Have you noticed this past few years there has been a lot of "accidents" to critical facilities in russia?

It started when that millitary train carying tanks and apc's got derailed

https://defence-blog.com/army/russian-military-train-derails-west-of-omsk.html

Then that docking repar facility in the arctic sunk, supposed electricity glitch.

https://www.thedrive.com/the-war-zone/24547/huge-floating-dry-dock-holding-russias-only-aircraft-carrier-has-accidentally-sunk

Then the facility for creating the shell casings for the avangard hypersonic glider caught fire, the russians tried to damage control by claiming it was an adjacent fridge factory.Normies may be hoodwinked but to me something was off… cant post the link the articles have vanished from the internet.

Then that TNT factory exploded, a critical military resource building wouldn't you agree.

https://www.irishtimes.com/news/world/europe/russia-tnt-plant-blast-leaves-at-least-79-injured-1.3912349

And today a fire in a Moscow power plant… another critical infrustructure.

https://www.rt.com/russia/463904-fire-power-plant-moscow/

So…

The Kremlin, it seems chooses not to notice these events or doesn't want to retaliate to worsen the situation, by now no one got killed by these events but a lot of people have been injured.

Also when that leak came about the US planting malware on russian electriPost too long. Click here to view the full text.

Allow me to disagree. Minor gains in major factors that can't be had any other way for a mere $600 (or 2x) price of Glock sound like a GREAT biz model.

For fucks sake, browse any normie gun forum like (((Calguns))). Every Boomer and his nephews are all adding $600 worth of shit to their Glocks and don't get me started on AR-15s and 1911s. $1100 is a starting point for "big name" 1911, and it goes up past $4000 easy.

I'm not a big time shooter, but I've shot my share of pistols and bore axis is pretty much THE thing, so just say "better than ANY other" is a big, big deal.

Any new venture is risky, but I'd have considered investing. I'd consider it again. Lots of ideas take a couple of tries.

No way today's left will grow into proper terrorist group - they are puppets of established power, who have nothing to gain from massive disorder - left terrorism won't have support from the top

Other reason is that left today is movement of bleeding heart moralists and teenage "rebels" - for them is activism is matter of self actualisation and not fight for survival - left terrorism won't have support from the bottom

If anything, new weatherman might be created from right wing (assuming there is splinter faction among elites needing it). At least that ideology can produce motivated fighters.

Let's not forget housing prices! Part of the central economy's plan is to have housing prices go up and up forever, higher housing prices means higher values which means more equity for people to borrow on! They need all that equity to borrow on so they can borrow huge amounts of cash to refinance their overspent lives, or better yet borrow to buy more stuff! Housing prices going down could "drown" many mortgages, and they've already pushed people to borrow on their equity to the point that housing prices falling could put them under water, by the tens of millions. Consumer credit is the main way they get cash into the real economy, so beyond credit cards, housing prices must go up and up and up.

And how DO you get housing prices to go up when the population stagnates? Better yet, how do you get housing prices to inflate when the population starts to slowly drop and demand drops? Why, YOU INVITE MILLIONS UPON MILLIONS OF ANYONE FROM ANYWHERE IN because now that will keep the housing boom up and up and up forever! Take a look at the push for "immigration" and it is many people who profit big from housing and development. Value must go up forever or the economy will crash!

Along with that, the modern economy can over produce so many things that old citizens in rich first world countries often quit buying things after a while. Yes, consumerism keeps a lot of consumption going, but a lot of real demand slows down because of abundance. In the old days, even with overproduction of the Industrial Revolution, new consumers in the form of young people moving out and getting their own apartments, houses, and families, helped to drive up demand for new stuff. As the demographic situation develops and young people are less and less, they again see importing worthless eaters, people that will never work a day in their life and rape and rob and do great evil, as positives because they are poor and can consume!

Look at advertisements for credit, notice they target "immigrants". They are here to borrow money and spend. If they aren't working low wage jobs, they are appreciated by many planners bePost too long. Click here to view the full text.

