>Hemp grows quickly and requires less water and pesticides compared to some other crops.
>It’s a hardy plant, adaptable to various climates.
>Hemp seeds contain about 30-35% oil by weight, which is relatively high.
>This oil is high-quality with good fatty acid profiles for biodiesel.
>Hemp captures CO2 efficiently during growth and would end global warming if cultivation became more widespread.
>Using hemp biodiesel can contribute to carbon-neutral or carbon-negative fuel cycles.
>Unlike soybean or corn, hemp biodiesel feedstock does not compete directly with food crops, which is an advantage for sustainability.
>Can also be used for paper, hemp biofoam (which can replace petroleum-based styrofoam), toilet paper, cardboard, plastic and COVID masks.
>Can cure pretty much everything under the sun (even congenital maladies).
Note that weed can be used for the same things it's just the seeds you cultivate for the diesel.
>inb4 not enough yield to replace petroleum
Genetically modify it to produce tree sized stalks w/ pine comb sized seed-filled buds then.
>inb4 hemp is already legal
Republican extremist states still restrict it even if legal federally.
I cannot think of a single reason to throw somebody in jail for this. Plus it would be good for America economically, ending our reliance on non-renewable, foreign goods.
