I have been a busy boy have found a lot of interesting historical documents in archives, I am very much photographing these files and ned people to look through them with me, there is a trove of information available and you can really see how people like Lord Rothschild controlled the UK government via the Central Policy Review Staff department that was very active many years ago.

One of the more interesting documents I found was from 1940 titled Hitlers New World Order: counter propaganda by means of a publicity campaign, also in the archives was a document where we find out that we were discussing how Finland fits into the New World Order - If your blue pilled friend tells you that the New World Order is just a conspiracy theory, you can show them these documents and ask them to explain them!

It seems that the USA is going all out and heading into full scale audit mode, we should start to campaign to get the London Mayoral Election audited, It's the best route to save our once amazing capital city from the evil Khan.

Embankment Pictures

On Fburary 16th 2018 Q posted a picture from a London Traffic Cam by Embankment Staion [https://qalerts.pub/?n=784], the image was of London traffic and Big Ben. The File Name of the picture was NSA_Traf_CAM_LONDON2847.png. 9 minutes later Q posted a stringer warning to the UK of a possible car attack.

3 Months later on May 20th 2018 Q posted a series of 3 pictures [https://qalerts.pub/?n=1423] from the same traffic camera which was rotated through 3 positions. Q was telling us this camera has a field of view from the Corinthia hotel and up the Victoria Embankment towards Parliament.

2 months later on the 27th of July 2018 Q reposted one of the previous pictures with people circled [https://qalerts.pub/?n=1720], this was identified as Lisa Page, lover of disgraced traitor and FBI goon Perter Strzok.

Q revists the theme again on Febuary the 18th 2019 when Q posts 3 more pictures of the Cornthia hotel from the same camera [https://qalerts.pub/?n=2797] indicating that the couple may have been staying there.

17th May 2018 Pictures

On the 17th of May Q posted a series of pictures from two locations in London and several locations in China, there is likely a connection between the two. An anon posted a theory which Q quoted indicating that the theory was on the right lines. The China pics were of pallets of boxed technology (possibly secure satellite phones that operate on a Chinese satellite), the Foxconn factory and an airport with a Chinese plane at a gate. The theory suggested that China were supplying secure communication devices to the cabal so that they could communicate without sigint (Signals Intercept) by the NSA. The London connection is through Lisa Page and Peter Strzok, the lovers were secretly in London (perhaps arriving by boat on the Thames to avoid official record of the visit) and being surveilled by the Q team the whole time. The theory stated they were either collecting or distributing these communication devices for other cabal members, Q also posted a picture from the plane and an Owl and the Space Shuttle.

In post 1405, which is the first of the 17th of May series, Q posted a picture of a red London Routemaster bus, Q also posted a Winter Wonderland picture of 2 peoples legs, The Red Bus picture was titled Fsurv_londonps1.png, Presumably someone in the picture is of interest, its likely this picture was posted to inform the person who is being surveilled that they were being watched. The following post [https://qalerts.pub/?n=1406] contained two more pictures from Piccadilly circus. The picture is of a road sign and the Cool Britannia giftshop. The Cool Britannia giftshop has similar archways to that of the temple on Epstein Island and the Aleppo Bathhouse Hammam Yalbugha.

Winter Wonderland Pictures

Q posted the first Winter Wonderland picture of 2 peoples legs on the plastic flooring at Winter Wonderland, A second picture of the Wilde Maus Roller-coaster was posted about a month later [https://qalerts.pub/?n=1456]

Black Box

The Black Box Pic was posted by Q on the 27th Of July 2018 [https://qalerts.pub/?n=1725] in Reply to the WARNING Stay alert post back in February 2018.

Anons found the black box stands alongside bus shelter 'S' by Westminster Abbey in London. Its precise location is outside No 4 Victoria street. No 4 Victoria Street used to have a branch of the corrupt HSBC bank and Anons found out it is the home of the National Iranian Oil Company (NIOC House). Other tenants of the building seem to have links to Iran. The building across the street from the black box is the Department for Business, Energy and Industrial Strategy.

