Hey /erp/. As I explained yesterday in another post, there are many of us who love school settings, so why don't we have a place that could house our naughty teachers, students, and anyone else who would fit this kind of environment?

It took me a while to get around to make this post, since I was wondering how we could make it work.

The first thing that comes to my mind is something akin to the orgy thread. Introducing characters in a post, mentioning what we like and what we want. Maybe link to a pastebin or something similar for any more in-depth information that you might want to change over time (or just a link to your character's profile, if you already have one)

Another aspect that I was thinking about is "collaborative schoolbulding."

To further the premise away from similar roleplay threads that the board has, I thought that the school layout and the surroundings could be defined as we roleplay. This would give the players a better context on where they're standing, rather than just having scenes happening in isolated dimensions, undisturbed by any other player that might be passing by the area. Say, want to have a creepy abandoned building in the back of the school? Just bring it up in one of your posts. If somebody is having sex by the stairs, there's a chance that anyone going to the rooftop might spot them (might even join in, if those involved agree to it.)

Going into empty classrooms would be better for those that wouldn't want to get interrupted.

I feel giving the players control over this kind of details would make things more engaging and encourage them to create more areas.

While throwing dice could be fun, I wouldn't want to slow things down with game mechanics and such. Besides, I've never done anything of that sort.

With that in mind, the only instance where a GM (The principal) might come into the picture would be to let players know about certain events, such as festivals (and these would be discussed beforehand.)

I'm sorry I didn't join you guys while this was alive. I feel guilty for choosing other things over participating, because now that I'm brought back to this, I think it was really fucking cool. If none of you are still around, that's alright. I'm still going to be dragging the corpse through the mud for my own personal fun, but if it starts moving, all the better, right? That'd make me smile so much, as much of a long shot as it is.

Vivian is a troubled kid.

His parents had, in hushed whispers, alluded to some of their vague, out-of-touch concerns regarding enrolling their child here at the academy, but in truth even they don't know what's going wrong with their son any longer. In education, you see it a lot - the folks aren't really interested or don't quite know how to stay connected with their little bundle of joy as they begin to become their own little person, and perhaps the little ones get into things they shouldn't. Maybe you know it when you see it, and if you do, you see it in Vivian's family right off the bat. Vivian gets spoken of in wellss, vaguenesses, a certain unwillingness to really talk about their own son, and conversation is always steered back to the straight and narrow process of getting him in. It's something the parents seem to, very quietly, worry about throughout the conversations, acting off-normal and scarcely seeming to even really be in this together, like estranged roommates brought in to discuss an intervention. It'd be surreal if it wasn't such a common sight for educators.

And then Vivian himself gets brought in, and… The kid plainly hasn't had a haircut in actual years.

The "personal interests" on his student's-page of the application, the one thing he had to do himself and which he did in wild-looking chickenscratch etchings, had been another to the pile that basically read "internet" - but this is something else. He's a child who seems to be very subtly dabbling in pulling off what's technically girl's clothes. He's standoffish, disinterested in schooling, seems to have no clear ideas of his future, and makes sure one can really feel he's forced tPost too long. Click here to view the full text.

Tell me, /erp/ - why the hell lowest form of character-vs-character games keeps being default kind of collaboration in our culture? My own experience tells that protagonist-vs-environment role distribution leads to higher quality logs in 100% of cases! In PvP you always have that tug rope shit when you either simultaneously try to lead story in different directions, or both suddenly become afraid of being too pushy and retreat to passive reaction mode. On the contrary, noble art of PvE grants you clear division of responsibilities in almost every possible game situation - you have zero need to OOC minor details. PvE>PvP is objective fact.

Hey guys, I want to make a monster profile for fucking Magical Girls, superheroes and other types in a kind of OPM/Tiger and Bunny/MHA type setting. I was wondering, do you think a monster in the OPM style i.e. goofy, silly and kind of Saturday Morning Cartoonish/Super Sentai esque would be good? Or should I just go for a more generic hentai monster type? I don't want to do my tentacle monster for the first one because that's lame as fuck.

My current ideas right now are;

>A hub/multi-character type profile for a Monster Association type thing with a tentacle monster, mind controller, bodyduplicator and giant rapebeast

>A stand-alone monster who's silly and wacky in appearance but with the power to meatball/fuck people up

>A monster who just treats the monstering as a 9-5 job and when he's not trying to destroy the city, exterminate humanity or destroy a monument he's trying to get laid on Tinder/Bumble.

Short answer: no.

While somebody-with-horsedick profiles were straight-up uninteresting bitchbreakers for the most part, these people could be spoken with on a casual basis and it was fine. I could be a channel with them and we could talk of whatever like fully-grown adults with their shit together.

The F-List MLP community, on the other hand, has very deep and very serious mental dysfunctions. Nowhere else have I seen such a high concentration of players with crippling depression, autism, or some other disease. We'd all like to think that acceptance and support is fine and all, but the end result was that those people echo-chambered one another and spent most of their time moping, and/or never learned the common social cues you and I are used to. I found a few good partners to play with there, but even these players inevitably transformed into absolute psychos. I haven't logged on as my MLP alt in over two years and not once did I feel the temptation to pick it back up.

For classical horsedongs, I heard good things about Horse Lovers Anonymous. I also know of Planet Horse Cock but whenever I checked in there, nobody was pippin' a word. Your mileage may vary. It's honestly pretty hard to find somebody with a horsedick who doesn't try to use their penis as a lethal weapon.
