First things first, a major THANK YOU to all of those who have stood up to show support after we were notified of being kicked-out of WordPress/Automattic web hosting in a transparent effort to remove our research content, discussion and political speech.

Notable thanks to Rush Limbaugh, Mark Steyn, Thomas Lifson, Jack Cashill, John Solomon, PJ Media, NewsMax, Lee Smith, Instapundit, Steve Bannon, Doug Ross, and hundreds of other important voices who showed support.

At an unnerving time it is overwhelming, humbling and very much appreciated to have our little corner of the internet receive that support.

CTH will not soon forget those who stand the gap together.

Additionally, hundreds of offers for assistance and pro-bono services are more than a little overwhelming; and the thousands of emails and contacts from people who recognized what this means in the bigger picture and reached out with support. Thank you!

We could complete another decade and still never get around to expressing the appreciation we feel as we move forward, steadfast. CTH will always work diligently to be deserving of that support and fellowship.

I think we all recognize this specific issue is not about our Treehouse; rather, the stark nature of the issue represents a considerable change in tone amid Big Tech to exert pressure upon voices who express an opinion counter to the accepted narrative. We are in very tenuous times, perhaps an inflection point, where political speech is controlled.

The republicans have done their familiar hand-wringing, teeth-gnashing and running to the microphones shtick to decry the Big Tech censorship… which is to say: they have typically done nothing about it. Alas, the Rebel Alliance is once again on our own.

All of that said, unfortunately it is with an expectation the censorship will only get worse that we must advance our stewardship of the Treehouse community by ensuring the next website will not be vulnerable to any more advanced efforts at removal. In order to continue the original goal of brutal sunlight upon the issues and challenges we outline, Treehouse 2.0 must be able to withstand any future efforts to deplatform our voice.

Voting machines are privately manufactured and developed and, as with other many other IT systems, the code is typically proprietary.

The use of proprietary systems in elections has its critics. One Silicon Valley group, the Open Source Election Technology Foundation, is pushing for an election system that shifts from proprietary, vendor-owned systems to one that that is owned "by the people of the United States."

But today, election system makers can operate in much the same manner as any vendor to build code; that includes using overseas developers.

One major election technology company, Dominion Voting Systems (DVS), develops its systems in the U.S. and Canada but also has an office in Belgrade, Serbia. It was recently advertising openings for four senior software developers in Belgrade.

"Like many of America's largest technology companies which develop some of the software for their products in places like Asia, India, Ireland and the Mideast some of our software development is undertaken outside the U.S. and Canada, specifically, in Serbia, where we have conducted operations for 10 years," said firm spokesman Chris Riggall, in an email.

Dominion said it takes measures "to ensure the accuracy, integrity and security of the software we create for our products."

"First, all of our software is developed in-house by DVS employees and this work is not outsourced to third parties. Second, we rigorously pre-screen all new hires to identify any potential security concerns among any personnel involved in product development. Third, we conduct extensive internal testing of all new software to evaluate the functionality, accuracy and security of the code designed for our systems," said Riggall.

Mnuchin pulls plug on some pandemic lending programs that Fed considers essential

U.S. Treasury Secretary Steven Mnuchin said on Thursday that key pandemic lending programs at the Federal Reserve would expire on Dec. 31, putting the outgoing Trump administration at odds with the central bank and potentially adding stress to the economy as President-elect Joe Biden organizes his administration. In a letter to Fed Chair Jerome Powell, Mnuchin said the $455 billion allocated to Treasury under the CARES Act last spring, much of it set aside to support Fed lending to businesses, nonprofits and local governments, should be instead available for Congress to reallocate.

“I am requesting that the Federal Reserve return the unused funds to the Treasury,” Mnuchin said in a letter to Powell, declining to extend programs the central bank has said were critical to assuring credit flowed to all parts of the economy during the worst economic downturn in a century.

The announcement was not expected by Fed officials, who had said this week that the programs should be extended, and told Mnuchin so immediately after his decision was made public.