The black box is about a 11 minute walk from Thames House, the home of the Security Service [MI5] and a 23 minute walk from the Secret Intelligence Service [MI6]. Q's Picture of the box featured a Qanon sticker with a White Rabbit, the text said "The Storm is Coming". Subsequent pictures of the box always shows that lots of stickers have been put on the box, it seems to be a popular "Slap Tagging" location but Anons think this could be a form of discreet communication either by White Hats or Black Hats. A recent visit to the box by an anon shows the box in desperate need of repainting because it has been constantly scrubbed clean by street cleaners indicating a massive amount of stickers has been put on the box in the last 2 years.

It has been several years since we have had a mass shooting in the UK, knowing what we know now, that they are using MK ultra techniques to control victims into committing these atrocities in America to justify gun controls, it is likely that the Dunblane massacre that disarmed the UK was one of these events, possibly the test event before it was taken to America?

We have now had another shooting in the UK, the plymouth shooter has been described as an incel and certainly fits the profile of someone they may target for an operation.

The spotlight should also be drawn on Devon and Cornwall police for returning his shotgun licence just prior to this shooting, this is a red flag to me knowing just how corrupt this force could be.

Also note that the Devon and Cornwall police were policing the recent G7 summit, was this a show of strength in the area? Was this person groomed to be attack the summit but was not ready?

Ive no doubt that this incident will prompt a further disarming and pacification of the uk population, we need to actively campaign for our rights to bear arms to be returned to us, although unless the last 30 years of importing dangerous migrants into the country is reversed, it may be unwise to allow the rearming of the population to happen. A solution needs to be found to protect the people from a tyrannical government. We know that an armed citizenry is all that protects the American people, we also see the French Gendarmerie is not doing its primary function to protect the citizens, it cant be left up to any organisation as these can be infiltrated, the military is infiltrated, woke and crippled by cutbacks from corrupt politicians, it must be left up to the individual.

Yes Anon, I totally agree, the police seem to always appear incompetent around such incidents, as we know, the police delight in more authoritarian powers and actively roll out harsher surveillance and selective enforcement where ever possible.

It is also worth noticing that for decades the police have been trained to see the public as the enemy and the streets as a war zone, when you add in the brainwashing cults like “common purpose” targeting the senior ranks its fair to say that the police have been turned on the public for decades. This all plays into the divide to destroy narrative, the police are making the destruction of the country so easy and are a massive part of the problem.

In the past, I have entertained the idea that the designation “NSA_Traf_Cam” may have been tongue-in-cheek, and that all the pics were hand-held cams. Would explain the picture sizing being same for Trafcam pics vs Corinthia Hotel (CH) series.

The now missing cctv camera from the bridge would have not been able to look down the road towards the Houses of Parliament,it's offset is to far to the right. Any fixed camera in the position required to take the nsa-traffic cam shots would have the bridge strainers in its vision. The photographer would have leant forward of the bridge railing . Well, let’s think back on this then. Thinking out loud here. If true about the TRAF CAM pics being in actuality (not)TRAF CAM pics, then there is the question of why Q would label those as such. For by calling them as such (Traf cam), what would be the reason for doing that, if you knew they were not- but there was a real traf cam there. Maybe Q is telling someone who may have access to footage of certain traffic cams, that they might want take a a look at footage from that particular cam.

Thank you, UK Anons, for delving into this aspect of Q pics. This may apply beyond London pics but let us not become distracted by that. I bring it up only to add to our motivation to scrutinize the edges of the camera frames.

We have found so may key bits of information on the edges, or just beyond the edges, that I think the camera frame, or the border of the pics, is part of the messaging.

If we can detect this, then, more spy-type grunts would have done so much earlier than ourselves. That is my guess. And that, I believe, would have been an excellent bet to make back in 2013/2014 and a few years later when these pics were posted by Q.

