In November Gateway Pundit reported on an almost $11 million grant award to the Georgia Secretary of State, Republican Brad Raffensperger and his accomplice Gabe Sterling.

Attorney Lin Wood wondered who this Sterling guy was and why did he use a gmail address for state business?

Lin Wood zeroed in on an anomaly related to the Secretary of State's Office and the almost $11 million transaction with the state of Georgia. Wood's bombshell tweet referred to an April 15, 2020 letter to the U.S. Election Assistance Commission (EAC) from Secretary of State Raffensperger, who is also Georgia's Chief Election Official.

Georgia was poised to receive a $10,875,912 grant from the EAC for Covid-19-related election expenses. (The EAC, a federal entity which, by the way, certifies U.S. election machines, hardware and software, has some clear and shocking conflicts-of-interest of its own going on with its Advisory Board.) Raffensperger assured the EAC that the funds would be used to "prevent, prepare for and respond to coronavirus, domestically or internationally, for the 2020 Federal election cycle."

The contact person at the end of the letter is Gabriel Sterling, who was appointed the COO of the Secretary of State's office by Brad Raffensperger, the brand new SoS, shortly after Raffensperger was elected to the position in November 2018. Raffensperger's predecessor was Brian Kemp, who had just been elected Georgia's governor. sterling, as COO, would be in charge of budgetary, human resources and administrative operations for the Secretary of State's office. Sterling, strangely, has also been referred to, in multiple, recent media accounts, as Georgia's "Statewide Voting System Implementation Manager."

On his Twitter account, Sterling confirms that he is the "Voting System Implementation Manager".

In the April 15 letter, Sterling lists a private gmail account address as his email account. The letter states: "If you have any questions about this request please contact our Statewide Voting System Implementation Manager, Gabriel sterling, at sterlinginnovative@gmail.com."

Why wouldn't Raffensperger refer the EAC to his COO, the employee in charge of budgetary issues for the SoS's office? Why, instead, send them to Sterling as Georgia's "Statewide Voting System Implementation Manager"?

Well, it turns out sterling ALSO has own LLC called sterling Innovative Solutions, with the "Registered Agent" listed is Robert Gabriel sterling. https://www.bizapedia.com/ga/sterling-innovative-solutions-llc.html.

Lin Wood was right on the money: the use of a gmail account indicates that Gabriel Sterling CANNOT be a state employee, at least for purposes of this April 15 letter sealing the deal on $10.8+ million in Covid-19 money for the Secretary of State's office. Or can he? Furthermore, Georgia already has an "Elections Director," Chris Harvey, it says so right on the Secretary of State's letterhead. Why wasn't Harvey listed as the contact person in the letter to the EAC? Why does Georgia ALSO need a "Statewide Voting System Implementation Manager"? Are taxpayers paying for two state agency people to do the job of one? The public needs immediate clarification upon these issues, given that sterling continues to assure the public and the media - on behalf of the state of Georgia and its Chief Election Officer, Secretary of State Brad Raffensperger and his messed up, questionable, and clearly fraudulent election AND recount - that, Everything's fine, move along, nothing to see here people.

MPs call on Bank of England to track down £50 billion in ‘missing’ money

The UK Public Accounts Committee says the Bank of England should “get a better handle” on Britain’s currency, after a report showed three-quarters of all UK banknotes in existence are not used in transactions or held as savings.

Chair of the Public Accounts Committee and Labour MP Meg Hillier criticised the Bank of England for failing to keep track of the money, declaring that it is “stashed somewhere, but the Bank of England doesn’t know where, who by or what for, and doesn’t seem very curious.”

The National Audit Office (NAO) published the report in September, and it investigates the changing nature of the production and distribution of cash, noting a dramatic decline in its use by the public, as banknotes were used in only three out of every 10 transactions in the country last year.

With only 20-24 percent of notes in circulation being used or held for transactions, the NAO has sought to find explanations for the location of the other funds, suggesting it could be held overseas, in savings that are not registered or used in the shadow economy, an underground system that includes illegal activity and unreported gains.

