Tony Bobulinski is lashing out at the media for undercutting his allegation that former Vice President Joe Biden was involved in his youngest son Hunter’s business dealings.
Bobulinski, a one-time business associate of Hunter Biden, released a statement to Breitbart News and other outlets on Friday criticizing the media for suggesting his claims, and the corresponding documentation he has provided, are illegitimate.
“I would like to make clear that the emails, text messages, and other evidence that I have provided came from my own phones or computers and that those documents have been authenticated by an independent, nationally recognized forensic analysis firm,” he said. “Moreover, the suggestion that I would provide falsified documents to the [United States] Senate and the Department of Justice is patently absurd.”
“The media should focus on the very serious national security issues raised by the evidence I have provided, instead of ignoring this issue or writing process stories to serve as a distraction to help their favored candidate,” Bobulinsk added. “History will not judge kindly those in the media that are sweeping under the rug one of the most significant and legitimate national security scandals involving a candidate for the presidency.”
Earlier this month, Bobulinski came forward to accuse the former vice president of lying about his involvement in his son’s business dealings. Bobulinski claims that he met the Bidens in 2017 and became involved in a venture with Hunter and the former vice president’s younger brother, Jim.
Since coming forward, Bobulinski has agreed to cooperate with an ongoing probe the Senate Homeland Security Committee has into the Biden family’s business ventures. Staffers for Sen. Ron Johnson, the committee’s chairman, told the Daily Caller earlier this week that as of now the information that Bobulinski has provided to the committee appears to be credible and has been verified.
On Friday, Bobulinksi told the Sinclair Broadcast Group that he’s also been interviewed by the Federal Bureau of Investigation regarding his ties to the Bidens and his knowledge of Hunter Biden’s tenure on the board of directors of Burisma Holdings, a Ukrainian natural gas conglomerate.

Secretary of Homeland Security Chad Wolf condemned Twitter’s censorship of U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) Commissioner Mark Morgan this week over a post celebrating the success of the southern border wall as “disturbing” threat to national security.
On Wednesday, Morgan’s account was locked after the U.S. border chief was prevented from publishing a tweet that the company said was in violation of platform rules governing “hateful conduct.”
“You may not promote violence against, threaten, or harass other people on the basis of race, ethnicity, national origin, sexual orientation, gender, gender identity, religious affiliation, age, disability, or serious disease,” Twitter explained in an email upon suspension. As is clear from the banned post’s text however, the commissioner did not threaten anyone based on race, national origin, or anything else.
“Not only was Twitter’s act of censorship – the tweet is supported by data – it is disturbing,” Wolf wrote to Twitter CEO Jack Dorsey. “As the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) and other Federal agencies continue to rely on Twitter to share important information with the U.S. public, your censorship poses a threat to our security.”
Twitter, according to Wolf, initially denied the CBP’s appeal to unlock the commissioner’s account and only reversed its decision after further review and subsequent reporting by The Federalist Thursday.
“It is dangerous and damaging,” Wolf wrote, “when any publisher arbitrarily and unfoundedly decides, as it did here, that the facts and policies of a particular Presidential Administration constitute ‘violence’ – in order to censor them.”
Twitter’s censorship, which came hours after the company’s CEO testified before lawmakers on content moderation in the wake of suppressing compromising information on Democratic presidential candidate Joe Biden, sparked outrage from Senate Republicans demanding enhanced regulation of Silicon Valley tech giants wielding unchecked monopoly power over the digital public square.
The border wall meanwhile, which DHS reported is on track to reach 450 miles of construction by the year’s end has indeed been working by forcing border-crossers to ports of entry, where agents are better equipped to catch criminals and process those wishing to enter legally. Border Patrol encounters with illegal migrants have dropped more than 50 percent since 2019 as the wall deters aliens from embarking on the risky voyage.
“If you look at the tweet in question again,” Morgan told The Federalist Wednesday on the problematic post, “every mile helps us stop gang members, murderers, and pedophiles from entering our country. It’s just a fact.”

