GEMS Software & 5 Major Voting Systems That Use It

The problem is that GEMS fractionalizes votes in several ways - no "one man, one vote" - and that is the problem

GEMS is used in a number of voting systems. One of the challenges of analyzing what is going on with voting systems corruption are all the different companies involved and how they interrelate.

The 2016 video, Fraction Magic, focuses on several of these and show which parts of the country are "covered" by which voting systems. See Cap.
