Botched CIA Communications System Helped Blow Cover of Chinese Agents

The number of informants executed in the debacle is higher than initially thought.

It was considered one of the CIA’s worst failures in decades: Over a two-year period starting in late 2010, Chinese authorities systematically dismantled the agency’s network of agents across the country, executing dozens of suspected U.S. spies. But since then, a question has loomed over the entire debacle.

How were the Chinese able to roll up the network?

Now, nearly eight years later, it appears that the agency botched the communication system it used to interact with its sources, according to five current and former intelligence officials. The CIA had imported the system from its Middle East operations, where the online environment was considerably less hazardous, and apparently underestimated China’s ability to penetrate it.

“The attitude was that we’ve got this, we’re untouchable,” said one of the officials who, like the others, declined to be named discussing sensitive information. The former official described the attitude of those in the agency who worked on China at the time as “invincible.”

Other factors played a role as well, including China’s alleged recruitment of former CIA officer Jerry Chun Shing Lee around the same time. Federal prosecutors indicted Lee earlier this year in connection with the affair.

But the penetration of the communication system seems to account for the speed and accuracy with which Chinese authorities moved against the CIA’s China-based assets.

“You could tell the Chinese weren’t guessing. The Ministry of State Security [which handles both foreign intelligence and domestic security] were always pulling in the right people,” one of the officials said.

“When things started going bad, they went bad fast.”

The former officials also said the real number of CIA assets and those in their orbit executed by China during the two-year period was around 30, though some sources spoke of higher figures. The New York Times, which first reported the story last year, put the number at “more than a dozen.” All the CIA assets detained by Chinese intelligence around this time were eventually killed, the former officials said.

The CIA, FBI, and National Security Agency declined to comment for this story. The Chinese Embassy in Washington did not respond to requests for comment.

At first, U.S. intelligence officials were “shellshocked,” said one former official. Eventually, rescue operations were mounted, and several sources managed to make their way out of China.

On the interview with Breitbart News Saturday, Lauren Witzke accused his opponent of covering up Joe Biden’s misconducts including he and family’s collusion with the Chinese Communist Party (CCP) government. Witzke called the CCP “the biggest ally of VP Joe Biden” as well as the “right hand man”. With his daughter involved in Hunter Biden’s laptop scandal, Mr. Coons together with other people are working hard to cover it up as quickly as they can.

The Hunter’s “laptop from hell” reportedly has a large number of documents, pictures and videos. The content covers his business collaborations in China and other countries, including a lucrative business loan agreement with a Chinese company.

DAILY Messenger 去年11月也曾刊登了一篇关于五指湖区人口贩卖情况的报道。文中位于纽约州的UR医学汤普森健康中心（UR Medicine Thompson Health）工作人员发出警告指出，在五指湖区，人口贩卖的情况被越来越频繁地发现。他们告诫大众，人口贩卖不但是真实存在的，而且正发生在美国纽约州五指湖区。

文中说：人们一向以为贩运人口是一种只发生在荒郊野岭或民主国家以外的犯罪行为，但是事实上，人口贩卖这种罪恶近年来在美国的郊区和农村地区，尤其是五指湖地区越来越常见。因此，UR Medicine Thompson Health的工作人员必须接受如何治疗人口贩运受害者的强制性培训，以正确判断并处理人口贩运受害者求医的情况。

主管培训的护士 Ragan Stevens 和Christine Crawford 指出，大众一向以为的美国公民不能被贩卖，或受害者是自愿被贩卖的说法完全是一种误解和虚假的信心。

UR Medicine Thompson Health的培训课程帮助服务提供者识别可能的受害者。例如，性贩运受害者可能会因性传播感染而寻求妇科护理，或因反复受到性攻击而有身体创伤的迹象；劳务贩运受害者可能会因骨折或皮疹而寻求紧急治疗，或因视力问题而去看眼科医生。

除此外还有很多警示指标，比如就医者规范式或机械式背诵的病史，不愿意或不能代表自己说话，或者年龄大很多的同伴拒绝离开等医院人员经过培训，可以观察到的身体指标包括骨折、烧伤、脱水、营养不良和卫生状况不佳等。一旦患者被确认为人口贩卖的受害者，他们需要由经过认证的性侵犯护士检查员来诊治。自培训实施以来，已经有几例患者被确认为有贩卖人口的风险。Crawford 相信，随着人们对这一问题认识的普及，会有更多的案例被发现。

汤普森医院的培训是当地机构和组织帮助提高人们对人口贩运的认识并帮助制止人口贩运的众多方式之一。Crawford 将这些努力比喻为建立一支军队，”我们需要一支军队，” Stevens 补充道。