Biden Whistleblower Calls Out Media for Corruption Silence: ‘History Will Not Judge Kindly’

Tony Bobulinski is lashing out at the media for undercutting his allegation that former Vice President Joe Biden was involved in his youngest son Hunter’s business dealings.
Bobulinski, a one-time business associate of Hunter Biden, released a statement to Breitbart News and other outlets on Friday criticizing the media for suggesting his claims, and the corresponding documentation he has provided, are illegitimate.
“I would like to make clear that the emails, text messages, and other evidence that I have provided came from my own phones or computers and that those documents have been authenticated by an independent, nationally recognized forensic analysis firm,” he said. “Moreover, the suggestion that I would provide falsified documents to the [United States] Senate and the Department of Justice is patently absurd.”
“The media should focus on the very serious national security issues raised by the evidence I have provided, instead of ignoring this issue or writing process stories to serve as a distraction to help their favored candidate,” Bobulinsk added. “History will not judge kindly those in the media that are sweeping under the rug one of the most significant and legitimate national security scandals involving a candidate for the presidency.”
Earlier this month, Bobulinski came forward to accuse the former vice president of lying about his involvement in his son’s business dealings. Bobulinski claims that he met the Bidens in 2017 and became involved in a venture with Hunter and the former vice president’s younger brother, Jim.
Since coming forward, Bobulinski has agreed to cooperate with an ongoing probe the Senate Homeland Security Committee has into the Biden family’s business ventures. Staffers for Sen. Ron Johnson, the committee’s chairman, told the Daily Caller earlier this week that as of now the information that Bobulinski has provided to the committee appears to be credible and has been verified.
On Friday, Bobulinksi told the Sinclair Broadcast Group that he’s also been interviewed by the Federal Bureau of Investigation regarding his ties to the Bidens and his knowledge of Hunter Biden’s tenure on the board of directors of Burisma Holdings, a Ukrainian natural gas conglomerate.

Second Hunter Biden Laptop Seized by DEA
A second laptop belonging to Hunter Biden, son of former Vice President Joe Biden, was reportedly seized in February during a raid on a psychiatrist by the Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA). Hunter Biden was reportedly not the target of the raid.
NBC News first reported the best Friday afternoon at the end of an article in which it defended its reporting — or lack thereof — about the emails on an abandoned laptop, which purportedly connect Joe Biden to his son’s businesses.
The first laptop was seized by the Federal Bureau of Investigation in December 2019.
NBC reported on the second:
If [Hunter Biden] did leave the machine in Delaware, it would have marked at least the second time he has left behind a laptop.
According to two people familiar with the matter, a different Hunter Biden laptop landed in the custody of the DEA in February when they executed a search warrant on the Massachusetts office of a psychiatrist accused of professional misconduct. The psychiatrist has not been charged with a crime.

The Washington Examiner expanded on NBC’s reporting:
Sources told NBC News that the device belonging to the 50-year-old son of former Vice President Joe Biden, who is now a presidential candidate, was taken into custody by the DEA in February while executing a search warrant in the Massachusetts office of a psychiatrist who was accused of professional misconduct.
That former celebrity psychiatrist, Keith Ablow, saw his license suspended after he faced allegations of sexually exploiting patients and illegally diverting prescription drugs. Ablow has denied the allegations and has not been charged with any crime.
The report from NBC on Friday said Hunter Biden was not a target of the search or the investigation, and his lawyer got the laptop back. It remains unclear why the device was there in the first place.
A lawyer for Hunter Biden did not immediately return a request for comment. The Washington Examiner also reached out to the DEA for comment. Hunter Biden has struggled with substance abuse. He was discharged from the U.S. Navy in 2013 after testing positive for cocaine.
Data and files on the original laptop, left at a repair store in Wilmington, Delaware, purportedly connect Hunter Biden to it.

