The full exact cost of Tom Shaw's report was £298,037.55…He approached Adam Ingram (then Children's Minister) and Kenny MacAskill (then Justice Secretary) for more funding (circa 2008), to fund research and investigation in to both the deaths of hundreds of children interred in mass anonymous graves: while supposedly being "cared" for by the State and the destruction of public records. His request was point blank refused! Extra funding was refused because the Scottish Government under the SNP have fought tooth and nail to bury the lot from the very start, and the deliberate destruction of records was done under their Government. When Jack McConnell apologised for the State abuse of children on December 4th 2004, just before the Labour Party passed the reigns of parliament to the SNP, he did so “on behalf of the Scottish People” of course most of the Scottish people had nothing to do with the state abuse and he did so to avoid litigation against the State. See attached headline “’’’Top politicians to give abuse inquiry evidence’’’”. Each and every one of them a traitor to humanity! Especially MacAskill and Swinney, snakes disguised as ….well snakes….ok so they’re not very well disguised.

To begin with it is interesting to note the chronologic parameters of the review. The review was commissioned in 2006, but the review was only to count the years up to 1995…there is some logical reasoning in the document regarding the dates to be fair.

The numbers of victims are dwindling due to the time they took to order an Inquiry (an inquiry was being called for from as far back as 2002 but the petition failed, I think the petitioner was Helen Holland with perhaps a 2nd petitioner named Christopher Daly-sorry I don't have the details for that one. This was followed by a further petition, this time definitely by the aforementioned pair-petition no' PE1351- for an Inquiry into Historic Child Abuse which was successfully implemented, initially under the chair of Susan O'Brien QC in March 2015. 13 years after the initial failed petition and a full 7 years after starting the petition which proved successful (Well partially successful tbh as the inquiry's remit made sure to leave out the investigation of High Level State abusers in Politics, Law enforcement, Civil Service, the Judiciary, the Military and Royalty) the Inquiry got off to a pedestrian start. That's a cunt of a lot of time to fuck people around, many who were elderly and infirm then are dead now, with no hope of redress, or even to have their evidence heard…..for me that was exactly the reason why they took so long to have one……time is the great ally of evil, the longer the truth takes to be heard the more likely it is NEVER TO BE HEARD. Also included a couple of snaps of pages from the Tom Shaw report there with notes…the whole thing is worth a read for anyone interested. This is important for everyone's freedom, under mental health legislation you are not even protected from torture by article 3 of the European Convention on Human Rights, article 3 reads:

Scottish Sunday Express article from 30th August. Scottish Parliament redress scheme demands waiver from claimants against them taking any further legal action of any kind, no payments of up to a maximum of £80,000 and running on a sliding scale (downward…). No payments to be made without waiver. There was a protest about this outside the Scottish parliament on Wednesday 2nd September 2020, this was reported ONLY on "Reporting Scotland" once at 6:30pm the same day with some video of the protest…as you would expect from the BBC in regards to all matters of Child Abuse, they seem already to have removed that particular edition of Reporting Scotland….I've tried to provide a link but without success. Sorry.

Other demands include the provision of evidence of said abuse even though the Scottish Government, particularly John Swinney (who has done everything in his power to water down this Inquiry, to protect whom and from what exactly I do not know, I do know though that it has a lot to do with sexual abuse of children by those at the top of scottish society) knows as does the inquiry, where it has been extensively reported, that much of the evidence has been destroyed: I noted such destruction on my last post one one of the pages from the Tom Shaw report I posted. That was a Government commissioned report, which also notes the many deaths of children, plenty of whom were dumped in unmarked graves!

Within many of these institutions which were supposed to provide care for the "most vulnerable" in our society, not only did they traffic children to provide sexual services to (among others) foreign and domestic military personel but, tortured them with constant beatings, forced labour and medical experimentation. Many children died in care over the last 100 years, many of them during experiments under the MK-ULTRA mind control program largely run under Dr guidance of Dr Donald Ewen Cameron. I would like to thank the Trump administration for the apprehension of this ex-judge and point out there are still 2 more who have had arrest warrants issued for them for questioning relating to matters of child abuse. One is currently in Argentina, which currently has no extradition treaty with the UK, conveniently for him. I may name him in further postings, I intend to post often here on the topic of the Scottish Historic Child Abuse Inquiry now that I have found somewhere with like minded individuals who hold the same value as I do for TRUTH and FREEDOM.