In an emailed statement, the Fed said it “would prefer that the full suite of emergency facilities established during the coronavirus pandemic continue to serve their important role as a backstop for our still-strained and vulnerable economy.” “I think given where the economy is, and there is so much uncertainty still out there, it is prudent to keep those things open,” Atlanta Fed President Raphael Bostic said in an interview on Bloomberg Television. Bostic is on the shortlist to be Biden’s Treasury secretary.

The announcement could signal potential trouble for the incoming Biden administration. Although the programs were not used extensively, Fed officials felt their presence reassured financial markets and investors that credit would remain available to help businesses, local agencies and even nonprofits through the pandemic downturn. The announcement sent benchmark U.S. Treasury yields and equity index futures lower.

When safely and appropriately prescribed, antibiotics are critical tools used to save lives in the United States and around the world. During Antibiotic Awareness Week, we reaffirm our commitment to responsible antibiotic stewardship and acknowledge the contributions of American medical professionals.

Antibiotics play a powerful role in modern medicine. They are instrumental in treating countless Americans with serious bacterial infections and preventing infection among others who are at-risk. Over the years, however, antibiotics have been overprescribed and overused. According to the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), at least 47 million antibiotic prescriptions are written needlessly every year. This practice can lead to harmful side effects for patients from these drugs and an overall decrease in long-term effectiveness of antibiotics with the potential to drive the development of antibiotic-resistant bacteria.

Overuse of antibiotics can be deadly. Each year, there are more than 2.8 million antibiotic-resistant infections, resulting in more than 35,000 deaths in our country. In addition, there were 223,900 hospitalized cases of Clostridioides difficile, a pathogen that is driven by antibiotic use, in 2017, which killed at least 12,800 people. Addressing the threat of antibiotic overuse is a public health priority. Fortunately, our efforts have shown promising results. Since 2013, deaths attributable to antibiotic resistance have fallen 18 percent.

My Administration has taken several steps to build on this progress. In March, I signed a memorandum re-establishing the Presidential Advisory Council on Combating Antibiotic-Resistant Bacteria to develop a comprehensive approach for infection prevention and control. In October, agencies across the United States Government joined together for the release of the new National Action Plan for Combating Antibiotic-Resistant Bacteria, which lays out the next 5 years of aggressive actions the United States will take to combat antibiotic resistance. As part of this effort, CDC’s Antibiotic Resistance Solutions Initiative is ensuring adequate educational resources on infection prevention and control and antibiotic stewardship are available to healthcare professionals and the public while encouraging advanced research to guarantee the right antibiotic is used at the right time, dose, and duration.

During Antibiotic Awareness Week, we urge all Americans to be good stewards of this critical resource and commit to supporting the discovery of new therapeutic strategies and evidence-based prescribing practices to slow the emergence of antibiotic-resistant bacteria in humans, plants, and animals.

APEC: Japan's Suga vows to push for bigger trade pacts after RCEP

All eyes on Trump and China ahead of virtual leaders meeting.

Japanese Prime Minister Yoshihide Suga called for a broader Asia-Pacific free trade framework on Friday, in a video message to Malaysia's Asia-Pacific Economic Cooperation summit ahead of a virtual leaders meeting later in the day.

Suga said Japan wants to realize the proposed Free Trade Area of the Asia-Pacific, or FTAAP, "through the signing of the Regional Comprehensive Economic Partnership and the sound execution and expansion of the Trans-Pacific Partnership." Japan joined 14 other Asia-Pacific countries in signing RCEP last weekend, and in 2021 it aims to lead talks on the way forward for the 11-member TPP - officially the Comprehensive and Progressive Agreement for Trans-Pacific Partnership, signed in 2018. The U.K. has been floated as a possible TPP addition, especially after it recently sealed a bilateral deal with Japan. FTAAP, meanwhile, is a vision for linking all 21 APEC member economies.

