Arizona State Senator Wendy Rogers released a thorough analysis of the Arizona 2020 election audit written by an anonymous author.

The Gateway Pundit has reported extensively on the Arizona audit and the author used one of our articles as a source.

The full forensic audit conducted a hand count of 2.1 million ballots, photographic imaging and an additional count of each ballot, ballot paper analysis, early voting ballot analysis, mail-in envelope signature analysis, analysis of the elections management server, chain of custody analysis, and a final count of the paper ballots using a machine for accuracy.

Every phase of this process was live-streamed and the ballots were protected at all times with armed security.

This was the most transparent and secure process in auditing history.

The audit is still not complete as we wait for more wireless systems(Splunk logs, routers) to be audited.

Audit spokesman Randy Pullen said that the Senate, in conjunction with Maricopa County, is still selecting a network engineer to assist with the audit.

Texas Border Patrol agents arrest four MS-13 gang members in 14-hour span, 2 previously deported

Two of the gang members had previously been deported, authorities said

Four members of the MS-13 street gang were arrested by Border Patrol agents within a 14-hour span this week along with two migrants with previous arrests for alleged sex crimes, authorities said Friday.

Agents assigned to the Rio Grande Valley in Texas say the four migrants were actively involved in the notorious street gang. Two of them had previously been deported, U.S. Customs and Border Protection said in a news release.

No further information was provided. Fox News has reached out to the CBP.

On Friday, six migrants were taken into custody near the border city of Roma, CBP said. One of them had an open warrant out of Orange County, Florida for lascivious battery.

A 37-year-old Guatemalan citizen was arrested Tuesday by border agents after having illegally entered the U.S. near McAllen, Texas, border officials said.

A record check revealed he had a previous conviction for lewd lascivious behavior toward a child younger than 16. He was sentenced to 21 months in prison in that case, the CBP said. On Friday, six migrants were taken into custody near the border city of Roma, CBP said. One of them had an open warrant out of Orange County, Florida for lascivious battery.

In a ruling more than two years after Cohen filed the lawsuit in 2019 in New York City, alleging Trump's business did not pay his legal bills up to a promised amount, Judge Joel Cohen determined that the blame was misplaced.

"Mr. Cohen's legal fees arise out of his (sometimes unlawful) service to Mr. Trump personally, to Mr. Trump's campaign, and to the Trump Foundation," Joel Cohen wrote in his ruling, according to the Associated Press. "But not out of his service to the business of the Trump Organization, which is the only defendant in this case."

The lawsuit demanded $3.8 million, including $1.9 million in legal fees and $1.9 million Michael Cohen, who is not related to the judge, had to forfeit when he was sentenced to prison in 2018. It also claimed the "Trump Organization agreed to indemnify Mr. Cohen and to pay attorneys’ fees and costs incurred by Mr. Cohen in connection with various matters arising from Mr. Cohen’s work with and on behalf of the Organization."

Michael Cohen pleaded guilty in 2018 to lying to Congress about a planned Trump Tower project in Moscow as well as charges of tax fraud, bank fraud, and campaign finance violations for hush-money payments to two women during the 2016 campaign who claimed to have had affairs with Trump. Trump has denied those relationships. Michael Cohen, who has become a vocal critic of the former president, was sentenced to three years in federal prison but got out early and put into home confinement due to coronavirus concerns.

Moving the Goalposts: Kyle Rittenhouse Prosecution Pushes a "Multitude" of Lesser Crimes In Last-Ditch Attempt to Secure Some Jail Time

After having their entire case obliterated by video evidence and bombshell witness testimony all week – with some of the worst blows coming from their own ‘star’ witnesses – prosecutors for the state’s case against Kyle Rittenhouse finally came to the realization that their arguments had gotten them nowhere.

In a shocking admission on Friday, the prosecution said that because of the evidence presented in the case “a reasonable jury or juror” could acquit Rittenhouse on the most serious charges that he faces.

Even the least serious of the charges that Rittenhouse faces – illegal possession of a firearm – may be dismissed by the judge in the case.