除了奥巴马政府及拜登本人的对华政策软弱无能表述外，我们从他身后的“中国问题智囊团”上也可管窥一斑！根据目前已知的信息，拜登竞选团队中的“中国问题智囊团”主要包括以下成员。

1、安东尼•布林肯(Antony Blinken)。

布林肯与拜登曾经是20年前在参议院外交关系委员会共事时期的同事！自那时起，布林肯就一直是拜登在外交事务上的臂膀。在奥巴马政府时期，布林肯先后担任了副总统拜登的国家安全顾问和总统奥巴马的副国安顾问，并在2015～2017年间担任国务院副国务卿。

布林肯还是一家为企业提供地缘政治和政策咨询的公司——WestExec Advisors——的创始人之一。这家公司的业务居然包括“在战略竞争时代管理和中国相关的风险”，为美国企业在中国市场的经营活动提供策略建议。目前，布林肯已从这家公司暂时离职，进入拜登2020竞选团队，任高级外交政策顾问。

2、杰克•沙利文 (Jake Sullivan)。沙利文也是拜登2020竞选团队的高级政策顾问。在奥巴马政府时期，他接替布林肯担任了副总统拜登的国家安全顾问。在此之前，他是国务院政策计划部主任，也是国务卿希拉里•克林顿的副幕僚长。在2016年的大选中，他是希拉里竞选团队的高级政策顾问，曾被视作希拉里如若当选后的国家安全顾问人选。

3、苏珊·赖斯（Susan Rice)。赖斯是拜登在奥巴马政府时期的关键同僚。她在2009年被奥巴马任命为美国驻联合国大使，并于2013年成为奥巴马总统的国家安全顾问。在2020年总统大选中，赖斯多次就外交议题炮轰特朗普总统，声援拜登，也曾一度是拜登所考虑的竞选搭档人选。

4、萨曼莎·鲍威尔（Samantha Power)。鲍威尔曾是奥巴马的亲密幕僚，从奥巴马担任参议员时期便是他的外交政策助手，并在奥巴马2008年竞选总统时担任他的高级外交政策顾问。2013年，奥巴马任命鲍威尔接替苏珊·赖斯担任美国驻联合国大使。

5、库尔特·坎贝尔 (Kurt Campbell)。坎贝尔在2009～2013年担任国务院主管东亚和太平洋事务的助理国务卿，是奥巴马政府负责中国事务的核心成员之一。在离开国务院之后，坎贝尔成立了一家名为The Asia Group的咨询公司，为有意进入和开拓亚洲市场的企业提供战略和商业建议。

6、伊利•拉特纳 (Ely Ratner)。拉特纳目前是华盛顿智库、新美国安全中心(CNAS)的执行副总裁和研究主任。他于2015～2017年担任副总统拜登的副国家安全顾问，并于2011～2012年在国务院中国-蒙古事务办公室任职。他也曾在参议院外交关系委员会与拜登共事。在2020年的总统大选中，拉特纳为拜登的竞选提供“非正式的外部建议”。

7、托马斯•多尼伦(Thomas Donilon)。多尼伦曾在2010～2013年担任奥巴马总统的国家安全顾问，从20世纪80年代就开始辅佐拜登。目前是拜登2020竞选团队的首席策略师。

地下奴隶交易市场

这两天看到亨特·拜登背后纹身图案与纽约州中西部五指湖地图极其相似，

从一般正常的思维看，纹身以图腾或者文字类表达思想居多，亨特·拜登的纹身既不是图腾，也没有文字体现出什麽意思，那麽亨特·拜登纹上五指湖图案到底想表达什麽？

很蹊跷，让人浮想联翩。

相信很多人听说过现代地下性奴市场，目前所知有据可查的有美国硅谷“打造”了一个网上“奴隶买卖黑市”，有人在黑市上买卖帮佣，而这项买卖可以通过谷歌应用商店苹果应用商店提供的App，以及在脸书旗下的Instagram上由算法推动的话题标签来实现。

联合国当代奴隶问题特别报告员乌尔米拉·博呼拉（Urmila Bhoola）说：“他们正在推动网上奴隶市场。不管是谷歌、苹果、脸书，还是其他公司，托管了这样的应用程序，就必须承担责任。”