Suga called for "free and fair rules in the international economy, amid tendencies toward inward-oriented thinking in the global economic downturn" brought on by COVID-19. In remarks following Suga, New Zealand Prime Minister Jacinda Ardern also spoke of "building on" the CPTPP after signing RCEP. "We must not repeat the mistakes of history by retreating into protectionism," she said. "APEC must continue to commit to keeping markets open and trade flowing." Their statements were part of the APEC CEO Dialogues, a two-day online event featuring speeches by world leaders and discussions with business executives. On the first day, several leaders including Chinese President Xi Jinping also called for promoting trade and avoiding the protectionist impulse.

A speaking slot had been tentatively reserved for U.S. President Donald Trump, but he did not participate in the dialogues. News agencies AFP and Reuters have both reported that Trump does intend to take part in the APEC summit, citing unnamed American officials. For Trump, the meeting may be an appealing opportunity to go after China in what might be one of his last major international summits, amid his effort to challenge his apparent loss to Joe Biden in the U.S. election. It was Trump who pulled the U.S. out of the original TPP, forcing the remaining 11 countries to regroup. Former Japanese Prime Minister Shinzo Abe pushed hard to keep the deal alive, and Suga who took the reins from Abe in September made it clear he wants Japan to play a leadership role on multiple fronts.

Suga said Japan seeks to "lead the international rules related to digital trade," as it co-chairs the negotiations on trade-related aspects of electronic commerce at the World Trade Organization.

Wonder what they found in their stroll through $380 million dollars worth of election security grants? Key Facts from the Report

Erik Prince is a businessman and the brother of Trump’s education secretary Betsy DeVos. Prince “had relationships with various individuals associated with the Trump Campaign,” including Steve Bannon, Donald Trump Jr., and Roger Stone.

Kirill Dmitriev is the head of the sanctioned Russian Direct Investment Fund. Dmitriev “reported directly to Putin and frequently referred to Putin as his ‘boss.’” Dmitriev began pursuing meetings with Trump team officials soon after the election.

Although Prince did not have a formal role on the campaign or transition, he “frequently visited transition offices at Trump Tower” and discussed foreign policy issues and recommendations for national security appointees with Bannon.

The Seychelles meeting was arranged by George Nader, a lobbyist who has longstanding ties to Russia. Nader cooperated with the Mueller investigation and is described in the report as a “UAE national security advisor.”

Nader bragged to Dmitriev: “[Prince] is designated by Steve Bannon to meet you!”

Nader’s patron, UAE Crown Prince Mohammed bin Zayed, was also in the Seychelles at the time.

Prince and Dmitriev met twice on January 11, 2017; both times, Nader was present. Their goal was to establish a backchannel; Dmitriev was looking to “meet members of the incoming Trump administration.” The Mueller report redacted much of the information about these meetings.

Prince texted Bannon twice from the Seychelles after the meetings, but neither of the men could produce these texts for investigators and both claimed to not know where the texts went.

Lebanon’s Recovery Stuck as Bank Auditors Quit Over Lack of Data

The turmoil surrounding Lebanon’s financial collapse deepened on Friday after an international firm quit its contract to audit the central bank’s accounts, a key step in unlocking billions of dollars in aid.

Outgoing Finance Minister Ghazi Wazni told the country’s president that auditors Alvarez & Marsal had terminated the agreement after being unable to secure the data the firm needed, according to the presidency’s official Twitter page. In October, the government had given the company three more months to finish its work and vowed to facilitate the process. The central bank, also known as Banque du Liban, has repeatedly said that banking secrecy laws dating from the 1950s prevent it from handing over all the information sought by the auditors. The bank delivered less than half of the documents that Alvarez & Marsal had requested. Changing the banking laws would require parliamentary approval.