Anons, back when we discussed the traf cam position, and its going missing from time to time, especially in the interval just beyond the Christmas Timeframe – in MAR-APR 2014. When viewed in SV it is possible to find two, not one, set of images of the short section of road betwixt the docking station and the Tatt location. In the shortest of these sets, a man is clearly signalling the camera as if that set was a re-take or special take. Purposeful. But very easily missed. Recorded MAY 2014, if I recall righty.

Please dig back in our back breads for these discussions. Sadly the images used to illustrate are gone from our breads. Can be rediscovered via the SV links left in posts across at least two breads, I think.

My time is very limited, or I would dig these up for you frens. Hands full. Preoccuppied. So it woud be months before I can make the time and effort to refind what we had discussed and illustrated. I think it may be urgent, as many things have become, to nail this down.

If we can be certain, one way or the other, that would be progress. If we can hold out the possibility, that too might mark some progress in sequencing these pics.

While it is tempting to imagine one camera on legs, I think it more practical that there would have been multiple mobile cameras both WHITE hats and BLACK hats and maybe some neutrals. As for neutrals, I think there are many examples available online that show this was possible. Yet have remarked in past how tough it is to find pictorial evidence for the narrowed time interval. Almost as if much had been wiped or otherwise made inaccessible.

On review of your account of the kerbside parking spaces and vehicles there, I think you have nailed it.

Of course. It could even be 2 cars moving together, as anon has mentioned 2 cars together, when space opens ahead. Would be thoughtful of them to move up after spaces emptied ahead to make it easier for drivers behind to park? How long do anons think that might have taken to wait for those places ahead to open up? Do we have a couple of drivers who both waited til they could move forward a little bit together? Drivers? Along that line, what kind of folk have drivers. Can’t see the whole group waiting around for more optimal parking. No, the group took off walking before any re-parking of the cars, by drivers would occur. Unless, the drivers, of possibly the same two cars returned for the LISA pic. This line of thinking would male LISA after EMB, as the group has already gone it on foot in EMB. So again, LISA would not be before EMB.

Considering the theory that the car(s) did move forward, it did not happen during the timeframe observed in the EMB pics. We have to now be open to the POSSIBILITY that LISA was taken at a “different time”. That evening or that week. What we can observe (LISA v. EMB) are 2 different kerbside configurations of parked cars, and that in both of them we have possibly the same dark car with brake lights pulling up behind another car which is silverish. So then, we could also possibly have two “parkings” of two vehicles? A group. Six passengers, two “drivers”, ?

I am not 100% though, it may just be perspective, looking at SV, the comms boxes are straight in front of the covered gangplank for tatters, which is where the "bins" appear to be in the ROT pics. If you look at the ROT pics I think that steps for the 2nd gangplank are behind the group walking towards the camera, this would align with the comms boxes.

Also if you follow the hanging string of lights, it appears that the post that is off is the one inbetween the gangplanks. If you follow the lights on SV, where they reach their lowest point is roughly over the covered gang plank, which appear to line up with the bins/comms box in the ROT pics.

No pics for drops? Let’s just have a chat then. We are currently discussing the possibility that the LisaMI6.png pic was taken at a different time (maybe even date) as all the other NSA_Traf_cam pics on Victoria Embankment. There are 3 trees in the span from restaurant ship HISPANIOLA’s sheltered gangway entrance to past the first gangway (the uncovered one) where the third tree lies. The third tree sits between both of the restaurant ship TATTERSHALL CASTLE’s gangways. In the LISAMI6 pic, the car with brake lights is kerbed next to this 3rd tree. But, the EMB pics show a car with brake lights betw 1st and 2nd trees. Now, if you look at the 3rd tree in EMB pics, there are what appear to be black boxes (which we believe to be trash bins) next to 3rd tree. Not so in the LISA pic. At the very least, the different parked cars configuration excludes LISAMI6 from having been taken during or near in time to the short minutes-long period captured in the TRAF_CAM sequence of pictures.

