Lajos Kosa confirmed to journalists that the Interior Ministry of Hungary had purchased the military-grade spyware Pegasus. Kosa is the chairman of parliament's Committee on Defense and Law Enforcement.
The system is produced by NSO Group, which is based in Israel. It marks the first time a government official from Hungary admitted that they had used malware, something that has been in the news since an investigation from July of 2021 revealed that Pegasus was used in Hungary.
Kosa insisted there was no illegal activity involved in the use of the Pegasus software. He said officials had received permission from courts or the Ministry of Justice before use.
The usage of Pegasus against journalists comes after accusations from the European Union that right-wing Prime Minister Viktor Orban has been increasingly taking control of Hungary's media. His critics say that he is bringing the country into "increasingly autocratic rule," according to AP.
The Biden administration said it will place export limits on NSO Group.

Democratic Virginia delegate loses election, admits he tampered with Republican campaign signs at polling place, tells cop it was just 'a little hijinks'
It has not been Chris Hurst's finest week.
First off, the Democrat from the Virginia House of Delegates lost his District 12 re-election bid to Republican Jason Ballard. In fact, Republicans took control of the House by flipping seven seats after Democrats held a 55-45 majority.
But that ain't the half of it.
What else happened?
You see, on the eve of the election, Hurst and his girlfriend were pulled over by Radford City police after a sheriff's deputy allegedly saw them tampering with campaign signs at a polling place, WSLS-TV reported.
Police photos show campaign signs for Republican candidates such as Governor-elect Glenn Youngkin and Hurst's opponent, Delegate-elect Ballard, flipped over and on the ground, the station said.
A little hijinks'
The following is a transcript from the police bodycam video showing the conversation between Hurst and the officer who pulled him over, WSLS reported:
Officer: "I think what you need to do after I deal with you here is go back and fix those signs. What do you think? You try to resort to doing this? Instead of doing a fair election? Chris, quit playing. Quit playing. Y'all are up there turning over signs at the polling area and you're sitting here acting like you don't know what's going on?"
Hurst: "...Here's what I would say. I would think that something that was a little hijinks and steam blowing off is exactly what everybody over on the other side of the mountain does and people all over this district do."
Officer: "So you're going to resort to that and represent us?"
Hurst: "I need you to just do your job here tonight and I'll do mine. I have nothing more to say to you, officer. I'm sorry for actions that I may have done or my partner may have done, but I think you're getting a little emotional here."
Officer: "I'm not getting emotional at all, you're supposed to be representing us. You're supposed to be out here representing us and not out here acting like a school kid. How am I supposed to vote for you if you're out here doing this?"
Hurst: "Were you planning on voting for me?"
Officer: "Well, that's all up in the air now."
Hurst: "I'm sorry if I lost your support, sir."
At Tuesday night's watch party, Hurst told media members the campaign sign incident was a prank, the station said.

Kenosha Police Didn’t Record Rioter Gaige Grosskreutz’s Interview, Failed To Search His Phone Despite Having Warrant
Grosskreutz was shot in the arm after aiming a handgun towards Kyle Rittenhouse
Kenosha detectives did not execute a search warrant for the phone of armed rioter Gaige Grosskreutz despite obtaining one. According to Detective Martin Howard, this has been the only time a search warrant has not been executed during his three-year career as a detective. Howard was cross-examined by Rittenhouse defense attorney Mark Richards on Wednesday.
Detectives seized hours of video footage of the event from witnesses and bystanders with Grosskreutz being the lone exception. Despite having a search warrant in hand while Grosskreutz and his lawyer interviewed with the Kenosha police, it was not executed and his phone was not seized. Grosskreutz was the only person of interest whose phone was not downloaded. Similarly, his interview with police detectives was not recorded.
Gaige Grosskreutz was shot in the arm after faking a surrender then raising a handgun towards Rittenhouse’s head. He has a criminal record for burglary and is allegedly a member of the People’s Revolution Movement of Milwaukee, a radical left-wing group. Grosskreutz later remarked that this his only regret was “not emptying the entire mag into him”, referencing Rittenhouse.