The audit was a central demand of international donors, led by France, to enable the delivery of financial assistance and allow progress on a loan deal with the International Monetary Fund. Both are seen as essential to help Lebanon through its worst economic meltdown in decades. The country has also signed agreements with KPMG and Oliver Wyman for accounting audits. Lebanon has been under heavy financial strain since October of last year when thousands took to the streets to protest worsening living conditions and demand the ouster of a political class they say has pillaged state coffers. Lebanon’s Central Bank Hindering Effective Audit, Premier Says

Auditors were expected to reveal how the government spent money it borrowed from the central bank, and expose corruption. A group of parliamentarians had been working on a draft law to temporarily lift the banking secrecy laws for the duration of the audit contract to allow full data access. Prime Minister Hassan Diab, who’s ruling in a caretaker capacity as Lebanon is still without a sworn-in government, has repeatedly urged central bank Governor Riad Salameh to deliver the requested documents or risk being seen as hindering the reform process.

Lebanon President Asks Former PM Saad Hariri to Form New Govt Diab and his government have long been critical of Salameh, blaming his monetary policy for worsening the financial crisis and failing to stem a crash in the currency. Former Premier Saad Hariri has been tasked with forming a new administration after vowing to implement the reform initiative proposed by France.

Big banks take baby steps toward commercializing blockchain

A few years back, blockchain was the talk of the financial services industry. Several large banks were testing the technology, lured by the promise of improving some of the sector’s oldest processes.

This year, investors could be forgiven for wondering where blockchain went. After much hype in 2017, as the value of cryptocurrencies like bitcoin skyrocketed, lenders aren’t as vocal about new blockchain pilots as they were back then. But that doesn’t mean they’ve stopped investing in the technology. Originally created as the digital ledger for bitcoin transactions, blockchain is essentially a different form of database that’s maintained across several computers. Banks have so far mainly opted to take some of the principles behind blockchain, adapting the technology for different use cases to crypto.

In Italy, much of the country’s banking sector now uses Spunta, a blockchain network based on technology from New York-based firm R3, to reconcile balances between them, founder and CEO David Rutter told CNBC’s “Squawk Box Europe.” “We’ve talked for some time now about the promise of enterprise blockchain and it’s great to finally see it in practice and working at scale,” he said earlier this week. Still, the Italian market represents just a fraction of the European — and, of course, worldwide — banking industry, while reconciliation of accounts is just one use case where experts say blockchain can be applied.

“It’s a start,” Rutter said. “We’d love to see it adopted in other European countries and then globally. The infrastructure that they have in place creates the foundation to roll out other technologies that can really have an impact on their bottom line.” For some big banks, the focus has increasingly turned to figuring out how they can actually make some money from blockchain. JPMorgan Chase, for instance, recently revealed its in-house digital currency JPM Coin had gone live for the first time with a large technology client.

The People’s Bank of China is already testing a digital version of the yuan, while other central banks have laid out a framework for how such virtual currencies could work in practice. ConsenSys, which is led by Ethereum co-founder Joseph Lubin, is working on central bank digital currency projects in Hong Kong, Australia, France and Thailand.

Sidney Powell fires back: Tucker Carlson was 'insulting, demanding, and rude'

Sidney Powell, an attorney on President Trump's election legal team, shot back at Fox News host Tucker Carlson the morning after he said she "got angry" and refused to provide evidence on his show for her claims of voting software flipping votes.

"No, I didn’t get angry with the request to provide evidence," the former federal prosecutor said Friday morning during an interview with Fox Business anchor Maria Bartiromo.

"In fact, I sent an affidavit to Tucker that I had not even attached to a pleading yet to help him understand the situation, and I offered him another witness who could explain the mathematics and the statistical evidence far better than I can. I’m not really a numbers person," she added.

"But he was very insulting, demanding, and rude, and I told him not to contact me again, in those terms," Powell concluded.

Powell did not state whether it was Carlson or a member of his team she spoke to about appearing on his show.

In response to Carlson's Thursday night segment, Powell told the Washington Examiner: "Apparently Mr. Carlson missed the news conference today. I would continue to encourage him and all journalists to review all the materials we have provided so far and conduct their own investigations. Evidence continues to pour in, but a 5 minute television hit is not my focus now. Collecting evidence and preparing the case are my top priorities."