这些作恶的“奴隶交易APP”和谷歌、脸书居然托管这样应用程序，助长了世界上最为羞耻最为肮脏的交易。

目前已知的三个地方是最大的性奴源供应地，一个是东欧，一个是中东，一个是东南亚，当然还有其他地区但是没有显现出来。

东欧的人口贩卖路线

由于东欧经济始终景气，人贩子甚至不用绑架，只用粗糙的谎话就能把贫穷地区的女孩子骗走。

比如骗她们去意大利当模特、带她们去西欧或者美国打工移民等等。

甚至简单到人贩子开着豪车来到乌格利奇（俄罗斯小镇），告诉在那里读高中的女孩子们带他们去嗨皮，这些女孩从此就消失了。

这些女孩被拐卖后，会被人贩子像运输货物一样把她们带到地下中转黑市，等待分销。

其中巴尔干地区和乌克兰是最著名的中转中心，然后分销到发达国家地区。

这些女孩品质一般“的基本被欧美的地下妓院消化了，品质高一点的会被私人“收藏”，被收藏的下场也就是人间蒸发。

中东地区

在科威特，可以通过手机app订购一个女佣，价格不高，折合成人民币大概两万六（对比一个数据，2017年科威特人均可支配收入27277美元，排在全球第四，人均GDP接近7万美元）。

背后推手还会暗示你在线购买之后如何控制女佣，例如没收手机扣掉护照，不想用转手交易再挣一笔钱。

东南亚地区

直接贩卖儿童婴儿，人贩子与各行业组成了复杂关系网络，根据儿童，婴儿肤色，性别男孩，女孩等明码标价，然后伪造一些虚假文件运输到欧美，然后有专人再分销到恋童癖的人手里，或者为那些恋童癖的人提供猥亵儿童私密场所。

看到亨特·拜登的纹身、再加上久闻其丑闻，想必这厮好这口由来已久。

之前有消息称：美国民主党总统候选人乔·拜登的二儿子亨特·拜登（Hunter Biden），涉嫌向在美国居住从事性交易的俄罗斯和乌克兰女性“汇款了数千美元”。

这些女性随后将收到的资金转给了俄罗斯和乌克兰境内的个人。

25日，自媒体《路德社》主持人路德先生在新的社交媒体PARLER上发出一段英文文稿，大意是中共五中全会的秘密：国安的一份秘密报告显示中共常委韩正、总理李克强与邓家、江家结盟计划采取军事政变取缔习近平及其亲信对国家所有关键部门的掌控…

次日，中共五中全会在京召开。所有中共媒体一律用简短的文字形式对外公告，没有视频没有照片。中共官方在9月28日曾宣布，五中全会将于10月26日至29日在北京举行，届时将有三百多名中央委员及候补委员到场。

大纪元10月09日报道， 五中全会前夕中共政治局通过了《中国共产党中央委员会工作条例》，该条例可以对涵盖中国各个层面的二百多名中央委员及一百多名候补委员，进行直接约束。

同期，习近平公布将对32个省区市与中央机关展开巡视，其中包括京津沪渝四大直辖市。消息公布后，直辖市与副省级官员出现密集调整，重庆与上海公安局长邓恢林、龚道安先后落马；北京市政副主席李伟被查；天津市长换人。十一长假前夕，有超过30名地方高官在十余天内纷纷被双开、开除党籍、接受审查等。

此外，将被巡视的吉林省、安徽省、江西省、湖北省，都是江泽民势力长期盘踞的重要据点。将被巡视的中国残疾人联合会是邓小平之子邓朴方的独立王国，其它被巡视的机关单位，包括公安部、财政部、国家卫生健康委员会、国家医疗保障局、国家中医药管理局等，消息印证中共权贵家族恩怨不断，最终形成反习联盟的传闻。

中共历届五中全会都充满刀光剑影，高层激战，伴随高层要员大起大落；习近平在十九届五中全会前夕危机四伏，密集抓人，严防政变。

看来，国安的那份秘密报告中提到的军事政变不是空穴来风，为期四天的五中全会究竟会用什么形式向外展示，习近平仅凭高压只能换来暂时的安全，依靠过往的反腐集中在手的权力，再去吞噬中共各大家族，也许换来的是一场血腥的反扑，我们拭目以待。

CIA內部驚爆：FBI和DOJ隱藏拜登家族的罪證

據2020年10月25日《美國報告》報導，美國中央情報局（CIA）舉報人指出，自2015年以來，美國聯邦調查局（FBI）和美國司法部（DOJ）隱藏了亨特·拜登和喬·拜登與中共國關係的秘密證據。

2015年8月，由中央情報局承包商轉為舉報人的丹尼斯·蒙哥馬利向聯邦調查局和司法部提供了儲存在47個硬盤裡的證據。這些證據牽涉到前副總統喬·拜登的兒子亨特·拜登所從事的非法活動。