Judge Bruce Schroeder on Wednesday laid into legal analysts on left-wing network CNN, including chief legal analyst Jeffrey Toobin — whom he mentioned by name, over their “obvious” ignorance of the law.
Schroeder, overseeing the trial of Kyle Rittenhouse, commented on the media for a second time since the trial started Monday.
“I’m going to comment about the media — again,” the judge said, noting that a talking head called the case the “most divisive case in the country to date,” Law & Crime reported.
“So, anything that undermines public confidence in what happens here is very important,” Schroeder continued. “It’s important for this town. It’s important for this country to have people have confidence in the result of this trial — whatever it is. And I don’t care what it is.”
The media, he said, are “saying things that are totally bizarre.” CNN’s Toobin and “another attorney” on the network discussed the “uncommunicated threat rule,” an “ancient rule of our law,” the judge outlined, the report said.
“This was on CNN — Jeffrey Toobin and another attorney there … A comment was made that the ruling was incomprehensible,” the Schroeder explained. “AndI think they obviously are not familiar with this rule. That’s our law. That’s the law in the Jackson case; it’s the law in the case of the United States against Craig A. Smith, which is 230 federal second 300, a Seventh Circuit case from 2000. This is admissible evidence.”
According to Law & Crime, the discussion came up in the courtroom as defense challenged prosecution’s ask to show video with narration the defense deemed “hearsay that was inadmissible.” Ultimately, Schroeder only allowed the prosecution to turn on the audio for portions of the footage shown to the jury.
As highlighted by The Daily Wire, a witness who testified, social media influencer Koerri Washington, confirmed Wednesday that he has seen videos of Joseph Rosenbaum, a man fatally shot by Rittenhouse, hurling the N-word and yelling “shoot me” near a Kenosha gas station on the night of August 25, 2020.
Washington also told the jury he made a “mental note” of Rosenbaum due to his “erratic” behavior.
Rittenhouse was 17 years old when he was arrested for fatally shooting Rosenbaum and one other man, as well as injuring a third during unrest in Kenosha, Wisconsin. He is charged with five felony counts and one misdemeanor, including first-degree intentional homicide, first-degree reckless homicide, two counts of first-degree recklessly endangering safety, attempted first-degree intentional homicide, and possession of a dangerous weapon by a person under 18.
The teen pleaded not guilty in January, claiming he acted in self-defense.

What exactly happened in 1972 or 1973, in the Netherlands, where an infant girl was aborted, and her kidneys used to make a cell line that would be used, going forward, in the testing of vaccines?
That cell line is called HEK 293 (HEK stands for human embryonic kidney), and it has been used to test COVID vaccines.
I have already presented evidence for concluding the abortion involved removing the living infant from her mother’s womb, and taking her kidneys, which of course killed her.
This evidence rests on the realization that, in order to extract viable and useful kidney tissue, the baby had to have a functioning blood supply, which meant she was alive.
But the evidence ALSO comes from knowing many other abortions have been carried out, in order to harvest tissue for medical research, by murdering living babies.
I have found a very informative article (2/9/2021) at the Centre for Bio-Ethical Reform UK, by Christian Hacking, titled, “What the HEK?!” by Christian Hacking. Quoting from the article:
“HEK 293 is a human cell line created using a kidney from a dissected unborn baby in the Netherlands between 1972 and 1973. It is the second most common cell line and is used extensively in ‘pharmaceutical and biomedical research’. It is also used in vaccine creation and cancer research.”
“It was used, along with other human cell lines, to develop a genetically engineered spike protein (that the mRNA vaccine codes for) in the original development stage of the vaccine. The ‘new technology’ Pfizer vaccine and the Moderna Vaccine were tested on HEK 293 before they began human trials. This testing is ongoing for all new batches. Finally the ‘old technology’ Oxford AstraZeneca vaccine grew a weakened viral strain in HEK 293 cell culture…”
“The kidney in question was dissected from a healthy Dutch baby girl of unknown origin by the team at Leiden University in the Netherlands in 1972. Two separate videos are being shared on social media where the voter on the voting machine is unable to select the Republican candidate for governor in New Jersey.
One video surfaced of an individual who is not able to choose the Republican candidate for governor. The machine prevents this selection from being made.
Republican Jack Ciattarelli never had a chance. The Democrat fix was in and the Republicans were in Lala land.