A highly anticipated U.S. government report on the April 20 oil crash will stop short of blaming any specific traders or firms, and refrain from recommending structural changes for the crude market, said three people familiar with the matter.

The Commodity Futures Trading Commission review, which could be released as soon as next week, will chronicle the day’s unusual market dynamics and its trading flows, said the people. Yet it won’t draw a firm conclusion for what caused oil to plunge to -$37 a barrel - the first time it ever traded at a negative price.

The document the product of a lengthy analysis by economists and market-oversight officials isn’t binding, so it won’t prevent a CFTC chief appointed by President-elect Joe Biden from pursuing tougher rules. Plus, a key factor that might influence future policy decisions wasn’t incorporated into the report: an ongoing investigation by the CFTC’s enforcement division into whether manipulative or reckless trading contributed to crude’s nosedive.

Pressure has been mounting on the CFTC to get to the bottom of what triggered the unprecedented plunge in West Texas Intermediate futures - the world’s most-widely traded oil instrument. While prices bounced back a few hours later, retail investors, brokers and oil-producing nations were all among the day’s losers. CFTC Chairman Heath Tarbert, a Republican picked by President Donald Trump, has said the agency is conducting a “deep dive” into what happened. A CFTC spokeswoman declined to comment. The report will focus heavily on macroeconomic factors such as the impact that the coronavirus pandemic had on demand for oil, said the people who asked not to be named in discussing a document that isn’t yet public. It will also reference the lack of storage space in Cushing, Oklahoma, where holders of expiring WTI contracts are obligated to take physical delivery of crude, the people said.

In addition to not proposing oil-market structural reforms, the report refrains from suggesting revisions to specific contracts, the people said. The document, which still could change before it’s published, also won’t name specific firms or traders. Since WTI’s historic plunge, market participants themselves have made changes. Many clearinghouses now limit how much of the nearest contract exchange-traded funds and passive oil funds can accumulate and models have been adjusted to account for negative prices. Meanwhile, a glut in crude that contributed to the price decline has receded and demand has bounced back with an uptick in economic activity.

Within the CFTC, the report has been the subject of fierce debate, with some officials arguing that its publication should be delayed until the agency finishes its examination into whether misconduct contributed to oil’s crash. The squabbling underscores the balancing act the agency faces in providing a swift assessment of what happened, while thoroughly probing potential wrongdoing. A few months after the 2010 flash crash for stocks and futures, the CFTC published a joint report with the Securities and Exchange Commission that largely pinned the blame for the temporary market collapse on macro-economic conditions and a reckless order by a Kansas mutual fund. That conclusion was called into question in 2015, when the CFTC brought a case against British trader Navinder Singh Sarao suggesting his manipulative trading had helped cause the tumult.

In August, Bloomberg News reported that the CFTC, the U.K.’s Financial Conduct Authority and CME Group Inc. owner of the Nymex exchange where WTI contracts trade were examining whether actions tied to U.K.-based Vega Capital London Ltd. may have breached regulations and allowed traders at the firm to make a $500 million windfall on April 20. Vega hasn’t responded to multiple requests for comment about its trading. Vega’s profits involved instruments called trade at settlement, or TAS, according to people familiar with the matter. When using the products, buyers and sellers agree to transact at wherever the price ends up at 2:30 pm on settlement days such as April 20, when the closing price for a monthly contract is determined. The CFTC report will discuss the TAS mechanism, the people said, but it won’t detail how trading of the instruments by any specific parties may have impacted the price of oil.

John Kerry Says 'Great Reset' Is Needed To Stop Rise Of Populism

Former Secretary of State John Kerry attended a panel discussion at the World Economic Forum during which he asserted that a great reset was urgently needed to stop the rise of populism.

Kerry vowed that under a Biden administration, America would rejoin the job-killing Paris Climate Agreement but that this was “not enough.”