As it stands, Rittenhouse is charged with six counts, including one count of first-degree intentional homicide, one count of reckless first-degree intentional homicide, and one count of first-degree attempted intentional homicide, all of which carry a mandatory life sentence each.

Wisconsin’s Assistant District Attorney James Kraus acknowledged the slim prospects for a guilty verdict as he indicated the state’s intentions to switch out Rittenhouse’s current charges with “a multitude of lesser charges” for the jury to come to a decision on.

In other words, they are completely moving the goalposts – The state knows that their case has fallen apart, so instead of the jury deliberating on the more serious charges that the state originally pushed for – which would have put Rittenhouse in jail FOR LIFE – they will attempt to bait and switch the jury in a shameless attempt to secure a guilty verdict – just to ensure he goes to jail for at least some amount of time.

“Today the state admitted that they had no confidence that the testimony presented in court would see him convicted as they attempted to enter second degree and lesser charges as possible verdicts across the board.

Addressing Judge Bruce Schroeder Friday morning Kraus admitted, ‘When attorney Binger asked in regard to each person shot or shot at if the defendant even cared if he killed the person he alluded to, the defendant denied [it].

‘He [Rittenhouse] said he had to shoot him, he denied that he did not care about their life.

‘I believe that the jury could find that the defendant did not have an utter disregard for human life and that he didn’t really want to kill anyone.’

Kraus argued that a reasonable jury could find Rittenhouse guilty of second-degree reckless endangerment for the two shots he took at ‘jump-kick man’ even thought they might not find ‘utter disregard’ for human life because he ‘missed’ and ‘stopped firing.’

Rittenhouse’s Defense attorney – Corey Chirafisi – dismissed the state’s contention as ‘illogical,’ arguing that the original charges are appropriate because the jury will be able to decide whether Rittenhouse acted in self-defense, or not; instead of getting into irrelevant semantics just to find a reason to pull a guilty verdict out of the hat at the last minute.

Chirafsi fired back to the judge: ‘It’s difficult to [agree with] and argument that a jury would believe that because he stopped shooting or missed that he wasn’t showing utter disregard.

‘I think the [first degree] is the appropriate instruction. They’re [the jury] either going to accept it was self-defense or they’re not, but to say that two shots at point blank range might not show an utter disregard because either he missed or stopped?

I don’t think that’s logical’

Judge Schroeder agreed with the defense and denied the state’s request for the lesser charges to be added, saying that he “does not believe there is a reasonable basis for acquittal on the greater charge and conviction on the lesser.”

When giving his decision, Schroeder added:

I just don’t think it appropriate if I were to give this statement over the objections of the defense and the jury found a verdict on [the lesser charge] I would expect it to be reversed.’

Judge Schroeder will determine final charges for Rittenhouse on Sunday when he submits his final brief on the case.

Thankfully, it is unlikely that the prosecution will get their wish of adding new charges that are more likely to garner a conviction.

A 17-year-old girl was hospitalized for Guillain-Barré syndrome (GBS) — a rare disorder in which the body’s immune system attacks its nerves — after receiving a COVID vaccine. Shelby Allen said she’s thankful she isn’t paralyzed and didn’t die.

Nick Perry – Joe Biden’s nominee for Ambassador to Jamaica – participated in a lawmaker’s delegation to China aimed at “building friendship” with Chinese Communist Party officials and establishing business ties.

Perry, who’s served as a member of the New York State Assembly for three decades, joined an Asian American Business Development Center’s (AABDC) “Trade Mission to China” in September 2006. Previous trip participant and New York State Senator Malcolm Smith explained the purpose behind the trip as “provid[ing] us with a foundation to build friendship and an ongoing dialogue with Chinese government officials and business leaders” in an AABDC document chronicling Perry’s delegation.

Among the projects AABDC highlighted as one of its successes – in addition to Perry’s China trade mission – was assisting with the outsourcing of American jobs, noting it was helping “an American manufacturer [that] is seeking Chinese factories for order fulfillment.”

A summary of Perry’s trip reveals the China visit aimed to “enhance understanding of the Chinese government’s role in the country’s economic development and growth”:
