An FBI employee has been charged with taking home classified national security documents and keeping them for years
An FBI employee was charged with keeping classified information in her home for years.
An FBI official said Kendra Kingsbury, 48, put "her country's sensitive secrets at risk."
The information included information about US defense strategies and al-Qaeda.
A federal grand jury indicted a Kansas FBI employee on charges of illegally stashing classified national security documents in her home for more than a decade, according to the Department of Justice.
Kendra Kingsbury, 48, was charged May 18 with two counts of having unauthorized possession of documents relating to the national defense. Kingsbury was arrested and the indictment was unsealed May 21.
Kingsbury served as an intelligence analyst for the agency's Kansas City Division for more than 12 years, and held a top secret security clearance, the indictment said. She was suspended in 2017.
According to the indictment, she worked with numerous "FBI squads" that concentrated on different areas, including counterintelligence and violent gangs.
The indictment alleged that Kingsbury started improperly removing "sensitive" documents and bringing them home in June 2004, and continued to do so up until December 15, 2017.
The eight-page indictment alleged that Kingsbury obtained several documents with confidential information, including ways the US defends "against counterterrorism, counterintelligence, and cyber threats." Other documents in her possession included information about al Qaeda and a suspected associate of Osama Bin Laden.
The indictment also said Kingsbury did not have a "need to know" most of the information she found in the documents, and was not granted permission to take any classified documents.
"The breadth and depth of classified national security information retained by the defendant for more than a decade is simply astonishing," the assistant director of the FBI's counterintelligence division, Alan Kohler Jr., said in a statement.

According to author Dean Koontz in the afterword of a 2008 paperback reissue, television producer Lee Rich purchased the rights for the book along with The Face of Fear, Darkfall, and a fourth unnamed novel for a television series based on Koontz's work.[2] The Eyes of Darkness was assigned to Ann Powell and Rose Schacht,[3] co-writers of Drug Wars: The Camarena Story, but they could never deliver an acceptable script. Ultimately, The Face of Fear is the only book of the four made into a television movie.
Coronavirus disease 2020 "prediction"
The novel mentions a bioweapon that in earlier editions is called "Gorki-400" and in later editions was called "Wuhan-400". Gorki is a Russian city and named as the origin of that bioweapon in the 1981 edition. Due to the end of the Cold War, the origin of the bioweapon was changed to the Chinese city of Wuhan and it was renamed "Wuhan-400" for the 2008 edition onward,[4][5] prompting speculation from some in early 2020 that Koontz had somehow predicted the Coronavirus disease 2019.[4][6][5][7]

Speakers referenced Biblical principles in relation to the fight to regain our freedoms today in America. The theme of Arizona’s current forensic audit was also echoed throughout the day.
Jordan sat down with Papadopoulos and his wife, Simona after the event.
Jordan Conradson: I wanted to hear a little more about the deep-state target on your back. Can you tell me will we ever hear more about the Italian connection?
George: Well, Simona is Italian and she dealt in government in Europe so she has a lot more insight into this but the one thing I will say before she goes into that is that President Trump made a comment today about “where is Durham?”. And Durham traveled to Italy where he learned a lot about this infamous professor who was targeting me for a reason that has yet to be understood clearly, and that the ex-Italian foreign minister was the one that introduced this infamous professor to me, and it’s in Italy where John Durham’s probe became criminal.
Simona: Well as you know, all the roads lead to Rome and in this case, it’s true. I used to work for European Parliament and I happened to meet Joseph Mifsud many years before he even set George up with this bomb. How did I know Joseph Mifsud? It was because of his connection with the Italian government and in particular, with the former head of a socialist group, who Mifsud was campaigning for… It’s clearly an intentional cover-up by the Italian government.
Conradson: Do you know who blocked the info on his case from being released?
George: It’s a complicated story and If people want to get a full A-Z, I have a book out that details it in a chronological manner called Deep State Target… Sydney Powell about two years ago had filed some sort of request and we learned that Mifsud’s phone is in the hands of the DOJ… We just don’t know where this person went, why he’s being hidden and who’s hiding him… They know exactly who this is. I think they’re waiting for it and they’re going to expose it. And, it’s going to come at the right time after some of this stuff with the audit comes out. That’s what I predict of course.
Conradson: What about Durham? Is he real or is he just another big lie?
George: My opinion is that Durham is very real… I know who he has interviewed in October 2019. Specific guys with the U.S. intelligence community that should not have been meeting with me, this infamous Australian diplomat, we know he’s spoken to the Italians, to various governments. He has been working non-stop since 2019 where I think he got all the juicy info back then. Then Barr appoints some special council a month before Biden goes to the White House, and now Durham is simply, in my opinion like I said I don’t talk to Durham, he’s waiting for the right moment to expose what he has learned and I think it is going to be tantamount to conspiracy in the Obama Administration. I truly believe that. I think he is incredibly real and I would actually put my entire reputation on the line saying this… It’s going to be very interesting to see when and how that information comes out, how the media tries to deflect or cover it up.

