them needed empathy, kindness, understanding and support, not my meanness masquerading as a kind of casual, edgy humor.

I was a troll, full stop. And I am so sorry.

I want to go a little further here, thinking of those I’ve hurt and friends I’ve disappointed.

When I first started using social media, I had so much fun with it. I made jokes, random observations. Think of all the engineers, working day and night to develop this amazing new platform and technology, connecting people all over the world to learn, create, and find kindred spirits. And I used it to snark at some celebrities.

In reality, I was insecure, immature and in a world where I thought I needed to impress strangers to be accepted. If there was a pop culture pile-on, I took to Twitter to try to gain attention and show off what I at the time believed was a crude, clever, harmless quip. I thought it made me cool and relatable if I poked fun at celebrities.

How Zuckerberg Millions Paid for Progressives to Work With 2020 Vote Officials Nationwide

In the months leading up to November’s election, voting officials in major cities and counties worked with a progressive group funded by Facebook founder Mark Zuckerberg and its allies to create ballots, strategically target voters and develop “cure” letters in situations where mail-in ballots were in danger of being tossed out.

The Center for Tech and Civic Life, or CTCL, provided millions of dollars in private funding for the elections that came from a $350 million donation from Zuckerberg and his wife, Priscilla Chan.  The CTCL gave “COVID-19 response” grants of varying amounts to  2,500 municipalities in 49 states.

In exchange for the money, elections divisions agreed to conduct their elections according to conditions set out by the CTCL, which is led by former members of the New Organizing Institute, a training center for progressive groups and Democratic campaigns.

A CTCL partner, the Center for Civic Design, helped design absentee ballot forms and instructions, crafted voter registration letters for felons and tested automatic voter registration systems in several states, working alongside progressive activist groups in Michigan and directly with elections offices in Georgia and Utah.

Still other groups with a progressive leaning, including the Main Street Alliance, The Elections Group and the National Vote at Home Institute, provided support for some elections offices.

Facebook, with the CTCL, was also part of the effort, providing a guide and webinar for election officials on how to engage voters. Included were directions to report “voter interference” to Facebook authorities. The company also provided designated employees in six regions of the U.S. to handle questions. Together, the groups strategically targeted voters and waged a voter assistance campaign aimed at low-income and minority residents who typically shun election participation, helping Democratic candidates win key spots all over the U.S.

The little-explored roles of CTCL and other such groups emerged in emails and other records obtained by RealClearInvestigations and public documents secured by conservative litigants and groups, including the Foundation for Government Accountability, which has filed more than 800 public records requests with elections offices accepting the grants.

Previously, the Zuckerberg-funded effort has been described in generally positive terms, notably when NPR reported in December on "How Private Money From Facebook's CEO Saved The 2020 Election" &ndash; in the face of the coronavirus pandemic, President Trump's doubts about the legitimacy of the process and "Congress' neglect."

Conservatives take a more critical view the effort. “This private funding has never been done before,” said Hayden Dublois, a researcher at the Foundation of Government Accountability. ”We hear about dark money and corporations buying ads, but never have we seen hundreds of millions of private dollars going into the conducting of elections. And states didn’t have any laws on the books to stop it.”

Numerous Trump supporters contend that the 2020 presidential election was rigged or even stolen but have produced little concrete evidence to prove it. But their suspicions aren’t likely to be dispelled by the efforts of the private progressive groups, however legal.

They are among other notable instances of monied interests underwriting public governance and affairs for political ends. In 2018, RCI reported that a New York University School of Law program funded by billionaire Michael Bloomberg had placed environmentally minded lawyers in the offices of Democratic state attorneys general to challenge Trump administration policies. And examples of private efforts to steer cash-strapped public education are numerous, from the Koch charities on the right to more recent race-conscious programs on the left emphasizing the legacy and centrality of white racism in society.

Zuckerberg did not respond to an emailed request from RCI for comment. In a post-election interview, he praised Facebook’s security work during the election and singled out its policing of “misinformation.” He noted working with polling officials to watch for information that might lead to “voter suppression” and said Facebook had strengthened its enforcement “against militias and conspiracy networks like Q-Anon.” 