China's Top Chipmaker SMIC & Oil Giant CNOOC "Shocked" Over Trump Blacklisting

After on Thursday the Trump administration added China’s top chipmaker, SMIC, as well as oil giant CNOOC to its rapidly growing blacklist of Chinese companies with deep ties to the PLA military (which is now being added to on a weekly bases), Beijing has blasted this and other proposed moves on the table like delisting Chinese companies from US stock exchanges as "clearly discriminatory".

"The U.S. should stop abusing national power and national security concepts to suppress foreign companies," Foreign Ministry spokesperson Hua Chunying said Friday.

Shanghai-based SMIC says it firmly rejects the decision and allegations, calling it a "fundamental misunderstanding by the US administration of the end-uses of its business and technology" according to Reuters.

China National Offshore Oil Corp (CNOOC) for its part issued a statement saying it is "shocked and regretful" at being added to the US list which now stands at 35 blacklisted companies. It further slammed the "false and inaccurate information" being put out by the US administration.

The US Commerce Department began scrutinizing SMIC in particular long ago, given that in September it began warning American companies they must obtain a license before transferring goods to the Chinese firm due to an "unacceptable risk" that any equipment or services could be used for military purposes, as Reuters notes.

According to the latest update of the list, here were the four added Thursday, alleged to either be owned or secretly controlled outright by the People’s Liberation Army:

Semiconductor Manufacturing International Corp.

China National Offshore Oil Corp.

China Construction Technology Co. Ltd.

China International Engineering Consulting Corp.

"It’s a constant escalation. The starting point for negotiations keeps rising. It’s unlikely for the U.S. side to return to a time before decoupling," Yinhong underscored.

Mandatory COVID-19 Testing in Australia: “Reasonable Force Will Be Used to Ensure Your Compliance”

A man travelling to Western Australia has captured the moment police and an emergency health officer issued him with a “medical examination direction” for mandatory COVID-19 testing.

Video of the incident, which has been shared across social media, shows a female doctor and two police officers issuing the man the direction, along with a warning that if he refused to comply within 24-hours, reasonable force would be used to ensure compliance along with a fine of up to $20,000.

The “emergency officer” explained that she was operating under the authorisation of the Chief Health Officer under Section 174(2)(b) of the Public Health Act 2016, to exercise any emergency powers with respect to COVID-19 while under a state of emergency.

The legislation states:

174. Authorisation to exercise emergency powers during public health state of emergency… (2) For the purposes of emergency management during a public health state of emergency, the Chief Health Officer may authorise all or any of the following to exercise any of the emergency powers while the public health state of emergency is in force… (b) a health professional or health professional within a specified class of health professionals.

“This is the direction, it is a medical examination,” the doctor explained to the man. “You must undergo a test for COVID-19 comprising the taking of samples in accordance with the Coronavirus Disease 2019 CDNA National Guidelines for public health units… as soon as possible and in any event within 24-hours of the making of this direction…

The officer went on to say: “You have been given this direction for emergency management purposes to determine whether you have COVID-19 in the interest of preventing the spread of COVID-19.

“It’s a penalty for a person to fail without reasonable excuse to comply with this direction. It’s punishable by a fine of up to $20,000 and if you do not comply, reasonable force will be used to ensure your compliance.”

UK Vaccine Minister Says Bars, Restaurants & Cinemas Will Demand Proof of Vaccination Before Entry

UK vaccine minister Nadhim Zahawi says he expects bars, cinemas, restaurants and sports stadiums to all demand proof of vaccination against COVID-19 before allowing customers to enter their venues.

Speaking with BBC Radio’s The World at One earlier today, Zahawi responded to the host’s question about immunity passports that are registered within a phone app to be allowed to enter a sports stadium or to travel.

“I think you’ll find that restaurants and bars and cinemas and other venues, football stadiums, will probably also use that system,” said Zahawi.

Zahawi went on to explain that the NHS’ ‘track and trace’ app, the use of which was implemented as a requirement to enter bars and restaurants, had set the pretext for the vaccine eventually being made mandatory to enter such venues.

The comment once again highlights how governments don’t need to make the vaccine compulsory by law, they will simply lean on the travel, leisure and entertainment industry to make life virtually impossible for those who refuse to take it.

By setting the benchmark that virtually any social activity will require people to take the shot, those who refuse will essentially be confined to a form of lockdown for potentially the rest of their lives.

