I'm gonna guess that Flock, and its use by police, will be "re-configured" to "comply with 4th Amend" so that is "no different from a uniformed police officer OBSERVING cars and Lic Plate numbers, and REMEMBERING".

In fact, just like any private citizen, the Flocks have a RIGHT to "observe public space", including any private space that can be observed from public space, which of course includes drones flying over your house.

As long as the police don't employ "Police Only" methods such as instant License Plate Look Up, its legally no diff from a walking beat cop reading a car's lic plate number in 1920 and remembering the make, model and WTF the driver and passengers looked like.

BTW, the CA DMV will SELL lots of data on who owns WTF cars, commercially. Knew a guy who had his auto-repair shop re-located by Eminent Domain and part of that was paying for him to send letters to not just existing customers but EVERY reg car of that brand within a radius of new shop. He got the data himself, privately, from DMV, and no special anything from any Govt required.

So nothing stopping Flock from buying, at a steep discount, everyone's car reg data including their names, and linking that to their "we're just looking at public space", and handing that real time data to cops. For their part, cops are off course fully green-lit to run anyone's shit if they are on probation/parole and not sure about "past convictions".

But during my JURY TRIAL :)….the DA had basically a Phone Book of everyone called up for Jury Duty in that county for that quarter or month or WTF and it had ALL their rap sheets including arrests with all charges dropped, traffic tickets (not sure about parking tickets), etc.

He let his ego get ahold of him and instead aiming only for the non-white people or choosing a place where he is certain there would be minimal or no white people like Tarrant. We can conclude he is a mossad because only a jew would try to get rid of fertile white children. If it weren't for his existence and the soft, hyper-liberal state of Norway that cares more about it's atypical citizens comfort than its existence being overthrown. Norway would have more white people than it does today. If your plan backfires to the point there's a cause and effect, you're incompetent and self-serving. He got the great thrill of power, attention at his command and services after ringing a bell. That's exactly how jews live today. We mark him a defect because he had abilities no other man had yet prioritized the chemical reaction of happiness over the collective well-being of Norwegians oppressed by the influx of intruders.

Back when America was more rural and agricultural when people dropped out of elementary schools throughout the 1770s-1930s, America was considerably safer staying at home doing farmwork. The 1940s onward has just been a disaster for America in these regards. Then came urbanization and compulsory education at the threat of a gun and jail if your kid becomes truant. What kind of country even is this anymore? It all started in 1932 with that sellout Roosevelt. America had a noble beginning for the first 156 years (pre-Roosevelt). Now America is 56%.
