Russia's Dubnikov 'Practically Kidnapped' by FBI in Mexico, Sent to Amsterdam - Attorney

The FBI has practically kidnapped Russian citizen Denis Dubnikov, who was arrested in the Netherlands, his lawyer Arkady Bukh told Sputnik.

"Mexico has not let him enter the country. The US intelligence services have put him on a plane to the Netherlands and sent him there having paid for his ticket. In other words, he was kidnapped in fact," Bukh said, adding that it was the FBI behind the kidnapping.

He stressed that Dubnikov may face up to 20 years in jail.

“[Dubnikov] was detained in Mexico but expelled because Mexico has not such an ideal extradition policy as the Netherlands. They have bought a ticket, in other words, they have in fact kidnapped him and sent him to the Netherlands because the extradition from the Netherlands is in fact guaranteed," Bukh said.

"He is in fact held in jail in the Netherlands, he is accused of money laundering and may face up to 20 years in jail. We expect his extradition to the United States."

"So far, we do not agree to extradition, but we will probably give our consent later because the Netherlands is the country where the fight against extradition is statistically meaningless. We are studying: maybe it is worth agreeing to quick extradition and sorting it out already here," the attorney added.

Dubnikov was detained earlier this month while on vacation. Bukh previously relayed to reporters that his client had been taken into custody at the direction of the US on a conspiracy to commit money laundering charge.

The arrestee's case is currently marking one of the first arrests in connection to the Ryuk ransomeware group tied to attacks against US hospitals. Authorities have accused Dubnikov of having taken hundreds of thousands of dollars in bitcoin, a fraction allegedly obtained through Ryuk ransomware Post too long. Click here to view the full text.

Nick Perry – Joe Biden’s nominee for Ambassador to Jamaica – participated in a lawmaker’s delegation to China aimed at “building friendship” with Chinese Communist Party officials and establishing business ties.

Perry, who’s served as a member of the New York State Assembly for three decades, joined an Asian American Business Development Center’s (AABDC) “Trade Mission to China” in September 2006. Philips Ventilator Recall Troubles Deepen as FDA Finds New Issues

The U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) has asked Philips to conduct more tests on the foam used in its recalled ventilators, after the agency found several new issues at the Dutch company’s manufacturing facility.

The medical equipment company recalled some breathing devices and ventilators in June because of a silicone-based foam part that might degrade and become toxic, potentially causing cancer.

The FDA noted, in a so-called form 483, that between April 2016 and January 2021, Philips was aware of 14 instances of issues related to potential foam degradation with its different sleep and respiratory devices.

Philips, which in September said it will repair and replace the 15 million devices recalled globally, did not immediately respond to a request for comment.

The company has not sufficiently demonstrated that other devices containing this foam should not also be recalled, and its risk analysis was inadequate, the agency said in the form.

The Form 483 lists observations of issues that could lead to potential FDA rule violations.

The agency said the procedures for design change were not adequately established and the design validation did not ensure that the device conforms to defined user needs and intended uses.

The FDA had initially approved a plan that Philips developed, to repair the foam in the recalled devices with a different silicone-based foam.

A man who accused CNN’s Dom Lemon of assaulting him in a Hamptons bar three years ago claimed that the alleged behavior could be part of a “pattern.”

Accuser Dustin Hice made the comments on Monday’s “The Megyn Kelly Show” even as Lemon’s attorneys have fought back against Hice’s lawsuit in court filings, accusing the ex-bartender of withholding texts, deleting social media posts and hiding a witness that contradicted his claims.

Hice claimed in his suit that Lemon had put his hand down his own pants, rubbed his private parts and then shoved his fingers into Hice’s face.

“Anybody that acts like that in public without any fear of what it might it do to somebody or the consequences it might have, that’s a pattern,” Hice told host Megyn Kelly after she asked if it seemed that was something he had done before.

“I wouldn’t be surprised,” Hice added. “He’s protected by the fact that he’s African American, gay man on television and I’m just some nobody.”

Lemon is gay and married, while Hice said in the interview he is heterosexual.

Larry reported in September that if you think that our establishment medical community is honest, think again. They are not. The litany of lies and deception grows with each passing day.

The latest victim of the new Orwellian world of redefining truth comes courtesy of the CDC. They have changed the definition of “vaccine” and “vaccination” because so many vaccinated people are still being infected with a variant of COVID. This is good news for Alex Berenson, who is suing Twitter for defamation.

Here is the tweet about the COVID vaccine that got Alex banned:

It doesn’t stop infection. Or transmission. Don’t think of it as a vaccine.

So look at what the CDC did? Here’s the definition the CDC used on 26 August 2021:

Vaccine– “a product that stimulates a person’s immune system to produce immunity to a specific disease.”

