I like playing out this idea in my head of starting a cyberpunk bar. I got no brouzouf to do it with, but I like to dream.

What would a modern day cyberpunk-bar look like? What kind of name would it have? What drinks would it serve?

I figured it would probably have the local cheaper beer on tap, as well as something like Asahi (or a themed house beer), with cyberpunk themed cocktails and cheaper food to eat (everything from instant noodles to bar pizza).

As for the name, ideas like the "Capsule Bar" or "Neo-Tokyo" are the first things that come to mind.

Sounds a bit like a more 水 version of a place here in London, Ontario called The Wreck'd Room.

Place was a shitty basement. More of a hallway than anything else. You'd come down the stairs from street level and on busier nights there'd be one bouncer at the door just to check ID. Entering the door, on your left would be the DJ booth set back into the wall. You could pretty much always expect a mix of industrial, darkwave, EBM, Dark Electro, Industrial Metal, and Nu Metal to be playing at high volume from a surprisingly good soundsystem.

In front of the DJ booth was a small space of only several meters square kept clear as a dance floor with a cheap strobe and laser above it, and crammed in after that along the wall was a shitty vinyl bench and a couple rickety tables.

On your right would be a scarred and ill maintained wooden bar and a couple stacks of beer boxes, with a small sign showing the drink specials and a long shelf lit by blacklight. On the far end of the bar would be a TV often tuned to a film channel or the news. The bar was always staffed by the asian owner, who eventually closed the place because he was hemorrhaging brouzouf keeping it open.

Walls were painted blue-grey and decorated with fading posters lit by blacklight, and in the back were a couple pool tables.

No food was available, but around the corner was a souvlaki/gyro place.

The place was pretty much Rivethead Central for the city until it closed down.

There is a bar/restaurant not far from me that is themed around video games.

You can go there with friends and do some co-op console gaming. You can even game alone, but I suck at console games so I don't do that.

The drinks and food are expensive. The decor is high-class. It is probably a profitable place. Colorful LEDs instead of neon, but very much like being inside a video game. Not very punk at all, so probably not what OP would want. But profitable.

Maybe a nice big metal topped bar with beveled edges, like a modified food prep table or something along those lines. Or a thick sheet of plexiglass with little lcd screens angled up at the patrons, screens with loops or movies or whatever. How hard could it be to make it so it blinks on and says hi when you sit down. Make it easy and cheap. People don't have to be focused on it, it would be a novelty.

What can we reuse and throw in to liven it up and add to the atmosphere? Get somebody to sketch regulars and put them up on the wall every so often. Turn on the happy hour led sign and hologram menus guys!

That would be pretty easy to fabricate, really. Just don't bother using plexiglass and use resin instead, since you can repair it easily and make a nice smooth even bevel. A simple set of sensors could detect when someone is in close proximity and switch the image to a little face smiling and waving with a "Hello!" and then to another one with a "Goodbye" when they leave as well. It wouldn't even take that much programming.

IT KEEPS BRINGING UP AN HORIZONTAL SCROLLBAR WHEN A POST DOES NOT BREAK LINES (AS WITH SUPER LONG LINKS, OR SPAM)

Hey guize! So I am back at using 8kun after being offline 1 year. In 8chan I had the same issue with the JAVASCRIPT of the CYBERPUNK theme found in [Options] at the top right corner of the browser.

Back then someone gave me a small paragraph of code to add and it fixed it all, but I truly do not know how to write it or find it, but it solved this:

THE BUG:

All the themes in this 8chan/8kun board change the skin but keep functionality when it comes to resizing the screen/font (control+scroll up/down), what they do is they fit each post within the margins of the screen size, regardless of how big you make the font.

You can have tiny font that allows for mostly one line posts fit in a relative huge screen, or you can have huge font that forces for multi line posts in a relative tiny screen, the posts always fit, you never get horizontal scroll bar.

EXCEPT WITH CYBERPUNK THEME

I need to set a rule for the board to confine itself within the margins of my screen, even if it has to offset the tricky posts.

Thanks for your patience, there is no bug page, and I reckon you guys use the cyberpunk skin as well.

IMAGE RELATED, SEE THE HORIZONTAL SCROLLBAR APPEAR WHEN THE LONG POSTS FORCES THE WHOLE OFFSET.

Microdosing psychedelics can only take you so far if you're expecting it to be a fix-all wonderdrug. There's still a good amount of work you have to put in yourself if you want long lasting habits to develop, with that work being a commitment to practice healthy routines with consistency.

From my experience microdosing psilocybin mushrooms (P. cubensis) for a month and a half, there was almost an automatic boost in mood, and a drive to get into all those self-improvement activities I've been meaning to adopt to my daily life. That drive started to wear off midway through the dosing, and it was at this point where I was supposed to pick up the slack and keep the ball rolling. I tried my best to work at the same level of attention and motivation as I had in the beginning (doing gamedev shit daily, healthy eating, exercise, etc.), but I felt I half-assed all those things once the experience came to an end. In hindsight I would definitely push through that latter phase if I microdosed again to really hammer those routines into my everyday.

Anybody else felt this before? Reaching a plateau of productivity halfway through a microdose?

What >>28813 said. 3D printing is the way to go, I printed this in about 5 pieces and worked it together. I was going to use it in a movie or short film but I never worked out a story for it. I want to make it 水 by putting screens on the inside and adding some lights behind the eye slits, lack of brouzuf and tech keeps me from going further with it currently. I haven't taken the time to learn the 3D modeling yet but if you got me a model I could probably make a shell.

If you've got a shell to create and no 3D printer access, or it's too large to print, there's always Pepakura. In that case you use a normal printer to put your design on cardstock and glue the tabbed edges together to assemble your model, then use fiberglass resin to stiffen it up. It's a slightly orthogonal skillset to most 3D printering shit, but it is good for doing cheapshit or big shapes.

As far as I know OP, if you root your android and run some custom ROMS you can run quite the selection of general linux programs on your device. You shouldn't need Kali per say, maybe just the general tools like Nmap, netcat, metasploit etc. But then again, if you use metasploit you're a skidshit nigger cuck

Gimp. CSS. The usually suspects.

- Take screen shot

- open in gimp

- Cut and paste the part you want. You could probably match the font to the buttons if you wanted to change the text or use the rip in a gui tool kit or something.

- If you wanted to use the screen for something else you can use the select tool to erase the current screens and then use the resulting image as a mask chaning what is shown though the boxes.

Images are just pictures, you have to tell them what to look like.

It looks like a simple 3d model. You could do the light effect with a gradient and 2d art or use Blender and just put a light source about where it looks like the light is shining from in the image.

It all really depends where you want to use it. If it were a 2d video game just having an image mask would probably do fine. For 3d go with Modeling. If you want to do a web site like this you're going to want to match CSS to get a similar effect to the image.