Made the same mistake when I had mine years ago. I remember it took me a few weeks to get it back together. Admittedly I didn't and still don't know how to effectively read mechanical diagrams, but it seems like the 92's diagram is particularly shitty as it omits a few of the items in it's list. Here's the site I'm referencing for the diagram; https://marauder.homestead.com/files/Rossi_92_Parts.htm

I ca't remember any specific details off the top of my head. If you could post pictures of what exactly it is causing you problems I may be able to recall. It sounds like you're having difficulty aligning the lever itself. It's difficult to describe and tricky to do. I had to watch and rewatch this video a dozen times before I got it.

>The real bitch is getting the mainspring back together.

If you put pressure on the hammer that relieves the spring tension, and there's a hole on the hammer tail which you can stick a small trim nail, pin, needle, etc in. It's only like 1/16"- so it can be kind of a trick, but once you have that in place the spring is captive and you can manipulate the hammer and trigger frame however you want. Having the mainspring squished down like that also relieves the tension of the hammer from the bolt which can make pulling the lever out easier. Just pop it out after you've reassembled the rear end and you're good to go.

It would help if Rossi would give people the damn disassembly instructions in the manual. It's identical to a Winchester 1892 but that doesn't mean it's common knowledge to anybody.

Today marks the 325th anniversary of one of the worst spankings in military history; the battle of Hodów. I unfortunately can't find any English non-wikipedia sources, so without further ado;

From Wikipedia:

>The Battle of Hodów was a battle between the Kingdom of Poland and Crimean Khanate forces, fought in June 1694 in the Ruthenian Voivodeship of the Crown of the Kingdom of Poland, near the village of Hodów (now in Zboriv Raion, Ternopil Oblast, Ukraine). Often it is called the Polish Thermopylae, like the Battle of Wizna.

>In June 1694 Tatar Muslims forces raided Polish territory with the aim to pillage the countryside and capture prisoners for ransom. The Polish forces sent to stop them consisted of 7 chorągwie of hussars and pancerni from the Trenches of the Holy Trinity (Okopy Świętej Trójcy) and The Redoubt of Virgin Mary (Szaniec Panny Marii) strongholds, approximately four hundred men in total; historian Mirosław Nagielski estimates 100 hussars and 300 pancerni. Tatar numbers were estimated at twenty-five to seventy thousand, with forty thousand being the most commonly quoted figure. John III Sobieski, the king of Poland at the time, also mentioned the figure of forty thousand.

>The first encounter took place on the fields near Hodów. The 400-strong Polish cavalry charged the 700-strong Tatar vanguard and made them withdraw. Shortly afterwards Polish forces retreated to Hodów village due to overwhelming enemy numbers, and proceeded to fortify themselves using heavy wooden fences left there from earlier Tatar invasions. For the next 6 hours Polish troops resisted relentless Tatar attacks. Even after the Polish ran out of bullets, they continued to fire at the enemy, using Tatar arrowheads as improvised ammunition for their guns.

>Unable to defeat the Poles, Tatars sent Polish-speaking Lipka Tatars to convince the Polish troops to surrender. When the Polish commander replied "Come and get us if you can", the Tatars withdrew to Kamieniec Podolski and gave up on the entire raid, having gained nearly nothing despite large troop losses and vast numerical advantage.

The Jewish population at the time that existed for hundreds of years shockingly decided to betray the country and introduce a law that required further council decisions to be near unanimous. They then bribed council members to stop votes and began to partition the country itself to foreign powers until it was fully taken over. Both Democracy and Jews are responsible for the fall and America is under a similar path although Poland itself is starting to wisen up against (((foreign))) influence.

no it wouldn't be

>Oxyacetylene would probably also work but be careful if you try any of this stuff.

also no, it burns hot but doesnt expand enough. most people who get into hardcore hobbyist potato cannons still swear by flammable aerosols or butane. they offer good expansion, are cheap, and are safe to handle.

ps

>hydrogen

also offers fairly poor expansion and energy density compared to more conventional fuels. hydrogen is used in some combustion engine based generators because… uh… reasons, i guess. but there's a reason gasoline and diesel are more popular

>hydroxy

literally pseudoscience quack shit for retards. hydrogen with enough oxygen to burn is already "hydroxy" but without the pseudoscience quack shit. there are optimizations to be made in your fuel-air mix but "hydroxy" in its usual definitions is different from hydrogen and oxygen happening to be the same place and is, again, pseudoscience quack shit for retards.

if anything, a more viable thing to what you want for a gun to use in some kind of insurgency situation would be a hybrid diesel-air gun. some people already do it for funsies with normal air rifles, but basically you put some Vaseline Or Something in the skirt of a pellet and the rapidly increasing pressure causes the Vaseline Or Something to literally diesel and burst into flame, slightly increasing the muzzle energy by introducing conventional gas expansion by burning something quick-burning. it can also happen with freshly but very sloppily oiled air guns.