Late Saturday night, the Texas Senate passed H.B. 3979. That bill would ban critical race theory from classrooms in the state’s public schools.
It states:
No teacher, administrator, or other employee in any state agency, school district, campus, open-enrollment charter school, or school administration shall be required to engage in
training, orientation, or therapy that presents any form of race or sex stereotyping or blame on the basis of race or sex.
(6) No teacher, administrator, or other employee in any state agency, school district, campus, open-enrollment charter school, or school administration shall shall require, or make part of a course the following concepts: (1) one race or sex is inherently superior to another race or sex; (2) an individual, by virtue of his or her race or sex, is inherently racist, sexist, or oppressive, whether consciously or unconsciously; (3) an individual should be discriminated against or receive adverse treatment solely or partly because of his or her race or sex; (4) members of one race or sex cannot and should not attempt to treat others without respect to race or sex; (5) an individual’s moral character is necessarily determined by his or her race or sex; (6) an individual, by virtue of his or her race or sex, bears responsibility for actions committed in the past by other members of the same race or sex; (7) any individual should feel discomfort, guilt, anguish, or any other form of psychological distress on account of his or her race or sex; or (8) meritocracy or traits such as a hard work ethic are racist or sexist, or were created by a members of a particular race to oppress members of another race. (h-3) No private funding shall be accepted by state agencies, school district, campuses, open-enrollment charter schools, or school administrations for the purposes of curriculum development, purchase or choice of curricular materials, teacher training, or professional development pertaining to courses on Texas, United States, and world history, government, civics, social studies, or similar subject areas.
The bill enjoys the support of Lt. Gov. Dan Patrick, the Republican who presides over the state’s Senate. In April he offered the following statement.
“Texans reject critical race theory and other so-called ‘woke’ philosophies that maintain that one race or sex is inherently superior to another race or sex or that any individual, by virtue of his or her race or sex, is inherently racist, sexist or oppressive. These divisive concepts have been inserted into curriculums around the state, but they have no place in Texas schools. SB 2202 will ensure that they cannot be taught.
“When Texan parents send their children to school, they expect their students to learn to think critically without being forced to consume misinformation about our country’s founding and the biases of advocacy groups that seek to belittle our democracy and divide us. I congratulate Sen. Creighton and the Texas Senate for passing this critical legislation for our children and our schools.”
The legislature’s move follows recent elections in a Dallas suburb, where parents revolted against the public school district’s attempt there to push the divisive and controversial Marxist theory into classrooms. The parents won big, and the media promptly smeared them as being “anti-diversity” despite the fact that Hispanics were among the leaders of the anti-CRT parents. Asians have also typically led battles against critical race theory. This battle is typical of both school administrators’ machinations to insert CRT into classrooms, and the media’s consistent misinformation and misdirection about what is really going on.

ST. LOUIS — The federal Occupational Safety and Health Administration will not enforce its ruling on requiring companies who mandate COVID-19 vaccines to treat adverse reactions as “recordable injuries.”
OSHA said it reversed its ruling in order to avoid "the appearance of discouraging workers" from getting the vaccine as well as deterring companies’ vaccination efforts, according to the agency's website.
The reversal could help the construction industry's push to vaccinate more of its workers, though many company leaders were opposed to mandates.

Bob Clark, executive chairman of construction firm Clayco, said he worried that would harm a company’s safety record and cause higher workers’ compensation costs. Clayco was one of the leading companies to mandate the vaccine before OSHA's initial ruling.
Clark called the reversal "great news" and said he plans to reinstate his company's mandate, though he did not know when that would occur.

LONDON (AP) — Queen Elizabeth II made a quick visit Saturday to the Royal Navy's flagship aircraft carrier that bears the name of her eponymous 16th- century predecessor, ahead of its maiden operational deployment.
The HMS Queen Elizabeth, the latest Royal Navy ship to honor the Tudor-era monarch who vanquished the Spanish Armada in 1588, will be leading a 28-week deployment to Asia that Prime Minister Boris Johnson has insisted is not confrontational toward China.
The 3 billion-pound ($4.2 billion) ship, which has eight RAF F35B stealth fighter jets on board, is scheduled to depart from Portsmouth Naval Base in southern England, accompanied by six Royal Navy ships, a submarine, 14 naval helicopters and a company of Royal Marines.
Arriving by helicopter, the 95-year-old monarch was greeted by the ship’s commanding officer, Captain Angus Essenhigh, and Commodore Stephen Moorhouse, commander of the U.K. Carrier Strike Group.
While aboard, she was given a briefing on the upcoming deployment and had a chance to chat with some of the 1,700 personnel. The queen wore a scarab brooch that had been a gift from her late husband, Prince Philip, a former high-ranking naval officer who died last month at age 99.
The carrier group will travel through the Mediterranean Sea to the Red Sea, then from the Gulf of Aden to the Arabian Sea and Indian Ocean to the Philippine Sea.
It will carry out visits to 40 countries including India, Japan, South Korea and Singapore with more than 70 engagements, including sailing alongside the French carrier Charles De Gaulle in the Mediterranean. A total of 3,700 sailors, aviators and marines are involved in the deployment which will cover 25,000 nautical miles.
Defense Secretary Ben Wallace has said the deployment “will be flying the flag for Global Britain — projecting our influence, signaling our power, engaging with our friends and reaffirming our commitment to addressing the security challenges of today and tomorrow."
The trip comes after the British government’s review of defense and foreign policy recommended that the U.K. "tilt” its focus towards the Indo-Pacific region, in response to China's growing influence on the world stage.
“One of the things we’ll be doing clearly is showing to our friends in China that we believe in the international law of the sea and, in a confident but not a confrontational way, we will be vindicating that point,” Johnson said while visiting the HMS Queen Elizabeth on Friday.