根據蒙哥馬利的說法，在蒙哥馬利提交給聯邦調查局的47個硬盤上存儲的6億頁的電子文件中，有一萬頁是關於亨特·拜登和喬·拜登的文件，包括視頻和圖像。

蒙哥馬利堅持認為，一直可以追溯到2003年，美國政府一直在通過“鐵鎚”電子監視喬·拜登和亨特·拜登。

2009年2月3日，美國中央情報局第22任局長約翰·歐文·布倫南（John Owen Brenna）和國家情報總監詹姆斯·克拉珀（JamesClapper）將“鐵鎚”這個外國監視系統移至馬里蘭州的華盛頓縣，並開始使用這外國監視系統進行國內監視。監視的目標是奧巴馬的政治敵人，用以勒索和利用。

蒙哥馬利說，奧巴馬政府向其信任的包括亨特·拜登的團隊內部人員提供了1200台預裝的Blackberry設備。這1200個手機預裝了特殊的數字“Rolodex”。

這1200個 Blackberry手機與希拉里·克林頓和奧巴馬總統所用的Blackberry手機相似。

根據蒙哥馬利的說法，奧巴馬政府2009年提出了一份排除名單，名單上的人不在“鐵鎚”監視範圍，其中包括喬·拜登和亨特·拜登。

蒙哥馬利說，布倫南和克拉珀不顧奧巴馬政府排除名單的命令，使用“鐵鎚”對喬·拜登和亨特·拜登進行了監視。

Blackberry設備通過被稱為PIN-to-PIN的封閉加密網絡進行通信，這種通信不通過互聯網。這1200台blackberry設備直接在“鐵鎚”外運行。

As Facebook and Twitter come under fire for overtly censoring the Hunter Biden scandal, arguably the biggest political story of the last 50 years, new information reveals Facebook is using Chinese nationals to head-up their “Hate Speech Engineering” team.

The Hate Speech Engineering team – which is primarily tasked with what, in the end, constitutes censorship of certain political posts, is mostly located deep inside the secured floors of Facebook’s Seattle and has a staff that includes six Chinese nationals holding H-1B visas.

These six Chinese nationals include:

A research scientist who earned his master’s degree in computer engineering from the Chinese Academy of Sciences in Beijing

A software engineer for machine learning who earned his master’s degrees in computer science from Jilin University in northeast China

An engineering manager who earned his degree in computer science at Nanjing University in eastern China

A software engineer who worked for the Communist-backed communication conglomerate Huawei (a company sanctioned by the US)

A software engineer who worked for the Beijing National Railway & Design Institute of Signal & Communication

The work these Chinese nationals perform is extremely complex. It centers on machine learning and artificial intelligence (AI); teaching “computers how to learn and act without being explicitly programmed.”

Facebook uses this knowledge and technology to manipulate your newsfeeds, pushing content that they want to diminish further down your newsfeed where many seldom go. With each new piece of code successfully created, the scientists receive discretionary bonuses.

A former Facebook insider took the New York Post’s Sohrab Ahmari on a ride through the process. Ahmari explained that they manipulate the content we see using machine-learning algorithm and neural networks that determine the ranking of the items and ferret out what Facebook calls “borderline content”, which is tantamount to censored by its diminishment in the newsfeed rankings.

“What they don’t do,” Ahmari said the insider told him, “is ban a specific pro-Trump hashtag…[Instead] content that is a little too conservative, they will down-rank. You can’t tell it’s censored.”

Ahmari writes in his column, “the trouble is that the society they might return to ­already deploys one of the most comprehensive and fine-tuned intellectual control mechanisms on its own population. What’s to stop Facebook’s Chinese engineers from delivering their Facebook expertise to Xi Jinping?”

Sen. Josh Hawley (R-MO), addressing the issue, said “[T]his is all the more reason for the Senate to demand that Mark Zuckerberg – under oath and before the election – give an account of what Facebook has been up to.”

Hunter is the second son of the former Vice President, Joe Biden, who is running a competition towards the 46th US President. So far, there has been no any response from Biden family to this video. The video is said to be from “Three Hard Drives of Hunter Biden”. In the video, a woman performed footjob sex for Hunter but she didn’t show her face, which stimulated people’s curiosity to know the truth and secret. This article attempts to dig into the answers.

We can hear the conversation between Hunter and the woman during the sexual activity. Based on her voice, it sounds like Crystal Liu, a famous Chinese actress and leading role in the Disney Film Mulan. In the video, although part of the image is covered, we still have the chance to catch the features of her left foot and hand. Let’s compare these features to make a better guess at who she is.