How reliable is your primary weapon?

How long can it go til it blows?

What are it's limits?

I see some anons discussing the effectiveness of the AR-15 in combat, often times claiming it's lack thereof.

Many anons have concerns that their rifles would jam or otherwise become inoperable in a theoretical combat situation.

I feel that this is a good opportunity to clarify some differences between cyclical Rof, an effective Rof, and a sustained Rof

The numbers for each of these are as follows:

>cyclical Rof ~700-800rpm

>effective Rof ~45rpm

>sustained Rof ~12-15rpm

As you can see, the difference in dakka is significant. I have linked a video showing what happens to a fun at maximum (cyclical) rpm.

In this video he burns through ~400+ rounds rather quickly, which generally speaking is over the regular combat load for an average soldier, he is also firing non-stop, which almost no average soldier would do.

Some other details to note here are that the rifle he is using is among the cheapest available on the market (at the time of the video). The barrel is a standard mil-spec barrel, I suspect that a heavy barrel would be best. With that he also notes that it is already hot where he is while firing.

With his skinny barrel and high outdoor temps, I feel this is a good example of what many would experience with a run of the mill rifle without optimizations.

The effective rof of 45rpm is what can be expected of a man in heavy combat, meaning that he has a lot of trigger time, this is also fairly unlikely in most combat situations. While this would cause a weapon to overheat eventually, it would still be operation for a fairly long period of time, given that it has time to cool down in between periods of fire.

For a sustained rof, precise and accurate fire, at regular intervals. One could have his weapon operational almost 100% of the time with almost no fear of ovePost too long. Click here to view the full text.

Not really but the great majority of ak mags are. If you have a standard stamped or milled akm type rifle it will take most of the mags I mentioned. Now there are odd balls like the single stack ak's and the saiga pre conversion mags. But for our purposes those don't matter.

If the croats fit then they should work fine, just be aware that the metal is a bit thinner on the sidewalls than a surplus mag so don't do rifle pushups or something stupid like that.

I'm too old fashioned to be helped, I'm using suspender and belt, leather FN FAL magazine pouches for all my battle rifles and leather AK quad cell magazine pouches for AK/AR15/C93. Cheap, durable gear that has the con of being the least durable with poor care, but the positive of being the most durable with proper care. I like them because they were extremely cheap, again durable if taken care of, excellent magazine retention while also offering good extraction, and the covers offering protection from debris.

I've been putting off armor for a very long time, along with night vision, for the simple fact I keep expecting these things to eventually fall in price to bargain bin levels to finally make a purchase. When I finally obtain that, I'm not sure if I'm going to put anything or much on a rig. Otherwise the gear setup is either on the belt or in the ruck, like I say, old fashioned.

Guess I need to get the carrier at least purcahsed, and plates are finally affordable, I can't have my rig 100% figured out until I do. But, I can use my old fashioned setup as is and its comfortable and carries the things i want just fine. Distribution of weight on shoulders and hip. Even with a plate carrier and armor, I can get low to the ground in prone. I'm not sure if modern chest rigs offer better load bearing, or if they offer better setup for vehicles, also issues with traditional war belts and pouches hanging and affecting some sitting situations, affecting meaneuver.

US Combat Ship Collides With Canadian Freighter In Montreal

>An advanced U.S. Navy combat ship that is slated to be commissioned as the U.S.S. Billings collided with a berthed freighter in Montreal on Monday, FreightWaves reported. Both ships were damaged as a result, but their crews were safe. The U.S. Freedom-class littoral combat ship hit the M/V Rosaire A. Desgagnes at about 2PM on Monday, according to Lt. Cmdr. Courtney Hillson, a Navy spokesperson.

>The Billings is 378 feet long and sustained damage below the waterline as a result. The damage to the 452 foot dry bulk vessel it collided with has not been fully assessed yet. The bulk vessel is owned by Quebec-based Transport Desgagnés.