Vaccination– “the act of introducing a vaccine into the body to produce immunity to a specific disease.”

Got it? A vaccine is supposed to produce immunity to a specific disease.

It’s well-known that our nation has an absent Transportation secretary. The supply chain issues, empty shelves, and port bottlenecks are obvious to all. But it’s less known and less obvious that we effectively have an absent attorney general running the Department of Justice.

But unlike the Department of Transportation, which appears to have no one in charge, Garland’s effective absence appears to be planned, allowing that role to be filled with political appointees who came from the Obama administration who are very much in charge.

For those unaware of Garland’s figurehead-like status, it was repeatedly driven home during his recent testimonies before the House and Senate Judiciary Committees.

Garland repeatedly failed to have answers for actions from the DOJ and failed miserably when attempting to answer questions regarding his decision to target parents angered at misrepresentation from politicized school boards.

He appeared to be fulfilling orders rather than leading the Justice Department.

An investigation into how the gun with live rounds ended up on the sets is underway and detectives submitted a search application warrant, the details of which have been made public.A 24-year-old armorer and an assistant director on set have been named in the warrant. Here's what to know about their involvement.

According to a report citing court documents, the gun with live rounds was one of the three weapons that the film's armorer, Hannah Gutierrez, had set on a cart outside the wooden structure while a scene of 'Rust' was being enacted. Assistant director Dave Halls then picked it up from there, brought the gun to Alec Baldwin, at the time unaware that it was loaded with live rounds, the detective's notes read. Halls announced "cold gun" when he brought it to Baldwin and told the actor that the firearm was safe for use, according to the warrant filed in Santa Fe, Arizona.

Rotherham Child Sex Abuse Scandal Looms Over Loudoun County

The extreme political correctness that caused the Rotherham child sex abuse scandal has led to a similar dereliction of duty in Loudoun County.

By now, much of the country has heard of Loudoun County, Virginia, where a skirt-wearing “gender fluid” male student allegedly raped a girl in the bathroom and was then quietly transferred to another school where he allegedly sexually assaulted another girl, all while the school board forced a transgender bathroom policy on unsuspecting parents.

Much of the country has also heard of Scott Smith, the father of the first girl who was allegedly raped. The story of Smith’s arrest at a now-infamous Loudoun County school board meeting in June, where he attempted to confront the school board about the sexual assault on his daughter, has been widely covered.

Those who have been following this story also know how Loudoun County Public Schools Superintendent Scott Ziegler lectured parents at that meeting who were concerned about a proposed bathroom policy that would allow students to use bathrooms and locker rooms that “correspond to their consistently asserted gender identity.”

Those concerns, Ziegler said, were misplaced. He falsely claimed, “To my knowledge, we don’t have any record of assaults occurring in our restrooms,” and later cited a 2016 Time magazine article calling the issue of transgender students committing assaults in bathrooms a “red herring.” This was just weeks after Smith’s daughter had been reportedly raped in a girls’ bathroom by a transgender student.

Now, the plot thickens. According to a report from The Daily Wire last week, Loudoun County Public Schools have failed to report sexual assaults in its district for years as required under VirgiPost too long. Click here to view the full text.

Coronavirus (COVID-19) Update: FDA Takes Additional Actions on the Use of a Booster Dose for COVID-19 Vaccines

Today, the U.S. Food and Drug Administration took action to expand the use of a booster dose for COVID-19 vaccines in eligible populations. The agency is amending the emergency use authorizations (EUA) for COVID-19 vaccines to allow for the use of a single booster dose as follows:

The use of a single booster dose of the Moderna COVID-19 Vaccine that may be administered at least 6 months after completion of the primary series to individuals:

65 years of age and older

18 through 64 years of age at high risk of severe COVID-19

18 through 64 years of age with frequent institutional or occupational exposure to SARS-CoV-2

The use of a single booster dose of the Janssen (Johnson and Johnson) COVID-19 Vaccine may be administered at least 2 months after completion of the single-dose primary regimen to individuals 18 years of age and older.

The use of each of the available COVID-19 vaccines as a heterologous (or “mix and match”) booster dose in eligible individuals following completion of primary vaccination with a different available COVID-19 vaccine.

To clarify that a single booster dose of the Pfizer-BioNTech COVID-19 Vaccine may be administered at least 6 months after completion of the primary series to individuals 18 through 64 years of age with frequent institutional or occupational exposure to SARS-CoV-2.

let's say a person wanted to disappear before he was indicted(just throwing it out there, just in case there was a indictment waiting), is it possible to crash a plane where there is no proof of identity(or paid someone to claim) that they were on that plane???...how hard could that be done???...
