Qresearch is a 24/7 beehive of activity where anons post their diggs, memes and prayers.
For this to happen requires bakers–which is why they have been called "the core of this board."
Bakers perform several key functions:
* Set the tone for each bread via their choice of bread title and /comms/ with posters.
* Post notables for each bread.
* Bake breads (transition the board from one thread to the next).
* Knead the dough (keeping the resource pages clean, tidy, and up-to-date).
When all goes well, baking is a fun & exciting opportunity to serve. When things get wonky and shills attack–bakers carry on anyway.

easiest way to is just take notes on your own
and compare with bakers'/ note-takers
they will never be the same btw
then take notes when note-taker is needed like during ghost breads
(or you could even start there - so needed)
drop periodically (300 and 600 - or in a slow bread, 200/400/600), something like that
every baker does notes differently, you'll develop your own style, priorities, ways of handling shills, etc.

Yeah, I initially posted it to pastebin because habit, but qanonbin is better.. Also, I wasn't aware that the original author seems to have abandoned it until this past week. I'll look at cleaning it up and getting rid of the cruft this week.

I am also working on a script based on the original baker tools, including some never-before-seen features:
- Force auto update to stay enabled (not turn itself off) near the end of a bread
- Don't scroll to the bottom when you make a new post, just show a notification that links to the post
- New, easier and more flexible filtering and image blacklisting system
- All features possible to enable/disable individually
Should be ready for public release sometime within the next few weeks…

You can do what you want with the found code; Just call it something else so people don't get confused, please :) I already drew the ire of the recent /qr/ 'bakertools' fag even though this tool is older.
I resurrected this code to be Minimal purposefully, and it is. I see no reason to add more features, at least for my purposes… So I'd like to maintain this oneas it is, to give people the bare bones option if they choose.

Excellent - all i ever use now is the "one post option" bc it seems to carry over to future breads, if i remember right, isn't worth it

how about the feature where namefagging moves across breads whether you want it to or not? Ditto for js scripts like bakers tools. Had to figure out how to change the color coding in bakers tools - which was fortunately pretty easy - because in dark backgrounds, like /qrb/ default, the text is unreadable.

you can turn on "Scroll to new posts" but that scrolls anytime any new posts come in from anyone
I might be missing some other option, wouldn't be the first time kek
but being able to fire off posts and not have the board scroll down to them helps me not lose my place while baking

no, not the scroll to new posts function, that's different
just checked on endchan - by default it does NOT scroll to the bottom when you post something new, but can't find an toggle enabling users to change that default. Don't think there is one but it can be hard to tell on endchan because it has a lousy user interface.
Don't see anything in board moderation menu either but there are many functions not there that have to exist. Shows how to do captchas or delete a board but not how to delete threads or individual posts for example. Or how to edit them (etc). 8kun is much better.
At this point, continue to hold the endchan boards /qrb/ and /qrbunker/ as backups for digging etc in case 8kun goes down - but managing them remains a challenge.