The 3rd pic is a screenshot of an Amnesty Inernational webpage for confirmation that torture (ECT) doesn't work, because the victim of that torture will pretty much say anything if they believe that is what is wanted to be heard by the torturer and, as a result, victims (patients) should NOT be relied on for confirmation of its "health benefits" or efficacy as a treatment.

That previous article was followed up on August 23rd 2020 in the same newspaper Scottish Daily Mail by Marcelo Mega in collaboration with a Daniel Bates from New York. The article states that the accused "tried to use" COVID (certificate of vaccination ID) fake virus to escape extradition back to Scotland which the judge kindly refused. He is not yet here and is most likely to file a "file a writ of Habeas Corpus" to at least delay his extradition. We may have to wait quite some time before his marching orders become reality.

Please be advised I am new to posting on these boards, have no real idea where to post all the Scottish stuff I have or the insights I have had to this Scottish child abuse inquiry. These "Past and present Ministers…" Lady Smith has "…now in her sights" are to be questioned over their "failure" to "deliver justice" to the thousands of victims, (many now deceased) while in office…all the way back to Jack McConnell…old Jack was rewarded by being declared a Lord for turning his back on humanity, and apologising "on behalf of the Scottish people", effectively blaming everyone in the country other than Government.

We are now nearly another year down the line from this article, another year of hindrance and procastination: The Inquiry has been closed since the fake virus introduced lockdown.

As Alan Draper points out in the article "They set up…" a succession of "…review groups and consultation exercises…" all to buy time for those they are protecting. What secrets do these coverer-upperers have of their own that they feel compelled to deny meaningful investigation for so long?

"A Scottish Government spokes-man said: "It is for Lady Smith to consider how the inquiry carries out its work, including who it calls to give evidence".

Let's hope Lady Smith starts to hear the witnesses waiting in the wings to share their experiences of State abuse in mental institutions soon and puts an end to the endless delays.

MacAskill denied an inquiry at every opportunity and as former Labour Justice Spokesman Graeme Pearson said at the time "I am surprised that Kenny MacAskill is not able to be there himself given the sensitivity and seriousness of this campaign and it is difficult to think what could be more important."

Like I said on posts on the UK boards…..MacAskill tried his best to bury the inquiry, which was only announced after he left office as Justice Secretary.

Another article by Professor Allan Draper former-chair of the Abuse Survivor charity In Care Abuse Survivors(INCAS). It was just handed to me this evening by an aquaintance and was published in the Scottish Sun Newspaper on Wednesday the 19th of August…

As usual I cannot find this story on the newspaper's own website, this is always the case with articles dealing with "State" abuse of children. Sorry it is in B&W, that is the way I got it and can find no other online.

I selected pages 9-12 to point out the thread of obfuscation and destruction of records pertinent to a full and open inquiry in to what these wankers in Government think they can do to any of us at any time. They refer (my notes in the margins) at times to how they can actually put people (more so now that it is in the coronavirus legislation) in to mental health facilities…once there they can give you "treatment" against your will (if they decide you are not sane enough to make decisions for yourself) including forced drug "therapy" or ECT for example, and there is nothing you can do about it (legally), you cannot sue that practitioner, it is perfectly legal, and not just here, but everywhere in the European Union.

Article 3 of the "European Convention on Human Rights" states:

"“No one shall be subjected to torture or to inhuman or degrading treatment or punishment.”

Apparently that does not apply to some. No other class of people can torture people, including the military or the police, but doctors if they deem you unfit to make decisions for yourself, because you are a child, or an adult, can deem you unable to make your own decisons on health and force "treatment" on you. You will not be allowed to sue them in a civil court.

Everywhere I go, every shop queue I stand in, I am normally very vocal….I single someone out with a mask and tell them in a fairly loud voice that the virus is fake, and intended to cover up for paedophiles in parliament…..the only time I wore a mask was during the "lockdown" while I was out walking around, I had the words RESEARCH PIZZAGATE written in black marker and would only put it on when I saw someone out walking near me and would start a conversation with them wearing the mask, hoping it might stick in their minds more and perhaps research for themselves.