Cars can be moved; just not that fast. And trash bins not being seen in LISA would mean two possibilities: 1), LISA might have been taken BEFORE the trash bins were put out as seem in the EMBANKMENT pics. Or 2), The LISA pic could have been taken on a different evening.

We actually have SV pics on Victoria Embankment of trash bins in front of the HISPANIOLA for anons to compare to the EMB pics. Yes, not in front of TATTERSHALL CASTLE, but it is just yards away and we might assume they use the same type trash bins for pick-up

by the same trash removal service. If LISA is no longer tethered to the rest of the Victoria Embankment (EMB) pics, then what does this mean? Well, LISA is still considered to be Christmas Day2013 (+/- 1) due to the building lights config match of the MILLBANK BLDG with open source pics from Christmas Day 2013.

Now, this DOES NOT mean that the EMB pics are not still from a very close date. Prior to connecting the MILLBANK BLDG to Christmas 2013 via open source pics, we had pretty good success in narrowing the EMB pics timeframe being from the end of October 2013 to before March 2014 by observing and dating the emplacement of construction shrouds on Westminster Palace and the First-Aid sign on Northumberland. We also had a ROT1 picture match with open source pics for a sidewalk sign on 22DEC2013, and a video match from (I can’t recall the exact date.) The Bazalgette Memorial pic we found was the ONLY pic match for that marker seen in ROT1.

What is implied? Either two visits that same night, with LISA occuring prior to EMB,or moar than one visit on a different evening. We always knew the LISAMI6 pic was taken by hand right? The camera position of LISA, although taken from Hungerford Bridge, is quite a way from where the alleged traffic cam position is. The CH series appears also to have been by a hand-held camera, starting at the top of the steps of Hungerford Bridge and descending to street level. Perhaps the LISA pic, showing a car with its brakelights on, is a crumb to point us at the other pics of a car, possibly the same car, now in a different kerb position, with brakelights on giving us the notion that maybe what has been captured is not one but two occurrances.

Some thoughts on LISA: Hand-held. In just the right place and time to catch someone pulling up? Assuming for the sake of discussion that the car with brakelights might be what we were intended to see, how could cameraman get on the bridge to watch that car park at that location? Possibly knew it was going to park there based on prior occursnces? One should ask, What if the pic taken shows the car leaving? Whether or not the high-values were areiving or departing, we were not shown them approaching or leaving the cars. They certainly could have shown that but didn’t. So, if we are not meant to identify the persons in this LISA pic, then what was it meant to impart? Nothing is dropped without a reason.

If one unreported visit with an intelligence service can be denied as an approach and rebuff of that intelligence service, then what can be inferred from two visits? We have moar than we know.

Remember those grainy close-ups of the MILLBANK BLDG in the EMB pics that were a fair match for the building lights in LISA? Perhaps a better rendering of them than what I had done to bring out the building lights pattern

might be a good idea. My efforts to bring out images consisted of simply boosting the light or contrast on a phonefag device.

It the MILLBANK lights can still be tethered to 25DEC (+/- 1), then we may have LISA captured within that range).

Remember the holiday circumstances of the MILLBANK LIGHTS? And how long we could reasonably expect that pattern of lights to persist after the last rotten egg employee who was last to leave on Christmas Eve? Consider employees taking it easy that day; exchanging Christmas gifts and Happy Christmas wishes; and being let out early. All out by 6pm perhaps.

So let’s start with a building lights bookend of 24DEC2013(6pm) to when? I think we can agree that it is entirely possible the building was entirely empty on Christmas Day, apart from some lobby security check anyone in or out. National Holiday for just about everyone. The next day, Boxing Day, is a holiday but not for everyone.

On Boxing Day, may have cleaning crews getting back to work on different floors, or the unlucky one who had to go answer the phone or finish some bit of work before the next business day. Idk. Likelihood of lights staying same until this evening? Not as good.

Imho, we have MILLBANK lights on evenings 24 and 25DEC.

Could EMB be taken 25 or 26DEC? Rubbish removal services operate Christmas Day? Or on Boxing Day? If no rubbish removal on 25DEC, then bins out that evening for pick up on the 26th? All submitted imho.