>The U.S. Navy is reportedly still investigating the incident and despite the fact that the Billings was "capable" of making it to its Florida homebase, it is being kept in Montreal for additional damage assessments.

>Hillson said: “The Navy is conducting an investigation to understand what happened and why. We will incorporate lessons learned to ensure we conduct safe and effective operations.”

>The Billings launched in 2017 and is one of the newest ships in the Navy's fleet. It cost $362 million and is billed as a "high-tech, cost-effective surface warfare vessel suited for modern defense needs". Freedom class combat boats like the Billings have "been plagued by a host of issues, which have kept them from going operational."

>The Rosarie was delivered in 2007 and built by Volharding Shipyards in the Netherlands, in collaboration with Jiangzhou Shipyard in China. It has a capacity of about 16,000 cubic meters.

>The other option is to just get a rifle with decent penetration qualities and poke holes in the hull. While it's quite a bit less exciting, it's probably the more practical option.

That would be difficult since water stops bullets quickly if you're going for a true sub, not an aquatic lowrider.

>For civilians looking to hunt narcosubs, you're way better off just getting a cheap prop plane, installing some ferry tanks then doing air searches while your buddy rides along with a .50 cal rifle or something.

I doubt depth charges are that hard to make, in the event the sub submerges ~5 feet when they see/hear your plane shooting at them.

Also, this may be of /k/'s interest. There's a BAE Jet Provost for sale in CO under $80k.

We've caught at least two real subs, but ironically those shitty converted speedboats are actually harder to detect. Radar can't see them because the superstructure is mostly fiberglass, active sonar can't see them because they're too small and shallow, and lately they've been modifying the engines to hide them from IR and passive sonar.

>>684048

You could probably build a small Hedgehog or Mousetrap type weapon, which would massively increase your lethality. The warheads don't even need to be very sophisticated, a pound of nitrocellulose will penetrate fiberglass and aluminum just fine. This sort of setup would require a vessel probably 50 feet in length, with a bow that can survive repeated mortar/rocket launches and enough deck space on the stern to operate a spotting drone (a quadcopter would work, but I'd prefer a flying boat design for maximum endurance). Give her a big inboard to enable 15-20kn sprints (narcosubs generally aren't much faster than that) and a little 25hp trolling motor for efficient low-speed patrolling.

Basic strategy would be to troll along a known narco route while the drone circles overhead, then sprint up to the target using the main engines, fire a salvo and GTFO. If the Coast Guard shows up, it should be easy enough to dispose of the launcher (which is basically just a bunch of PVC pipes) and pose as fishermen.

>That would be difficult since water stops bullets quickly if you're going for a true sub, not an aquatic lowrider.

True, for this case I was going off of the type you see in the video, envisioning aiming for the waterline and letting gradual flooding take care of the rest.

>I doubt depth charges are that hard to make, in the event the sub submerges ~5 feet when they see/hear your plane shooting at them.

Depth charges have a few issues in the scenario I was thinking of, which was where a handful of /k/ommados wanted to kill a weekend or two hunting subs. The first was legality, while I'm rather sure you could get away with loading a .50 on a "sightseeing flight", carrying a depth charge of any size is a lot more difficult. That also leads to the issue that depth charges have a rather small kill radius. In WWII it was estimated that a depth charge with a 220lb explosive charge needed to detonate within 10 feet of a sub in order to destroy it. Now, obviously a narcosub is not going to have the durability of a military, but how large are we making these depth charges? If they're anything bigger than, say, a propane tank you're probably gonna have to have a dedicated release system mounted externally, which is going to be probably illegal and costly.

>>684345

I'm personally of the opinion that an aircraft will work better, but you could probably come up with a release system of some kind that would drop a "line" of those. The issue I see with the use of a boat-borne drone is that it severely limits the search ability, because you're anchored, ironically, to the boat. With an aircraft based search, you can cover a much greater amount of space.

A Japanese F35-A has been lost over the pacific ocean.

Right now it is unknown where the plane even is. A crash is the most likely outcome at this point, as no airbase has reported an F35 emergency landing anywhere.

This is the second time an F35 was lost. Last year an F35-B of the USA crashed in Beaufort SC due to a failure in the fuel flow system.