Fig. 1 shows a comparison of the woman’s hand features with those of Ms. Crystal Liu. It is clear that Crystal’s knuckles and shape are very similar to those in the video. Also, the real photo and the images show the same pink color. In addition, the nails of the woman in the video and Crystal are red (P2, P3 and V3 in Fig.2), and the shape of the left foot is very similar (see P2 and V4 in Fig.2).

On Oct. 22, 2020, Lude Media released a photo, which was a screenshot from a secret video of Hunter Biden taken in a private club during his trip to Beijing in 2013. The private club was owned by Zhang, Hongwei who founded Orient Group Co., Ltd. (Wiki info). On this photo, the person helped Hunter light up his cigarette and accompanied him overnight was Crystal Liu that had been confirmed. According to Lude Media, she is paid 1 billion RMB (150 million US dollars), not through acting, but through sexual bribery, such as Hunter Biden, commanded by the top leader of the CCP [1 2 3].

Based on the above, I guess it is pretty much likely that the woman in the video is Ms. Crystal Liu. Given the date and location of this video, we can find more evidences to support this guess by investigating their activities.

一是提到两位与其有合作的中国商人，分别是华信能源（CEFC）创始人叶简明和华信能源旗下的香港中华能源基金会主席、前任香港民政事务局局长何志平。这也印证了此前路德社、GTV对拜登家族涉入华信能源腐败交易的爆料。杭特在录音中把何志平称为“中国的间谍头子”，并透露自己曾与叶简明在其豪宅中洽谈价值40亿美元的液化天然气港口的交易，此后这个中国富豪就消失了。

二是南区联邦法院（S.N.D.Y）检查官曾因与何志平和叶简明有关的刑事调查联系杭特.拜登。何志平曾因在美国行贿塞內加尔外长和查德总统而被纽约南区联邦地区法院判刑三年并罚款40万美元。叶简明作为何志平的幕后老板，在与杭特最后一次会面后不久就消失了。

南区联邦法院的检察官以重要证人身份联系杭特，却未对杭特·拜登与华信能源的合作关系做进一步调查。录音还透露，在此之前，该检察官也曾就调查事宜联系过乔.拜登, 令外界质疑乔·拜登是否在其中施加了一些影响。

On Nov 7, 1972, Joe Biden was first elected to the U.S. Senate in Delaware[1], only a few weeks after that on Dec 18, his wife Neilia Biden and 1-year-old daughter Naomi Biden were killed in an automobile accident while Christmas shopping; their two sons, Hunter Biden and Beau Biden, who were four and three years old, were severely injured in critical condition but finally survived, leaving Joe forced to hold his Senate swearing-in at his son’s hospital bedside [2].

Biden has at least twice publicly stated or suggested that it was the truck driver who struck the broadside of his wife’s vehicle, killing her and the couple’s daughter; but the driver was not charged with drunken driving [3]. There is no definitive evidence to prove or rule out whether the truck driver had been drinking, but the belief that drinking had contributed to the car crash was reportedly prevalent among the local community [3].

After the car accident, Joe Biden asked The Delaware Superior Court Judge Jerome O. Herlihy, a close friend of Joe, to conduct the investigation for the Del. AG Officer. Herlihy oversaw the police investigation said there was no evidence supporting Biden’s claim and the truck driver was cleared of any wrongdoing. In 2009, one of the truck driver’s children, Pamela Dunn Hamill, received Biden’s call for his apologizing for the rumor’s hurting to her family [4]. Some researcher filed a Freedom of Information request with Herlihy’s documents on the Neilia Biden’s death and discovered that the documents were missing.

In recent reports [5][6], Bill Stevenson, the ex-husband of Jill Biden, claimed that he got married with Jill on Feb 7, 1970. Two years later in August 1972, the couple was working in Joe Biden’s Kitchen for Joe’s first campaign for the Senate. He didn’t detect Biden and Jill having an affair until August 1974 when he was 26, Jill was 23 and Joe was 31; One of Jill’s best friends told Bill that Joe and Jill were getting a little too close. In October 1974, Bill confirmed it by a man telling Bill that his car got an accident with Jill’s car driven by Senator Biden. The World Health Organization struck an agreement with China in the early days of the coronavirus pandemic to allow the communist nation to investigate the origins of the virus, which may have jeopardized the best chance of figuring out what really happened.

The New York Times published a lengthy report Monday that outlined what took place as the WHO was attempting to track down the original source of COVID-19. It's believed that the pandemic started in Wuhan, China, and was somehow transferred from an animal to a human.