Italy cable car fall: 14 dead after accident near Lake Maggiore
Fourteen people, including at least one child, have been killed and another child is seriously injured after a cable car fell on a mountain near Lake Maggiore in northern Italy on Sunday.
The accident happened on a service transporting passengers from the resort town of Stresa up the nearby Mottarone mountain in the region of Piedmont.
Images from the scene show the wreckage lying in a steep wooded area.
Five Israeli nationals were among the dead, Israel's foreign ministry says.
Most of the victims died at the crash site, with the death toll steadily rising on Sunday afternoon as the wreckage was searched.
Officials said two survivors, children aged about five and nine, were airlifted to a hospital in Turin but the older child later died.
The younger child - who is also an Israeli national - underwent surgery and is in a critical condition.
"We are devastated," Marcella Severino, mayor of Stresa, told broadcaster RAI.
How did the crash happen?
It reportedly happened at about 12:30 local time (10:30 GMT) on Sunday.
The cause of the incident remains unclear, but local reports suggest the cable may have failed about 300m (984ft) from the top of the mountain.
The cabin fell about 20m to the ground and rolled over down the slope before being stopped by trees, Mayor Severino said.
Nearby hikers heard a loud hiss before the accident, she added.
Walter Milan, an alpine rescue spokesman, told television network RaiNews24 that the cable car was left "crumpled".

IDF Spokesman Claims ‘Iranian Fingerprints Are All Over’ Israeli-Hamas Conflict
The Israeli-Hamas conflict escalated on 10 May, with thousands of rockets launched from the territory of Gaza, and with Israel reciprocating with aerial strikes against Hamas targets. The sides announced on Thursday that they had accepted an Egyptian initiative for an unconditional ceasefire, which came into force on 21 May.
An Israel Defense Forces (IDF) spokesman, Jonathan Conricus, claimed that Iran has played a crucial role in recent hostilities between Israel and Hamas, saying that they would not have been possible "without Iranian knowledge, funding, expertise and hands on involvement on the ground."
"It’s very clear, Iranian fingerprints are all over the situation in terms of money, knowledge, personnel and energy spent," he told the Fox News host Pete Hegseth during the 'Fox and Friends Weekend' television show on Sunday.
Conricus alleged that "Iranians are the number one exporters of instability and terror and death and destruction” in the region, calling for what he said is “accountability.”
"Iranian specialists, engineers and people who deal in rocketry and explosives have been educating and telling Hamas engineers how to produce rockets, how to manufacture their own weapons. Had it not been for that very specific and detailed Iranian intervention, we wouldn’t have been in the situation now,” he asserted.
The Israeli army spokesman noted that the IDF is determined to counteract the activity “both in terms of the locations where they produce the weapons, the rockets and also in terms of the key personnel, the terrorists, the engineers that are behind all of these rockets that have been fired throughout Israel."
On 15 May, the chief of staff of the Iranian armed forces, Maj. Gen. Hossein Baqeri, noted that Israeli “atrocities” toward Palestinians in Jerusalem and other “occupied territories,” have only provoked increased Palestinian resistance.
Clashes between Israeli police and Palestinian protesters preceding the hostilities lasted for weeks, staring in April, around Jerusalem’s Old City, during Ramadan, as law enforcement tried to restrict Muslim gatherings near the Damascus Gates. The mass gatherings were prohibited as a part of a series of restrictions that have been imposed in the country as a result of the COVID-19 pandemic.
The situation worsened after an Israeli court ruled to evict a number of Arab families from the Sheikh Jarrah area in Jerusalem in early May.
On 10 May, Hamas started firing rockets towards Israel. The IDF responded with air strikes over the Gaza Strip. According to latest estimates, 277 Palestinians died during military actions, as Palestinian Health Minister Mai al-Kaila said Sunday. Israel reported 12 casualties, according to Al Jazeera.
The two sides agreed to a ceasefire, without preliminary conditions. The talks, mediated by Egypt, led to cessation of hostilities on 21 May.
