I like listening to playlists for training on youtube, there are many of them with some good workout songs. I don't like making playlists myself, and for me, it's easier to find a video and download it with https://ww.mp3juice.link to get it into the audio format. I do that even when I need some working music or just to relax, and youtube playlists are usually the best for that, so you can try checking them as well.

In my view, both options are good, however, it depends on your purpose mostly. I used WordPress many times for small websites - it's quick and easy. It’s mostly obvious to watch what I eat. No chocolate, no sugar or soda, lots of fibre. Wash your face twice a day with clear water. Shitposting aside you do have a very unfortunate hairline if you’re under 50. But don’t worry about what other people think of you unless you’re asking them for criticism, if you like long hair keep it long, but I’d suggest if you are keeping it that long don’t just let it hang to the sides, gel it backwards or something.