Facebook has banned Trump from its platform and has delisted individuals – many of them conservatives &ndash; for espousing views about the election that it insists are “misinformation.”

Attorney Jeff Childers struck a blow for freedom in Alachua County, Florida. Alachua County is home to Gainesville, which is where the University of Florida is located.

Childers represents Justin Green, owner of a plant nursery, who brought suit last March after Alachua County commissioners passed an order that required all employees and customers in Alachua to wear masks in businesses. Green lost his initial foray into court, but he appealed.

Jeff Childers, on behalf of Green appealed and the Judges in the First District ruled:

Governmental mask mandates in the 32 counties in the First District of Florida must now be presumed to be unconstitutional after yesterday’s ruling by the First District Court of Appeals (1st DCA) on a lawsuit brought by business owner Justin Green against Alachua County.

The lawsuit was originally filed on May 8, 2020, only days after Robert “Hutch” Hutchinson, then-Chair of the Alachua County Commission, instituted a county-wide mask mandate. Eighth Judicial Circuit Judge Donna Keim denied a request for an emergency injunction on May 21.

This appears to be the first case in the United States where a mask mandate is declared unconstitutional.

A former Mississippi lawmaker was found shot dead during the weekend in a rural area outside the burned home where her sister-in-law was found dead after Christmas.

Ashley Henley, 40, was a Republican who served in the state House from January 2016 to January 2020 from a district in DeSoto County.

The North Mississippi Herald reported that Henley's body was found Sunday around 10pm in rural Yalobusha County, about 70 miles south of DeSoto County.

Yalobusha County coroner Ronnie Stark told the Commercial Appeal on Monday that the time of Henley's death had not yet been determined.

Stark told WMC-TV that Henley had been mowing grass at home before she was killed.

The shooting unfolded around 2:30 a.m. at the Mueller Co. plant in Albertville, leaving two others injured after an employee opened fire, the city's police chief, Jamie Smith, told CBS42.

Police are working to determine the identity of the shooter but say that he has been located and that there is no further threat to the area, WHNT-TV reported.

Albertville Police Chief Jamie Smith told local news outlets that police found the suspect dead from a self-inflicted gunshot wound inside a car in Guntersville, about 10 miles northwest of Albertville.

Millions of fire hydrants have been manufactured at the plant where the shooting happened, according to CBS42.

Pfizer, Moderna Jabs Cause Heart Inflammation In Some Young Men, CDC Finds

As American public health officials and political leaders struggle to entice more young adults to accept the COVID-19 vaccine, researchers have just discovered a disturbing side effect of the Pfizer and Moderna jabs, which rely on new mRNA technology to program the body to fight the virus. While the adenovirus-vector jabs like the AstraZeneca shot have been tied to dozens of fatal cerebral blood clots, the mRNA vaccines have now been found to cause heart inflammation in some patients.

We first caught wind of this late last week when the CDC announced it would hold an "emergency meeting" about the rising number of heart inflammation cases in the US VAERs database.

According to Reuters, the CDC started investigating after Israel's Health Ministry reported that it had discovered a likely link to the condition in young men who received the Pfizer jab. Although some patients were hospitalized, most recovered on their own and (most importantly) nobody died.

The CDC told Reuters that it's still assessing the risk from the condition and has not yet concluded that there was a causal relationship between the vaccines and cases of myocarditis or pericarditis. Still, there are some lingering signs that the potential side effects from the vaccines is higher for young people. More than 50% of the cases reported to the US Vaccine Adverse Event Reporting System - better known as VAERS - after people had received their second dose of the jab were in people between the ages of 12 and 24, the CDC said. Those age groups accounted for under 9% of doses administered.

"We clearly have an imbalance there," said Dr. Tom Shimabukuro, deputy director of the CDC's Immunization Safety Office, during a presentation to an advisory committee to the agency on Thursday. The bulk of these cases have emerged within a week of vaccination. Shimabukuro added that doctors saw a "preponderance" of young white men. This contrasts with the AstraZeneca brain clots, which overwhelmingly afflicted women. Just under 80% of all of these cases were found in men.