“The notion of a reset is more important than ever before,” Kerry said.

“I personally believe… we’re at the dawn of an extremely exciting time.”

The former Senator made it clear that this “reset,” which is merely a re-branding of the same new world order that has faced stiff resistance for the past two decades, is necessary to extinguish populism.

“I think Europe has to look at that with Brexit and the rising national populism - nationalistic populism,” said Kerry.

“Which is really one of the priorities that we all have to address. You can’t dismiss it.”

Speaking about how Trump increased his vote in 2020, Kerry noted, “What astounds me is that as many people still voted for the level of chaos and breach of law and order and breaking the standards and … I think that, the underlying reason for that is something that everybody has to examine.”

European Commission President Ursula von der Leyen also welcomed the prospect of Biden as a “friend in the White House” to the globalists and said the two entities would work on “a new rulebook for the digital economy and the digital society.”

“The need for global cooperation and this acceleration of change will both be drivers of the Great Reset. And I see this as an unprecedented opportunity,” said von der Leyen.

Attorney Sidney Powell Confirms “Am Hearing That It Was Our Forces” Who Confiscated the Scytl Servers in Germany (Audio)

On Thursday during the Trump Campaign press conference Attorney Sidney Powell weighed in on the Dominion-Smartmatic servers that were reportedly confiscated in Germany.

Powell confirmed the reports were legitimate.

Reporter Emerald Robinson: There were reports that a piece of hardware possibly a server was picked up in Germany. Is that true and is it related to this?

Attorney Sidney Powell: That is true. It is somehow related to this. But I do not know if good guys got it or bad guys got it.

Later this evening Sidney Powell joined Lou Dobbs and was asked again about the SCYTL raid in Germany.

Sidney disclosed more on the incident last night with Lou Dobbs saying there “should be scads of of evidence of frankly an international criminal conspiracy of the worst sort.

This morning Attorney Sidney Powell went on with Glenn Beck. Powell told Glenn the servers from ScytI in Germany were in fact confiscated and “I AM HEARING THAT IS WAS OUR FORCES THAT GOT THE SERVERS.”

Sidney Powell: “The servers from Scytl were confiscated the other day. I’m hearing it was our forces that got those servers. So I think the government is now working on an investigation of what really happened.”

This is great news!

If true, this may explain Dominion’s recent actions. Earlier today they refused to testify before a Pennsylvania House Committee and last night they reportedly lawyered up.

Italy picks Bank of America, Orrick to advise on Monte dei Paschi privatization

Italy’s Treasury has picked Bank of America and Orrick as financial and legal advisers to secure a merger deal for bailed-out bank Monte dei Paschi (MPS) as part of its privatisation plan, four sources close to the matter told Reuters. Rome aims to clinch a merger with a healthier peer in 2021, the sources said, to provide a long-term solution for the bank, which has been backed by the government since 2017 following an 8 billion euro ($9.5 billion) rescue deal. The Treasury’s efforts, however, face resistance from the co-ruling 5-Star party, as well as unions and local politicians in Tuscany, who have been asking for the sale to be delayed. The mandates, which will last 12 months, will see Bank of America’s co-head of the financial institution group, Giorgio Cocini, and Orrick’s partners, Patrizio Messina and Marco Nicolini, working closely with the Treasury to attract buyers and address the bank’s capital shortfalls.

Italy’s Treasury and Bank of America declined to comment, while Orrick was not immediately available. Rome is expected to pay about 150,000 euros in financial and legal fees, with the lion’s share going to Bank of America, the sources said. The meagre fee pot has put off many banks and law firms which initially looked at the dossier, the sources said, as advisory fees typically come in the millions of dollars range. Intesa SanPaolo’s recent takeover of UBI Banca, for example, generated overall fees of $43.8 million for all the advisers involved, according to Refinitiv estimates. Generally, government work across the world is poorly paid, but banks often vie for such mandates to build a relationship with the state in the hope of getting future business.