DC activist groups primed for Nov. 3 and whatever follows

WASHINGTON (AP) — Activists in the nation’s capital are banding together for Election Day, pooling resources, running training sessions for demonstrators, forming rapid-reaction teams and organizing events that are expected to draw large crowds.
A collection of groups led by Black Lives Matter and Shutdown DC plan an eight-hour event at Black Lives Matter Plaza, one block from the White House. It will include a giant screen showing election results, DJs and performances by bands playing Washington’s signature go-go music.
Robin Bell, a local activist who gained international notoriety for projecting sarcastic messages onto the side of Washington’s Trump International Hotel, will have two projections going in different parts of Washington.
Cities around the nation are bracing for election-related unrest as activists get ready for what could be weeks of sustained street actions, depending on how the vote count goes and how President Donald Trump acts after his repeated refusals to say whether he will accept the results.
Maintaining communication is a high priority, with many activists fearing that Facebook and Twitter might shut down and embracing encrypted messaging apps such as Signal and Telegram.
Organizers are also preparing rapid-reaction forces to respond to a variety of scenarios ranging from an extended Supreme Court standoff to Trump declaring victory despite official results and summoning supporters and militias to the capital.
“Everyone is focused on Nov. 3 and mobilizing for that,” said Bethlehem Yirga of the Palm Collective, a racial justice group that formed over the summer. “We’re preparing as many people as possible.”
Downtown businesses are already boarding up their windows in anticipation, and Police Chief Peter Newsham promised Thursday that his entire department would be working on Election Day. In Washington, dozens of overlapping law enforcement agencies control certain landmarks and public spaces.
Police officials have restricted the days officers can take off around the election and have spent tens of thousands of dollars on chemical irritants and other less-than-lethal riot-control munitions after much of the agency’s stockpile was depleted this summer.
Mayor Muriel Bowser said she had not decided whether to use National Guard troops for election-related violence, though some troops still remain activated amid the coronavirus pandemic.
Newsham said there were no “credible threats right now of violence,” but said a number of groups had applied for permits to conduct large demonstrations.
“We ask people if they’re going to come, we welcome people to come here to the District of Columbia to exercise their First Amendment rights, but we are not going to tolerate violence or unrest,” he said.
Demonstrators are gearing up for potential violence, especially after June, when Trump used federal law enforcement to clear the plaza outside the White House that had been filled with peaceful protesters.
“The police are readying for battle. We should be very clear about that,” April Goggans, a core organizer with the local Black Lives Matter affiliate, said during an Oct. 26 online training session.
Organizer Nadine Bloch has been conducting training sessions (mostly on Zoom but a few socially distanced live ones) for everyone from passionate young street protestors to federal employees seeking methods of professional civil disobedience. Bloch, whose experience dates back to captaining a ship for Greenpeace in the 1990s seeking to disrupt French nuclear tests, champions a particular school of creative, often performative, resistance that has influenced a generation of local activists.
At the moment, Bloch said her training priorities are “street smarts and street safety” as well as maintaining public unity. She said marches are “easily ignored,” while long-term occupations can be a tremendous drain on resources. She counsels groups not to waste time and energy “arguing about different tactics.”
Bloch’s organization, Beautiful Trouble, has set up a “resistance hotline” for groups seeking support. She said “two-thirds of the work should happen before” the actual protest. She believes local activists stand ready to “completely interrupt ordinary life, if that’s what we need to do.”
For now, the greatest challenge for some is simply remaining calm amid all the apocalyptic predictions.
“We’re just trying to stay as level-headed as possible,” Bell said. “The dream scenario is that we all over-prepared, but at least we’re ready.”

The 48-year-old retired US Navy lieutenant has alleged that Hunter Biden was part of a million-dollar family scheme involving Chinese officials. Bobulinski claims Democratic presidential candidate Joe Biden was involved in the scheme with his son.
During an interview Tuesday with Fox News host Tucker Carlson, Bobulinski said:
“I have a former Seal Team protecting my family… I’m not home right now.”