Anon, got to say, good posts/theroies there.

There has been talk of weddings when we were theorizing about the red bus pic, tbh though I don't think that the people on the red bus exactly look as though they are in a party mood - however if we are thinking that the van/van with trailer could be a wedding car that does put a bit of a spin on it. If so I imagine it wouldn't be too hard to find a list of weddings held in the immediate vicinity.

This could also tie in to the hand held cam. Hand held, hand hold, hold hands? Don't know, its weak but its there. Also thinking about it, hand held would imply mobile, phone initially but also potentially that it was a meeting that wasn't at a fixed location or didn't stay in one location. Don't know, still mulling that one over.

Also, good thoughts. Unless the Getty pics of MILLBANK on Christmas are wrongly attributed, then we are at 24/25DEC. And if the EMB pics are during that time, then the ROT1 pic, with the Moon behind London Eye shows the Moon very late (4-4:40am). Am using the timeanddate.com website to do night sky simulations for London on those dates. Assuming the pics are 24/25DEC, the EMB pics are very late by reason of the ROT1 Moon position for those dates.

But with LISA we have no time marker. Except that the tide does look high. My best estimates for the (next day) early morning high tides are 5:04am(actual), 5:31am, 5:58am and 6:25am respectively for the evenings of 23, 24, 25 and 26DEC2013.

About the tide- each high tide is preceded by another high tide about 12hrs,20mins before.

Am considering that a high tide at 5:30am on 12/25, for example, would have had a preceding high tide at 5:10pm. This would be after dark as sunsets were occurring around 4:30pm that week. Don’t know if that would solve our bin conundrum or not. We still have what looks like an after-hours darkened TATTS as well as the RAF Memorial. The darkened memorial I had written off as it being the middle of the night and the lights maybe timed to shut off in the wee hours. Maybe the timer on the memorial’s lights out of sync with the Winter sunsets? Idk.

We had numerous discussions. Lot’s of open source vids of the Moon rising behind the London Eye. They appeared the same size behind LEye. This combined with the fact that the Moon rises from the direction across the Hungerford Bridge to the East. The Moon rises in the East just as the Sun does. The exact location of Moonrise can vary somewhat (ie not exactly 90 degrees East) depending on the season. But across Hungerford Bridge is the general location of Moonrises.

We have found red construction crane warning lights behind LE, but no white lights. I recall looking for any tall buildings in that direction to address this question, the results being none.

Always open to anons looking into this again. Wish we had images to help the discussion.

The items currently guiding the discussion are:

1. MILLBANK BLDG lights matched to Getty images for 25DEC2013.

2. The MILLBANK lights seen in ROT1, although grainy, are not in contradiction to those see in LISA, so this leads to ROT1 being also connected to the 25DEC2013 date (+/- one day).

3. The lunar night sky simulations for those dates have the Moon appearing at that bearing of 151.5 degrees from the trafcam as occurring at about 4:00am and 4:40am. My discussion of LISA mentioned approaching early morning tide times as about 5:31 and 5:58am respectively for the mornings of 25DEC and 26DEC.

I had also mentioned that LISA might possibly document an early evening high tides (look at her gangways) around 5:15pm to 5:30pm.

There are 4 alternating high and low tides in 24 hours. 2 highs and 2 lows. Each tide is 6 hours. The 2 high tides will be approximately 12 hours apart but with some precession, or gain of 26-30 minutes each tide.

I myself am always chafing at the conundrums of the EMB pics and welcome your adding to the discussion anon. This is how we have had breakthroughs in the London digs.

You know, Anon? You’ve reminded me of a half-thought I have probly had lurking in my brain. And that thought is, “Why then are all those cars parked there in front of those two restaurant ships? Why park there then? If not parked there for one of the two restaurants, then just there for a stroll? The gardens there seem closed at night. Do guests at Horse Guards Hotel or CH use that strip for temporary parking? Not likely going to those hotels for a drink after regular bars are closed imho. Most hotel bars close before pubs or clubs do. An anon mentioned only 2-hour parking there. Is there no time after which overnight parking is allowed? Was thinking about hotel guests at Horse Guards or CH.