The war between the Ethiopian government and Tigray rebels, which intensified in the past months, is now threatening to descend of the capital of Addis Ababa - resulting in authorities declaring a state of emergency, and with the US Embassy beginning to initiate non-essential staff departures. The US State Department has further warned all US citizens to evacuate the country immediately.
"Our country is facing a grave danger to its existence, sovereignty and unity. And we can’t dispel this danger through the usual law enforcement systems and procedures," Justice Minister Gedion Timothewos said Tuesday in announcing the six month state of emergency which essentially imposes martial law on the population. Dear Attorney General Garland:
Following January 6th, were there people that you took off any of the Most Wanted lists that were federal assets or federal agents? If so, did any of the decisions to remove those people come as a consequence of cooperation between the federal government and the people that were animating the violence?
We look forward to your truthful and transparent response.
Along with Gaetz, eight other House Republicans affixed their name to the letter: Thomas Massie of Kentucky, Paul Gosar and Andy Biggs of Arizona, Louie Gohmert of Texas, Marjorie Taylor Greene of Georgia, Bill Posey and Greg Steube of Florida, and Bob Good of Virginia.
Gaetz’s letter is built directly on Revolver’s breakthrough reporting highlighting the role of likely federal informants in fomenting the events of 1/6. In fact, the letter quotes Revolver’s proposed question for the attorney general nearly verbatim. In its Ray Epps exposé, Revolver asked:
Here’s a question we’d like to see Merrick Garland dodge: Mr. Garland, is there now, and has there ever been, any individual(s) who appeared on the Capitol Violence Most Wanted List whose activities at the Capitol turned out to be part of their work as agents or assets of a US government agency?
Garland cannot fall back on that question probing to an ongoing investigation. We’re not asking about an investigation. We’re asking a process question related to the FBI’s decision-making process for adding individuals to its Most Wanted list.
Revolver looks forward to an honest response from the attorney general, or to his desperate attempts to evade a fully truthful answer. As Revolver wrote in its exclusive last week:

The public obliged, and in less than three days, Ray Epps was identified as Suspect 16. Researchers corroborated his identity with troves of unassailable direct evidence, including an effective confssion from Epps himself to his own local newspaper.
Then, for nearly six months, amidst the biggest manhunt in American history, the FBI did nothing with this information. As the FBI did nothing on Epps, it was simultaneously investigating, arresting, raiding and imprisoning hundreds of completely benign MAGA moms and social media trolls — mostly for minor misdemeanor trespassing charges.
As Revolver noted, not only has Ray Epps never been arrested, despite the FBI’s tremendous initial interest in his identity, but in July the FBI belatedly tried to pretend it was never interested in him at all:

Using the Wayback Machine from archive.org, we see that from January 8, 2021 until 3:37 a.m. on July 1, every archived version of the FBI.gov website shows Ray Epps as Suspect 16. … To anyone checking the January 6 FBI Most Wanted List today, “Suspect 16” is just a ghost.

UK Buys $340 Million Worth of New COVID Pills from Merck, Becomes First Country to Approve Costly Drug
The FDA is set to meet in late November to discuss the effectiveness of the drug
The United Kingdom has become the first country to authorize the new expensive COVID-19 treatment pills from Merck, ordering $340 million worth of courses of molnupiravir.
On Wednesday, the UK government’s Medicines and Healthcare products Regulatory Agency (MHRA), the British equivalent of the FDA, declared that molnupiravir, sold by Merck as Lagevrio in the UK, was “safe and effective and reducing the risk of hospitalization and death in people with mild to moderate COVID-19.”
Molnupiravir is the first designed oral treatment specifically for COVID-19, and has been designed to “introduce errors into the genetic code of the coronavirus.” The MHRA recommendations noted that it should be used by anyone with those mild to moderate symptoms, and at least one risk factor for developing a more severe version of the illness, such as obesity, age, and diabetes, and should be taken within five days of the onset of those symptoms.
This makes the UK the first country to license the new pill from Merck, with Health and Social Care Secretary Sajid Javid declaring it a “historic” move from the government. “This will be a gamechanger for the most vulnerable and the immunosuppressed, who will soon be able to receive the ground-breaking treatment.” Javid declared that the government was “working at pace… to deploy molnupiravir to patients through a national study as soon as possible.”
The British government in October had secured 480,000 courses of the drug, which was sold to the Biden administration at $712 a course, nearly a 3913.53% increase from the cost of production, meaning it is likely the British government spent over $340 million on the pills, compared to the US government’s spend of over $2.4 billion. Merck claimed that the production of the pill would generate up to $7 billion in revenue by the end of next year.
Molnupiravir is currently under review with the FDA after asking them for an emergency authorization for its use. An FDA panel is expected to convene later this month to discuss the pill.
Pfizer announced in September that they were also developing an oral antiviral pill for COVID-19, and like Merck, had already begun production before all clinical trials have been complete.
Despite the Big Pharma companies declaring that their pills are effective therapeutics for the virus with a 98%-plus recovery rate, the companies and governments are still arguing that vaccines must also still be taken across all populations, and governments are using vaccine passports and mandates to lock resisters out of jobs and public spaces. The UK government claimed the pill was simply another “addition to the armory” against the disease, with Pfizer CEO Albert Bourla arguing that “success against COVID-19 will likely require both vaccines & treatments.”