Dogged by legal claims and poor quality assets, MPS is a tough sell in Italy’s banking market, which has a surplus of branches and has seen a rise in loan losses and remote banking in the COVID-19 pandemic. UniCredit is seen as the preferred buyer for the 548-year old bank given its robust balance sheet, sources have said, despite boss Jean Pierre Mustier ruling out mergers which, he has said, only add “branches and staff.” Italy’s third-largest bank, Banco BPM, is in the process of exploring possible tie-ups and may also emerge as a viable bidder for MPS, one of the sources said. Banco BPM has also denied any interest for MPS. Any deal for the Tuscan bank would only come after the Treasury acts to remove legal claims amounting to 10 billion euros, while also injecting fresh capital.

Rome has set aside 1.5 billion euros to shore up MPS but the bank faces a shortfall of at least 2 billion, sources have said. The Treasury is working on a scheme to shift MPS’s legal risks to another state-owned entity. In a move that would help a buyer cope with redundancies in the combined entity, Rome is also considering steps to lower the cost of job cuts for banks in case of a merger, one of the sources said. Similarly, Italy has included in the 2021 budget measures to help corporate tie-ups through tax breaks. Under the scheme, two companies merging during the course of next year would be able to lower their tax burden by using so-called deferred tax assets (DTAs). In the case of MPS, that entails a 3 billion euro earnings boost, sources have said.

MPS’s capital buffers are set to fall below minimum requirements early next year, hit by the cost of a bad loan clean-up it is about to complete as well as provisions against legal risks following the conviction of former top executives.

Various far-right conspiracy researchers have been alleging for some months that George Soros somehow secretly will control the outcome of the 2012 Presidential election. The Free Press's exhaustive research can find not a single tangible link between George Soros and any manufacturer of voting equipment. Our research did find links much more frightening.

The Free Press widely reported the various dirty tricks employed by Karl Rove and company to apparently outright steal the election for George W. Bush in Ohio, and thus the nation, in 2004. Since then, a witness in our case has died in a mysterious plane crash, and all the players in the DRE (Direct Reporting Electronic) voting machine game have shifted seats in a gigantic game of musical chairs.

The Soros Allegations revolve around the entry of Barcelona based Scytl into the US elections market. Scytl was formed as a start up out of the Autonomous University of Barcelona to leverage existing concepts in modern cryptography (public key cryptography, digital signatures and zero-knowledge proofs) to ensure a secure and verifiable voting system in paperless remote environments including the internet and over wireless carriers. Scytl's scheme is intended to provide the voter with both privacy and verification that their vote was recorded as intended. Scytl's start up funding comes from three European venture capital firms, Balderton Capital, Nauta Capital, and Spinnaker SCR (a subsidiary of Riva y Garcia, which is described as an independent financial group). None of these are connected to George Soros. Balderton Capital is the London based spinoff of Benchmark Capital Investments which has no overtly political connections that our research could determine at this time. Nauta Capital and Spinnaker SCR are a different matter.

Nauta Capital was founded by 8 executives of the European management consulting firm Cluster Consulting. Cluster Consulting was purchased by Diamond Consulting (NYSE: DPTI) to form Diamond Cluster consulting. Diamond Cluster was subsequently purchased by Mercer Management Consulting and its Europe division spun off. The principles of the original Cluster Consulting used their profits from these mergers to fund Nauta. Two of the principals, Jordi Vinas and Charles Ferrar Roqueta, also have board positions at Spinnaker SCR and/or Riva y Garcia, keeping this coterie's control of Scytl very close. All of Nauta's partners have a strong background in the telecommunications business. In 2010, Scytl purchased a 100% interest in SOE software, an up and coming player in the American elections market with their Clarity Software Suite which is used in 525 jurisdictions in 19 states.