Roughly nine months after WHO officials were on the ground in Beijing to begin investigating how the virus first infected humans, around 47 million people have been sickened and 1.2 million have died.

China would not allow the WHO to conduct its own probe and instead struck a deal to use its own people to investigate. To date, no independent investigation has taken place, according to the Times, in an attempt to unravel the mystery of COVID-19.

China did recently approve a plan to use outside investigators to study SARS-CoV-2, the virus that causes COVID-19. But as part of the deal, the WHO is allowing Chinese scientists to take the lead on the crucial parts of the probe that involve how it spread at a seafood market in Wuhan.

"Unfortunately, this has become a political investigation," Australian virologist Wang Linfa told the Times. "Whatever [China does] is symbolic."

WHO director-general Tedros Adhanom Ghebreyesus said, "Divisions between and within countries have provided fertile ground for this fast-moving virus to grow and gain the upper hand."

China's initial investigation at the Wuhan seafood market is full of questions and holes. And there is evidence, according to the Times, that the virus may have passed from bats to another animal and then to a human and not at the seafood market.

China's actions in not allowing health officials to conduct their own probe, however, may prevent the answers from ever being found.

American and Chinese scientists concluded that the virus may have originated in horseshoe bats. The Trump administration has also floated theories that the virus was created in a lab in Wuhan, a claim the lab says is untrue.

Homeland Security Secretary Kirstjen Nielsen on Wednesday called on election officials in all 50 states to ensure that ballots used during the 2020 presidential election are able to be audited.

Nielsen told a group of reporters touring the Department of Homeland Security's National Cybersecurity and Communications Integration Center (NCCIC) in Arlington, Va., that she wants "all state and local election officials to make certain that by the 2020 presidential election, every American votes on a verifiable and auditable ballot."

"Our systems must be resilient. We must be able to demonstrate that the votes count and that they are counted correctly," she added.

Nielsen listed three ways states could audit their ballots: By using paper ballots, machines that print out an individual's vote so it can be verified that the machine correctly tabulated their choice, or using machines that send a duplication transmission when someone votes.

The DHS chief indicated that she will not direct states on what method to use, but said states should maintain a system of verifiable ballots in order to ensure trust in the election system.

Chinese Regime Keeps Close Tabs on Overseas Scholars, Leaked Document Shows

As the United States ramps up efforts to curb Chinese infiltration of American campuses, a leaked document sheds light on the amount of control the Chinese regime exercises over its scholars who study abroad.

The document, obtained by The Epoch Times from a trusted source, concerns a professor from Yunnan Province in southwestern China, who requested authorities to allow an extension of her stay in the United States for two plant biology research programs at New York’s Cornell University—with the expectation that she reports regularly to the local Chinese consulate.

The person’s name has been withheld to protect her privacy.

About 370,000 Chinese students and researchers were studying in the United States as of January, making up a third of the roughly 1.1 million foreign student body, according to U.S. government data (pdf). Around 130,000 of these students are in the STEM (science, tech, engineering, mathematics) fields at the graduate or postdoctoral level.

The professor, who teaches at the College of Agronomy and Biotechnology at Yunnan Agricultural University, received funding in August 2018 from the China Scholarship Council (CSC) through a “special western region talent development program,” which sponsors hundreds of Chinese researchers and scholars to study abroad.

The CSC is a government-controlled agency directly under the Ministry of Education. One of the qualifications for CSC scholarship recipients is to “support leadership of the Chinese Communist Party.”

Under the professor’s contract with the CSC, funding would last through January 2021. But she wished to stay for one year longer in the United States, citing stalled lab research progress as a result of the ongoing pandemic.

She promised to “strictly follow relevant regulations and regularly submit quarterly reports on research progress to the consulate,” in a letter dated Sept. 29 from her university to Yunnan’s education bureau. Such arrangements, the university stated, would allow her further academic engagement at Cornell and “lay a good foundation” for research collaboration between the two sides.

It is unclear whether Yunnan authorities approved the request. Cornell University did not return a request for comment.

Commenting on the letter, Chen Yonglin, a diplomat-turned-whistleblower formerly stationed at the Chinese consulate in Sydney, said that Chinese-sponsored researchers are under the Chinese consulates’ control and “came overseas with tasks at hand.” Since defecting in 2005, Chen has exposed the Chinese regime’s infiltration tactics in the West.

“Once they arrive, they would need to register with the local consulate and periodically undergo political study at the consulate about [Party leader] Xi Jinping’s speech and the Party’s policies,” he said in an interview. “They are the most reliable people for the Chinese government—even more so than ordinary international students.”

