I've a great idea on how to make all the american niggers go back to africa where they belong.

Tie up together the nigger claims of reparations for the slavery of centuries ago (bollocks), with them going back to their nigger continent.

If a nigger refuses these reparations with deportation, then he also formally and legally gives up any future claim of reparations for the past slavery, this would extend also to all his kids and future descendants who would also lose any claim to any form of reparation for the past slavery.

Also with giving up all reparations, the nigger also accepts to give up any form of wellfare aid. This also extends to all his descendants.

(formally = the refusal of the nigger to the reparations+deportation will be written in a document saved in the treasury archives, to be stored for the future ages)