President Donald Trump has filed suit in Georgia claiming the election process was filled with “significant systemic misconduct, fraud and other irregularities” resulting in “many thousands of illegal votes” being cast and counted.

The suit was filed in Georgia on Friday on behalf of Trump and David Shafer, a presidential elector pledged to the president. The suit named Georgia Secretary of State Brad Raffensperger and a slew of local elections officials.

It is asking the court to prevent certification of the results and order a new presidential election.

The suit claims:

The election code mandates that those wishing to vote by absentee ballots may apply for a mail-in ballot “not more than 180 days” prior to the election. But it alleges the officials permitted at least 305,701 people to illegally vote who applied for absentee ballots more than 180 days prior to the election and then improperly counted the illegal votes.

Officials allowed at least 92 individuals to vote whose absentee ballots, according to state records, were returned and accepted prior to that individual requesting an absentee ballot.

The officials mailed at least 2,664 absentee ballots to individuals prior to the earliest date permitted by law.

Respondents unlawfully adopted standards to be followed by the clerks and registrars in processing absentee ballots inconsistent with the election code.

Despite the legal requirement for signature matching and voter identity verification, the respondents failed to ensure that such obligations were followed by election officials.

The lawsuit also claims the officials violated Georgia law and the election code, along with state election board rules and regulations.

“The fraud, misconduct and irregularities that occurred under the ‘supervision’ of (the) respondents are sufficient to place the contest election in doubt,” the lawsuit said.

"As a result, there is substantial doubt as to the outcome of the contested election, and the contested election … shall be enjoined, vacated, and nullified and either a new presidential election be immediately ordered that complies with Georgia Page 52 of 64 law or, in the alternative, that such other just and equitable relief is obtained so as to comport with the Constitution of the State of Georgia.”

SES says Intelsat pulled plug on partnership in 3 a.m CEO call

Two of the largest satellite companies are fighting in U.S. bankruptcy court over incentive payments to clear spectrum for next 5G wireless use. Satellite company SES SA claims rival Intelsat SA breached a 2018 agreement to work together as part of a Federal Communications Commission (FCC) plan to free up key C-Band satellite spectrum for use by wireless carriers.

SES said in a court filing that Intelsat had agreed to split incentive payments designed to speed up spectrum clearing 50-50 but changed its mind after the FCC in February allocated Intelsat $4.9 billion and SES $4 billion.

SES’s filing Friday recounted a Feb. 5 celebratory dinner at an upscale steak and seafood restaurant in northern Virgina-oh that is a surpise between both chief executives after a call with a senior FCC attorney in which Intelsat confirmed it would split the proceeds 50-50. The FCC declined comment. A few days after the dinner “and at approximately 3 a.m. EST, (Intelsat CEO Stephen) Spengler called SES’s CEO, Steve Collar, and said he had ‘a problem,’” SES’s filing said. Spengler told Collar Intelsat believed the agreement had been disbanded three months earlier, when the FCC decided to proceed with a public auction rather by a private sale, SES’s filing said.

“During his call with Mr. Collar, Mr. Spengler was contrite and rightly so,” the filing said. “Mr. Collar was shocked.” “This case is about corporate desperation, greed, and dishonesty,” the SES court filing said. “Saddled with crippling debt and facing bankruptcy, Intelsat betrayed its faithful contractual partner in a brazen attempt to steal approximately $450 million.” Intelsat declined to comment Friday, but said in prior court filings SES’s claim is “based on meritless theories of breach of contract, breach of fiduciary duty, and unjust enrichment.”

It calls the $1.8 billion sought “flat-out absurd.”

Intelsat filed for bankruptcy protection in May in Virginia; a judge scheduled a two-week trial on SES’s claims for June 28, 2021. Intelsat argued that SES “does not need even close to the amount of time it seeks, but believes that delaying a trial will improve its leverage in plan negotiations”. Both companies are based in Luxembourg. The C-band is a block of spectrum used to deliver video and radio programming to 120 million U.S. households.

The auction is set to begin next week. An SES spokeswoman said Friday its claim “will not impact SES’s ability to complete the C-band clearing according to the FCC’s accelerated time lines.”