‘Government stole our water’: US farmers ready for standoff with feds in drought irrigation crisis, expect right-wing militia help

Outraged farmers threatened to disrupt a federal order to stop the flow of irrigation water from a lake amid a severe drought in the US state of Oregon. They warned that right-wing militias will back them in case of confrontation.

Farmers are protesting because they own the water in the Upper Klamath Lake, farmer Dan Nielsen told RT’s Ruptly video agency. He stood outside an American flag-colored tent that was set up next to the canal headgates, which control the flow of irrigation water from the lake.

“It’s ours and the federal government actually just stole it. No due process of law, no compensation,” Nielsen said, adding that federal officials had violated the locals’ property rights guaranteed by the US Constitution.

Protesters brought signs saying “Water for Farms” and “Open the Gates. No Water. No Food. No Life.”

They spoke about releasing the water themselves if the government does not back down. “If they don't budge… I think we’re just going to end up taking it,” Nielsen said. “It's the only way the government gets it.” In order to avoid confrontation, officials must let farmers use the water for their crops or purchase the land from the farmers, he said.

The US Bureau of Reclamation closed the canal last month, saying that due to the extreme drought there was not enough water left for it to operate properly. The bureau also said that releasing the water will threaten the endangered species of salmon that inhabit the lake. The fish have agricultural and spiritual significance to the Native American tribes who live upstream.

According to local media, thousands of farmers on the Oregon-California border were left without a steady water supply after the closure of the canal. Klamath Irrigation District president Ty Kliewer said that “the impacts to our family farms and these rural communities will be off the scale.”

An outraged Nielsen and another farmer, Grant Knoll, purchased a vacant lot near the federal waterway, where they set up a tent dubbed ‘Water Crisis Info Center’. Protesters told Jefferson Public Radio (JPR) that they had teamed up with People’s Rights, a group founded by well-known conservative militia leader Ammon Bundy.

They showed JPR a text conversation with Bundy and said the militiamen will get a heads-up when the farmers make their move. “I’m planning on getting DC’s attention,” Knoll told JPR this month. “We’re going to turn on the water and have a standoff.”

The Bundy family first became famous for their 2014 armed standoff with the US government in a dispute over grazing fees. Two years later Ammon Bundy led a group of militiamen that seized the Malheur National Wildlife Refuge office in Harney County, Oregon.

Former Centers for Disease Control and Prevention Director Robert Redfield doubled down on his hypothesis that COVID-19 came from a Wuhan lab while expressing “disappointment” in scientists such as Dr. Anthony Fauci for their “lack of openness” to investigating the theory.

Redfield made the comments during a 2-hour long interview with Fox News Medical Contributor Marc Siegel. “A year and a half ago Dr. Robert Redfield, then-CDC Director, had a hypothesis about the emerging virus. So did Dr. Anthony Fauci. Redfield felt that evidence pointed to a lab manipulation and a leak, and Fauci didn’t,” Siegel summarized.

Clips from the interview reveal Redfield backing the hypothesis that COVID-19 originated in a Wuhan lab, as he similarly claimed during a CNN interview in March. “There’s an alternative hypothesis that it went from a bat virus, got into a laboratory where, in the laboratory, it was taught, educated, it evolved, so that it became a virus that could efficiently transmit human-to-human,” he reiterates in the Fox interview.

“In my professional opinion as a virologist, that’s the hypothesis that I support,” he adds before singling out Fauci for subscribing to the COVID-19 “natural origins” theory:

President Joe Biden dismissed the possibility of an early entry for Ukraine into NATO on Monday, claiming the nation has to “clean up corruption” for the military alliance to trust it.

Zelensky, the current incumbent, baffled the world Monday with a post on Twitter claiming that NATO had agreed to accept Ukraine as a member.

Several hundred people were administered doses of expired COVID-19 vaccines during an event in New York City’s Times Square, city health officials authorities said.

The New York City Health Department confirmed that 899 individuals got Pfizer’s COVID-19 vaccine at the former NFL Experience building between June 5 and June 10.

A spokesperson for the department told news outlets on Tuesday that those people should schedule another vaccination session as soon as possible.

“We have communicated with Pfizer, which recommended that the patients receive another dose as soon as possible,” the spokesperson said in statements to the media outlets. “While there is no safety risk for the patients, the re-administration is being carried out to ensure that the individuals are fully protected.”