Through the short-term scholar programs, the researchers gain easy access to advanced technologies, and their function is to “steal when the occasion allows,” said Chen.

“They are basically informants, agents of the Chinese Communist Party,” he added.

The CSC grant covers virtually all expenses during the program, from flights, lodging, transportation, phone bills, to social activities. Those who traveled abroad on government money must sign a contract with the CSC. They would have to pay back the full amount of the grant plus additional fines if they breach the terms, such as by behaving in ways that “harm the national interests and national image,” or engaging in activities unrelated to academic studies that create “negative impact,” a 2018 CSC handbook stated. As part of the agreement, scholars also must return to China upon completing the program for a mandatory two-year “service.”

“The so-called government-sponsored scholars are required to hand over their findings,” Chen said. “[They report] how much they learned, the research accomplishments, what they managed to steal, and after going back, they might receive a promotion or receive new research funding.”

A number of recent espionage cases prosecuted by U.S. authorities involve researchers funded by the CSC.

Wang Xin, a Chinese military officer who hid his ties with the Chinese military, was tasked to “observe the layout of the UCSF [University of California, San Francisco] lab” where he was studying, and replicate it in China, according to prosecutors. Hu Haizhou, a CSC-sponsored University of Virginia researcher, was charged with stealing advanced “bio-inspired” computer code. Tang Juan is allegedly a Chinese military officer who hid her identity while doing research at the University of California, Davis. She fled to the Chinese consulate in San Francisco after being questioned by FBI agents and was arrested in July on visa fraud charges.

Amid souring U.S.-China relations, the University of North Texas recently terminated a CSC-funded program and told 15 Chinese visiting scholars at its campus to return home.

President Donald Trump in late May issued a proclamation to limit Beijing’s ability to co-opt Chinese graduate students and visiting scholars by halting visa issuances for military-linked researchers, citing concerns of intellectual property theft. In implementing the proclamation, the State Department also revoked over 1,000 Chinese nationals’ visas as of September.

BOMBSHELL: The 2020 election took place under a Trump-declared "National Emergency" that set an Election Day trap for the "unauthorized accessing of election and campaign infrastructure"

We have another major bombshell for you here, regarding the 2020 election. This story begins with the little-known executive order signed into existence on September 12, 2018, by President Donald J. Trump. That order, available at Whitehouse.gov, is entitled, "Executive Order on Imposing Certain Sanctions in the Event of Foreign Interference in a United States Election." In that executive order, which almost no one has covered since the day it was signed, President Trump declares a national emergency. That emergency is still in play to this day, and the 2020 election was conducted under this state of emergency, which is a crucial point to understand what's coming next.

"Unauthorized accessing of election infrastructure"

In the EO, the President also states that people and organizations located, in part, outside the United States are known to be able to, "interfere in or undermine public confidence in United States elections, including through the unauthorized accessing of election and campaign infrastructure or the covert distribution of propaganda and disinformation."

If you're starting to see how this ties in to CNN, the NY Times, the Washington Post and MSNBC, you're not alone.

All those organizations, as you'll soon see, have been caught under this emergency declaration of "foreign interference" in U.S. elections, aided by complicit corporations on U.S. soil.

The EO further states that this foreign interference in U.S. elections, "constitutes an unusual and extraordinary threat to the national security and foreign policy of the United States."

Why is this relevant to anything we're seeing right now with the massive election fraud carried out by the Democrats and the deep state?

Because Dominion Voting Systems is a Canadian company. And Scytl is run out of Spain.

That's right. Dominion is a foreign-owned company, which makes Dominion-based election theft a "foreign interference issue." Scytl, by the way, is connected to George Soros and the Democrats, and according to TGP (see below), "Bill Gates also own stock in Scytl."

Another voting machine company called Scytl also widely used in US elections is located in Spain. The votes cast by Americans were counted by a bankrupted Spanish company Scytl in Spain. Like Dominion Voting Systems, Scytl has a long history of election fraud in various nations including injecting backdoors in its election software. The issue has prompted experts to question why the sensitive job of counting votes was outsourced to a foreign company? How could a bankrupted Spanish company count American votes in Spain?

Due to such widespread fraud, the Chairman of the US Federal Election Commission Trey Trainor believes that the 2020 US Presidential Elections is illegitimate.

What people are missing in all this is that Trump's 2018 executive order gives the DOJ the power to seize all assets of individuals and companies that were complicit in aiding or covering up this foreign interference in U.S. elections. The National Emergency order specifically calls for seizure of all assets of entities that have, "directly or indirectly engaged in, sponsored, concealed, or otherwise been complicit in foreign interference in a United States election."