Possible the restaurants had recently closed, or would one expect to see the lights on if we were seeing customers still walking to their cars? Just some random thoughts.

Why not even one motorcycle in the designated motorcylce only parking area and not a single one on the streets in the EMB pics?

For our time interval to be valid, each feature in these pics must be compatable with all the other features within the camera frames.

So the moon must coincide with the type and volume of traffic, parking, and the light patterns on the buildings.

Thus far we have looked at substantiating two possible scenarios.

1. The Millbank Tower lights remained mostly unchanged during the Christmas break which would give us a fairly tight 'window' during which the pics were taken.

2. The position of the moon in the sky also indicates an optimum 'window' of about five days during which the type and volume of traffic on the streets, including pedestrian traffic and parking, would fairly match normal business hours in that part of London in December.

These two scenarios appear to be incompatable because No.1 is outside the interval of No.2.

The feature that is most perplexing, to me at least and since the beginning of digging into the London Pics, has been the 'lights out' on the TATT in both EMB and LISA.

Previously I noted the flow of traffic on Northumberland during the short time span represented by the EMB pics. ROT3 ties EMB to the CH night pics but not necessarily within the same night. However the type and volume of traffic in both sets of pics does suggest proximity in time of day, at least to me.

The flow of traffic off EMB and onto the westbound lanes in front of the Corinthia Hotel suggests that the traffic was heavy due to being backed-up by something out of frame – perhaps at TRAFALGAR. Note the relative lightness of traffic heading toward the EMB/NORTHUMBERLAND junction versus the heavier traffic heading the other way.

Ok, this is not well constructed but here is a notion. The volume of traffic suggests an aberration that could explain both the 'lights out' on TATT and the lateness of the night sky that included the moon in ROT1; and that aberration might also help explain the pattern of lights on Millbank Tower.

Could that move the ball forward? Could that bring us closer to resolving the apparent conflict between scenario 1 and scenario 2 above?

I think that the PICCADILLY pics also suggest an aberration of sorts. There is very little, if any, traffic captured on the streets – apart from the pedestrians. When does Piccadilly Circus traffic thin out that much during daylight? The contrast between pedestrian and vehicular traffic is notable, I think. Also, to a certain extent, there is the contrast between the 'static' pedestrian crowds and the few movers in the mix. It is like most people were waiting there.

Meanwhile the RED BUS pic shows much pedestrian movement; and the seats in the upper part of the bus seem pretty busy, too. But road traffic, not so much, which is contrary to how it usually is at that location for most of the day most of the week most of the year. UK, US and Australia launch pact to counter China

The UK, US and Australia have announced a special security pact to share advanced defence technologies, in an effort to counter China.

The partnership will enable Australia to build nuclear-powered submarines for the first time.

The pact, to be known as Aukus, will also cover artificial intelligence, quantum technologies and cyber.

The three countries are worried about China's growing power and military presence in the Indo-Pacific.

Have taken a day to think about a response. First, I want to ask you what you may think about those grainy enlarged and brightened caps of ROT2 and LONDON2847 I made a long time ago. I think they are the current crux of our puzzle. Do you think they are sufficiently not in contradiction to the Millbank Building lights seen in LISA (which we think was taken either 24 or 25DEC)? Maybe there is another catching point, so crux is not a good choice of word, and that is if you think the white light behind London Eye is the Moon or a “rogue” crane operator.

We now have two discussions or more going on, so I hope I don’t get too confusing. I’ll just say that if we keep the moon theory but also keep the EMB pics as a Millbank match for Getty pics then we could still have LISA and EMB pics taken on 2 days but they must be 24 and 25DEC. This is all bearing in mind the trash bins and cars being different in LISA vs the EMB pics.