Other city health department officials, including spokesman Patrick Gallahue, said that patients “have received e-mails, phone calls, and are also being sent letters to make sure they are aware of this situation,” reported The Associated Press.

Patients who got the defective vaccines were informed by ATC Vaccination Services, which said in emails that they need to receive another shot because the firm can’t guarantee whether the shot is effective at preventing the spread of COVID-19, otherwise known as the illness caused by the CCP (Chinese Communist Party) virus.

“We are contacting you concerning the Pfizer-BioNTech COVID-19 vaccine you received at Times Square–NFL Experience vaccination site on June 5 to June 10, 2021. It was recognized after the vaccine was administered, that it had been in the freezer beyond the approved time frame prior to it being administered,” ATC’s David Savitsky said in an email to patients, reported the New York Post.

The firm contacted the city’s Department of Health and New York City Vaccine Command Center, Savitsky added in the email before saying that “there should be no adverse health consequences from the vaccine already received.” Those who got the defective doses can get their “repeated dose” right away “in the opposite arm,” he added.

ATC Vaccination Services issued a statement following the incident and apologized.

“We apologize for the inconvenience to those receiving the vaccine batch in question and want people first and foremost to know that we have been advised that there is no danger from the vaccine they received,” the firm said, according to The Associated Press.

The Pfizer-BioNTech vaccine for COVID-19 requires two shots to be administered about three weeks apart, according to the U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC).

A Florida congressional candidate has obtained a stalking injunction against one of her likely opponents in the race, claiming he conspired with two other potential candidates to kill her.

The Tampa Bay Times reports that Anna Paulina Luna, who is running in the Republican primary for the seat being vacated by Rep. Charlie Crist (D) as he seeks the governor's mansion, obtained a temporary injunction against William Braddock, who has previously stated his plans on running against her.

"I received information yesterday (at midnight) regarding a plan (with a timeline) to murder me made by William Braddock in an effort to prevent me from winning the election for FL-13," Luna wrote in her petition for an injunction.

"I feel and fear that this is an orchestrated attempt on my life being organized and carried out by William Braddock and he claims he is working together with Ms. Makki and Mr. Tito," she added.

"Ms. Luna has no comment at this time due to multiple ongoing law enforcement investigations of this matter," a spokesperson for Luna told the Times. "Those investigations are based upon Mr. Braddock's own threats and actions, and we are confident the facts will be public at the appropriate time."

The Hill has reached out to Luna's campaign for further comment.

A hearing to extend the injunction has been set for June 22, the Times reports.

In the injunction that was served to Braddock on Friday, Luna also singled out Matt Tito and Amanda Makki, who she referred to as her "political opponents."

As the Times reports, Tito called on Luna to suspend her campaign, saying she is unfit for office.

"I'm shocked but it's kind of like this is what she does," Tito said. "She can't debate you on the policy issues. She plays the victim better than anybody I've ever seen."

Braddock told the Times that he has only met Luna in-person once and does not even have her phone number. According to Braddock, he shook Luna's husband's hand at an event, thanking him for his service in the military and informed Luna that he would be running against her.

"This woman is off her rocker and she does not need to be representing anyone," Braddock told the newspaper.

The injection bars Braddock from going to a coffee shop popular with conservative groups or attending any events where Luna will be speaking.

Luna, who is running to unseat Democratic Florida Rep. Charlie Crist, has previously been endorsed by both former President Trump and Rep. Matt Gaetz (R-Fla).

In the first public accounting of its kind in decades, an Associated Press investigation has found that at least 1,900 U.S. military firearms were lost or stolen during the 2010s, with some resurfacing in violent crimes. And that’s certainly an undercount.

Government records covering the Army, Marine Corps, Navy and Air Force show pistols, machine guns, shotguns and automatic assault rifles have vanished from armories, supply warehouses, Navy warships and elsewhere. These weapons of war disappeared because of security failures that, until now, have not been publicly reported, including sleeping troops and a surveillance system that didn’t record.

In one case, authorities linked an Army pistol stolen from Fort Bragg, North Carolina, to four shootings in New York before it was recovered. Another stolen Army pistol was used in a Boston street robbery.