That would, of course, have to include practically every CNN fake news anchor, every Big Tech CEO, every fake news journo-terrorist from NBC News, the NY Times and the Washington Post.

They are all complicit in gaslighting America and covering up the massive foreign election interference that just took place. Trump's EO further explains that asset seizures shall target people and entities which have: …materially assisted, sponsored, or provided financial, material, or technological support for, or goods or services to or in support of, any activity described in subsection (a)(i) of this section or any person whose property and interests in property are blocked pursuant to this order; or (iii) to be owned or controlled by, or to have acted or purported to act for or on behalf of, directly or indirectly, any person whose property or interests in property are blocked pursuant to this order. In other words, the EO covers every person who has been corrupted or compromised by communist China. And that includes at least 80% of Democrat lawmakers, by our estimates, including Senators Feinstein and Schiff.

Every organization involved in the election theft and cover-up can now be seized by the US government

But that's not even the full extent of what's demanded by this Executive Order. In Section 8, the order explains that the term "person" also means, "a partnership, association, trust, joint venture, corporation, group, subgroup, or other organization."

In other words, any media organization that assisted in covering up or assisting foreign interference in a U.S. election is specifically targeted by this Executive Order. Further in the definitions section, the EO explains: …the term “election infrastructure” means information and communications technology and systems used by or on behalf of the Federal Government or a State or local government in managing the election process, including voter registration databases, voting machines, voting tabulation equipment, and equipment for the secure transmission of election results. That would include the Dominion voting systems as well as all other voting systems used in the recent election.

Finally, the EO describes what it means by the term "foreign interference." It means: (emphasis added) …any covert, fraudulent, deceptive, or unlawful actions or attempted actions of a foreign government, or of any person acting as an agent of or on behalf of a foreign government, undertaken with the purpose or effect of influencing, undermining confidence in, or altering the result or reported result of, the election, or undermining public confidence in election processes or institutions.

Note the important words of "altering the result or reported result of the election."

This is exactly what Big Tech and the lying fake news media have done to America. Rep. Louie Gohmert (R-TX) says the US military just raided the server farm of Scytl in Spain

Lest you think this is all speculation and rumor, we now get to the part where the rubber meets the road. According to a video interview with Rep. Louis Gohmert (R-TX) which aired earlier today, the US military has just conducted a raid on the server farm of the now-bankrupt Scytl company in Barcelona, Spain.

The Gateway Pundit, which has been at the forefront of much of the bombshell reporting of the election rigging conspiracy that took place on November 3rd, reached out to its sources to confirm the military operations in Europe, as related to gathering evidence of election theft.

Here's what TGP just reported: The US government, once they determined that this Dominion server was involved in switching votes, then the intelligence community began a search for the server and discovered that the server was in Germany. In order to get access to that server and have it available for use in a legal manner they had to have the State Department work in tandem with the Department of Justice. They had to request that the government of Germany cooperate in allowing this seizure of this server. The appropriate documents required to affect that kind of seizure were put in place, signed off on, and it appears there was also US military support in this operation.

The US military was not in the lead. But this helps explain why Esper was fired and Miller and Kash Patel were put in place — so that the military would not interfere with the operation in any way. By getting ahold of the server they now are going to have the direct evidence of when they were instructed to stop counting. They will also discover who gave the direction to stop counting and who initiated the algorithm that started switching votes. The CIA was completely excluded from this operation. The raid appears to have targeted the CIA's Frankfurt server farm operation

We also now have confirmation from WikiLeaks documents that the CIA used a data center in Frankfurt as a remote hacking base to rig US elections.

DW.com reported: WikiLeaks released a trove of CIA documents on Tuesday that it claimed revealed details of its secret hacking arsenal. The release included 8,761 documents that it claimed revealed details of "malware, viruses, trojans, weaponized 'zero day' exploits, malware remote control systems and associated documentation."

The leaks purportedly revealed that a top secret CIA unit used the German city of Frankfurt am Main as the starting point for numerous hacking attacks on Europe, China and the Middle East.

German daily "Süddeutsche Zeitung" reported the building was known to be home to a vast network of intelligence personnel including CIA agents, NSA spies, military secret service personnel, Department of Homeland Security employees and Secret Service employees. It reported the Americans had also established a dense network of outposts and shell companies in Frankfurt.

It appears the CIA was using the same foreign data center to hack the US elections… and got caught. This is precisely why, as the Gateway Pundit reports, the CIA was kept completely out of the server raid operation that just took place in Germany.