If we do not commit to the grainy enhanced ROT2/LONDON2847 pics being a match for the Millbank lights, then we are free to look beyond 24/25DEC (LISA) for our 2nd evening EMB pics.

Then, there is the crane light theory which removes any lunar tables constraints on TIME but still leaves the discussion about 2 possible days open for discussion.

About the time of those pics…I was fortunate enough to have preserved some handwritten tide times (ACTUAL measured times from the Port of London Authority) which bear directly on LISA and the apparent HIGH TIDE shown by the angle of the TATTS’ gangplanks. You might just make out the angle of the gangplanks in ROT1 as well.

You may be surprised at which direction the LOW TIDES point.

Look at the gangplanks. And look out for low tides during early ROT1 evenings. We want level gangplanks or better on EMB pics and def HT for LISA. I would say that a level gangplank would be about half-way (3hrs) between a HT and LT based on my obs of TATTERS’ pics.

I'll be honest the tides/gangplanks in Lisa and ROT1 do not look a million miles apart. There does appear to an incline in the ROT pics, as the gangplanks essentially start from the top of the wall (steps up to begin) - maybe not as much as the LISA pics, but I would say we are into the high half of the tide as opposed to somewhere in the middle.

The restaurants are slightly more confusing, if it were the other way around and Hisp was dark it would make more sense (Sunday).

Tatters - 11am till late everyday.

Hisp - Open Monday – Sunday from 11.00am until late with last orders for food 10.00pm (9.00pm on Sunday)

Tatters being dark is actually quite odd, you would think the Christmas season would be good business. Storms? Maybe but that seems sketchy as Hisp is (appears) open and the fact that Tatters isn't just moored with some rope or something, it is tethered to those massive piles embedded in the Thames.

Maybe they both closed at 11, but if it was a no food night (i.e. a Monday comedy club) @ Tatters they were alot quicker cleaning/locking up. Actually, thinking about it, if it was the Monday comedy club and there was no night club after, it is not inconceivable that they would close up a bit earlier. Comedy show finishes at 22:30.

Potentially after midnight as no buses/coaches parked along Emb - not allowed after midnight. Thats not exactly a solid marker though.

No motorbikes is an odd one.

I think that the 16th (Mon) - 18th (Wed) isn't a bad bet, a couple of hours before high tide peaks and still early enough for traffic/people to be out and about.

Favouring the 16th, somewhere around 23:30 ish. < Speculation.

Sorry, Anon. I figured it out. Sometimes a bit slow on the uptake. New bread on QRB(End).

Mood a bit downtrodden atm. We have come a long way but we are struggling with the EMB series. Trying to put the pieces together. Anons think the EMB pics are not early morning. To get an earlier time, we need days that are not on the 24th or 25th. The problem is that the MILLBANK building lights of the EMB pics seem to match those found in LISA which is strongly matched to 24/25DEC.

Admittedly, the enlargements of the MILLBANK in the EMB pics are very grainy, but they do not contradict those of LISA imho. And if we go about proving that the upper floor light configuration in the EMB pics can have occurred or be replicated on other dates, then we might also say the same for LISA. Only if we disregard those can we consider different dates for the EMB pics. Different from 24/25DEC. Imho.

We will of course keep trying.

And, we always come back to the fact that no buses are seen in the EMB pics, which means… extremely late on Christmas Eve after bus service stopped for Christmas or Christmas Day?

The lack of illumination of the Golden Eagle is in accord with lights out on TATTS. But both are in contrast with general street scene.

Might there have been an interruption in power/lights, which did not interrupt the street lamps? Might traffic lights be effected with slower phases or phases requiring intervention?

Might LisaMi6 have been taken with over-exposed highlights that are blown out? So as to more surely capture the Millbank Tower light pattern, perhaps.

If that pattern held from at least the time of the Getty photo to the time of LisaMI6, we have the beginnings of an interval. Recall that the lights have been recorded coming on before dark just before sunset in MAY. This may not be connected to actual darkness but rather to time of day.