Weapon theft or loss spanned the military’s global footprint. In Afghanistan, someone cut the padlock on an Army container and stole 65 Beretta M9s — the same type of gun recovered in New York. The war zone theft went undetected for weeks, when empty pistol boxes were discovered in the compound. The weapons were not recovered.

While AP’s focus was firearms, military explosives also have been lost or stolen, including armor-piercing grenades that ended up in an Atlanta backyard. In that incident and many others, military investigators closed the case without finding the person responsible.

The Pentagon used to share annual updates about stolen weapons with Congress, but that requirement ended years ago and public accountability has slipped. The Army and the Air Force couldn’t readily tell AP how many weapons were lost or stolen from 2010 through 2019.

On Tuesday, in the wake of the AP investigation, Army Secretary Christine Wormuth told a hearing of the Senate Armed Services Committee she would be open to new oversight over weapons accountability.

For this reporting, the AP built its own database by reviewing records including hundreds of military criminal case files and data from registries of small arms, as well as internal military analysis. In its accounting, whenever possible AP eliminated cases in which firearms were lost in combat, during accidents such as aircraft crashes and similar incidents where a weapon’s fate was known.

From the start of this reporting 10 years ago, armed services have been reluctant to share information. For years, the Army suppressed the release of information. Unlike the other branches, the Air Force has released no data at all.

Military weapons are especially vulnerable to corrupt insiders responsible for securing them. They know how to exploit weak points within armories or the military’s enormous supply chains. Often from the lower ranks, they may see a chance to make a buck from a military that can afford it.

“It’s about the money, right?” said Brig. Gen. Duane Miller, the Army’s No. 2 law enforcement official.

Theft or loss happens more often than the Army has publicly acknowledged. During an initial interview, Miller significantly understated the extent to which weapons disappear, citing records that report only a few hundred missing rifles and handguns. An internal Army analysis that AP obtained tallied 1,303 firearms.

In a second interview, Miller said he hadn’t been aware of the memos, which had been distributed throughout the Army, until AP pointed them out. Army officials later said the total is imperfect because it includes some recovered guns and may include some duplicates.

Like Miller, top officials within the Marines and Secretary of Defense’s office said weapon accountability is a high priority — and when the military knows a weapon is missing, it does trigger a concerted response to recover it. The officials also said missing weapons are not a widespread problem.

NATO is America’s military alliance against Russia and China — primarily against Russia, because at the start of the Cold War, the two nuclear superpowers quickly emerged to be U.S. and U.S.S.R.

If America blitz-nuclear-attacks Russia, as the U.S. Government’s “Nuclear Primacy” geostrategy ever since at least the year 2006 has envisioned to be the end-game in the Cold War (in order to ‘win’ that War, since a blitz-attacker has a vastly higher likelihood of winning a war, whereas a defender has no opportunity to plan in advance when and where to strike and no opportunity to obliterate the opponent’s defenses at the very start of the conflict and thereby to prevent retaliation — only a blitz-attacker can have such opportunities), then what countries will Russia nuke in return (if any of its retaliatory forces do survive such a blitz by America)? All of America’s allies would likely be nuked, in response, though mainly the U.S. itself would be. However, European countries are nearer to Russia than America is, and therefore will be taking the hits from the shorter-range Russian missiles — more “bang for the buck” there. All of the U.S., and all of Russia, could be totally destroyed, but America’s allies also would be. By being America’s ally, each other NATO-member-nation becomes a target for Russia to retaliate against in the event of an American blitz-attack against Russia. Although America’s goal (since 2006) is a 100% successful blitz attack and 100% shielding of America from any possible Russian counter-attack, that’s not yet possible (and probably it can’t ever be): ‘winning’ a nuclear war between America and Russia would mean merely having the last person to die from the war.

This means that (in practical fact) the safest countries will be non-aligned ones — not allies of either side. In other words: NATO membership greatly increases a European country’s risk. That’s the actual fact.

However, by overwhelmingly high margins within each one of the NATO countries, the publics there believe exactly the opposite.

As in 2019, most citizens would vote for their country to remain a member of NATO in a referendum (62%, compared to 64% in 2019), with only 11% stating they would vote for their country to leave the Alliance.