Win or Lose, Dems Have Big Plans for America
(Partial excerpt)
Only a victory large enough to preclude the theft of the presidency by the Democrats and their minions in the media can forestall their plans for America’s future.
The rioting, physical violence, and destruction of property estimated in the billions of dollars experienced by Americans since the death of George Floyd in Minneapolis on Memorial Day was merely practice for the left’s coming exercise of power whether Biden wins or loses.
All these tools will continue to be used by a Biden Administration to implement their Green New Deal agenda, killing the oil industry, gun confiscation, raising taxes, open borders, and citizenship and Medicare for all.
To have a chance of preventing this, Trump must win reelection by a margin so huge it will be impossible to steal in the courts or on the streets.
A landslide will prompt outraged citizens to fight back and confront the left’s revolution in the cities and towns during the days, weeks, and months after the election. To paraphrase the Declaration of Independence, in the course of these events, good people of our free and independent states have the full power and the right to rise up and prevent the left’s attempt to steal our country.
Trump must win by epic proportions so that this rebellion may be defeated.

There is a preference cascade for Trump among black voters
Before Trump took office, conventional wisdom was that American blacks would never vote Republican. As Lyndon Johnson reputedly said after passing the Civil Rights Act, "I'll have those n-- voting Democratic for the next 200 years." It didn't matter that Democrats broke their promises or that their policies worsened the plight of inner-city blacks. Black voters remained loyal. This year, though, after Trump spent four years making a positive difference for black America, blacks are breaking ranks and openly supporting President Trump.
Thomas Sowell wrote in 2016, shortly before Trump was elected, "Black votes matter. If Republicans could get 20 percent of black votes, the Democrats would be ruined." He added, though, "This is highly unlikely, given the approach used by Republicans."
Thankfully, Trump jettisoned the traditional Republican approach to blacks, which was to ignore them. He supercharged the economy, which helped blacks. He choked off illegal immigration, which helped blacks. He reversed the disastrous 1994 Crime Bill that sent generations of black sons, brothers, and fathers to prison. He partnered with Sen. Tim Scott to create opportunity zones in black communities. He also worked with faith leaders, academics, musicians, and Kardashians, always with an eye not to aggrandizing himself, but truly to improving the quality of black life in America.

Trumpmentum Rolling Toward Election Day
Election day is almost here. Some things will end, like incessant campaign commercials, much to the relief of voters on both sides of the aisle. Other things will continue, including protests and riots, as we are seeing in Philadelphia, and as Kamala Harris promised.
Despite more than five years of slings and arrows hurled at President Trump, to derail his campaign, transition, and administration, Trump has a spring in his step. Not just when he is dancing to YMCA song at the end of each rally, but in his entire demeanor.
He is cool, confident, and on top of his game, unlike his opponent Joe Biden, who is frequently bumbling and incoherent. Whether he forgets Mitt Romney’s name, thinks he is running for Senate, or calls his current opponent “George,” his campaign does not radiate confidence or assurance. Even Democrat operatives, media cranks or campaign consultants, are starting to panic.

Stephen Miller: Trump to further crackdown on illegal immigration if he wins
Specifically, Miller did not commit to lifting a freeze on new green cards and visas, bolster "burden-sharing" deals with Honduras, Guatemala and El Salvador to prevent asylum-seekers from leaving Central America and arriving in the U.S., punish jurisdictions for failing to turn undocumented immigrants over to U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) and vet ideological sympathies or leanings" of visa applicants.
Trump campaigned in 2016 on hardline immigration stances, including building a border wall with Mexico, and has adopted similarly tough policies while in office, including expanding the number of children who were separated from their parents in his “zero tolerance policy” that drew bipartisan condemnation.
Immigration has largely been relegated to the background in the 2020 cycle amid concerns over the coronavirus pandemic and the related economic fallout.