SOE has a strategic partnership with ES & S, the major marketer of electronic voting systems in the US. ES & S was sued by the US DOJ in 2009 on anti-trust grounds after purchasing Diebold's elections division, Premier Election Solutions. ES & S subsequently sold Premier to rival manufacturer Dominion. Bob Urosevich, founder of ES & S, was also President of Diebold. In 2006 Urosevich was listed as managing director of Scytl Americas, although his name has subsequently been removed from their website.

The director of Nauta's American operations is Dominic Endicott, who went from Cluster Consulting to Booz Allen Hamilton (NYSE: BAH) where he oversaw wireless practice. He then rejoined his former colleagues from Cluster Consulting at Nauta. In his capacity as a Nauta partner Endicott also sits on the board of CarrierIQ.

Booz Allen Hamilton is majority owned by the Bush family friendly firm Carlyle Group. A long time government contractor, Booz Allen’s current and former management team has included some of the leading lights of the intelligence community such as:

• James Woolsey (director of the CIA 1993-1995),

• Michael McConnell (Director of the NSA 1992-1996 and Director of National Intelligence 2007-2009)

• Dov Zakheim (Comptroller of the Pentagon and part owner of Landmark Aviation, a support company for the extraordinary rendition flights)

• George Little (Director of Media Relations, CIA 2007-2011)

• James Clapper (Director of the Defense Intelligence Agency 1992-1995 and the current Director of National Intelligence)

• Keith Hall (Director of the National Reconnaissance Office 1997-2001)

Locsin became angry after a Smartmatic official admitted the glitches in the PCOS machines, particularly in the time and date settings, were just “part of unforeseen circumstances.”

Smartmatic executive Heider Garcia explained the time and date of the machines were set in their default settings, which resulted in the transmission of the voting results on a date earlier than May 10.

Today, the U.S. Food and Drug Administration issued an emergency use authorization (EUA) for casirivimab and imdevimab to be administered together for the treatment of mild to moderate COVID-19 in adults and pediatric patients (12 years of age or older weighing at least 40 kilograms [about 88 pounds]) with positive results of direct SARS-CoV-2 viral testing and who are at high risk for progressing to severe COVID-19. This includes those who are 65 years of age or older or who have certain chronic medical conditions.

"100% of the voting machines and voting systems in this country are using the same software that Dominion has been using to switch votes," said Stone.

Roger Stone, the longtime political veteran who has been identified as one of the progenitors of the Stop the Steal movement for election integrity in the United States, released a video explaining that he has evidence Microsoft, at the direction of Bill Gates, designed the vote counting software used to commit election fraud by Dominion Voting Systems and competing companies.

Stone explained that Microsoft, at Gates’ instruction, “designed a software called Election Guard” that has “been used by Dominion, as well as Election Services, Hurt Intercivic, Clean Ballot, Election Systems and Hardware, BPro, and SmartMatic.”

“In other words, 100% of the voting machines and voting systems in this country are using the same software that Dominion has been using to switch votes,” said Stone.

Dominion Voting Systems has been repeatedly accused of using vote counting software that can switch votes if an administrator desires. Trump campaign attorney Sidney Powell made these claims publicly last Thursday.

Since Powell charged Dominion with supplanting the will of the American people and stealing the election, over 100 Dominion Voting Systems employees have purged their LinkedIn accounts, and the company reneged on its promise to meet with Pennsylvania lawmakers on Friday.

“The denial by the mainstream media that there’s any evidence whatsoever is ludicrous. The evidence is overwhelming and compelling. Whether Sidney Powell, a fine attorney who isn’t given to making claims she can’t back up in court, can bring a case without the cooperation of the Central Intelligence Agency and the FBI to come clean remains to be seen.”

Bill Gates has remained at the center of several COVID-19 scandals, as the billionaire likely stands to profit from the mass vaccination campaign soon to be underway in much of the civilized world.

Couldn't find any articles critical of Electionguard - but it's less than a year old. And given MS's reputation for buggy software, that's not great news.

But this short vid of Roger Stone doesn't exactly inspire confidence. Something's wrong with him - weird eye movements. He also seems disoriented.