Conservative pundit Ben Shapiro's media company, The Daily Wire, announced on Thursday that it had filed a lawsuit challenging the Biden administration's COVID-19 vaccine mandate.
In September, President Biden announced a new rule that required companies with more than 100 employees to mandate coronavirus vaccinations or enforce weekly testing. The Daily Wire is alleging that the administration lacks the constitutional authority to do so.
Jeremy Boreing, co-founder of the The Daily Wire, said his company would refuse to comply with Biden's "tyrannical vaccine mandate."

This relationship between Vos and Ryan certainly helps Vos justify his lack of integrity in demanding the truth be uncovered in Wisconsin. This is the same area where over 143,000 votes were dropped for Joe Biden only which gave Biden the state lead.
One year later, the reason the corrupt results were certified in Wisconsin and have not been overturned is because of Speaker Robin Vos.

A cache of newly released communications reveals that the National Institutes of Health (NIH) allowed nonprofit genetic engineering firm EcoHealth Alliance to police its own risky research on bat coronaviruses in Wuhan, China.
According to FOIA documents obtained by WhiteCoatWaste, The Intercept, and the House Energy & Commerce Committee, NIH officials were concerned about risky research being done at the Wuhan Institute of Virology on a US grant.
As The Intercept notes:
Detailed notes on NIH communications obtained by The Intercept show that beginning in May 2016, agency staff had an unusual exchange with Peter Daszak, the head of EcoHealth Alliance, about experiments his group was planning to conduct on coronaviruses under an NIH grant called “Understanding the Risk of Bat Coronavirus Emergence.” The notes were taken by congressional staff who transcribed the emails.
EcoHealth was entering the third year of the five-year, $3.1 million grant that included research with the Wuhan Institute of Virology and other partners. In a 2016 progress report, the group described to NIH its plans to carry out two planned experiments infecting humanized mice with hybrid viruses, known as “chimeras.”
NIH staff members Jenny Greer - a grants management specialist, and Erik Stemmy - a program officer in charge of COVID research, both expressed concern over the risky experiments - telling EcoHealth that their experiments "appear to involve research covered under the pause," referring to an Obama-era moratorium on gain-of-function research that could be reasonably assumed to make MERS and SARS viruses more transmissible in mammals.
One of EcoHealth's experiments involved using genetic engineering to create chimeric MERS viruses, while another experiment used bat-virus-derived chimears related to SARS. According to the report, the researchers infected humanized mice with the altered viruses.
Disturbingly, after the two NIH staff members voiced concerns over Gain-of-Function research, the agency allowed EcoHealth to dictate its own definition of GoF, exonerating itself of doing 'risky' research. The NIH inserted several obscure reporting requirements suggested by EcoHealth that moved the goalposts of what constitutes GoF.
Of note, The Intercept writes that while the experiments demonstrate a lack of oversight and present dangers to public health, "none of the viruses involved in the work are related closely enough to SARS-CoV-2 to have sparked the pandemic," according to several scientists contacted by the outlet.

Despite uncovering Clearview AI's intrusive practices, Australia's Information Commissioner conceded that the number of Australians who have had their biometric information scraped by the company was unknown.
Australia's Information Commissioner has found that Clearview AI breached Australia's privacy laws on numerous fronts, after a bilateral investigation uncovered that the company's facial recognition tool collected Australians' sensitive information without consent and by unfair means.
The investigation, conducted by the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (OAIC) and the UK Information Commissioner's Office (ICO), found that Clearview AI's facial recognition tool scraped biometric information from the web indiscriminately and has collected data on at least 3 billion people.
The OAIC also found that some Australian police agency users, who were Australian residents and trialled the tool, searched for and identified images of themselves as well as images of unknown Australian persons of interest in Clearview AI's database.
By considering these factors together, Australia's Information Commissioner Angelene Falk concluded that Clearview AI breached Australia's privacy laws by collecting Australians' sensitive information without consent and by unfair means. In her determination [PDF], Falk explained that consent was not provided, even though facial images of affected Australians are already available online, as Clearview AI's intent in collecting this biometric data was ambiguous.
"I consider that the act of uploading an image to a social media site does not unambiguously indicate agreement to collection of that image by an unknown third party for commercial purposes," the Information Commissioner wrote.
"Consent also cannot be implied if individuals are not adequately informed about the implications of providing or withholding consent. This includes ensuring that an individual is properly and clearly informed about how their personal information will be handled, so they can decide whether to give consent."

New Dog Experiment Funded By Fauci’s NIAID Revealed To Have Killed 10 Beagles
A newly-uncovered experiment funded by Dr. Anthony Fauci’s agency, the National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases (NIAID), involved intentionally infecting beagles with heartworm larvae before euthanizing them six months later.
The experiment, conducted by researchers affiliated with Iowa State University, TRS Labs in Athens, Georgia and Bayer Animal Health in Germany, was funded with a grant to which the NIAID contributed $6.1 million since 2001 and $382,500 in 2021. Two other NIAID grants, to Iowa State University and the University of Georgia, were also acknowledged by the researchers.
In the study, 10 beagles were infected with 200 heartworm larvae. Six months after the injection of the larvae, the beagles were euthanized and the larvae were extracted to be used in other experiments. The larvae were exposed to various compounds to test their reaction, including ivermectin and nicotine.
The link between the study and NIAID was unearthed by White Coat Waste Project (WCW), a taxpayer watchdog group which has been reporting on the activities of Fauci’s agency regarding animal testing.
“Wasting our tax dollars to treat beagles like heartworm factories and then kill them when they aren’t useful anymore is the SIXTH #BeagleGate atrocity we’ve exposed in this scandal. We’ve also documented — and NIAID has admitted — that Fauci funded gruesome experiments entailing de-barking dogs, poisoning puppies and infesting beagles with flies and ticks,” said WCW operations manager Ann-Marie Dori. “Polls shows that 71% of Democrats and 62% of Republicans want to defund Fauci’s dog abuse. Taxpayers don’t want to foot the bill for wasteful government spending on animal experimentation.”
Fauci has come under increased scrutiny in recent weeks following reporting on NIAID’s animal research funding by the Daily Caller and WCW. #ArrestFauci recently trended on Twitter and various lawmakers and pundits have called for his resignation or for him to answer for the research funding. He’s also faced criticism from some animal rights groups, including People for the Ethical Treatment of Animals (PETA).

It’s well-known that our nation has an absent Transportation secretary. The supply chain issues, empty shelves, and port bottlenecks are obvious to all. But it’s less known and less obvious that we effectively have an absent attorney general running the Department of Justice.
But unlike the Department of Transportation, which appears to have no one in charge, Garland’s effective absence appears to be planned, allowing that role to be filled with political appointees who came from the Obama administration who are very much in charge.
For those unaware of Garland’s figurehead-like status, it was repeatedly driven home during his recent testimonies before the House and Senate Judiciary Committees.
Garland repeatedly failed to have answers for actions from the DOJ and failed miserably when attempting to answer questions regarding his decision to target parents angered at misrepresentation from politicized school boards.
He appeared to be fulfilling orders rather than leading the Justice Department.
